Ordered a Redmi note 5 on 13th may .
Promised me one day delivery by 14th.
Received a text that says your product is out for delivery & will be delivered by today on 14th may
Waited whole day but no delivery attempted.
Called several times on your so called customer support to at-least provide me the contact details of the delivery person but its like talking to a brick wall
Then they again reschedule the delivery for 15th may
And now after complaining several times they are saying 'we will resolve your issue by 18th may '.
I have seen many other people complaining regarding the same issue so i strongly feel that this falls under repeated intentional negligence .

    I had ordered a product from sivanna colors academy makeup professional eyeshadow 10g(multicolor)...but the product that is delivered is some other product .
    The product was delivered yesterday (i.e. 14/05/2018) at 11a.m. and the request regarding the exchange was mailed to [protected]@flipkart.com in the afternoon .
    Till now there is no response from the service provider.
    The complaint helpline numbers are not connecting me to the customer support executives.
    The photos of the ordered product and the delivered product are attached with the request.

      I am Anurag Chakraborty, I have purchased chemistry ncert class 11 and 12 textbooks from Flipkart which I got deliver today, the books which I received had a discount of nearly above 45%. but the books after receiving I saw the mrp is marked with black colour to hide the real price of books which is illegal and I am not satisfied. WHY THIS KIND OF THING IS DONE?

          Recently i purchased a nokia 6 (Mattle black 32 gb) from flipkart.com. My order id is od[protected]. I ordered it on 29.04.2018 and received it on 02.05.2018. Right from the first day i noticed that there is a major issue with the phone. During using around 4-5-6 minutes and connecting to charger, phone gets overheated even not able to touch the phone. So i filed for a replacement/ refund request with in due date of replacement policy date. The customer care executive told me that a technician will visit my home and give approval for the replacement after verifying the device. Accordingly, the technician arrived. Now the technician followed some procedure to check and sove the issue, which i am not aware, but not given any assurance of resolving the issue orally or in writting. He told me that it is a mattle body set so common problem for all the phones. When i share my freind's experience with same phone where no overheating issue is there, he has no answer. After that he left whithout any feedback taken from me and told that i will report the issue and company will approve the replacement request. He also further told me to contact flipkart again and keep on pressurizing flipkart until they are forced to give me a replacement.

          Now comes the interesting part. I saw on my flipkart account that my replacement request was canceled because the technician denied. I tried calling flipkart and continuously two time requested for replacement/ refund but they rejected my request saying that technician has resolved your issue. But the problem is still remain same. Now the customer care representative from flipkart calling me and telling that you visit authorised service centre to repair ur phone. I told him to give me in writting the same thing giving me assurance that if service centre could not resolve the issue fully then they will process for replacement but they denied directly.

          So my question is that why i will run to service centre for defective brand new phone without any assurance. Please resolve my issue.

          I'm trying to purchase the Hitachi 1.5 Ton 3 Star BEE Rating 2018
          Window AC - White_RAW318KUD, Copper Condenser, during my website visit it shows prices 23499/- but when i go to purchase the same, it would automatically change into 28000/-. How it is possible, i can't understand it

            I bought a laptop from flipkart on apr 26th 2018.

            It is not even more than a month. Dated 13th may 2018 the charger is not working.

            I called the flipkart customer executive. They are not ready to take any action on it.

            I got a very bad response from them. They reacted as if flipkart is not responsible once the goods sold to its customers.

            Its not even more than a month charger is not working. Asked for the replacement but they denied without even trying to talk to the seller. It is really disappointing such a online shopping site not even listening to the customers.

            I need the charger of the laptop to be replaced

              My phone got switch off suddenly and it not working anymore. Lenevo service center claiming that warranty seal and one screw is missing therefore they can't repair my phone under warranty conditions. And it been only four months to purchased the phone ie lenovo k8 plus, ordered on 8th dec 2017. And i have not open the phone so how the warranty seal got missed??. Please answer my question. And i request flipkart to repair my phone under warranty conditions or replace my phone as soon as possible or refund my money.
              Lenovo service center is the first people opened and checked that warranty seal is missing.

