Dear sir,

I am writing with regards to non issue of refund against my flipkart pay later account of amount 512/- for which i had already paid money via debit card.
As per myntra and flipkart, the refund amount was transferred back to my bank account on 6th nov 19 however my bank has not received any such reverse transaction. I have written n number of emails to myntra and flipkart but they are not replying to my query.

The amount may be small for them but it is not same for me... They have mentally harassed me and are not returning my money.

    I have ordered thomson 123.2cm (49 inch) ultra hd (4k) led smart android tv on 19th march 2020 and there was delay in delivering the product and when i saw the status it was showing order cancelled on 28th may 2020. I raised a complaint with customer support team, they asked me to wait for 2day will do the needful, but i didn't get any resolution from support team. I raised more complaint on that same issue then i got call from flipkart backend team and they asked me to cancel the order. I said i don't want to cancel my order. I paid 2nd installment and now 3rd installment is on due. I have been contacting support team since last few weeks and they are not providing any satisfied response. On 28th may 2020 they cancelled my order, even i paid 2 installments.

    Even i asked backend team to connect me with there senior team or escalation team, but they dinied to help me with that. This is how customer support team and the logistic team are behaving and acting with customers. I asked them to forward my concern to the higher level and they said support team will contact me within 48 hrs and still they are not responding.

        Hi. I order a zym equipment from flipkart.com. They send me product after 20 days. Then delivery boy told me that its so havy i can not deliver at your address. So as a human being i said does not matter dont send product return i will receive product from your delivery office. Then i send my his paid particular amount and my friend will pick order tomorrow. Today i reached i seen order was already open everything was missed from parcel. I talk about delivery boy he said we have received opened box. 2 got only 2 rods and 2 dumble rods without any weight plate.in flipkart they have mationed 25 kg weight 2 rods 4 locks 1 rope 1 hand punch. They had mentioned many items but i received only 4 items. I talk with flipkart they are not giving me any response i dont want refund but they should give me complete order. Atleast.           I've ordered an ac in flipkart and it got delivered on the promised delivery date (25th may) but no one from the team has reached out for installation.
          1) no information is provided regarding the expected date of providing installation service.
          2) multiple follow ups were made with the customer service executives (Cse), different reasons are being given by each executive.
          3) a message has been sent saying "the issue will be resolved by 4th july" (I might not even need ac if i'm receiving service in july month).
          4) today when i contacted cse again he said "no ticket has been raised against your order" and he said iam raising a ticket now.
          5) no actions are initiated even after saying "i will return the product". Cse's are denying to forward my call to higher authorities.
          6) as i discussed with one of the agent who has came to install ac to other customer in nearby village they said to reach out to flipkart cse only for solution.

            Hi Team,

            I am not getting proper support from Flipkart customer care executive for the above order ID.

            There are multiple follow ups on this product. I am suppose to get resolution of the escalated ticket (Ticket no: IN[protected] on 27th May 2020. Till now there is no resolution on this issue.

            I would like to give some background on this issue.
            After placing the order, I check the status and could see that Packed and Shipped date is on 3rd June 2020 and Delivery date is on 28th May.

            I raised this concern on the same day and followed up continuously but didn't get any response from Flipkart support team.

            They have mentioned that there is a glitch in Packed and Shipped date, to resolve the issue they have created the above ticket but yesterday, 27th May when I checked for the status of the product I see that there is no progress and the resolution date is changed to 28th May.

            May I know what is going on with this order and when can I get my order.

            Please note, I have placed this order as I saw that Flipkart will get this order delivered by 28th May. If I am not receiving my order by 28th May, today then the purpose of raising this order is not fulfilled.

            I have spoken with on of the Customer care executive (Rishab Bundela on[protected] around 9:21 pm), he has suggested me to cancel the product and was not ready to help.

            Now they are asking me to wait till 2nd June to get resolution on this issue. To get information on the product if Flipkart is taking 9 days then I have to say that, complete process which Flipkart follows, is a big failure.

            I am frustrated by Flipkart customer service support.

              I ordered samsung AC on March month due to lockdown the schedule get postponed several times after wards we bought that AC in local shop and I cancelled that order on May 5 2020, and I received message as you would get refund amount on May 19. But I get notified that your refund is completed, I shocked and I wouldn't get that money and I asked customer care they need my account statement and credit card details and send it in a pdf format, till now I didn't get that amount, please take necessary action against them

                I have booked a flight from indigo on 23rd of may and it get cancelled due to covid 19 on 26 may. Indigo converted my refund amount into Credit shell but I am unable to redeem it. I talked to indigo customer support they told me to contact flipkart regarding the refund.

                Flipkart is unable to resolve my problem and keep giving me excuses.

                    I ordered a AC from flipkart..and they delivered only the outdoor unit unit from the split ac..indoor unit is missing. Now they are not helping me properly. They just transferring the call from one place to another or giving me some number and asking me that i will contact them.

                      Hello team,

                      I had ordered wonderchef nutri-blend ckm mixer grinder on 5th may 2020 worth rs 3, 125. After few days i came to know that delivery of the product ordered will get delayed due to covid-19 pandemic so i had cancelled the order on 12th may 2020. Flipkart notified me that your refund process has been initiated and you will get the refund of rs 3, 125 on or before 25th may 2020. I have waited till 25th may 2020 to receive the refund but haven't received it, so contacted the flipkart customer care and they told me to send the bank statement in screenshots or pdf formats. So i had sent them email with the screenshots of the bank statement and a day they again called me and told me to send the screenshot in pdf format. I did that too. I had sent them the statement in pdf format. After that they contacted me and shared a reference number and told me to check with the bank i did that too. Bank informed me that you have not received any refund from the flipkart.

