    I ordered a dress (Crease & clips women's fit and flare) from flipkart on
    Sun, aug 13th '17 5:17 pm. Order id (Od[protected]. Which is also available for door delivery. But the order was not deliver to the door step. The flipkart courier boy or delivery boy said cannot deliver your product to your door step. He doesn't give respect and unethical behaviour, misbehaviour. He doesn't care about customer satisfaction. His contact number is [protected]. Please take necessary action on courier boy and delivery boy and not let this will happen in future and also make the order deliver to my address.

      1. The issue started from the day i ordered the product "lg 260 l frost free double door refrigerator" (Shiny steel, gl-t292rpzy) which got delivered on delivered on (Sat, aug 12th '17).

      There was a delay in sending a product (Contacted the customer care department more than 20 times)& the under aged guy was sent for delivery. The product was huge and the person was unable to carry the product somehow we managed to get that to my place. (Issue reported no reply).

      2. I ordered puma el ace 2 mid pn ii dp mid ankle sneakers (Black) on same day which was supposed to be delivered on delivered on "mon, aug 14th '17" there was a tech issue wherein i was unable to track my orders and i have not received any notification regarding the delivery of the product. Hence, called back the customer care department got information stating the product is already delivered. : i have not received my product".

      3. Ordered"lg 108cm (43) full hd led smart tv (43lh576t)"the product was supposed to deliver by 2 pm after complaining more than 10 times the product got delivered around 5 pm.

      The drama started now for installation"i have been informed that the product will be installed on the same day now the advisors are informing me that it will take another 4days to install the product.

      4. The order for "v-guard crystal plus voltage stabilizer" was supposed to be delivered on "thu, aug 17th '17, and fri, aug 18th '17" the product has not been delivered (I am scared now i might get a message stating the product has been delivered because the same happen on my previous order}. Hence, called back the customer care department more than 50 times everyone kept disconnecting my call without any courtesy.

      The calls disconnected by advisors everytime i call for asking them to transfer the call to the supervisor/manager. Pathetic service ever seen.

      I want justice for all inconveniences caused to me.

      @ ceo flipkart please ask your team to monitor the calls.

            Sir i raghvendra singh order an ortan 5005 electric kettle black silver of pries rs. 570.00 to flipkart on 15.07.2017 same has been delivered to me on 29.07.17 on check i had found it is a defective goods having leakage from handle as it is a electric equipment so for safety point of view i decide to return the same to flipkart, accordingly i immediately lodge a request to flipkart and they ensured me about return accepted with id od[protected] and informed, the defective item will be picking up on 08.08.17 i was wait but no one came and do the same hence i once again contact with flipkart customer care official they apologized for the same and ensure same will be done on 17.08.17 but sir no one come and the defective item still with me. Today i. E. 18.08.17 i again try to contact with flipkart but no one respond me sir i m very much disappointed and annoyed with flipkart service and why they are cheating us please take necessary action against responsible people and arrange to replace the defective item immediately.               It seems they are not giving any buyers the credit for GST.
              For all you know they must be taking up the GST Credit on their name and not passing it on to the actual customer.
              You need to complain to the GST authorities with all the details.

                bought the vu tv under no cost emi option, but charging interest

                Dear sir/madam,
                I have bought vu 98cm (38.5) full hd smart led tv (Order id: od[protected] on 10-july-2017 as a no cost emi option with citi bank credit card for 9 months emi which cost of 27, 999.00, at the time buy it shown like 3111*9 months=27999, but i am getting the credit card emi bill as 3309*9 months=29781 (Which standard emi with 15% interest rate), i communicated the citi bank for the same, citi bank representative...

                I had purchased a moto e4 on 18th of july. It was a defective piece. I raised complain on 27th n the technician visited on 30th. He checked the handset n promised that the handset is defective n wil replace in 2 days. But it didn't happen​. So called up flip cart several times but no use. Now today when i called up they say they can't replace as per their policy. I have to take to the service center. Y should i take to the service center if i have received a defective piece? Y don't they replace it? They r not even ready to talk in they say they will disconnect the call if i agrue with them.
                So pls look into this matter n do the needful

                We have interacted with the customer, as per customers complaint we have arranged for the tech visit to check the issue, as there was no issue found we had rejected the return. Customer needs to get in touch with the ASC if at all he is not satisfied with the resolution.
                Visited ASC and motherboard needs to be replaced. ASC manager has acknowledged defective phone. Technician wasn't thorough in evaluating phone. The damage was internal.

