I'm having account with flipkart user id - [protected]@gmail.com have been blocked on 10 april 2020.
After that i had return the product having order id od[protected] on 22 may 2020. The return request was placed before my account getting blocked so return was successfully.
Since the product was return but i didn't got my money back, as the refund was transferred to gift card id [protected] that is been connected to my account which blocked, so requesting you to transfer my money that is 3099 rupees from gift card voucher to my bank account. I have attached below all the messages related to successful return of the product. If you want any other proof i can provide you with it.

There is no revert after submitting complaint from 2 days, kindly look in matter seriously . my money is stuck with flipkart .

    Same problem i'm facing too they are not paying my money, my approved amount is more than 7k. After sending tons and tons of mail at [protected]@flipkart.com till now they not replied me not even once. I also tried to contact on different social media platforms of their official flipkart page like twitter, facebook but as a reply i'm getting is to mail at [protected]@flipkart.com that's it same reply in phone customer care too. They not at all bothered of any customers issue whereas at the same time i'm working at Amazon affiliate too but they always send money time to time, never i had to contact them for any kind of issue. Please help me regarding this i'm very helpless now. I don't know where and whom should i complaint about this. After searching in google i found this complaint page so i'm reporting here. Please help. (Date : 26.May.2020)

        My Flipkart account is blocked and I have been using it for all my purchases from past 7 years . I have bought mobiles for myself and my family and other home appliances . But I'm surprised to see my account blocked with any warning which surprised me . I have 1650 coins and Flipkart insurances for mobiles and other products. Request you to block my Flipkart supermart purchase but unblock my Flipkart account . So that I can claim my insurances for appliances when required.

        I tried to convince the same with customer support many times and later today I had to raise this issue with National Consumer Helpline with docket number mentioned in subject line.

        Request you to process this ASAP before I loose hope on flipkart . Amazon is very customer friendly compared to flipkart . But i did a mistake trusting flipkart in between .

        Please do the needful as requested at the earliest.

          To whomever it may concern,

          I bought skymate shoes on 23 March and placed a return request immediately as the shoes are faulty. Then from next day the lockdown started and flipkart said they will refund my money post the lockdown is over.

          6 days back I got an SMS stating I'll get my refund by 6 June and the product will be taken back.

          Yesterday I got the update that my refund is cancelled.

          I called the customer care and spoke to Prachi, she said the matter is escalated and I shall receive the call from escalation team. No call received yet.

          Are you trying to cheat my money? Then let me tell you that I simply want my money back. Otherwise I'll take this matter to consumer forum, media, social media and everywhere. If needed, I'll contact Arnab Goswami or even court. Refund my money immediately.

          Without my permission none of you can cancel my return and simply write refund cancelled. I didn't cancel it. The sellers return policy does not include anything as such. Even for a product with defects.

          I'm a long term customer of flipkart and I'll not spare this non sense at all.

          Refund my money back immediately.

            I ordered asics shoes from flipkart order no. Od[protected] but received different pattern of shoes. I request for return but flipkart cancel return request saying that the seller will not be able to fulfill your return request for the item.in case you need any product related assistance plz contact the brand.

                Od[protected] just look into this, i order a product on 19th may and the delivery promise date to deliver the product was 23rd may... On 24th may the product reached the nearest hub at night 1:10 pm. But i didn't receive the product on 26th may. Now today is 26th may also i didn't receive it. When can i expect the delivery... If the order has reached the nearest hub then why no one is coming to deliver the product.

                  I placed an order on cheater's flipkart app for 10 packets of 1kg each thakkar washing and detergent powder but i received only 8 packets in torn package means 8kg only then i contact to so-called customer care services then the representative asked me to file a return/replacement request on flipkart app as i did but i don't received my replaced order yet. And whenever i try to call flipkart's so-called customer care then they act as my voice is not reachable to him/her. Today (26/may/2020 tuesday) is the deadline date for the delivery of my order but still representatives are acting in same way as earlier. I told them that i will file a complaint against flipkart's worst services to consumer complaints dot india then their representative tele me "sure you can go anywhere you want". I think they are making or understood fool a faithful customer.

                    I have orderderd my phone on 23 of march then lockdown imposed so my product's delivery got stuck. Now why flipkart and truenet commerce is not delivering product they are just saying expected delivery date is 6th june..
                    Gov has already allowed this type of delivery in all zones. You need about 16 days to deliver a product in delhi, if i didn't get my phone in 1-2 working days then sorry to say i have to go legally. I want to go home but i can't just because of your phone.. Please inform me on [protected]@gmail.com.
                    If you say then i will pickup my phone from anywhere delhi.. Please do something.

