Reference: Goods purchased through Flipkart on 20.07.2017, delivered on 22/23.07.2017.
On 20.07.2017, I bought Eye Vision USB Port Night Vision CCTV DVR with Memory Card slot recording 1 Channel Home Security Camera ev-usb24ir-dome | Mobone Black cctv Camera Single | 10 days Replacement Guarantee** from you for Rs. 955/- (including delivery charges, and speed post charges sent to you). However, when the product was received on 22/23.07.2017, I discovered that it was something different from what i ordered and the bill was generated in the following way: [find the attached sheet for invoice]. On 2.08.2017, one delivery executive came and found the product is different from what it was showing in the order history, he didn’t pick up the product and went. Since then no answer from Flipkart on the same. And I want the cost incurred in sending the letter to you also including refund amount + delivery charges + speed post charges to you.
The change of the company of the product ordered was your responsibility up to the point I received it and accordingly I am entitled to [a refund along with a refund of all delivery costs]. I would request that you confirm in the next three working days that you will provide this remedy and that you will cover the cost of the different item being returned to you.
Should I not receive this confirmation I will have no alternative but to raise a dispute through the Money Back Guarantee dispute resolution process, for which the process is started and consumer forum complaint no. is 374639 in National Consumer Helpline. If I will not get the desired result from the company, then I will have no other option to go further to get the solution.