                  Hello, we have bought a mobile from your website on 11th aug order id-od[protected] when we have received the phone the phone was re starting on its own. So we have requested a return, again we have got the same today with same problem again. Its restarting even if put on charge. When we are trying to raise another refund request they are saying that they cant do we have to take it to the service centre. Why we will take it a new phone to service centre if we are have bought it from flipkart? Why they are selling faulty products? They know there is some bug in the same they should not fool there customers who blindly trust and buy things from your website. I and my wife have two accounts on flipkarts and we are buying so many items on regular basis from flipkart. If they treat their valueable customers like this for some 7k mobile phones where are they maintaing the customer relationship? We are not here to cheat you for such a filthy thing. Is flipkart have no respect and concern for there valuable customers? Pls raise it as a complaint as we are very much disappointed with your response this time

                    Ordered tbs tea tree face wash and when i received it the cap was broken and the product spilled inside the packet. It was delivered to my husband's office address and when i opened that later, i saw this. Not only this is wastage but unhygienic as well. Ordered other products also and those are delivered nicely. Exchange this with a new one and please resolve the matter soon.

                      I have ordered motoc plus from flipkart on 11th aug. It was delivered on 14th august and the phone was dead on arrival, it kept on restarting continuously. I raised a complaint and they sent a replacement phone which is delivered on 18th august.
                      To my surprise the new phone is also having the same issue and it never starts.
                      When i call the customer care they ask me to go to service center.

                      First of all this is a new phone i have ordered by paying the entire amount. They are sending me faulty pieces intentionally or not i dont know and now asking me to get the phone fixed? I demand a full refund for this from flipkart if not i will take this legally on flipkart for sure..

                          Od[protected] i ordered 2 i phone 7 on 11th of august, its 17th today still i am not able to see the status of the order, its just showing me approved and the delivery date given is on 18th of august, and its still not delivered by the given time i am really very upset about it, i was eagerly waiting for it. Now i get an email saying your shipment will be delivered by 23rd august, i don't understand why they are doing it, i made a mistake placing an order on flipkart i would have placed it on amazon instead they are giving next day delivery. So not satisfied by flipkart never will i place an order on flipkart.

                          I got a call yesterday from flipkart after putting a complaint against them, they said they will deliver the product on 18th August itself or els within 24 hours, still I am waiting for my product to get delivered. And now I called the customer service they told me it will be delivered by 23rd of August, now this is really annoying if you can't ship within that time atleast don't commit to the customer, this is really very bad service from flipkart

                            I am vikash, i had purchased moto e4 plus on 18th july, 2017, but it have a lot of problem (Hanging issue, heating, camera not working problem, locking system not working properly, unlock phone without pattern & finger print sensor) then i had requested for replacement of it.                             Flipkart Customer care called me and saying that we can not accept request your refund, you will have to go to the service center.
                            I said that when I have got same phone like even after replacement, why should I go service center? I got the phone back just like the first one.

                                  I bought a laptop from flipkart. But after few days i realised that graphics is very poor which is intel hd 520 which is a software not even a graphics. Plus the adapter blown out. I contacted hp service they told me that they are not responsible for that defect although charger comes with 1 year warranty. I immediately emailed flipkart but no one, absolutely no one has ever replied or called me. This is the most # company. Even amazon takes responsibility of customers words.

                                  We have interacted with the customer explain the policy and said that if the seller is not having the product than only refund would show however even that will happen after a tech visit or the brand check if there is issue only however product is on stock and we can only replace, customer said he is not happy with the graphics inform him that even we replace it would be same it would twin product and it works same so check with brand we will not be able to process any kind of request cx agreed and closing the case

                                  Stupid policy and stupid service of Flipkart. Even after emailing them several times on Thursday no one responded and from Sunday email responses are coming. Amazon is better, they reply within 6hrs guaranteed. I will go for amazon now on.

When i went to udaipur hub hiranmagri sec - 14 office of ecart they told that they misplaced that parcel. Pathetic service by ecart and psycho manpower you have in your staff. This is my order and i going to consumer form for complaint this shi.. T.

                                      I've ordered a shirt from flipkart with order no od[protected] and i got a message that it will be arrived on 10 aug. At 10 aug i got another message that it is delayed and rescheduled to 16 aug and till now i didn't received my order. I've called you several times and you extended the date to 19 aug and if it wouldn't arrived on that date i will file a complaint in consumer court and i need a exact replay regarding my delivery. Another thing is that the amount for my shirt is debited from my bank account