                      I have purchased air cooler on flipkart on 20th march and without my intervention and without any notification they have cancelled the order on 9th april. I understood the lockdown situation and once after reopening their services again i have booked the same cooler with order i’d: od[protected]. During booking the order mentioned that it will be delivered on 26th may later changed to 27th may and now again they changed 2nd june. Hence i request you to please take necessary action on flipkart team to deliver my order by 27th may.

                        Hi i have order mask from flipkart but i am shocked to see that mask is returnable chances is that mask has been used while placing order i browsed their website & find all mask are not returnable & placed the order for mask which i find good. After delivery i see seller accept return & find it concern for my health safety, also i find quality not good. So i created return request but delivery executive mentioned wrong update & not done pickup. I raised complain for the same it was out for pickup on 19th may but no pickup done yet. I want my refund of this item. If i own company like flipkart i have refund the amount without pickup as this is concern about health & current situation but they want to pickup the item. Item has not been used till now. Very bad part is that on calling customer care also not helping. Kindly do my pickup soon or refund without pickup as it is too late

                        wrong It was new account which flipkart has blocked & there is no too many returns & also all returns have been approved by flipkart. This time they did fraud and still now I have not received my refund so kindly refund it. Their customer support department is not helping .

                            I ordered apple macbook air 128/8 gb... On 28-4-19 but i got the another product (Apple iapd) i call to ur team and inform this problem ur team arranges replacement..in replacement time i got the again another product received (Air pods) what i ordered what u provided i dont know?.. I call again and raised the complaint.. Ur team call to me within 24 hours. And says not accepted the seller.. And blocks the my flipkark account also. I call and ask reason.. High number returns in ur purchase history so unable to log.in our flipkart account... Says icall everyday but not use all agents only one word ur is forwared to my backend team but backteam also not solved my problem.. After one month one team was call to me and says sir ur flikart paylater balance was due pls pay... Then i ask how to pay my account is blocked... Ur agent says sorry for inconvenience with in 24 hours ur problem was solved says.. Not 24 hours within 30 min my account also opened.. I shocked what a fraud... Ok i pay balance also i again call ur team says all incidence... Again raised return request ur team but again within 24 hours my again blocked...
                            I call again & again but no use.. After 25 days delivery boy calls me and says ur flipkart package was ready for pickup.. I dont know.. Anymessages did not comes i call flipkart team but team says.. Unable to check ur account beacuse ur account is blocklist says..in that time i dont know how to solved then asked the courier.. Please tell the product name.. He tells correct details... Then iask receipst but he says not available sir.. After pick up completes one message was coming no problem wait till 24 hours.. Says but did not coming any messages till today also what a flipkart fraud... Actually iam a flipkart plus member akso but telugu agents also not their i request to please provide my refund status...

                            Team was send me same copy paste messages send me below mentioned but till not solved... Please take action on this company

                              I have received a e-gift card from hdfc but while adding the gift card i am getting an error "this card belongs to a wallet and direct transaction are not allowed on this card." for all 3 gift card.

                              No one is helping me i spoke to flipkart customer service they said me to call to hdfc & when i called to hdfc they said call to flipkart where should i raise my complaint.

                                  I ordered 3 kurtas which was delivered in the month of march from flipkart and the sizes were smaller so wanted to exchange it but due to corona lockdown the exchange was cancelled by flipkart team followed by the message that the services are on hold due to the pandemic situation.
                                  Now when i called them up when the services are open on 25th may 2020, the flipkart team confirmed that now the product cannot be returned as the time is breached. What kind of cheating is this?

                                    I would like to file complaint on flipkart due to delay in delivering my product. During this pandemic situation i can understand deliveries will be delayed but it is almost 1 week from scheduled delivery date. I have raised concern with flipkart support they say your issue will be resolved in 2 days but in vain. I am attaching the proof with order details where you can see order status delivery expected on 21st may but from there status will not show any updates and customer and god know what is happening in behind.                                       Dear sir actually i placed an order of titan watch but the wrong product was delivered i mean the size and appearance in that case i raised a request of replacement/refund but without any solution and without any strong reason my account is blocked by saying that multiple no. Of replacement/refund even i have only ordered i guess three products including these and in past two products in earlier one product i raised issue and i provided my identity to at that time even i am ready to provide identification this time also but flipkart gives me only one sided response and blocked my flipkart account by saying that you have done high number of replacement/refund even you tell me if a customer has problem with any product that’s not customer fault it’s flipkart responsibility to assure them better so that not such type problem occurs and at last kindly help me out regarding this problematic situation

                                        I have placed grocery items in fllipkart and i have received damaged product so i tried to return it then i got a mail stating your account has been blocked due to high returns i'm a plus member in flipkart having 2100 plus coins and coupouns if iam asking about that to flipkart customer care executive there are just being silent .they have not mentioned in case of these no of returns your account will block, i have received damaged product they are not resolving and telling that your order has been cancelled.
