We understand that you are not able to play the games in the Game Zone and we're sorry for the trouble you had to go through.
We would like to let you know that the seller has disabled your account as per the terms and conditions of the contest you will not be able to play the games, nor you will be eligible for the rewards.
Please note that as per the seller's policy, the seller holds the right to enable/disable a particular account from the game zone and the seller's decision shall be final.
Below are the Terms and conditions details for the Game Zone:
- This Contest is valid only in India.
- The Contest is open to only end consumers and not the resellers of the Products.
-Sellers and Flipkart reserve the right to disqualify You from the benefits of this Contest. The terms and conditions also say if you try to play using multiple accounts in the same device or same account in multiple devices, seller has all the rights to disqualify the account from the benefits in terms of fair play.
- There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to participate in this Contest.
- Prizes shall not be settled with cash in lieu and are not transferable.

But i want to know which term have i violated?
I abide by all t&c s mentioned abobe but after fulfilling each t&c s how the respective seller (s) can block my account?
