My account has been blocked since 2018 and i’m unable to access it. This was happened by mistake as i haven’t done anything wrong that violates ‘flipkart terms o[censored]ses’.

      I applied for a replacement but the date they are giving me to pickup my order is 8th june and then they will send me a replacement which will be approximately delivering to me by 20th june, it will be 1 month procedure which is too long so i want my refund not a Replacement. Kindly update my request and provide me a refund.

        I have order an product from flipkart on 17th may and i paid online. After successfully the order was placed, i received a message your order has been cancelled by the seller. Now i’m not getting my money back. Today is 21st may as of writing this complaint i haven’t received my money. They deduct money within seconds and when its to refund they keeps on delaying. I dont grow money i need my money back.

          I've ordered black shark 2 on march 20 friday 2:58pm but due to global pandemic covid19 it was delayed for 1 n half months
          I ordered while the black shark was on offer it was ₹20000...

          After waiting for 1 and half months finally government allowed essential and non essentials to deliver..
          Promised date for delivery was on 15th may
          On 15th may i was patiently waiting for call but no delivery guy called me so around 8.00 pm on 15th may i went to help centre and texted why my item was not delivered and to locate my order id od[protected] and slept

          On 16th may i got these message from ad-flpkrt

          Flipkart update: sorry, the delivery for your black shark 2 (Shadow black 128 gb) has been delayed due to logistical constraints. Rest assured, we are working with the courier service providers to have the product reach you by 30 may 2020. Thanks for your patience. Regards, flipkart

          I was little upset but i understand its covid19 days so i was waiting for 30th may for my phone

          And on 20th may i got these message from ax-flpkrt

          Cancelled: our courier partner has confirmed that the delivery of black shark 2 (Shadow... With order id od[protected] was not accepted. As requested, the above item (S) in your order has (Have) been cancelled. Please check your email for more details.

          I went to help centre and request to call me and this number +91 [protected] called me she said she cannot help because i've rejected my order she told me to reorder the phone. After treating me this way telling me to reorder my phone and pay 12k more now the price is ₹32000 on 20th march the phone offer was ₹20000..
          I've never rejected and cancelled or received any call for delivery.. How can flipkart treat there customer this way waiting for 1 half month delivery.. This is way beyond toooooooooo much i am sooooooo disappointed...
          I want flipkart to deliver my phone at offer price ₹20000 thats all i want
          Please take these seriously i am soooo disappointed

              Flipkart is not able to deliver my product.
              They are also not able to provide any information about the product, its tracking id, or seller number.
              The site is showing 2 days delivery for the same order if we order now. But for my order it is showing 18 more days from now.
              Please look into it.
              I tried to get answers 100 times from your executives but they not even gave me answer, but also didn't replied anything.

                I have ordered mobile phone poco x2 via flipkart (Ekart logistics - fmpc[protected]) march 2020. The delivery guy comes and goes again and again without delivering the phone and harnessing the customer. Made compliant to flipkart, they suggested to cancel the order and place it again. I did the same too in march, still the phone is not delivered. The delivery guy came today (20th may 2010) but left without delivering the phone.

                  I have given order poco x2 (Phoenix red 128gb) on 21st march but due to lock down it was delay its known to all but now situation is normal and courier service is going on well then why delay.
                  Main thing.. I given order mask on 15th may and received today.
                  If this order i can get now then why you are not delivering my mobile poco x2.
                  If i don't get my order within 6 days, i will go to consumer forum.

                    On 28th january i had wrongly booked a flight using flipkart travel agency from delhi to coimbatore scheduled for 23rd february. Within a few minutes of booking, i called air india to cancel that flight as it was mistakenly booked as it was supposed to be another way around from coimbatore to delhi and not delhi to coimbatore. The customer care executive assured me that she has cancelled my flight and i will receive my refund. But later neither air india nor flipkart helped me out in fetching my refund. As a result of this, my payment of almost 10k still lies pending.
                    Flipkart people always demand an endorsement copy which air india at all cases is unwilling to give. No party is willing to adjust and help out. They just stick to their own stupid rules, like rocks. I have had this conversation multiple times. Still no solution.

                    Air India Charged a cancellation fee, which was absolutely wrong as I had cancelled the flight within 24hours of booking and the customer care executive assured me that she has cancelled the flight and I will recieve a full refund. Later I was informed that the flight was never cancelled from Air India's end. I wish somebody could check their customer complaint recordings to verify this fact. A TOTAL FIASCO.

                      I have order poco x2 at 19 march my delivery date was 23 march. It was change for government lockdown announce. Thay change delivery date 4 times. Government allowed to deliver all product only green and orange zone instade of being orange zone they do not delivery my product. After that government allowed flipcart to delivery all product at all zone. New all ordered phone ware delivery hare with in 3-4 days. My my product did not deliver and last delivery date was 15 may that was already gone away before 5 days. They do not get me any new update. I have already pay for this phone. I am so embrace obout their service. It is a type of cheat i think. Please take step for delivery my phone as soon as possible. Thank you.

                        It's 20may, today & still waiting for the product. Customer service people says the product is thr at my nearest hub, since last 20days. And still they require additional 10 to 15days to deliver the product.
                        Strange part is if i book the order now (Same product @ same pin code) it says, will get the delivery in two days time. As am in green zone.

