    I ordered a mi-a 3 from flipkart on 19th of march 2020, but due to nationwide lockdown the delivery date of product kept on moving till 6th june 2020. But, my product has not been delivered till date. I called flipkart tens of time but could'nt get any satisfactory reply, they kept promising the solution of my problem on future dates as 10th, 11th, 13th, 15th, 16th, 20th and now 22nd. The call operators don't know the status of my order themselves. Now, i have fed up calling them again and again. I have instinct that the company committed fraud with me. I purchased this phone to gift it to my son-in-law but due to flipkart's failure of delivery, i am facing a lot of insult. I have all the call recordings with me in which different dates are promised. Kindly look into into the matter and get me my order asap.

      I ordered a mia3 phone that was delivered to me on 29th may, 2020. The phone stopped identifying any sim after 10 days of its purchase and am unable to get it repaired under warrenty because flipkart has not yet sent the invoice for the same. Without invoice copy am unable to get it repaired, i've been complaining flipkart sinceast 10 days but to no avail, they keep on lagging whereas i have serious problem without the phone.

        Order ID - OD[protected] Purchased Air conditioner after installation onwards not working samsung technician also visited but not solved, I requested for return on 1 st June till now flipkart not responding very unhappy with flipkart, why flipkart is doing business I can't understand such a small & genuine issue is not able to solve very shameful, if not able to solve the issue why selling such bad products & cheating with coustemers. I am escalating the issue to consumer forum.

              For the first time i found my self afraid for purchasing stuff from flipkart. Yesterday i ordered a mi box 4k streaming device from flipkart. Today morning while unboxing the package i found that i recieved i found in mi box 4k package i got a broken sony laptop order. I devasted and frustrated with such nasty work by flipkart seller. Because i had purchased this product with lot of hope and expectations all went in to wasted. While asking flipkart they said they will refund it and shared feedback to seller. Really is it the real justice by a big giant like flipkart. I want product desperately rather than refund. But they confirmed that sorry seller will do refund only. This is very injustice to a customer.

                  Please never buy any product from flipkart. I feel so much cheated.
                  I ordered hitachi 1.5 ton window ac from flipkart. It is mentioned on the installation details that wooden frame is included in standard installation, due to which my installation was cancelled, later they said it was a mistake and they can't do anything.
                  After that i requested them to get it installed, but they kept delaying it for more than 10 days even after repeated follow-ups and complaint from my side.
                  Finally i myself contacted hitachi and requested them to contact me, when the technician opened the box, it was found to be damaged, he even mentioned this on the job-sheet.
                  I requested flipkart to give me replacement, they said they can;t give replacement as its been more than 10 days post delivery, but on their website they mention replacement is valid till 10 days of installation, and i raised the complaint on first day of installation.
                  So first they made sure installation is delayed more than 10 days, when i myself contacted brand to get it installed, they denied to replace the damaged product.
                  They are just delaying my requests from 15 days and always asking me to wait more.
                  I feel so cheated and robbed, i request you all never ever buy anything from flipkart ever again.

                  Such a bad behavior from your customer support..I was assured that since return is valid till 10 days of installation, they will replace it and will contact me for the same, but my complaints have been marked resolved without any resolution..they didn't even tried contacting me..and now my number seems to be blocked..overtime i call flip kart i get a response that all executives are busy..such a bad serivce guys..i have all proofs video, job sheet, screenshot..no help is being done..after selling the product they just leave it on customers fate..my product was defected and i have proofs then also they are just ignoring my replacement request..and closing the ticket without any resolution..everyone can see in image..I repeat guys never ever buy anything from flipkart..and flipkart I promise you guys I'll take u to the court if this thing is not resolved...

                  Just look at this guys..till now no response from Flipkart..I have done a very big mistake shopping from flipkart..even after having all the genuine proofs and job sheet..my requests are just being ignored..

                    I was booking realme 6 phone and using card to do the payment
                    Payment was done and cash was debited from my account. But the poratl didnt go throug and order was not done
                    When i look into my order section it says order pending and payment yet to confirm from bank
                    What will i do when i will get a refund how can i cancel it

                      Ordered a phone and guaranteed delivery by 6/14/2020. Till now no sign and no updates of my product. Really disappointed this time.

                      Product received at dadri flipkart facility on 13 june 2020 8:48am.

                      Then again product was dispatched to new delhi @ bamnoli sort center on same day 10:49 am.

                      Even i have asked flipkart team for product current status but asusal they are also unaware about my product shipment details. After 13 june 2020 even they don't have any update or information related to my product.

                      Yet waiting for their updated.

                                We have taken onida 23 l air fryer convection oven from flipkart.
                                Its has been delivered on 12th of this month. They had given date of 16th of this month for installation and demo but now got a message that installation had been cancelled. Without any information how can they cancel and till now we didnt even got a call from demo person. Is this way flipkart will behave with customers need immediate response.

                                  I have placed an order with Flipkart dated 26th May 2020 and made a payment for Rs 1859. Before placing the order the item which is for home gym combo was being shown as available order id - OD[protected] As per the customer care it was packed on 20th May and was shipped on 28th May, delivery was expected on 8th June 2020. On 8th June I called the customer care and they informed that by latest 12th June we will receive the same, on 12th June we called they said they have sent mail to the logistic department and the delivery will be received within 48hrs. Today, when I called again, I was informed that the product is at your location, when I asked them to give me the address so that I can pick up but he was unable to trace the loacation and told it has been dispatched through blue dart vide consignment number [protected]. till now I have not received the same.

                                        In reference to the order id - od[protected], i have ordered a lg tv (32inch) and it got delivered on 7-6-2020. A lg technician came on 8-6-2020 and found that instead of lg tv, old aiwa tv with broken screen is delivered. I immediately placed the request of replacement. I have been trying to reach flipkart customer care team and they keep on giving us new dates of replacement but so far no action has been taken. I request you kindly look into this matter and solve my problem asap!

                                        One of the executive from Flipkart called us on June 15, 2020 and assured us that the issue would be resolved within 24 hours. But Today they are still asking me for another 48 hours time. So I request you to take the legal action against Flipkart.

                                        The flipkart haven’t done anything to resolve the issue. This is my complaint number IN[protected]. The seller BTPLRB is a fraud seller. It has done the same fraud to many of the customers like me and FLIPKART has not verified the credentials of these kind of seller. Request you to kindly take a strict action against this seller and FLIPKART.

                                        After so many calls and complaints Flipkart finally agreed to replace the TV and today the delivery person came to our place and refused to replace the TV because as per him TV must be of LG brand and Flipkart mislead them and is also. Now they cancelled the replacement request on our behalf and assuring us to sort this matter out. But now I don’t want to wait further and want the refund as soon as possible.
                                        Really Flipkart and some of there seller have become headache.
                                        Seller keep on cheating but flipkart let them continue. So flipkart and particularly this seller by the name Bathla Teletech pvt. Ltd has cheated me also. I purchased a whirlpool purasense . It comes in 2 pack. One is RO machine and other is prefilter. He has send me only Machine
                                        When i called Flipkart customer care they kept me waiting for three day and now they say they cant do anything and raised a return request. However I got seller's no, called him. Got areply " You are not on contactlist. Please send me query and I will get back to You:
