Worst experience from flipkart in case of refund policy. My brother had ordered ac and cancelled it within a day due to some issues, however he didn't get his money back. It's been 20 days already and flipkart keeps saying that they have refund the money, but still in bank we don't see the refund amount. Customer care keep saying that they have refund the amount and bank keeps saying they didn't get any amount from the flipkart. If you are not able to refund the money then atleast be transparent with your customer, don't harass them by lying about the refund. Please refund the amount soon and stop lying.
I regret that i ordered another ac (Apart from the cancelled one) from flipkart, i will not order anything from this fraud company now on and will make sure that my friends/ family also don't buy anything from fraud flipkart.

I had to email flipkart customer care, they kept saying that they they have already refund the amount and check with the bank. Refund was expected in my SBI account since 12 apr and bank kept saying that they didn't get anything from flipkart. After followups on email flipkart again changed the refund date and said that it is initiated on 22nd apr. But till 2nd may I didn't get any amount in my bank. Today on 3rd may after all these follow ups I got my refund finally. It seems sometimes refund could take upto 30days. Thanks to the customer care team.

Does it really take that much time to return the money honestly, why you guys are fooling the customers? Sorry to say but soon most of the flipkart customers would be ex customers if you guys continued this fraudulent. Please refund the amount and stop lying to customers. It is already so frustrating experience. I was regular customer, but now on will definitely not shop from flipkart if I don't get my money back within a day. There are definitely better options available for online shopping who take care of there customers and are also loyal.

Is flipkart earning the money from cancelled orders as huge amounts not refund to the customers? Please look into this matter or else I will have to take another step against flipkart.

Customer raised a complaint stating that the refund is not received. We have interacted with the customer and informed that the seller has confirmed that refund has been completed on April 12, 2019. However, if the amount is not reflecting in customer account, requested customer to contact the bank and raise a charge back for the same. Hence, closing the complaint from our end.

    Sir,

    I have already informed about my concern once more i am explaining about the same as i purchased ro after searching in your app but technically problem above order product has been delivered at my address on 15th april but your side this product delivery was not updated. On 20th april in night almost 11.00 pm i called your customer care about confirmation regarding installation. After then my order was updated in your record. On sunday, 21st april 2019, livpure engineer visited at my home and he confirm about this product. It is not ro. It is only for water purifier. At that time i called your customer care center and told with ms. Arpita and her senior super visor about my above said issue.

    Once again i want to inform that i want to exchange this product with ro or if it is not possible, please refund my money. I hope, you will respect customer relationship and support the customer in this situation. It is totally wastage of my money. It is not use in my home. I have to pay this amount. Please maintain customer satisfaction and grow your business. Otherwise customer display your negativity in large scale for which you will have to pay huge amount.

    I purchased this product as per advertisement about free and easy return which is displayed on header of mail in which you assure about this problem to customer. But when i purchased this product after then you began to say for this product, return policy is differ. How can believe a customer about your policy. It is clear that you are cheating with customer showing attractive policy but after purchasing policy is changed. It is not customer friendly for which i can complaint in the ministry of consumer affair and consumer court.

    Once more i request to you please return my product and provide ro or refund my amount as soon as possible.

    Company has not resolved my complaint and not taken any action against my complaint. It is only fake information which has been given by company. Once again I want to inform that Company is cheating with customer only showing this gimmicks and attractive policy. So Please not to purchase anything by this company.

    Once more I want to inform that my complaint has been closed by my end because I want to exchange my product against RO but Flipkart is not accepting my request. Neither my product is exchanging nor return. this is my useless product. as per return policy which is showing in its advertisement, they are not following the same. It is totally cheating, fraud, misconduct, misrepresentation and not to maintain customer relation. some adds I have also developed for display real picture.

    My complain has not been resolved by flipkart. It is cheating with customer and not maintaining policies as showing to customer at the time of purchasing. once more I request to all concern person to resolve my complaint as soon as possible.

    I did get call from flipkart and told as you have won in luckydraw so there is two choise to claim that. One is XUV car another is 12 lakhs. U have to pay 1% as documentation charge to proceed further.is it true otlr fake?.my name is Ranjithkanna from chennai

      On 3rd april 2019, i ordered a product (Milton delish 2500ml maroon thermoware casserole) for rs 620. It was delivered to me on 8/4/19. I wanted a size smaller, so i cancelled it. I had done transaction via canara bank debit card, they issued me the refund on 9/4/19 and i got the message that it will be reflected into your account by 16th april 2019 and gave me the reference id of refund.

      I waited all the period, and i enquired on 19/4/19 in their customer care department of flipcart for my refund, they registered my complaint and told me to wait for 3 days. After 3 days they called me and said that your refund has already been issued by seller, consult your bank. Now i had already registered the complain on 19/4/19 with bank in online, i was told to personally visit the bank and dispute file. On 23/4/19, i visited the bank, and bank denied having any information of the transaction reference no and didnt let me file dispute.

      Now i want refund back, plz dont harass me, it has already been 16 days my refund has not been issued and it has still not reflected in my account. Bank has denied, flipcart is denying where will i go? I am giving all the proof. Please take action dont harass your consumers without their fault.

      Please dont falsely resolve my complain without actually solving it. Bank has no information regarding refund reference you have given. Dont do this. Solve my problem.

        I had place order (Od[protected] for two vtech kidizoom camera on 21st jan'19. Flipkart has delivered calcium tablet (Medicine) on 19th feb'19 against my order two vtech kidizoom camera. How is possible where i place two camera but got calcium tablet (Medicine). Already informed to flipkart customer care along with picture on same time and they have placed for replacement/return but seller (Bhenjo) has reject for replacement/ return two times...
        Again raised complaint but flipkart has block to me. And also flipkart has denied to replacement or refund. I think i was trapped by flipkart

          I ordered hp 64 gb pain drive on 11 apr 2019 and i received order on 17 apr 2019. But i am unable to copy data in this pain drive. Once copied the data shown bunt once removed pain drive from computer it is shown only folder name their is no any data in pain drive. Please advice.

          First I have order OPPO F9 it got cancelled by seller side but amount not refunded but again one more order I have done same date. I have received two mobile's. How can I get the refund amount.
          They are making customer as fools in flash sale .
          I want to replace my flip cover because that cover is not able to fit in my mobile phone.
          I take my phone Realme 2 from Flipkart with that I take complete mobile protection service. Now when I want to clam my insurance they told me that this policy no. Is issued to two people and decline the repair of mobile phone

            Flipkart flash sales seem to be a scam. After waiting for 1 week, was ready for flash sale about 1 hour before 11 am. I kept refreshing the site and finally within 5-10 seconds at 12 noon, i was able to add the item (Redmi note 7 pro - neptune blue, 13999) into the cart. To my dismay, while was continuing the payment process (Selecting the emi method) and checking out, it said the item is out of stock. This happened within 30 seconds-1 min from the time i added the item into cart. After i added the item on to the cart how come it can go out of stock in less than 1 minute??? Item is still in my cart.

                  I opted for a replacement for a damaged product and first they accepted the replacement then flipkart executive called me up and they said you can opt for refund and when i opened the app the replacement was cancelled. Then i called on customer care again and he told me that i will not get a refund someone has provided wrong information and my product will be replaced by 22nd april. But i am not getting any notifications on my app and when i asked for tracking details they said the couldn’t provide it because of some technical issue. I want a solution and when my problem will be resolved and flipkart should have some accountability towards the customer. Flipkart is a disappointment when they talk about 100% customer security and satisfaction. Now it’s 24 th april i have mailed them several times and they are just apologising and extending the deadline. They are litteraly harassing the customer and their rights. I need help and want this matter to be resolved.

                    I ordered a thompson tv with two year plus warranty and ct tv exchange scheme. Yesterday your delivery person called me and wanted to give delivery of tv and wanted to check my old tv. I showed him and it is plugged and power on but he wanted to see the picture, which could not be done as there was not cable connection. He refused to accept it as according to him that while placing order i have not mentioned neither working or non working as such he will assume it as working tv. I told him i mentioned non working tv and in both the case exchange value is same and rs 400 only. However he refused and not delivered the tv to me. I am unable to understand the login of your company when value is same and how come your software accept exchange order without mentioning any specific space. However i have been harassed for whole day for no fault of mine. Now you tell me what you want me to do?

