      I have ordered on 09.08.2017 the product samsung galaxy on max in ur great concern & i have received the same on 11.08.2017. This had been applied 3 offers out of 3 i got 2 offres @ the booking time. But 3rd offer rjio unlimited data for 90 days i am not getting.

      What is the process. What can i do???

        Very bad service customer respesntive asking me share CR card no how can he ask me to share card no you want to do fraud with me.

        And I said why you want my card no he was not have any answers and disconnect the call
        How can he disconnect my call it's zero tolerance

          I booked AFCAT Book through Flipkart. He sent but Book was different. I ask replacement. They accepted 1st but after some days i got 1 call from flipKart delivery boy. At that time i am busy i not picked the call. Next days again i got from delivery boy but he is not in mine location. He went wrong address and called me. He came for my address for giving the book but for returning he went for different location.how is it poosibe..?. Finally fiipkart told your request for return is cancelled

            I have placed an order of MI note 4 having order no. OD[protected] from your site on 14/07/2017 through my City bank credit card with an option of "No cost of EMI" but now you are charging me extra 91/- per EMI i.e. approx 1000/- in total.
            I am damn sure that i have selected an option of same but now you are telling me that this option is not selected by me at the time of placing the order.

              I bought a product from flipkart few days back which was loreal xtenso straight shampoo when i started using this shampoo didnt gave me the satisfactory results i think the product you delivered was not original bcos the same product i earlier purchased from loreal store was quite different at use as compare to your product... i prefer to get my money back or else i would stop purchasing products as i am not at all satisfied with this product

                I ordered Vivo mobile in exchange of my current handset for 18k+. Its been 3 weeks. Still I have not got my product or my money back. Return my money back. Whenever I call to customer service, they will not respons property. pH:[protected].

                  When ghere is balance in the voucher..

                  I have two vouchers - same message when trying to make payment.

                    I ordered a moto e4 plus (Iron gray, 32 gb) mobile from flipkart (Seller: indiflashmart) by using my credit card on mon, aug 10th '17 and i got the call from delivery boy and when i tried to receive the item by reaching him with in 10 min he left the place where he suppose to delivered and he didn't answered to my calls later. After few hours when i checked in my order status its showing as deliverd. I have raised a compliant on aug 11th '17 but still there is no update from flipkart.

                    Mobile got delivered. And expecting an answer for below two question. 1) will you allow your delivery boy to keep the item pack at home? 2) with out recipient confirmation how an item can be kept as delivered on the order status. As a resolution, I went to Flipkart office and raised the issue with the higher officials. After 3-4 visits at last they handed over the pack.

                    I got the phone delivered. But its really a great bad experience with delivery. Unofficially came to know that the delivery boy kept the mobile pack at his home. And no clue how an item will be updated as delivered without my confirmation in Order status. So Flipkart needs to improve your delivery process.

                        I have order no. Od[protected] dtd 05.08.17 for seven queen sized double bedsheet along with two pillow covers. When the delivery was made on 09.08.2017 it was found that only one bed sheet along with 2 pillow covers was delivered. Then i have made a complaint number[protected] dated 09/08/2017 with your executive mr. Manoj and he has assured that the original product containing 7 bedsheet and two pillow covers will be delivered by 15/08/2017. Today on 13.08.2017, once again item containing only one bedsheet wth two pillow covers came. I have immediately contacted your executive mr. Abhisek for the same, what he has told that only refund option is available with him, nothing can be done for the replacement. I have told him that the product what was originally ordered, is not being delivered. But he was telling that i have no other option. Then i have requested him to connect the phone to your senior, he has forwarded the call, but no one lift the call and after some time, the call was disconnected. I think, if the senior is not lifting the phonethen he should have told me that at present he can not be contacted, i certaintly have tried later. At this juncture, i do not have any option other than to say the courior person to take the product with a note of complain to you. After some time a message has come that you have rejected the product.
                        Sir, i am not getting that why i am not being provided the product what i have been ordered and the next one is, your
                        Executive mr. Manoj has only promised that you will get the original ordered, then what is the problem now? The word rejection comes when the product what has been originally ordered will be delivered. Still i am interested in the product, only i am not getting that why i am not being delivered the original promised product. Your kind attention and a word of advice is needed towards the matter.