                Dear team,
                What are u doing.?? Scaling with services compromise does not long last. I"ll not prefer and advise to anyone to purchase from flipkart.
                It is bad experience. Poor services. Careless team. Somthing wrong with management.
                This is very disappointing without any information your team is cancelling my return request.
                I ordered for casio watch. 3rd may i received the delivery. When i opened the parcel that moment was very shocked for me. The product was different from which i saw on website. It was a different brand product without tags.

                I have raised the request for return the item. The pickup guy came for the pickup and he denied to pick the item, he said that they want a mail from flipkart regarding this.

                Then i called to your customer care they informed me that i have raised the request for the same. On 13th may i received the call and your said to me that the have raised the return request now delivery guy will not say for any e-mail.

                Yesterday delivery guy called me and said they want e-mail, i said to him that come to location i want to speak, he said that he’ll come in 10 min, after i hour i’m taking follow-up from him again he said that he is coming and no one has come and without any info. You have cancelled the req. I don't know without visit why they have cancelled the return request.

                No one is giving proper response. They just saying that we are giving you assurance that the product will pickup soon. Can’t you do a mail to your e-kart team regarding the same so that they can pick-up the product.

                I don't know was it is ur seller mistake or not but i don't want this product.

                Flipkart do something before you lost your customer, take some actioned against the person who did this.
                May i know the reason for this? I need complete details.

                    On[protected] i have ordered stun gun on flipkart.
                    I used online payment. Payment has done and amount rs.451 is also debited from my account.
                    But order is not placed. No order showing in my flipkart account.
                    It's a humble request,
                    Either place my order or refund me my amount.
                    Any of flipkart customer service contacts are not responding. There is no 24x7 customer help. None of their executives are responding.

                      Recieved REDMI NOTE 5 from flipkart on 26th April.
                      I was using this and suddenly i observed that the microphones are not working properly.
                      I raised the complaint and a technician is assigned.
                      He called me and i explained him the issues and requested him to call me in next day as i was quite busy at that time.
                      I again received a call from flip kart stating that your replacement will be done by 9th of May and pickup will be done from the same address on which the product is delivered.
                      I agreed to this.
                      But some days before i got to know that my return/replacement request is cancelled as i was unable to give time to technician.

                      But i want to ask, when i had asked him to call on next day why he has not called and why he has given feedback that i am unable to give him time.

                      It is like i have made a mistake by being a regular customer to Flip kart.
                      What ever feedback your technician gives does it means that it is correct??

                      Request you to please reassign a technician and replace the product

                      This is my 3rd such experience. With every passing day the services are getting hampered/deteriorating.PISSED OFF with your quality of services.

                      I have again made a return request for another product as the product ordered something and was delivered something else.
                      I am continuously following up with the flipkart([protected]@flipkart.com)but they are not replying now.

                        This is in reference to my order no. Od[protected] placed on 27th april, 2018. The order was for cannon eos 1300d quantity 2 for r/s. 24, 534.00 each, total= r/s. 49, 068

                        I am going through a torturous experience shopping from flipkart.

                        The order was placed on 27th and what i recieved on 29th was only 1 quantity, the second item was missing and the 1 quantity received had its seal broken

                        Immediately, i placed the replacement request on 29th april, 2018 and i recieved a mail back from flipkart on 4th may, 2018 confirming the replacement on 8th may.

                        Then i was supposed to get replacement by 8th may which showed out for delivery on 8th may and then it got undelivered on the promised date and then it got delivered on 11th may and the replacement which i recieved, i made the delivery boy open the product and the product i recieved was also seal broken, both of them and it was clearly mentioned that do not accept if the seal is broken i have also recorded and attached the video as well and i returned the item because of the seal broken and raised an request for the return and now the seller is cancelling my return request stating that the return policy was valid till 9th may if the item is getting delivered to me on 11 may how can i raise the return request before

                        I spoke to customer care atleast 100s of time many times i have raised the issue.. Everytime they r saying that the issue is being looked upon by concerned time but its just extending day by day. And now when i was already getting a replacement for the missing item i am being asked about that if the item was missing also or not to give my refund what kind of services u provide when already u were giving me seal broken products what was the basis for that then.

