Now a days Flipkart coming in a big brand cheater list. Since I ordered AC before placing order it self checked expected delivery date as 28th May 2020 but today date as 01/Jun/2020. I am calling daily basis to their customer care number [protected] they are simply telling they don't have update on the product status they forwarded into respective back end team. After that also i did not get any update note here i paid full amount to them.

Please make this company in one of the cheater list and escalate it to flipkart.

I tracked in EKART logistics page too displaying it arrived near by Hub(Sivakasi) on 26th May 2020 12:25 PM as per EKART logictics page tracking . I went directly to sivakasi on 01st June 2020 today since it is very near by my delivery address, why they didn't delivery it and asked them they said there is no package they received from their end.

So i came here to raise customer complaint here to escalate it, COVID-19 time money itself a big problem for us. But i paid full settlement for them to get a product they are irritating me and creating hyper tension to me in their customer care people answers.

Please review attached screenshots and do a needful action with flipkart.

Received some emails and sms texts like resolved by 2nd Jun, 4th Jun, 5th Jun, 6th Jun and today(6th Jun) I got again sms/email as like will be resolved my issue on 8th Jun 2020. But my order placed date as 24 May 2020 and at placing order the expected delivery date as 28th Jun 2020. Now the dates gone and keep going I did not get my product which is ordered with full payment. I needs quick solution on it.

    Ordered asics shoes from flipkart order no. Od[protected] but received different pattern of shoes. I request for return but flipkart cancel return request saying that the seller will not be able to fulfill your return request for the item.in case you need any product related assistance plz contact the brand.
    I want return as product is not same as shown in pictures. Plz help

      I ordered asics shoes from flipkart order no. Od[protected] but received different pattern of shoes. I request for return but flipkart delaying the matter saying we will get back to you later i'm facing so much trouble and harreshment i never face soo much trouble as i face since 8th march first they said due to covid 19 we are unable to help you now they said the return time period is over.

            I have a flight PNR: ALBZ6N through Flipkart for an Indigo flight which was cancelled. The amount was blocked by Indigo as a credit shell. But I am unable to use it on Indigo as it says I have booked through Flipkart. Flipkart has no option to use the credit shell of Indigo as MMT does and is not responding to any of my emails or calls in this regard. There are also no policies for usage of credit shell on Flipkart. I want Flipkart, as the travel agent, to process my credit shell so that I can book an Indigo Flight.

              Tried calling toll free no and also e mailed the invoice that clearly shows discrepancies but e mail was not received as the add has changed and customer care is sending msgs of not being able to contact which is just a sham

                    I ordered a bajaj majesty mx3 1250 w steam iron for 1049 with cash on delivery feature i received the order but did not like did so i appiled for returning the order and the flipkart person came and took the back but since then i have not got my refund and now the order is also not showing in my orders. I have no clue as to what happened to my order and my refund. Please help.

                        I was recently purchased an l. G split a. C from flipkart.
                        During installation it was seen that inter connecting wire in outdoor unit was missing out of the box.
                        I was called flipkart for the same but they did not provided me any solution. At that time the service engineer fitted the indoor unit of ac after cutting the wall and mounted that but when he opened outdoor unit it was seen that inter connecting wire was missing in box. Flipkart executive suggested that lg will inform to flipkart for same but lg service engineer confirm from office then lg service centre confirm that they have no mode to communicate with flipkart.
                        My only indoor unit was mounted on wall and outdoor unit becomes useless in absence of inter connecting pipe. Service engineer inform me for extra 2400/- for this interconnecting unit.
                        I want my money back of 2400/- or provide me missing inter connecting unit

                          My Flipkart Login ID: [protected]
                          I was facing some issues while purchasing Electronics items through Flipkart. I have raised complaint several times through their customer care executive but all efforts went in vain. Then I took the help of social media platform Facebook and Twitter to know the root cause of the Order cancellations from Flipkart side. In response, they assured me that issue will be resolved in few days time. But what they did is, They blocked my Flipkart account permanently by stating the quoted reason "our systems have observed a trend in your purchase history that suggests that the items you've purchased are usually not intended for personal use. This would also mean that you will no longer be able to login to your Flipkart account." I don't understand the point of blocking my account by mentioning a false reason which I had never intended to. Then I tried to connect with them through Customer care number but the it's saying NOT A Valid NUMBER. Then I tried to contact with them through Twitter again. Instead of providing solution they are providing the same reason again and again and upon asking for more clarifications they were simply ignoring my tweets and messages.

                            Hi, i have ordered samsung s9+ on 21st march'2020. And govt annouced lockdown due to which delivery of product get extended. I underatand the govt policies n guidelines very well n that was the reason i was waiting for delivery if the product. But now the restrictions has been taken back n all the non essential items are also allow to deliver. However flipkart is not trying to deliver my product till now nor any of the customer care excut8ve giving me true picture of delay in delivering my product some is saying your product is in nearest hub only, someone is saying its misplaced and someone is saying its in mumbai. Its been almost 2 months n 10 daya now n still im waiting for the delivery. However i had ordered realme band from my brother's account (Pankaj dargude) on dt.23rd may'2020 and received the delivery of the product within the 5 days only. This band also dispatched from the gurgoan n my previous order which is samsung s9+ also dispatched from gurgoan. If band can reach here in 5 days then what are the challenges flipkart is facing to deliver product which is ordered on 21st mar'2020. It seems like you have received the amount for the samsung s9+ n that is the reason now u r not worried about the product n now u r concentrating on the cash on delivery order. So that u will earn some more amounts. I had sent an email to to flipkart ceo as well, consumer forum and cmo maharashtra was marked in cc on that mail.
                            Request to please look into this n provide resolve my query at earliest.

After opening i immediately informed the delivery boy and he told me to send an email. I am taking this kind of irresponsibility very seriously. I am really confused, whether i should continue the service flipkart or not. I need the that product as soon as possible

                              This is my complain and in future, i will send you three reminders, i hope i will get the help from you otherwise i have to take legal action.

                                  I was purchased a mobile phone on 25 may 2020 and it was delivered on 26 may 2020.
                                  But mobile is deftected item. It's not performing well and suddenly shut down on 27 may 2020. I was trying to do switch on many time but unable to swith on.
                                  Then i was make a return request on flipcart portal and still no response from flipcart side.

                                  It's a very bad experience with flipcart and executive who is taking care my complaint.

                                  Request to please replace my order or refund my money. Otherwise i'll complain again flipcart in consumer court.

                                      I received a dead product from flipkart, the trimmer neither charges after keeping on charge for 5 hours nor it trims even when put on power. Its totally useless, i reported the issue on next day of delivery but the product has neither been replaced nor the amount refunded.

                                      After talking to customer support flipkart says that product has no return policy, but this policy is totally one sided. This should be applicable only for working products, and not on dead products that we receive. This is completely misused by sellers to send dead/discarded products to gullible customers. I have anyway decided to stop using flipkart and use amazon instead if this issue us not resolved.

                                      I want the refund for the product.