                      I had ordered a mobile on exchange of redmi 4along with protection and a case vide od[protected] your courier had come and without performing the checks you stipulated had bluntly refused the same assigning reason only known to them. I had contacted the help centre and upon their instruction on 21.4.19 had sent the photos relating to the product to be exchanged. It was repeated on 22 and23. Today i receive a message saying that i had requested return. No decision was conveyed to me and no checks as stipulated were done. If it was a policy that your decision is retuning, i need not be accounted for having instructed and all the drama of repeatedly asking for the snaps. This is really insulting.

                      Just now I ordered fast track watch I payed it through net banking but it displayer error oh snap something went wrong ur transaction is cancelled but from my bank account 1950 rs has been payed for flip kart payments

There engineer check my device open and told me this device is broken and you repair out side before. But I am not repair out side. It's my frist time my device not working.                         I am a regular flipkart user and order a lot of things through flipkart.

                        Theres some problem with its speaker and its been just 2 months i have got this phone from flipkart..
                        I didnt received my refund amount.On 14th April 2019 I ordered a mobile which cost around 21k, but because of some reasons I cancelled the order. They told me to wait until 16th april 2019, today is 17th April I still didn't received my money. Now, i don't know what to do
                        I'm not able to place an order with my account... it's not working to place an order...and I'm not able to contact with Flipkart's customer services i want to resolved this as possible as it can be...how can it be resolved ??

                        When I saw the order it was tempered and after opening the package band charger was missing from the box.I ordered for return but the delivery boy refused to collect the order because of missing part .

                          On 3rd April 2019, i ordered a product (Milton Delish 2500ml Maroon Thermoware Casserole) for rs 620.It was delivered to me on 8/4/19.I wanted a size smaller, so i cancelled it.I had done transaction via CANARA BANK debit card, they issued me the refund on 9/4/19 and i got the message that it will be reflected into your account by 16th april 2019 and gave me the reference id of refund.

                          I waited all the period, and i enquired on 19/4/19 in their customer care department of FLIPCART for my refund, they registered my complaint and told me to wait for 3 days.After 3 days they called me and said that your refund has already been issued by seller, consult your bank.Now i had already registered the complain on 19/4/19 with bank in online, i was told to personally visit the bank and dispute file.ON 23/4/19, i visited the bank, and bank denied having any information of the transaction reference no and didnt let me file dispute.

                          Now i want refund back, plz dont harass me, it has already been 16 days my refund has not been issued and it has still not reflected in my account.Bank has denied, flipcart is denying where will i go?I am giving all the proof .please take action dont harass your consumers without their fault.

                            I had ordered a Zigaro Cricket Shoe for Men from Flipkart on the 07th of April, 2019 cause I was needing the shoe by 15th April, 2019 by any case. The size of the shoe which I ordered was 08.On the website there were only two size options were available of size 4 and size 8. I am not talking about in stock or out of stock, the customer can choose either size 4 or size 8, being in stock or out of stock is totally a different thing !

                            On the 11th April, 2019, I was delivered a shoe of size 6, it was horribly dirty and the spikes of the shoe were missing too. Firstly how did they deliver size 6? I called Flipkart Customer Care, but I didnt get a satisfactory response as I wanted to talk to someone senior. Somehow, I got into touch with the Escalation Department of Flipkart situated at Bangalore. Representing them, Ms/Mrs. Swati Shetty, Grievance Officer, called me and did a Replacement for me. I asked her to get me to her senior, so another person called from there and assured me, in his name, I will be delivered a correct shoe size and a clean piece too.
                            I was again, on the 15th April, 2019, delivered a wrong size shoe of size 6. To my surprise, I was given again wrong wrong size 6 even though it was not in option !
                            I mailed the escalation department at [protected]@flipkart.com and this time the Mr. Wasim, Floor Manager of Escalation Department called me. I told all my problem and this time too, he did the process of doing the replacement for the shoe. He again assured me that this time at no cost will I be delivered the wrong size.And I was given the date of delivery of 22nd April, 2019.
                            On 20th April, 2019, the delivery boy came to me and gave me the shoe and took the replacement then and there and went away.On opening the box, I was shell-shocked, it was again size 6 !
                            I again mailed to them at around 1900 hours, 20th April, 2019, this time some harsh mails, and I was told me reached within 24 hours. But Mr. Wasim conatcted me on the 22nd April, 2019 at around 1700 hours, nearly after 48 hours, double the time which they promised.
                            So on that call I found on that this time my portal for replacement was closed so I had only 1 option left to take the refund. Even if i want i cant get the replacement, cause above all I needed the shoe not the money, which I gave. I asked Mr. Wasim to get me in touch with his senior now cause things had gone above the head previously and now they couldn't go down the throat. He told me that he would call me back within 24 hours(the same frustrating time limit) with his senior on line). Its been more than 35 hours and I haven't received any reply from them. As I write this, its 12:15 A.M. on 24th April, 2019. I will attach a screenshot as a proof.