                      I have waited for a refund for nearby 20 days. Each and every time flipkart is giving different types of excuses.

                      Please tell them to refund the amount as soon as possible and compensate me for the delay.

                        Kindly change the name in invoice as the order was mistakenly placed in my name instead of my father as the money for the order needs to be reimburse.
                        Its a big order including 3 products (1 mobile, 1 home theatre, 1 mixer grinder)
                        Be kind to either refund the amount of product after return or change in name of invoice.

                          I have ordered a product on flipkart and returned it on february 1 and i didn't recieve the refund amount till date. The order id is od[protected]. I charged dispute in bank and they said no such amount have been received. Take this issue as serious and resolve it as soon as possible

                            Ordered item (Order id : fmpp[protected]) on 21st may 2020, the item reached my nearest hub 23rd may, was expected to be delivered by 26th may, but was delayed for no clear reason and rescheduled to 28th may which is today. But yet nothing from flipkart, item is still at hub according to flipkart.

                            Other delivery services are delivering everything at my place on time, so i guess there is no delays due to covid restrictions. And...

                            Hi,

                            I recently placed an order for bosch 347 refrigerator under order id: 0d[protected]. I thought it was a good deal but didn't turn out to be. The refrigerator is yet to be delivered but i am already an unhappy customer.

                            Issue 1: when i placed the order, i clearly saw free installation but now i was told by customer service, i will have to pay for it.

                            Issue 2: i called up customer service to complaint that i bought extended warranty for rs 2299 and got 1 year extended warranty where as the seller is now giving it upto 3 years extended warranty at same price. That's not fair at all. You can't change your promotion in a matter for 3 days. Customer service told me to cancel the entire order and place it again. Wow! Do you think consumers like to have 2 refrigerators at their homes. My old one stopped working hence i bought a new one and now my money is blocked on credit card as well. Why on earth would you give that option to a consumer?

                            I won't pay for the installation as when i bought it, was mentioned as free installation

                            I want to cancel only this extended warranty and get a refund of rs 2299 and keep the product.

                            If you can't cancel it then extend it upto 3 years from 1 year.

                            If you can't do anything, i will cancel the whole order and buy from bosch showroom near my place and get the delivery the same day and never in my life comeback to flipkart.

                              Hello, i had ordered a smartphone 2 months back on 20th march. After multiple requests and calls to flipkart customer care i still did not receive any particular update. Then suddenly on 4th may, the product was shipped and reached the nearest hub on 7th may. The delivery date kept on getting extended from 26th march to 15th april to 30th april to15th may to the latest is now 6th june. I don't understand how can a product take a month to get delivered after reaching the nearest hub. I understand that the delivery services were paused till 17th may but even after the resumption the product is not with me after 11 days of resumption. I have to work from home and i use a feature phone and that is the reason i bought a smartphone but the company did not understand the urgency and kept on delaying the order. I need the product for working from home so please get it delivered within a day or two. I can't wait for so long after having paid the money.

                              Guys that doesn't solve my problem. I can't wait till 6th June. First the promise date was 26th march then it became 14th april then 30th april and then 15th may and now 6th june. How can I be assured that you will not extend it after 6th June? It is pointless that a product takes 1 month to get delivered even after reaching it's nearest hub. There delivery boys delivering in my society from your side and yet my product is not delivered. This creates a doubt in my mind. I don't understand that if other products can be delivered in my society why not my product?? See when 6th June comes you willl extend it to 21st June. I know your tantrums. Please get it delivered to me within a day or two as I have to work from home. Don't say that delivery services have been paused, because it is your team which is delivering in my society everyday.
                              Order not delivered on promise date i.e. 09.10.21.
                              As item shown at nearest hub from 07.10.21.
                              In 3 days order has not been delivered within my area.
                              As now expected delivery date extended to 13.10.21
                              Pls help.

                                  I have mailed my issue still no one is giving any reply.
                                  Trued calling helpline but no one oivks call.

                                    Joined flipkart affiliate program on 01/04/2017 and had sale for 120078 ₹ on around march 2019 for affiliate fee of 4, 803 ₹. My payment method was gift voucher & my account was also verified but i never received any payment in form of gift voucher. I several times reached flipkart affiliate through contact section of account but never received any reply then complained on [protected]@flipkart.com & again did not received any reply. I didn't had any option so i contacted [protected]@flipkart.com they asked me to contact [protected]@flipkart.com which i already did. Kindly credit my approved due payment.
                                    I am eligible for payment through gift card according to flipkart policy threshold is atleast 2500₹ for gc & my due amount is for 4803₹.

                                      My order id is od[protected], i purchased thomson 123.2cm (49 inch) ultra hd (4k) led smart android tv add on with complete tv protection (3 years)
                                      Delivered on 18th of may 2020 within two dsys on 20th installation also done from your side, on same day i found fot on display and replacement request sent on 21st of march 2020, your customer care person call me and give me an commitment of technicians vist on two working days from my requested date but till 25th of march 2020 no one vist my place and even i didn't receive any communications from your side, it this situation tv remote also not function on 12th of may 2020, i decided to return this worthless product and request also done through flipkart application, from that date six commitment dates are given from your side and there is no solution for my issue, even your customer service person connect my call while i'm explained about my issue, till date i may spoke 15 customer care person but all are worthless and no one gave me an solution and answer my query status, even my resolve date for my issue 5th commitment as on 29th may 2020, now it also changed to 19th of june 2020, are you people bluffing with me, in this scenario you can send person for new installation but unable send person for refund process past three month, what kind of logic in this, now my refund date commitment on 2nd july 2020, i really fedup and disappointed with your worthless service and i can't wait till your commitment date, i want my money back within a week otherwise i will file legal action against this issue.
