I have a serious issue regarding the exchange of my existing nokia5 mobile in exchange of a new redmi note7s in ref. To the order no. Od[protected] dated 01.10.2019. I ordered a redmi note 7s on 01.10.2019. As per your offers, i wanted to get my existing nokia 5 exchanged. Before doing the same, i thoroughly went through the exchange policies and the concerned terms & conditions of your company. Being satisfied with the same, i went forth with the process and accordingly, the price was determined by you after verifying the imei no. [protected]. Accordingly i paid the amount. Since my existing handset is in absolute fresh condition, i didn’t have the slightest apprehension regarding its exchange hazards which i had to undergo, incidentally and unnecessarily, at the time of delivery. The delivery person refused to accept my existing handset for absolutely no reason. He pointed out certain problems which do not even exist and go by the norms of your exchange policies vide the 6nos. Of criteria of verification of the product condition.

As for point no. 1, the screen is perfectly intact from all sides. As for point no. 2, any parts of the mobile, such as, buttons, volume key, sim tray, charging port has not been missing. For point no. 3, there is no cracks/ breakage either on the mobile body or camera glass. Though it is clearly stated in your policy that paint wearing out or scratches and dents are acceptable, i want to assure you that the paint of my handset is more than intact and there is no scratch and dent either. As for point no 4, there is no crack / breakage / dent on the screen. As for point no. 5 & 6, the handset remained switched on for more than an hour during the time i was being badly harassed by the delivery person. It didn’t even need to be charged during the period. By this time, i hope, you have understood that my handset is in more than intact condition and therefore doesn’t have any such problem of the battey or the back panel which cannot be opened even without a professional.

I am attaching some relevant images in this connection so that you can understand the gravity of the issue and take urgent necessary measures from your end. However, it goes without saying that i will definitely be taking necessary legal actions in the meantime from my end for the sheer harassment i had to undergo and for the extra amount of rs.2, 550/- which i was compelled to pay in order to receive my product.

I hope you can well understand the gravity of the situation and firstly issue a written apology from your side save taking necessary and corrective measures and compensations which i lawfully deserve.

    Dear Flipkart team,
    Against Order ID OD[protected] dated 30th sep 2019 i had ordered Redmi note 7s & trolley bag safari of total transaction amount 9628/- but order cancelled by Flipkart, payment deducted from ICICI credit card .but still I didn't got refund in my bank.As per bank transaction is already done with transaction reference number 74056639274927364750089 .Please pay attention & refund my transaction amount on urgent basis. I need this money urgently.

      Sony wireless behind neck in ear headphone with bose wireless earbuds was ordered towards me and the label on the packing box is same but product inside the box are diffrent and also have low price in compare of ordered product value

        I had booked a flight ticket from flipkart for 2 passengers dated 18th September at 9.25 am.An amount of Rs 14554 was deducted from my account but ticket was not booked. As per rule the amount should have been credited back within 5 to 7 working days. But even after 15 days I have not recieved the amount back. I am complaining the issue on flipkart flight help line number but my problem is not yet solved. One of the representatives told me that its bank issue. But bank denied the same. I am fed up of the same. Kindly refund my money as I am a middle class person. If there is issue with original bank mode kindly refund it in other bank. But please refund my money back

                I was playing games on flipkart since last 10 days, everything was great. But since i have one plus 6t phone with good performance, my friend used my phone to play and earn better rewards. Due to voilation of tnc of flipkart my id and my friend's id were blocked from playing games. Since all the id's are original and verified, and used for placing orders. So only because o[censored]sing same phone, banning is not right thing.
                So i request to kindly unbann me and my friends from gamezone.

                  I am writing to inform you of a delay with my Order id - OD[protected] . I placed the order on 30 September 2019 and was assured that I would receive the order on 1st October 2019 .
                  Due to some delivery issues from E-KART logistics i didn't get my order on the given date and I was informed by delivery person that they will deliver on 2nd October.
                  So far i haven't received my order. For last 2 days i have been calling Flipkart customer care, but not getting any good response. Earlier they informed me that i will get my order on 5th October and now it has changed to 7th October . This is very disappointing.
                  In addition I am not able to track my order on Flipkart site . It still shows, product will be deliver on 1st October 2019 . Attach is the screenshot . Please update tracking details .
                  I am also very disappointed by the services of E-KART logistics. They are just delaying my order for no reason .
                  Its a request to deliver the product as soon as possible or send me the addres of E-KART logistics Gurgaon . I will collect it from there .