                        Actually i ordered symphony air cooler on 5th May 2020 and three times it has been escalated, and every time they will say we will give update after 1 week and same will be extended. Still no response from seller 'OmniTechRetail' and Flipkar.If they are not ready or in a situation to ship the shipment at least need to reject the order instead of accepting the orders. Same location other customers received the products. Please do the needful at the earliest. Thanks
                        I am still waiting for my order.
                        And when tried reaching customer service desk, they are asking to cancel the order and again book the same, and u ll get the product within 2days.
                        Why should I pay the higher price now as I did booked it during the offer time and also waited patiently knowing that my product is just one km away (@ hub) from my place since almost 20long days.
                        Appreciate your help getting my order delivered asap, as there is no patience left now.

                          I cancelled an order on flipkart and flipkart refunded my 112 rupees to syndicate bank debit card which i used for purchase. But after 6 days also the amount is not credited to my account.
                          I had purchased a product on flipkart and made a payment of rupees 112 using syndicate bank debit card and after 2 days i cancelled the order and flipkart refunded my money it showed transaction successful but money was not credited to my account after 6 days also. So please kindly resolve the issue.

                              3) deliver boy delivered our parcel on 16/05/2020. We did receive, and paid rs. 1838/- for two (02 nos.) smart watches. After two hours when we had checked and opened the parcel, we found there only a single smart watch without usb charger against order qty. Of 02 nos. Which is also defective. Usb charger was included in the add.

                              In this case we shocked and surprised. Because we paid and get nothing.

                              4) it is requested you please refund or paid money.

                              5) please do the needful. Which is very critical issue for me also flipkart.

                                  Hello Sir/Madam,
                                  I have ordered the router on Flipkart (Order id: OD[protected] on
                                  07-May-2020 (HDFC Net Banking reference Number: [protected])and paid online
                                  via net banking. Then Seller dispatched it on 7th May via Ekart Logistics
                                  (Ekart Logistics - FMPP[protected]). Promised delivery date was 12-May-2020,
                                  which was not met and changed to 14-May-2020 which also not met. I tried to
                                  reach Flipkart numerous times via email or call but they did not responded
                                  properly in time. Rather they are just making me fool by providing very
                                  vague and lame statements. Today some one called and told me that your
                                  order can only be delivered only post lock down is over.
                                  Now sir tell me are we aware when this lock down will get over? If our
                                  government has given rights to Flipkart to take orders and deliver during
                                  lockdown then why they are providing this statement and why they have taken
                                  the order if that cannot be delivered in between lock down.
                                  Sir it was very much needed as I am not able to work and my salary and
                                  leaves are getting deducted day by day. So how could i bear with this in
                                  this pandemic situation ? Who will full fill my loss? from 12th-May to till
                                  date.
                                  Sir I plead and want your help on this... So that a common people cant be
                                  fooled by this organizations. I have attached screenshots of the same.
                                  Please help.
                                  Sir I belong from middle class and I cannot afford these anymore. Me and my
                                  entire family is suffering. If I need to get this after lock down is over
                                  then why Government has asked them to help common people during lock down.
                                  I can get it by myself after lock down is not it? And till then I will be
                                  loosing my job. I am not paid due to Flipkart and my entire family including me is suffering. Please help resolution on this.

                                  Nothing happened after escalating the issue with flipkart greivance cell, they are just fooling me. if they cannot deliver then why they have accepted the order? Who is responsible for my loss of pay? Me and my family is only suffering. Need help. How our Indian Government allowing this cheater to do business . Government has asked them to help people in this pandemic situation and they are just looting and fooling and cheating on innocent people . Sir I will be jobless soon. Flipkart saying after lock down they can only deliver. How is this their commitment, if so thstn again why they have taken my order and planned to fire me from job... My simple question and shout for help who will be responsible if something happens to my job????? Need help... Indian government cannot allow this cheaters to do what ever they can and ruin individuals life and career... Please help...

                                    I had ordered fossil watch of rs 22995/- on jan 20 and on jan 23 i received box but inside product was missing so delivery guy told me to raise complain, on jan 23 evening i raised complain for product is missing but customer care made mistake that product is damage so on jan 24 i again raised complain but it was rejected because emailed was registered so i called customer care that i can't update my email id so please update it.. They said their server was down so they can't update and 29th jan flipkart finally updated my email id and i raised complain and they accepted my complain and requested for i'd proof and i submitted my id card... But still it was rejectee because of their carless issue.. On 19th may i called customer care and they said they can't help me anymore because my policy period is over but i had raised me complain before policy period but their system was down so it not my mistake and now they are not answering my call also...
                                    I hve all call recording proof and mail proof

                                      Respected sir/madam,
                                      I have ordered 3 nos packets of the man company hand sanitizer each packets containing 4 nos of hand sanitizer through flipkart. (Prepaid order). But i have received only 1 no packet instead of 3 nos. When i asked the delivery boy he informed me that only 1 no of packet was received for delivery. That time i think other 2 nos packets should be delivered by other delivery boy. But i was shocked when i got the message and also in the flipkart app that i was delivered 3 nos of packets with invoice. My issues are not solved till now that's why i am writing here. Please help to get the other 2 packets as it was a prepaid order.
