I was going to buy something at flipkart sale on day 1. Then i saw that all my flipkart gift cards have been deactivated and they have just 1 year validity more and without any notice. They deactivated my flipcard gift voucher. I am very angry with this thing and that my flipkart validity is 1 year more. Why did they deactivate that?

    Writing this review after facing this issue from more than one month now. Ordered one aqua fresh (Nyc blue mineral 15 l ro + uv + uf + tds) water purifier from flipkart on 26th may. Damaged product got delivered on 1st jun. We called installation guy (Num mentioned on the product) paid charges for installation-₹450 as well. The installation guy confirmed that the product is damaged and need to get it replaced. We placed replacement request on 3rd jun. The max timed shared for replacement was 15th jun, but nobody turned up, not even a single call received or update from them.
    After contacting multiple times to the customer care on 23rd jun we finally said the team that we don't want replacement, please take the product and refund our money. Now the team replied that the return policy was only 10 days. Now we are not eligible for return and refund. So neither the flipkart team can do replacement nor refund. It's been so frustrating now that a company like flipkart is now not able to handle it's customer service.

    Any update? Every time I tried connecting with you guys, I just receive a message that someone will contact you in next 72 hours, but ever since I placed order I haven't received any call from your side apart call from delivery boy.

      Flipkart is delaying the delivery of my voltas ac from more than 1 month. My emi is deducted. Every time i call they give another date and it's been more than 1 month.

        I have ordered flipkart perfect homes purewood sheesham double sofa bed (Finish color - teak mechanism type - pull out) which is delivered now.

        The product should have the storage facility as mentioned in the product specification in the website, screenshot attached. But the product which i have received no such facility.

        If the wrong information is provided in the site then this should not be under the customer's responsibility and i need full refund of my product if specification mentioned in the site not possible for replacement.

          I ordered realme 6 mobile through my friend sh. Samuel kt. Today i received the parcel but inside that i found only pin of mobile sim tray, no mobile handset & charger. Then i immediately called delivery boy (Sh. Prathamesh) & told him. He told to launch complaint to company so i did. I received calls too but they given me only sympathy. Pl. Do needful to resolve the issue.

            Through my friend sh. Samuel kt, i ordered realme 6 mobile. Today i received the parcel but it's shocking that there is only mobile sim tray pin inside. No mobile handset & charger. Immediately i called up delivery boy sh. Prathamesh and informed. He told me to raise complaint. So calling customer care, then many calls received too. Company executives given only sympathy but no assured answers. Pl. Do needful for me to resolve the issue.

              And seller had given me 1 quantity when i had taken product from delivery agent that time i knew something is problem

              When i m open suddenly i m shock 1 machine i had intimate flipkart also customer care immediately

              Take necessary action on seller and boycott him from flipkart and i also intimate this matter to binny bansal sir and sachin bansal sir on respective email id

              I want my money of rs 1725 take this single product from me and take necessary action against seller

                I have ordered jbl headphone through flipkart and when i used the product i have found the mic is not working and product was damaged. I have raised a complain on flipkart but every time i get the extended date of resolution. Its been 10 days since the issue has been raised. Could someone pls look into it on urgently basis.

                      1 i received one olay instead of three and bill shows delivered 3 nos.
                      2. I received wrong product instead of olay bb cream with touch of foundation i received plain olay

                          Dear sir,
                          I have ordered 3 ozone day cream and 3 night cream but i received nly 1 day cream and one night cream and the payment was made for the full and it's also showing that all the order is delivered. I complained about this to flipkart but no response from them.

                          Please look forward to this issue and i want the refund for the missing items

                                I purchased a mobile in 2gud.com which is managed by flipkart.

                                They delivered a different model of mobile and not accepting return.

                                No customer support.. I called flipkart customer care no answer fro them.

                                Flipkart is cheating indian public with the name of 2gud.

                                They are collecting all used mobile from customers and forcefully selling used products as new refabrished products.

                                This is a big scam...

                                Indian govt has to taken legal action this.. Please check in the internet so many people suffering like this with 2gud - filpkart...

                                Please ban flipkart in india... It is dumping all 2nd quality china mobiles to india.

                                  I ordered lg mobile, but i received defected, used mobile. Charger point is defected mobile is not charging. Accessories are defected.
                                  On complain no one is responding me. I need refund for my product. Its been 24 days passed and flipkart is least bother to revert my mails calls etc.
                                  Frustrated by this behaviour of flipkart if action now not taken by flipkart im going to file an case against flipkart

                                    Flipkart blocked my account on 12th jun'20 - even after repeated follow ups they didn't revert until 27th jun'20 only to say that i have returned many items as per them - as much as i can remember, i haven't returned anything in the last 2-3 months and prior to that also i needed to check but they've blocked my account and i cannot see my order history. They should have provided me with this reasons through email/call right in day 1 when they blocked my account not after 2 weeks - this shows their mal intent. Also, if returns were the issue then should have blocked my account when the threshold was reached which clearly wasn't now as per them as i didn't return anything in the last 2-3 months (Or even for a year ago, just that i need to check my order history or if flipkart would provide me with the details if they've got)

                                    My account had 600+ supercoins which would mean c600rs.. They've done similar with many users to just save millions of rs. As if they would have blocked for 10000 users with even 500supercoins in their account that would mean rs. 50, 00, 000 saved.

                                    I feel bad that such cheats are allowed to operate in india. Please take some stringent actions against flipkart.

                                      I have placed a order on 22nd march they have promised to deliver on 24th march due to lockdown the delivery delayed so i forced to move from that city due to lockdown. I requested for change the delivery address they didn't change. 3months i have waited the product is not delivered. Simply they said re order the product.. Why should i re-order the price is hiked 3000 more

                                        Flipkart doing fraud with me first i ordered product on 18th june my card was debited but order was not placed after 2-3 days i approached to flipkart cc for refund they gave me 23th june resolution date again they gave me 24th june date still no resolution but today when i’m trying to login my account an error showing login unsuccessful plz try after sometime. Simply they are cheating with customers below i’m attaching all screenshots.