                        These products i wanted to gift somebody the date is already gone now i no more even need the product atleast give my refund now r/s 50k is not less.

                        Please look into the matter i cannot accept the products with its seal broken and cannot wait for endless days, calling flipkart customer care everyday

                          I placed order for iphone x on 13 may 2018 and recieved it on 14 may 18... I am cheated by flipkart as they have delivered defective iphone... It was dead out of box and when i asked for replacement they have told me to go to service center and get doa certificate from there... And when i went to service center they told that they will open the product and repair phone... And they never issue doa... It is issued by seller and here seller is flipkart... Flipkart is asking for time till 26 may for resolution... I have been feeling cheated

                            I placed a order on 13/05/2018 on 8am and received a faulty product on 14/05/2018 7pm. I ordered a yu yureka 2 64gb gold variant which is faulty and false. There is big defect in its hardware and software. It's sim tray is jammed and damaged by which i am not able to insert a sim in a mobile & its google play services are disabled. I have taken the mobile to its company service center within when i received the mobile where they denied me the services because the mobile was faulty in both sections hardware and software. I am feeling cheated now because flipkart quality assurance check and seller has done a fraud with me. I request flipkart to initiate my refund within no time or else i have to filled a legal action for unfair trade practices & such a mental agony through which i suffered.

                              I have ordered Luminous Tough X Battery Inverted AN an inverter trolley which is sold by "White Collar Traders"
                              I have order this on[protected] my Order Id - OD[protected]
                              Invoice No.:FABQ0N[protected]

                              After delivering I did not find battery in the packed product. Just plates all six sides to arrange as trolley, and I paid the shipping charges as well. I do not find any customer service no. in the Bill from the Seller at least to contact and ask for it.This made me to complaint. I have ordered Air Conditioner in Flip cart along with that I ordered this.

                              Resolution:I'm requesting for refund of my money as I'm not satisfied with particular Seller "White Collar Traders".

                              I always shop through Flipcart with lots of believe, Hoping for the resolution of my Problem.

                              So, Here itself I'm looping the pictures .

                                speaker complaint seller is replace the mobile
                                but replace mobile damaged for touch screen
                                I have complaint for Flipkart my ruturn the damage mobile
                                customer care is not responding properly
                                This is very bad to e-commerce website
                                10days return policy not follow by seller & Flipkart
                                But customer is very carefully buy only one on E-commerce website.

                                  I placed an order on flipkart on 14th may, '18 at around 19:30 for 1) plum chamomile and white tea toner and 2) plum tan busters combo - a total of rs. 721/- i used my debit card, added details, and the app added the otp. I have a message of deduction from axis bank to flipkart. But, the order was not placed. I have checked "my orders" list on the app. The products still appear on the cart. They are asking for a payment again. They should revert the amount or deliver the products.

                                    I ordered midea ac order id - od[protected] from flipkart on 30 april, 2018. I received different models for indoor and outdoor unit. I complained for same on 8 may, the day technician visited to install ac. Today is 14 may, 2018 and no response from flipkart. They have held my capital of inr 21000 without providing proper service and complaint resolution. They are telling me that they will replace ac by 30 may, 2018. Summer will be ended by that period and till then i will have to suffer from highest summer temperatures of may. I am unable to buy other ac as flipkart has held my capital. That is one of the worst consumer experience ever.

                                        I give the order & payment also on online, after some days i received a tv but faulty unit. So i give a complain & tell about this. I received a good reply. Flipcart say i change the product very shortly... But last 1.5 month are go & not received tv & not give a response by flipcart. I follow much time but not a ggod reply... I want to a replacement against faulty product or i want a return my payment...
