[Resolved]  Flipkart — blocked flipkart account

Dear sir/madam
I am nantu maiti. I am using flipkart since 2013 and i am a active flipkart plus member.
Flipkart blocked my account without any valid reason. They said that the product which i am buying from flipkart is not intended for personal use. But i am using all the product for my personal use. All the products is in my home. How can they claim that?
Please rectify the problem.

I received the message "transaction was declined on the basis of risk checks" (see attached screen print).
Please advise how to clear this, so that I can make payments as before.
I wish to make a purchase.

I have ordered 2 mobile, 1 for my mother and other for my brother .Now flipkart blocked my account saying that I am reselling products. Without any inquiry, how can they block my account. I am not reseller. Please take necessary action on them. If I want to do so, I can create multiple accounts, why i use same account. Please check this. Thank You

I have booked an oppo f3s on 8/9/19 as per your offer but not yet received it.Paid Rs 1640/- through Visa card, SBI.Now10 days over already.Pl deliver it immediately or refund the amount as earlier as possible. Paytm showed money will send back if not delive the item
