I have received 1 pack (3 pair) of socks instead of 3 pack (9 pair) of socks. I paid rs. 253 for 3 pack (9 pair) but 2 pack (6 pair) are missing. So, how can i get missing 2 pack (6 pair) please let me know and what is the procedure...

I attached the specification screenshot of mentioned product, invoice and product picture...

    I am facing overheating issue with this mobile. I am submitted request to replace, but flipkart not provide thi service. After continuous follow up from 5-7 days, they arrange technician visit but technician even not check my mobile issue and talk so erogently with me. After calling with your executive, they also not solve my problem.
    I want to replace this device or refund my money.

      I booked a micromax canvas hd 32" tv on 11/08/2017, which was delivered on 16/08/2017. Invoice no. Was faaa9l[protected]. Next day when service provider came to service that tv, they found that tv was not working. We lodged the complain for changing the oroduct through helpline no. [protected]. They told that the companies representative must came within 21/08/2017 to find the actual problem and returned it. But they were bot came. Now when i want to talk with them they are not responding. Bow what i have to do. Payment of that product has already being done.

        Recently flipkart has given offers on many of its products from 8th august, 17 to 11th august, 17.in this offer i have given order for 2 products and the pin code to deliver my product is 450331, i. E. Burhanpur (Madhya pradesh). But the company went on to deliver my product at khanpur (Rajasthan).

        Regarding this i have registered my complaint with customer support service of the company and the company assured me that it will be delivered to me late by 21st august, 17 instead of 16th august, 17. So i have started waiting for my product delivery to be made on 21st but when again i have made contact with company's help no. I have got the information that it will be delivered one more day late on 22nd august, 17 due to unforeseen circumstances.

        Again i have started to wait for its delivery but in morning of 22nd itself i have got a mail from company stating that my order was cancelled and it will be returned back to seller. Although i have not cancelled or returned back my order. It seems to me that it was a scam by company since my product is on large discount as because of offer.

        I want to say that i want my order to be delivered to me at the same price as it was, since it was due to company's fault that my order is not delivered to me.

            I have ordered bajaj 15 l storage newshakti glasslined water geyser from flipkart - seller: edeals360 at independence day sale vide order id: od[protected] on dated 09-aug-2017.

            First flipkart delivered the wrong product.
            Second, neither customer care nor escalation department know about the case and just doing time pass.
            Third, after my 18 follow ups and 6 times[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected], in[protected] invoice item delivery request but nothing changed.
            Forth, i am begging my money back but no one is responding nor know anything about the case.

            Lastly, after 15 days i am finding myself stuck in the glitch hands off and finding no way to move out. Desparatly need help.

            We have interacted with the customer, he confirmed that the pickup is done and refund is completed. Also, cx told that the agents were not aware of the exact issue and had to explain the issue every-time. Apologized on the same.
            He asked to revert us on the complaints he has given on consumer forum to close it, informed that is something which will be taken care and he can close it too. Closing the case from our end.

            I accept my fault that i purchased geyser from Flipkart and this is my lifetime lesson and experience. I am not able to find my fault from 09-Aug-2017 to today 22-Aug-2017 and asking same.
            11th-Aug-2017, 12th-Aug-2017, 14th-Aug-2017, 17th-Aug-2017, 20th-Aug-2017 5 times asked from Flipkart to correct there fault and replacement and all the time they ditched me stating Return cancelled.

            To my surprise you are not taking my registered mobile calls only. Once i called from different mobile number able to reach you and same question been asked 3 times on 3 different persons.             I know the whole network of Flipkart now that once you are stuck you have no choice but keep with things. This is really bad.
            Of course i will fight for my rights but give me simple answer which you are escaping all the time.

            I have purchased Geyser from Flipkart is this my fault?
            You have delivered wrong product is this my fault?
            Invoice me New Sakti geyser but delivered me Caldiya geyser is this my fault ?
            I have called you people 42 times but not received any single call from you, is this my fault?
            I have emailed you many a times for return and replacement to correct your fault, is this my fault ?
            I am trying to find solution for me when stuck in hands of you, is this my fault ?
            I have paid full amount to you but waiting for my ordered product after 15 days, is this my fault ?

            What and where is my fault ?

                I ordered "moto e4 plus" from flipkart on 3rd august 2017. But i received faulty product from them. They had 10 day replacement policy for that mobile. So i request for replacement. They sent technician to resolve the problem in the mobile. But technician was unable to resolve the problem. He told me that i will get replacement for that mobile. But next day flipkart rejected my request saying that product was repaired by technician. Then i called customer care. They told me that technician didn't repaired my mobile and we will solve your query by 23rd august. And today i received email from them saying that i will not get replacement because technician repaired your mobile.

