Complaint marked as Resolved I received call from their grievance department to replace the product, it took 15 days to resolve the issue since I raised 1st complain there on their website. But it resolve issue in 5 days, after posting complain here. Now the new device is working properly. Thanks flipkart and consumercomplain team to handle and resolve this.

Updated by abj3kor I have been calling since 08-Aug and there is every time extended date provided by flipkart customer care. The same message they also give "Will revert back".
I need the solution at the earliest.

Flipkart Customer Care's response Called the customer on 80****2526, Light blinking . It might be software issue, screen is blinking at 3 times/sec. Approving the return without tech visit as Turn around time has breached. Created return again and approved return. Closing the case.

Also I would not be consider the case as closed until the product is delivered by the promised maximum date 19-Aug-2017. Please keep this case open.
