Ordered poco x2 (6/64gb, matrix purple) on march 21, 2020 and it was delivered on may 23, 2020 (After a long wait). When i opened the package, the phone (Including all accessories) was missing from the box. I was shocked. (The brand seal on the mobile's box was broken). I immediately placed request by selecting item missing and attached my aadhar card copies in the email. But after sometime that got cancelled by stating a stupid reason that product was intact. Your customer care executive called me 1week ago and said your issue will be resolved by 5th june, but after that the date was changed to 10th june and no response received yet. After that, more than 3 times my requests were cancelled.in this pandemic situation i am totally frustrated. I am now scolding myself that why i choosed flipkart, it was my fault to choose flipkart, realizing right now.
So, i would like to request flipkart to please send me my product or money anyone which you are comfortable, otherwise i will forced to take further steps as i cant leave it like this.
