Flipkart — Cheated me with a defective Moto G and not refunding my money | |||
I purchased Moto G on 15th may 2014.. and I got it delivered on 19th May 2014 from Flipkart. When I opened the box whole screen card was having scratches(I think we don't get scratches in a new phone), and when I switched it on it worked fine for 3 days. On 23rd may 2014 I started facing problems with "calling functionality".. I also called Motorola customer care number and also visited service centre but the issue isn't solved but it is getting even worse. Then I checked the box of my phone and I saw that the phone was manufactured in March 2014.. and I received that piece in May 2014. " What are you doing Flipkart???? Want to clear your stock of old defective handsets ??" [HATS OFF TO YOU] I also called Flipkart replacement service on 26th May 2014 and they ensured me that their technical team will call me in 24hrs for a replacement but its the 29th May 2014.. I didn't got a call from them. I think they are trying to avoid the replacement. Please flipkart either replace my Moto G with a new working Moto G with a "100% Guarantee" that "it will work fine" or else REFUND me my MONEY back (its my father's hard earned money please dont disrespect it) Please get to me as soon as possible. And one more thing please this time dont send me a defective piece, I am so frustrated by your services (trying to fool customer's by sending a defective piece manufactured 2 months before). Now I got the secret behind your success.. Great Work... Now Please dont cheat me this time. .. PLEASE !!! Was this information helpful? | |||

FLIPKART CHEATING people is no big deal. Always making mess out of huge orders...
Sending wrong items after delaying the delivery dates... Keeping cashback offers and not refunding the money..
