Sir,
I was ordered a huami amazfit gts smartwatch (Grey strap regular) for rs.9, 999/- on 08.03.2020 with order number od[protected] by online debit card emi from my sbi account... On the same day i was cancelled the order due to mistakely i was ordered grey strap color which is i want to black color. After that, the flipkart merchant was accepted my cancellation duly "refund completed refund id:[protected]
₹9999.0 as refund will be added to your credit card by mar 19. For any questions, please contact your bank with reference number in[protected]."
But, the amount was not credit to the same account till to now...
In this period the bank was charged the emi amount for rs.9, 999/- with 12 months period and the first month emi amount was deducted from saving account rs.906/- on 08.04.2020.
Further, i was contacted to the flipkart customer care centre so many times to refund my money and also attached my proof of my documents, simply they said as your refund was completed like "the refund of rs 9999.0 for your order has been completed by the seller and should have been credited to your account by 19 march 2020. The reference number for this refund is in[protected]."
So please persue the matter above, which i am sufferring with the merchant flipkart and the bank... I am also complained to the bank through website complaint two times recently. But the covid-19 has came and no body resolving my problem.
So i am complaining finally to your consumer complaints (Indian consumer complaints forum) as i am hope to resolve the same which was deducted my money and not refunded by flipkart merchant.
And also i am herewith attached the proof of documents from online screen shorts for ready reference please.

It would have reflected in your credit card by 19 Mar 20. If you do not see the refund in your account by this time, please check the previous statement of your bank account before reaching out to the bank. You may contact your bank’s customer care using the number mentioned on the back of your card with the reference number[protected] in case you need further assistance. If they are unable to help, you may raise a dispute with the bank's grievance department cell. Your kind understanding is appreciated.
