      I am successfully completed this condition and in may 2019 we have earned 6000/- approved payment & amount should be transferred in our account in august 2019 (Completion of 60 days). But amount was not transferred in our account in august 2019.
      Till now september end not get amount.
      We have mailed several times but nobody had replied and we have also submitted issue in affiliated programmes contact us page, but they have not replied to us. We complaint on twitter and they told us to mail on [protected]@flipkart.com, we have mailed on that mail id but still no reply.

      They are not providing any support and not even there is number to contact them. We are hopeless and helpless. Kindly take the necessary actions against them. We have worked very hard and now we are not getting our hard earned money.

        I had purchased memory card in flipkart, after 12 days it stopped working, flipkart customer service informed that it is out of return policy since returns are covered only till 10 days, and asked me to talk to sandisk customer service, when i spoke to the sandisk customer care, they took all the serial no's and confirmed it is not a genuine sandisk memory card, and asked me to get in touch with flipkart itself for replacement, flipkart also isn't that welcoming on the same, we as an individual trust flipkart as a one stop shopping application but of they don't sell original products who takes care of it, i have attached the invoice and also the email print which i got from sandisk for the reference, please help me on this.

          My flipkart affiliate payment is pending. I want flipkart payment in gift voucher.
          As per flipkart affiliates select payment via gift voucher, flipkart will accrue and withhold referral fees until the total amount due is at least rs 2500.00.

          Now i have more then 3000 but they its 4th month they didn't give me my payment. Please help me

            I have to file a complaint against flipkart for selling fake indulekha products. I ordered indulekha hair oil (100ml) on 9th july, 2019 which was delivered on 16th july 2019 (Order id - od[protected]. It was the first time i was using indulekha hair oil because of which i didn't have any doubt as to its originality. After using it for 3 months i ordered once again indulekha hair oil from flipkart on 10th september2019 which was delivered on 12th september 2019. On the usage of it, i found difference in the smell as well as the color and texture of the hair oil than of the indulekha hair oil delivered on july 16th. Out of doubt i googled about it and found out that there are many instances of flipkart selling fake indulekha hair oil and i also found it in the comments of the product which i hadn't noticed earlier. I also found out that the smell of original indulekha hair oil should be of herbs and what i received on july 16th was totally different from it. It had a pleasant smell and also it increased my hairfall excessively. I found out that i had received a fake indulekha hair oil from flipkart on july 16 on the delivery of the same item on september 12 (Which had a code and is a original one). Also when i checked there is color difference in both the packages and the fake package looks of very cheap quality. I have the picture of both of them. When i contacted flipkart customer care on 24th september 2019, first customer care executive hanged up my call when i informed this complaint showing very unprofessional attitude. When i called back it was received by another executive who being a lady was kind enough to listen to my issue. She assured me that she will file a complaint on behalf of me of which i shall receive an acknowledgement in mail. I waited for 3days i did not receive any mail from flipkart so i am writing this complaint to this forum. I have been using that fake indulekha hair oil sold by flipkart for 3 months not knowing it to be fake. I have excess hairball and the quality of my hair has depleted in the last 3 months due to the usage of the fake indulekha hair oil sold by flipkart. I want a refund from flipkart for the fake product sold by them. I have excess hair loss because of the usage of fake oil. So at least i want the fund of the indulekha hair oil for which i had paid rs. 447/-. The order id of it is od[protected]. Flipkart customer care gave a deaf ear to my issue so i have filed this complaint before consumer redressal forum. Kindly go through this complaint and do the needful. I am attaching the photo of both fake and original products i received.

              Hi, i have ordered moto x4 super black, but the product delivered is moto x4 sterling blue colour, the flipkart delivered different product. Hence i requested for refund, but the refund request has been rejected by seller. But still the issue is not resolved by flipkart.                   I am having trouble playing the quiz contest on the flipkart mobile app for past one year now. I searched for it on the internet and saw that some other people also had the same problem some time back due to using two different accounts from the same ip address. I contacted the customer service but they were unable to help me. So i request flipkart to please look into this matter

                      flipkart does not recognise my phone imei number when I enter the same for exchange

                      Flipkart doesn’t recognise my phone’s imei number when i enter the same for exchange. It shows error: ‘entered imei number did not match with selected brand and model’.
                      I had purchased the same phone from flipkart itself and it doesn’t recognise now!! I’ve checked online for my phone’s authenticity using imei number and it appears clean. I don’t see any other reason why it is not recognising. Please check and let me...

                      I have created flipkart account three years back with a mobile number [protected]. Few months ago i lost my mobile phone and the number. This no is deactivated now.

