I purchased google pixel 2 xl from flipkart.com on 22nd january 2018 with order no. Odxxxx (Mentioned above).
It was purchased during republic day 2018 sale period. There was 10, 000rs cashback within 90days offer on purchase of google pixel 2 xl with hdfc credit and debit cards.
Under that offer every pixel 2 xl buyer was supposed to get rs.10, 000 cashback on hdfc bank credit/debit card. But till now i haven't received my cashback from hdfc because of them. I raised a complaint to the hdfc bank team, after 5 days hdfc tells me that the merchant "flipkart" has denied the offer saying my name was not part of the lottery.

What lottery when it's explicitly stated on your website and my order details page.

As we can clearly see in the screenshot that the offer was applied when i ordered the mobile. This is very disappointing of flipkart.com

Nobody has reverted till now. I have spoken to hdfc bank and they say they cant do anything. Cashback is processed by merchant.

According to flipkart representative they had initiated cashback on 4th May. So I called hdfc again today and they are saying that cashback has not been processed by flipkart yet.

So why are you people giving me false information on phone.

Please answer when will I receive my cashback. This is really disappointing.

      I have purchased honor 9 lite received on 10/05/2018 but i found the camera quality very very bad even 5000 rs. Mobile can gives better quality but flipkart is not taking in return now. They saying that they cant take it back as there retailers policy. I feeling chetated what to do i cant understand what to do.? Very bad service by flipkart

        I purchased a cycle in flipkart on 25/04/18 (Prepaid). It is supposed to deliver on 8th may. My product was already dispatched on 28th april and reached madurai hub on 30th april. But still it is not yet delivered.

        This item stayed at the madurai hub for over twelve days, lying stagnant. It did not move at all. I would check everyday and that got me frustrated

        I was trying to contact flipkart customer care but the call goes to ivr only. Very poor customer support.

          Our english is very poor excuse me. This order id e[protected]-[protected]las mile could not be delivered this time yet. The delivery person had told to me that he had many item to deliver so the item want to collect where he is in. For what i want to collect the item on his way? When i book the item i had select the home delivery in any time and i will pay the delivery charge also. At that time i had told him many options also he does not agree it.

              The phone was supposed to be on sale on 10 may '18 at 12 noon. But from 12:00 to 12:03, the product was still showing 'coming soon' and later at 12:04, the product was out of stock, which means that the phone was never open for sale. This is a clear case of black-marketing done by flipkart and possibly by asus as well. This makes it impossible to buy the phone without having to pay an extra sum of money unnecessarily. Please look up to this matter. Thank you!

                I ordered a Milton Executive 3 containers lunch box (Order ID:OD[protected], which was delivered today. However, the delivery person did not deliver the item to the delivery address as mentioned while ordering. Instead, I was forced to walk quite a distance to get my product. Please make sure that such incidents donot recur in future.

                  I already waited and contacted you since 21st april today its 11th may. My registered email is - [protected]@gmail.com

                  Issue - camera quality and battery
                  Badly treated like animal by flipkart.
                  So today this is my last contact with you not expected anything from you liars, illiterates.
                  I already deactivated my flipkart account.
                  I have purchased lakhs amount of products from your company.
                  But from last 25 days i was harassed, humiliated, treated like animal by illiterate professional executive of flipkart.
                  I have the paper where technician stated my issue.
                  I have his voice recorded where he confessed the issue about the product.
                  I have technicians number and i know his name.
                  I have prepared a document of this proofs and conversation where flipkart lied to me and my father he is feeling irritated now and we want to file a case against flipkart by tomorrow especially amreen taj.
                  Flipkart illiterate executives told me after two tech visits that my replacement period is gone.
                  Then one day called my father and told him that this product is having inbuilt camera issue if replacement given the product will have the same issue.
                  Next call where illiterates told my father that they are ready to provide replacement its clearly tells that flipkart don't give a damn about customers even if the product having inbuilt camera issue then why flipkart is ready to give me replacement.
                  Took 48 hrs
                  Took 24 hrs
                  Then called and told us they will not provide us the replacement nor refund.
                  Amreen taj head may be i don't know she told me that after tech visit refund process will be done, from that day i have not seen her number till now.
                  Games you people already played and still playing now see what i do, see you in court. Now don't you dare to call i am telling you only call when u give me my money or rather i must expect nothing from illiterates they cant understand what is written in a paper then what to expect from them.

                  Not at all concerned talking the same ### like before. I want to talk to amreen taj no other flipkart illiterates.
                  If they don't care about customers then customers don't I will go to court because I have no other options left. Disguisting company I also tweeted to kalyan krishnamurthy regarding this no one is doing anything then I must go to court. I don't want flipkart to call me and give the same ###TY explanation.

                  I have voice record of technician and if flipkart wants me to take him in conference I can. And main point is the technician who visited me was not Flipkarts technician he told he that he works for amazon flipkart outsourced him such a shame, flipkart don't even have there own technicians, worst company ever wasted my time and harassed I will not sit I want my money back.