                  They are saying that they are unable to transfer the amount even when all the bank account details are correct i also uploaded the cancelled check, i have also checked with the bank, every thing is fine,

                  Bank is saying that, why bank will not accept the EFT payment there is no reason for that, if some one is sending payment then bank will surely receives it,

                  i don't know why flipkart is not sending payment.

                      I am really disappointed with Flipkart. I have been provided a duplicate product. No customer executive providing me proper response. They are disconnecting the call in between, I called them twice.
                      Product is duplicate, I have been using this product since last one & year & found it different when purchased from Flipkart.
                      When i made a complain they told product is non-returnable & non-refundable. And from their end ticket has been closed.
                      But this is not the solution.
                      Even I made a complain to Lo'real the Batch number on the product doesn't exist in their record.
                      Afterwards I am damn sure product is duplicate.
                      The name of seller is HOMEDELEVRY who has provided wrong product. Kindly take legal action again it.It is a skin product which can cause bad effect to body.I want genuine product in place of it.
                      Providing duplicate product is no more expected from Brand name like FLIPKART.
                      Kindly provide me proper solution asap.

                        Flipkart order no. Od[protected], product "furnicity engineered wood shoe rack" was to be delivered by seller lookinggoodfurniture on or before 19 august 2017. This order is not delivered to me yet [writing on 21 august 9:23 p. M. Ist.]. I called on 19-aug around 11:00 a. M. Saying i have not received product nor there is any news about delivery from seller. For this i was bombarded and told i should wait till eod at least. The executive is adarsh. He also told it takes 24 hours to resolve the issue. I clearly told i am expecting a cancellation and refund of my money since delay is from their side. Today [21/aug] i am on call for hours asking for resolution, i am told there is no cancellation button how can they cancel. I said you are expected to cancel and refund since there is delay. However looks like flipkart has an attitude that we should take product whenever they give not ask any questions around timeline.
                        In today's call one executive by name m manjunath did hang up phone without calling.

                        Finally i am declined of cancellation and refund both. I am being told i should take the delayed delivery.

                          I got mobile but It is screen damage and auto start itself and the seller was true com retail when i order when I get the phone it is sane retails but I requested for replace on the first day but there is no reply from them it is nearly 8 months and till now they not came I contacted them and the said me to go service centre but they asking me 9, 000 for screen changing and motherboard.                           Why did you telling me that the problem Is resolved they didn't resolve they saying me only to go to service centre I already go there they asking me cost 9000rs.I got the phone from flipkart screen damaged and the phone auto start so I could not use the mobile so I requested for return but they did not came till now and saying me that the 10day return period is over but I requested for return on first day.

                            Hi Team,
                            I have purchased a Moto E4 Plus from Flipkart on 13th July 2017.
                            It was not working properly, typing issue. Then I have requested for refund. After the successful visit of technician for the confirmation of fault, I have received a replacement on 27th July 2017. This replaced phone was suddenly stopped working on 28th July 2017. It had gone on dead state and was not getting on. Then I again requested for replacement. Then technician has visited on 1st August 2017. He checked the phone and found that phone was not getting on. It was dead. He has accepted the issue and written down the issue. I have also taken a photograph of the acknowledgement of the remark given by technician.
                            Then on the next day when I called the Flipkart customer care, they said that I will receive update by 5th August 2017. I did not receive any update. Then I again called customer care and they said that they have some issue in server I will receive the update by 11th August 2017. I also received an email from flipkart saying that I will receive the update by 11th August 2017.
                            But I did not receive any update. Then again they have sent an SMS saying that I will receive update by 20th August 2017.
                            And on 20th August, they sent an SMS and email saying that my replacement/refund has been rejected.
                            As discussed with the customer care representative, I had also shared the acknowledgement of technician visit with flipkart on email.
                            But they are not accepting my replacement/refund.

                              I have placed an order for a vu 32"tv, order id - od[protected], on 15th july. The order got delayed 3 times and that's when we contacted the customer care. They were completely useless. They asks for a 24hrs resolution time every day when i make the call, but will never resolve it. Eventually, sometime at the start of august, they order got cancelled automatically. The woe didn't end there as they didn't initiate the refund from their side. I had to follow up quite few times to actual get it initiated.

                              After this incident a customer care executive called me for apologies, which obviously they didn't mean. He said one wonderful thing that i can place the order and we will make sure to provide special attention on the delivery. Unfortunately i fell for it and placed an order, id - od[protected], for vu 39" hd tv. And "surprisingly" the order is delayed this time as well. Just started contacting the customer care 2 days back and they already asked for resolution time of 24hrs twice by now. Seems like the same story is repeating. If this complaint reaches somebody concerned from flipkart's side, could you please get an answer for if it's deliverable or not and resolve this at once?

                                Your order with flipkart.com [od[protected]] has been received at august 8th.
                                I have started using on monday. I had faced a issue of my mobile battery was drained quickly.