                      The main problem is when i tried to update my new mobile number, the otps are being sent to both the new number and the old number. I got the new number otp and account password, but the otp of the old number cannot be entered as i lost the number and i dont have it. This is making me unable to change the mobile number.

Whenever i play game in flipkart gamezone it starts to show a error message that 'we encourage fair play in line with our terms and conditions'.                             It means some sorts of fairplay violation against the mention terms and condition in flipkart gamezone.. I cannot play game in flipkart gamezone. Whenever i play game in flipkart gamezone it starts to show a error message that 'we encourage fair play in line with our terms and conditions'. I started to get this error message after assessing the game zone with different accounts from same phone. I thought the problem will be fixed in one or two days but till date it shows the same error message..

                            Neither the customer care could understand what the error is all about..

                            Please be resolve this issue asap.

                            It's not fair ..u should enable terms before entering to game so that one can read and do not do what u mention in tnc ..

                            I m playing from last 2 month nothing happened ..and now u just make changes in your terms ..u should notify once ..I'm totally unaware of this fairplay I swear ..

                            Even all my id get stuck like this screen ..without warning and proper notification u can't just disqualify anyone ..I being a plus member ..please undo my account ..n allow me to play games ..I will not do anything against tnc further ...hope be it a possitive consideration.. thank you

                            Well we understand your terms and conditions but was it mentioned that we cant play with different accounts. I used only my both valid account. Atleast you people should make terms like we can play in limit with 2 or 3 accounts but you cant do that.
                            There has been a fairplay error from last 4 months i have contacted the customer care no. and complained about it many times..it was not my fault due to some network issue i have re-entered the game 2-3 times and after that this fairplay issue persists.. please consider it as a mistake and block only genuine frauds..

                              This is 2nd time same thing is happening with flipkart seller.
                              I ordered cetaphil moisturizing cream, a pack of 2, instead i got delivered only pack of 1, i enquired and filed a complaint for resolution to flipkart customer care but no proper solution provided and customer service reply was they can't do anything about it as seller said that he had sent complete order. As i spoke with customer care, there's no accountability of the fraud from either side, seller or flipkart, no proper management of resolution of problems and complaints like this.. I am hoping to get my complaint resolved asap.

                                Hi,
                                I have purchased a product in Flipkart with the price of 524 when there is an offer at sep 14th 2019, when I purchase product the date of delivery is 16th of sep.But the delivery is not happened.I have raised a complaint on the issue and they have ask time for 2days .Finally the wait is extended to 26th Sep 2019 which means 12days, and on 26th they have cancelled the ordered product with out my acceptance of the cancellation.

                                  I purchased the TV on 27th November 2018. it stopped working on 16th august for which the technician visited and requested the brand for replacement as the panel was not working. the replacement date was 17th september 2019 and i received a mail for customer id. i replied with by uploading my id. however i received a mail saying the details of the customer and the id didnt match, so i immediately replied by uploading my mother's id as the tv was purchased on her id. since i had no update regarding anything until i called on 25th September 2019 and i was informed that the replacement has been rejected. now noone either from jeeves customer support or from flipkart customer support is helping me with it and both customer supports are asking to call here and there by transfering the responsibility to each other. i have spent more than 4 hours on call talking to these executives but my problem remains unresolved at the bottom.

                                    I've ordered hp laptop from flipkart which was delivered on 9th sept. I got a faulty product. When raised return/replace for the product they took a whole month to process the request, and replaced it on 26th sept. The new product what is replaced is also having same defect (There is shadow of keyboard on the display screen). They dont respond on customer care numbers, nor on chat support. This is the worst nightmare faced with flipkart.

                                    I am not able to play Flipkart Games via Flipkart app. When I try to enter, it shows that "Something's wrong here We encourage fair play in line with our terms and conditions". Here I am attaching the screen shot of the same. Kindly take necessary steps to resolve the problem as soon as possible.

                                      I ordered one his motherboard from flipkart. Order number od[protected]. After unboxing i found a used motherboard. It was full dirty. After installation it neither detect mouse nor the keyboard. So i called flipkart first for refund. They told this product is not returnable but there is 3 years warranty. So i should contact service center. I followed that. But to my surprise there is no service center of his. They are picking call once after 100 call. Asking to send the board to some unknown address of mumbai. It is all fradulent & nothing else. Flipkart should register genuine products after verification. Can flipkart give me in retun guarantee of repair & return of product if sent to mumbai? Else refund my money.

                                      Since the product was delivered to you on August 29, 2019, the seller will not be able to fulfill your refund request.

                                      I ordered 5 phones for my different friend which they are lived in different places and now Flipkart blocked my account and say that i resell the product.how can do this when i am reaching the point which give me Flipkart coupon