                          I have ordered an laptop from flipkart on Sept 30. using a exchange option where i was about to exchange my old working laptop (Dell Laptop which i bought 5 years before from US). flipkart asked for serial number of the old laptop on checkout page. where they gave the steps to get serial number (attached screenshot ) as get serial number from the invoice "or" from back of laptop "or" from typing a command in command prompt.

                          I have used command in command prompt to get the serial number and gave it to entered it while checking out.
                          On delivery the flipkart delivery agent came to door step for delivery and checked my old laptop. he viewed back of the laptop and said the serial number does not match. The serial number he shown is said "DPN:" I demanded it doesn't says anything about serial number, DPN doesn't mean any where close to serial number.also shown what the flipkart exchange page and also shown him the serial by which i got.He called his reporting person and queried about the ongoing issue and said we are only "EKART" the delivery partner and we dint have any instructions to get the serial number of laptop from command prompt and left without taking the laptop.

                          i requested call from flipkart customer service. I got call's only from the persons who are unaware about the exchange and have no knowledge on laptop. and i was been explaining the incident again and again.
                          one of the customer agent said to cancel the order and place the order again with the correct serial number as if i went wrong.

                          I had placed order through my credit card and the amount was blocked,
                          i had formatted my working machine and im being held without a machine right now, and flipkart doesn't concern about any of my problems.

                          I have been waiting and spent hours to avail an offer and ordered this, and flipkart gave fake promises and making fool of customers.
                          I demand flipkart to give the same machine i ordered at the same price as soon as possible tats my simple resolution for this issue

                          Even The Dell Site give me the correct model number and exact warranty details and make when i entering the serial number which i got by from command prompt as instructions given in flipkart.

                          They cancelled my order without my concern.. which is highly irritating.. I was not really not with this kind of response.. and I regret for using Flipkart for this long and I am never going to use and refer Flipkart for someone from here onwards..

                              I ordered redmi 7pro with exchange offer from flipkart on 30 th september . My old mobile model and imei no is also mentioned in the order. All the conditions fulfil as per flipkart policy for exchange.And only a little scratch there in the body of my old mobile, which shoukd be accepted by the flipkart with reduction of my exchange value. At the time of delivery the delivery agent come to my place and without checking my phone he refused...

                                I have purchased a real mi xt phone on 30th october 19, which is last product for me and it’s my bad experience till now. Because this product is defective 1st thing betteries discharge within 2 hours and 2nd thing heating issue. I have made call many times for return but not any resolution in our side and visit the technician and wrong update and resolve the matter there after replacement policy extended.
                                So this is not my fault and finally in your side suggest to visit near service center but unable to go service because it far from that location aprox 70 km and they are living rural area.

                                  I sunil kumar pattanaik ordered a oppo f11 pro (Aurora green, 64 gb) mobile through flipkart on date-29th sep'19 -8.57 pm by order id (Od[protected]. And next day on 03:35 am the same product was dispatched by ekart logistics (Fmpp[protected]). Expected delivery time was 3rd oct'19 by flipkart, but it had suddenly cancelled on 2nd october 2019 in evening (07:29 pm) without any information.

                                    Hi team, i have ordered one product on 29th september 2019 from flipkart for my father order id - od[protected] but unfortunately while adding new address by mistakenly i have mentioned wrong contact numbers, on 30th sep 2019 i got a message on my app stating that my product is out for delivery but after so many attempts to contact courier person to update him about the correct contact number but no response i received from his end (Courier person did not answered my phone whole day) and when i contacted customer care and asked aluva area e-kart logistics contact number, mr. Nithin who claimed himself as supervisor in a threatening way said that they do not have the contact numbers of logistics and he said that their courier person tried to delivered the product but could not delivered due to incomplete address but in actual address in completely correct, i believe all senior staff like hod or zonal heads are sleeping or they are completely irresponsible towards their work that is the reason after so many complaints and follow up nothing has happened, flipkart services are becoming worse day by day and being a regular customer i am very disappointed with this incident, i have paid the amount for my product and now since 03 days i am chasing for the product.

                                    Customer raised a complaint regarding the delivery of the order. We have interacted with the customer and informed that the order was cancelled by the courier service provider due to unforeseen logistics issues. The seller has confirmed the refund has been completed on October 12, 2019, which should have been reflecting in customer credit card account by now. Hence, requesting customer to place a fresh order and closing the complaint from our end.

                                      I am very disapponted and shocked with flipkrt... I ordered redmi 7 pro on 30 th september and i keep tracking... Now it showing i have cancelled the order.. Whereas i have not cancelled the order.. My order id - od[protected]. I believe flipkart have good policy... Hope they delivered my order asap... Otherwise i think everyone should think before giving any order to flipkart...