                            Now the matter o[censored]tmost concern, I had given my money since the last 16 days to Flipkart and still I don't have the thing which I ordered for, instead I have been given fake promises and words, been talking to these people on phone for more than 10 hours now-I have all the call recordings, and have been put on hold for 25 minutes having said they he will put on hold for a minute ! I have not only wasted my tons of energy, but above all MY TIME(sorry to write in caps, but circumstances force me to do so), and it would have been better had i kept this amount of my money in bank and received some rate of interest for it. And now Flipkart is feasting on all that rate of interest, even if they give me a refund. Thats how they are fooling the entire world ! This has been a mental harrassment for me, be it calls or promises or still not answering my mails. Now I am starting to feel that all this is a conspiracy to keep my money and display that the product is delivered. I was need of that shoe on 15th. Its 23rd today and still I dont have it .

                            Now I want Flipkart to pay me handsomely, even if they have to deliver the shoe free of cost with my money, for all I have gone through, for harrassing me, not delivering me correct things having lodging complaints a number of times, for wasting my precious time and energy and for the mental torture and headaches I have gone though

                            Please look into this matter very seriously. Its my humble request, cause not only my money is stuck there but also I am going nuts. Hope so this is right place to reach for help as they have been helpless except for wasting my time on phone calls.
                            Hope you guys reach me out as soon as possible or I will have to take legal and media action after this if this goes unattended !

                              On 23 april, at 5 pm i recieved the order i have placed. I ordered a set of two books (Moments and beehive ncert for class ix) from flipkart.
                              Unfortunately, i have only recieved moments ncert book class ix but not beehive ncert class ix book. I did pay them the price of two books. It has created a huge problem. I hope that you will kindly take my complain into your account.

                                      I had ordered Honor 9 Lite (Midnight Black, 32 GB) on 19.04.19 with exchange offer for Lenovo K3 Note ( pictures attached).
                                      Delivery person, around 18 years old & not at all serious in his duties, came on 20.04.19- 11AM without prior intimation when I was not at home. Anyways with great difficult my mother was able to hand over exchange phone to him, which he was least bother to check also & went off without collecting exchange phone & delivering my ordered phone.

                                      Further when I contacted CUSTOMER CARE - Chaitra V Flipkart Customer Support told me to share the images which she will forward to seller and phone will be delivered.

                                      After sharing pictures of old phone which absolutely has no dents/gaps etc., flipkart customer executive has called & told me that seller is not accepting the phone and asked me to cancel the order.

                                      As I have phone physically with me, I don’t see any dents or gaps which seller is trying to say to not pick up the phone. Further delivery boy has no proof that phone is dent or damaged to verify against images shared by me.
                                      I have only one question why is flipkart keeping such fraud sellers and why at all flipkart is keeping such exchange offers when flipkart doesn’t want to accept old phone just to waste customers time/money at the end.

                                      I request flipkart to please arrange for seller/delivery boy acknowledgeable to check the phone & give the reason for rejecting the phone after physically verifying it.
                                      I will not cancel the phone & if flipkart cancels delivery without proper verification of phone in my presence just based on photos without giving correct reason, I will escalate this issue at highest level. Escalation team also is not responding & just apologizing instead of taking up with the seller or wishmaster ( they call delivery boy – wishmaster  )

                                      Expecting a reply at the earliest so that I can start using my new phone which is already delayed because of ## delivery agent kept by flipkart & fraud sellers who has taken my order.

                                        Got a call claiming that he is a flipkart employee and i have won a tata safari. It was spam call and i disconnected the call.

                                        I am really shocked that he has my mobile number, order details and also my address. When i called flipkart to raise a omplaint with them i received an usual cold reply saying that they will look in to it and i will get a reply after 3 days. When you search the internet we can see that there are so many people who have got similar fake call. It is due to the cold response from flipkart that such a frauds keep on happening.