                                So i have raised a refund request to the flipkart. The customer care said that me to reset for trouble shooting my mobile.
                                I reset my mobile and started using it.

                                Even still am facing same problem. Again i have raised a refund request. They arranged a technical person to check my mobile. He was checked my mobile with disable everything and started video recording for 20 mints.

                                But the time my battery was drained up 12 percentage.

                                He said we only consider 15 as a battery defect with in 20 mints. How will check my mobile battery draining or not in 20 mints

                                What's the major difference in 12 and 15 of battery drained.

                                Even still am facing the same problem in my mobile.
                                I am not satisfied with this product so i need my money back. Otherwise i file a complaint against the flipkart.

                                If my problem is not solved means the flipkart will face a legal problems.

                                We have interacted with the customer apologized for the issue, as per customer complaint, we checked regarding the issue and found that there was no issue found during tech visit. Hence we will not be able to provide with the replacement/refund. Customer can get in touch with the ASC if at all he faces any issues, hence provided the details of the ASC, hence closing the case from our side.
                                Very worst customer service in Flipkart. there is no Tamil person to talk.

                                I am trying to talk with his manger's but no one is connecting his call to them.

                                I hate Flipkart customer service and had bad impression on Flipkart.

                                I want my money back.otherIwise I wiil file a complaint against Flipkart in consumer court.

                                Customer service is too bad not a quick response.

                                They just escalate the customer from one to another but after period of time they said your policy has been expired.

                                This what they selling the defective product to the customer s

                                  I've purchased an item from flipkart. I wasn't satisfied with the product so i returned it on 16th to the delivery partner and received the receipt for the same. But till now i didn't got my cash back. I want refund but it isn't initiated yet. Iam a student and i need this money urgently. Kindly refund my money.

                                    Sanyo nxt 80cm (32) hd ready led tv on 12.08.2017 through online for
                                    Rs.14, 487/- in order id no[protected] and the same is paid
                                    Through my credit card on the same day. The delivery is scheduled to
                                    17th aug 2017. But so far the shipment was not delivered. I
                                    Repeatedly contact your company and poor response from your company
                                    Side. On 18.08.2017 when i called your company, your executive told
                                    That the matter will be resolved on or 21st aug morning. But it is not
                                    Resolved and damn excuse was told by your executive on 21.08.2017. Due
                                    To you non delivery of shipment i was mentally shocked. There is
                                    Insufficiency of service on your part. Due to your act i suffer very
                                    Much my valuable time to search and contact your company. You done
                                    Grave mental agony. When i contacted your company through phone your
                                    Executive give a evasive reply and ready to face any legal action
                                    Taken by me.in the evening of 21.08.2017 your executive contacted me
                                    From the contact no.[protected] and forced to cancel the order on my
                                    Part. I am not interested cancel the order. Your executives demand
                                    For cancel the order from my side is illegal and high handed one.
                                    Hence your company and your executive are required to tender
                                    Unconditional written apology and pay the shipment cost and rs.
                                    1, 00, 000/- for the mental agony caused to me by your insufficiency in
                                    Service on your part immediately. Failing which i will proceed in
                                    Consumer forum and all other and necessary proceedings to safeguard
                                    The consumers protection and the online fraud.

                                    As there was no update about the shipment from August 18, 2017. The shipment may have been lost or damaged while on it's way. Hence the shipment had to be cancelled. Request to place a fresh order and will try our best to get it delivered. The seller will initiate the refund of Rs.14, 487/- on or before September 04, 2017 to customer's Credit Card and it will be credited to the card within 6 business days as per standard banking procedures.

                                      I purchased swipe elite star - 4g volte (Gold, 8gb), order id order id: od[protected] from flipkart on[protected]. Its speaker is defective and software also have problem. So i applied for replacement. Their engineer's visited us and also confirmed that its speaker is defective but mobile is working so they refused replacement.
                                      My concern is when i purchased new mobile, then why to take defective piece.

                                        Hi there,
                                        My order id is od[protected], product delivery was good and on time. The main concern here is with the product as www.flipkart.com has mentioned about the product on the website, the product doesn't hold that attibute at all. The wireless lan or wifi is not present in the laptop but while selling they had mentioned as "wireless lan - ieee 802.11 b/g/n but there is no 802.11 no b no g and no n overall that device doesn't have wifi.
                                        And i had complaint multiple times regarding the product but flipkart is cancelling the request by saying that"the request can't be fulfil from seller".
                                        I want my problem to solved.

                                        We have interacted with the customer as he told that he is facing issue with the device as the WIFI option is not coming in the laptop hence as cx installed Win 7 in the device hence asked cx to install Win 10 and if any issue asked cx to get back to us with in policy period and hence closing the case
