I have ordered lenovo k6 power from flipkart. But found the phone was over heating. Asked for replacement but they prolonged it by suggesting some useless basic troubleshooting tips. And sending a technician for diagnosing the phone. They were trying to convince me and given feedback to flipkart as the product is working normal. But the phone is reaching up to 50 degrees celsius. And as per flipkart it is normal.

    I ordered window ac on 13th august which reached to my doorstep on 17th august. On website it was mentioned that on 19th august installation would be complete but now 2 days has gone i. E. I am on 21st august and ac is still lying on the floor. I am amazed by flipkart response where they told that ticket has been raised for this issue and will be resolved by 24th august. Instead pushing the seller to install the ac they pushed the installation date to 24th aug indirectly. I never had such a bad customer exp with flipkart.

      A copy of the invoice provided by the seller for your 'Redmi 3S Prime (Gold, 32 GB)' has been attached and sent to customers registered email id as requested. Hence closing the case.
      It's software not working. And the phone is not opening.
      I ordered HTC One x9 back case 2 numbers. But they delivered one case only.
      It is inform you that I Gulab Singh Gautam order a mobile dt. Aug 5th '17 5:42 PM Order ID OD[protected] but wrong mobile model number received. I have lodge a complaint of wrong mobile model received after some days re-received same mobile model number. if you not provide the true mobile model number please refund my money immediately.

        Had ordered aspire mobile cover black colour) for mobile mi max 2 which
        Is a mismatch for the mobile. It does not fit into it. The mobile is bigger than the cover. The mobile does not fit into the said cover.

        As the mobile does not fit into the cover, we would like a replacement for the same.

        Please replace the mobile cover as soon as possible.

        Customer complained received size not fitting product, Hence interacted with customer refund initiated closing the issue
        Touch screen not working and multi windows open automatic .
        Had a call with customers support regarding re-activate account but the steps doesn't helped at all and tried many ways but received error only as " account deactivated". I have placed order for tops and need to exchange it but not able to proceed with the process due to account issue. Please assist ASAP . thanks in advance.

            I have purchased a lenovo powerbank from flipkart on 26 may 2017 but the product stop functioning after one and a half month from the date of purchase, now i m continously contacting to flipkart and lenovo service center from more then 1 month always the executive pic the call and provide me 1 days for resolution, and i surprised with the revert from lenovo that u have purchesed the product from flipkart they will provide u the services not from lenovo. After marking the mail then they said go to lucknow for powerbank related issue.

            Now i want to know one thing that i purchased the product at agra now i will go to lucknow which is 600 km far from my city for awailing a after sale service how is it possible to go there.

            Now i want a complete solution from flipkart either replace my product or return my money otherwise i have to raise this issue in all social media and consumer court also for the so much bad services provided to me.

              I purchased moto g5 plus from flipkart on 9th aug'17. Its power on/off button is defective. So i applied for replacement. Their engineer's visited us and also confirmed that its button is defective but mobile is working so they refused replacement.

                As i ordered mobile in flipkart with the exchange of my old mobile. But till now i have not get the product as well as money which i paid is also not refunded. Its been a month and each day i'm calling to flipkart. But they are telling we'll resolve this issue asap. Its getting worse day by day.                   One my complaint is long pending with you, now it getting hard to believe on your organization as a service provider, we never thought that the company like M/s Flipkart will do this. The complaint was pending from last 30 days still there is no any confirmation from your site for resolution. Whenever call to your customer support centre. I received only following comments from your telly representative that, our team is working on this will let you know the update in 48hr.                       wrong delivery of muscleblaze whey protein.

                      I ordered a muscle blaze whey energy with digezyme whey protein on flipkart. On the scheduled date of 20th of august i got the delivery of muscle blaze creatine worth rs249 instead of my ordered product worth rs2974. The delivery boy took the amount of 2974/- as per the order. An extremely poor and cheap experience. I want the refund of money for my item....

                            I bought a moto c plus phone which was delivered on 19th july 2017. It was defective and was restarting continuously when connected to a wi fi. I tried returning the phone which took 15 days for the phone to get replaced.
                            On 5th august, i was handed over with a new phone which was defective again and same problem i was facing.
                            Now i am contacting flipkart and they are saying that they cannot help and i will have to visit a service center.

                            How is this possible that without using a phone i have to visit the service center.
                            Please look into the issue.

                              I had ordered intel core i7 7700k processor from flipkart and was eagerly waiting to assemble my very first gaming pc.. And my dream destroyed when i saw an AMD processor insted of intel i7 yes im not kidding I received AMD processor. I called customer care many times they did not create return for me but asked me to wait for 2 days.. Why the hell should I wait for 2 day?? I want my money back.. This is so silly i paid 35k for AMD processor which almost costs around 3k..
                              I could have ordered intel i7 7700k from other shopping sites which was cheaper comparing to flipkart but i trusted flipkart and got this in return I want my refund

                                I have initiated request and talked over call but no resolution i have got

                                Phone is 7 days old hardly and batter is not going 1 day after giving full charge no game or songs is installed and your technician is saying its ok.. Am i fool new phone all are giving 2 -3 days battery with same mh which redmi is having

                                Apps are not working properly, pages are getting removed while using

                                Whats app is always showing initializing

                                Network issues while i m on a call

                                And you are saying all ok or go to the service center, for new products if problem arises its being replaced all are doing

                                    I ordered lenovo yoga tab 3 along with aspir flip cover and a got other flip cover which is not what i ordered. I went to out of station for almost a month, when i reach here, i checked that i got different product, according to your policy, i can replaced within 10 days only, sir requesting from 12 august 2017 by email and phone no. Given in website. Sir you have send me a wrong product and this product is not even get fit in my tab also available in 250rs in other webside and i given you more than 800rs so please replace it
                                    I have attached snap of product what i ordered and what you have send me. Please check and replace it. I otherwise i will complain in police, i will share in fb, twitter, instagram... Etc. I got frustrated because of your service i am ur old customer. I used to buy almost every thing from flipkard but this time you given me flop kart. Please give some positive reply.

                                      I have purchased acm tempered glass guard for lava iris x1 & received on aug 13th. But the part which is i received as with physical damage. I tried to book return delivery in online itself but i couldn't & return option also not available in online. Please give me the best solution.