                    Because flipkart block our account for high return issue,
                    But there is not my fault, i want to pay our due before due date but flipkart blocked our account,

                          When i used to talk to the my phone, the person who used to talk to me did not hear my voice clearly. There was sound problem in my phone due the same i have raised return request on 03/04/2018. Flipkart representative collect my phone on 04/4/2018 around 12:00 pm. Neither did my mobile come nor its refund so far. I talked to the customer care center very often but still my query is same. Therefore my humble request to you please look the matter and return my phone phone on priority basis.

                          Whenever i use to flipkart website to place the order or cancellation. I do not know Which courier company will bring me delivery or pick up the thing. I trust on flipkart. As you know very well that I raised return request on 3/4/2018. Your representative Mr. Shambhu Kumar
                          came on 4/4/2018 from Delhivery courier and received my mobile phone. He did not give me any acknowledge receipt, but he opened Delivery courier mobile application and asked to do the signature. I signed on the mobile screen. When I talked to your representative Mr. Shambhu Kumar regarding my mobile. He told that the day on which I handover my mobile phone, He deposited it on the same day in their office at 5:00 PM. Mr. Shambhu also accepts this. You may confirm to Shambhu his mobile no is [protected].

                          There is issues with your courier partner. my humble request to you please communicate with your partner to resolve my query as soon as possible.

                            Flipcart company ne fraud karke jo lenovo z2 plus mobile provide karwaya hai wo pahle se hi out of warranty hai. Matlab pahle se used mobile hai jiska status hume lenovo cervice centre se prapt kiya hai. (With proved). Isiliye hume jo new phone ki asa thi wo pahle se used hai joki bilkul galat baat hai.

                            Dear, sir aapse request hai ki aap flicart par sakt se sakt karwai karte huae f. I. R or customer ko dhoke mein rakne ke liye fine ki jaye or ek new lenovo z2 plus mobile ke sath replacement kiya jaye. Or kanooni roop se flipcart owner ko saja di jaye taki customer ko koi bada nuksaan na ho.

                              Customer raised a complaint for defective issue for which seller arranged for a technician visit to confirmed the defect but there is no defective issue found from the technician side so informed the same to customer. Closing the complaint from our end.

                                I have purchased mi redmi note 5 mobile through flipcart order no od[protected]. After delivery there was no adopter which has been informed immediately to deliveryman. There is another issue of hanging this mobile. The return for mobile request has been launched to flipcart site but still not exchanged the mobile by flipcart company. We are suffering.

                                  I ordered canon eos 1500d from flipkart on 23rd april 2018. I got message on 25th morning stating that my order will get delivered today. But it didn't and i got it
                                  Delivery on 26th april 2018. As my home was under renovation phase i called delivery boy and he asked me to meet him at landmark. I was about to pay with my credit card, but his swiping machine was not working so he asked me to pay in cash. I went to atm and got him cash, i took delivery and got back to home. I opened the parcel and i found 2 locally branded shampoo bottles and one conditioner bottle. I complained to flipkart customer care same day but they didn't took any solid actions and just kept giving me eta. My pick up scheduled 2 times but got rejected by logistic stating they will need additional permission to pick up as the actual product is missing. Finally when i told flipkart to go to consumer court, they created a request on high priority, assigned a technical inspector and asked me to provide 12 days to work with seller. That guy, technical inspector named "ajit" behaved with me like i have stolen that camera and blamed me that i have placed shampoo and conditioner bottles. After that again
                                  Flipkart is just keep giving eta and no resolution. Then i posted my complain on their facebook handle, i got call from flipkart and convinced seller for refund. Now when my pick up scheduled for 3rd time (11th may 2018) by that time pick up person rejected my request stating that according to return policy last date was 6th may 2018 which is already gone. And my return request also got rejected and i left with 2 locally branded shampoo bottles and 1 conditioner bottle which is not worth more than 500 ₹. The seller who sold me camera on flipkart is "retailnet" kept posting the days so that replacement deadline got exceeded and he do not have to provide refund or replacement.

                                  I'm a genuine buyer and i have purchased many other things from flipkart.

                                      Order purchased : DeskUp manning engineered wood coffee table, Order no- OD[protected].product was delivered on 19.4.18 & same day after checking a product I request for return the product because of not proper quality as well as very very difficult to assemble a coffee table. But they telephonically do enquiry and not done refund. And again I raised the same issue that either return or send someone technical person to check. They raised issue & send will resolve on 7th’may’18. But no one called or came to my house and on 7th they again send a sms that by 9th’may’18 they will resolve. But till today 11th’may ‘18 I have not get any call or person came to my home.
                                      Product value -4199/-. For middle class family it’s difficult to manage & flip kart sellers are technically cheating with me. Please do needful with us. Or I will go to legal forum.

                                        I have purchased a pleshey vr box on 11 april 2018 from flipkart using cod but i returned my order because of some defect issues. My order id : od [[protected] ] and they returned and return id : od [[protected]]. But i didn't get any refund from flipkart. When i called flipkart they said that "your problem will be resolve as soon as possible" and now it's one week.

                                        We have spoken to the customer, checked the courier receipt and also checked with the Wishmaster. Confirmed that the product is picked up and we have initiated refund. Same has been informed to the customer also. Closing the complaint from our side. Customer is happy.