                            I face these problem on next day of delivery on 10 august

                            Now in detail but last i'm tired to write and calling
                            On 9 august i got moto e4 plus. While unboxing mobile is heated i ignore
                            On 10 august i realized mobile is overheating, speaker problem when problem is increasing i complaint
                            On 11 august technician come and check only heating problem bcz that audio problem is not occurring
                            He said if same problem is continuing then complaint again and i will approve your replacement.

                            Mobile is overheating too much even though without using internet, game
                            And speaker is like brusted
                            On 12 i faced same problem again now this time i recorded all problem and make video for proof

                            And complaint again they respond go to service center and check
                            Why should i go there if i get problem in next day of delivery. It is new mobile i don't want to servicing and repairing as 2-3 month old mobile.

                            So i'm sending video check if you in my place will you buy this mobile problem like
                            This just next day of delivery
                            Now i also face problem of battery is falling very fast sometime what is use of 5000 mah battery it will doesn't comete with 3000 nah battery
                            And 50- 60 mb game many time is automatically locked

                            Sir humble request plzz replace this mobile
                            I'm student, by doing job i puchased this mobile
                            It manufacturing defective piece i don't want to use this any way
                            Just check mobile
                            I have recorded video how heating will goes 36c to 54 c in just 40 minute just by playing video. I stopped mobile due to fear of damaging of battery

I have also contacted to your company executive regarding this matter. They are giving some silly reason (i.e. The Offer price which i ordered was updated by a unforseen error). I don't won't to hear those silly reasons. The following matter is between you and your seller. I wan't my order to be delivered to me at any cost. If you fail to deliver this order to me then i will approach to Grahak Suraksha Kendra. Kindly acknowledge this issue and respond to me as soon as possible.                                 Guys, I placed a order of I phone 7 32gb black yesterday and delivery was expecting on 17 august. But today I just received message that order cancelled. Guys please let me know why this order has been cancelled even I didn't placed or requested for any cancellation.
                                How they guys can cancelled order itself. Now all the offers has been closed now from every e-markets. Now who will pay the difference of amount from when I ordered and now.

                                    I have ordered the item OD[protected] on Sat, Jul 15th '17 10:08 AM in flipkart and they delivered the broken chair . i have raised the exchange request but there is no update from filpkart and telling that we will deliver new one but there is not replacement for the item, i am still waiting, please consider this complaint as serious.

                                      I had ordered cuticolor permanent haircolor dark brown with the order no. - OD[protected]. But when i received the box by 12.50 pm on sunday, 13th august 2017 and paid the courier, i had got a different package with MINTOP HAIR RESTORE FORMULA which was not ordered. Kindly go through my complaint and get the needed done as soon as possible. Either get the money refunded or replace the order.

                                        Hang issue. Call drops. Bad camera and speaker sound, mic quality. Also flipkart has done cheating on additional service charges without delivering any service and now they are not ready to refund my money. It's a clear cut fraud with consumer. Taking consultation, to file a consumer suit against the directors mr. Bansal. This is free shipping product but delivery by 4 the aug17 i. E.in 2 days (Order status. 2nd aug17) is chargeble. I paid the same but flipkart doesn't deliver it on 4th even after so many follow ups on that day. Now they are not refunding my money. Clear cut deficiency in service i. E. Services not been delivered but charged.

                                        We had interacted with the customer, apologized for the issue, as per customers complaint we had given trouble shooting steps on 14th of August 2017, if customer still faces issue, requested to get back within 72 hours. Closing the case.
