I ordered (Order id: od[protected] iphone 6 from flipkart for rs 25699 and paid by debit card. After 10 minutes i canceled order coz i found better offer for same product. Transaction date is 11th may 2018. I received refund confirmation from flipkart on same date but till today 19th may, amount not credited in bank account. I'm checking bank account through net banking every day several times. I wanted to place fresh order by same money on same date. But till date i'm not able to make order coz i'm waiting for that money. Please help me.

When I registered complaint, flipkart customer care called me regarding it. I was already knew that I will get refund within 23rd May. They also said same that refund will happen within 23rd May.

    Sir complaint ye hai ki mujhe mera order nahi mila aur jab maine ekart ko call kiya to mujhe bola aapne wrong no. Lgaya hai aur fir mera no. Block kar diya.. Reason ye hai ki ye log chori karte hai (Including delivery boy) kyuki ab wo hi mobile after offer 7500₹ me hai..       I have placed order on flipkart (Order id od[protected] on 9th may, 2018 for mobile phone using debit card payment option (Debit card no. [protected]) and cancelled that order on same day and ask for refund. But not received refund amount till date. I have done enquiry for the same many times through mail and phone call to flipkart but they are saying that their seller has already done the payment against refund (Ref no. 74332748130812901769686) and they ask me to do enquiry in your concern bank (Sbi bank, kalwa branch). I had registered a complaint in sbi on 16th may, 2018 (Ticket no. Pg[protected] regarding this. I had received a mail from bank saying that within 45 days your issue will be solved. I am not getting any proper reply from the flipkart and bank also. I want my refund amount within 4 to 5 days. Ask your seller to again make payment against the same today only.

      Same issue with me. I placed order of iPhone 6 price Rs 25699 paid by debit card. And within 10 mins I canceled order. I received confirmation from flipkart that refund processed and mentioned that it will seen in bank account on or before 23rd May. So I will wait till 23rd May. If not done, I will go for legal action. It will better if we or other victims join against this.

        I purchased a product from flipcart, a puma shoe. Now i want to return this product due to size issue. Now flipcart is denying to pickip the product. Where i didn't receive any mrp tag in the shoe. It contains the product and invoice. I contacted customer care and told the issue they assured me the product will be picked up without mrp tag. Now they are denying. I have call recording. It is there fault why they do not attach tag with the item. Bar code attach with the shoes, they can verify it wheather it is right product or not and also the box containg shoe have bar code. But they are only demanding tag which didn't provide. It is cheating by flipcart.

          I had placed an order for "asus zenfone max pro m1 (Black, 32 gb)" (Mobile phone) on 10th may 2018.

          Order details-
          Product - asus zenfone max pro m1 (Black, 32 gb)
          Payment - ₹10, 999through net banking

          Order date - thu, may 10th '18 12:04 pm

          The promised date for delivery of this item was 13th of may 2018.
          The phone was not delivered by 13th and they kept on delaying the delivery date by 2 days.
          The new delivery date was promised to be on 15th may 2018 but then also the phone was not delivered.
          Finally, i was forced to cancel my order as the product was not getting delivered.

          I again placed an order for another mobile phone on 16th of may 2018. The details of this product is as mentioned below-

          Product - redmi note 5 pro (Black, 64 gb)
          Payment - ₹14, 999through credit card
          Order id - od[protected]
          Order date - wed, may 16th '18 11:59 am
          Tracking id - (Ekart logistics) fmpp[protected]

          My (Customer) mobile number - +91 [protected]

          I am tracking my order through flipkart website and again i can see the product had arrived at a hub near my delivery address (My home) and then being sent back to medchal sort facility because of the same reason "misroute (Same city misrouted)".
          I have ordered many items from flipkart using the same delivery address but never had any problem with delivery of other items except these two cases of delivering mobile phones.

          Flipkart is taking the money upfront for these items and then delaying the delivery of items repeatedly so as to force the customer to cancel their order and then refunding the money to customer account after 6 working days.
          So flipkart is keeping customer's money for more than 10 to 15 days causing mental harassment by not delivering the items for which customer has already paid for, and also not paying any compensation for customer inconvenience.

            I ordered a phone named infinix hot s3 stand stone black 64 gb on may 7 and i chose cash on dilevery and on may 9th i tried to pay the cash through debit card and showed unsuccessful and i tried from phonepe and it show unsuccessful, but the amount of phone was debited... So i cancled it but i have not received my refund yet... Can u plss help me to get my refund today itself...

                  I ordered mi mix 2 on 15th of may while the delivery date shown to me was 18th may and later again i received an email mentioning order delayed and delivery date was shown as 22nd may today is 19th may still it shows me order is processing flipkart is already losing its dignity keeping these type of sellers on board this will be my last order from flipkart truenet e commerce is a fraud

                    It's the 6th time, my return for refund request has been automatically declined due to no reason. I call flipkart to know the reason and they always promise me prompt resolution and they would file a refund request from their side. But i find that the return gets automatically cancelled the next day. If flipkart is unable to issue the pickup and return, they should at least refund the amount and spare the consumer from the mental torture of filing for a return countless times and calling the customer care continuously.

                      I bought a phone from flipkart on 30th april and delivered to me on 3rd may. It was faulty so I lodged a complaint request for replacement on then they rejected it 6 times saying issue can be troubleshooted. Then after these many rejected request when they finally accepted on 12th may it then they cancelled on 14th may saying they were unable to contact, after then when I tried to contact them on 18th may they got me on hold for 30 min and hanged up. After then when I again on same date and tried to make contact they were not returning my calls. Now I have keep this faulty product even after paying it's full worth.​

                        As per order id-OD[protected] I have ordered an Infininx Note 4 smart phone by paid 5699.00 from my account .a delivery boy was attend to deliver this as per tracking ID-FMPP[protected] on dated 17.05.2018 whether the date was seen in my messege and in status at flipkart site on 23.05.18. In absence of me the delivery boy was reject to deliver the order to my wife.and also said that the amount would be returned to me within 17.05.18.But all are in vain.After I has called to ccc for re attend the order and the customer care assure me to re attend.but this also faild on dated 18.05.18.again I called to customer care and known that this couldn't be deliver again I was harass by Flipcart.I would like to return my order or returm my paid amount with compensation otherwise I go to Ombudsmen or consumer redressal forum for higher judgment.

                          I ordered Adidas shoes on 7th May 2018 and on 09 May 2018 I returned it because of size.Since then I am waiting my refund to be credited to my account and your executive during chating and on phone always asking time to resolve issue and on many occasions they asked me to approach bank and debit card customer care but my bank confirmed that refund not credited to my debit card and same I informed to your customer care executive but they always making excuses.

                          I request you to look into this and resolve this issue as soon as possible.

                            I have ordered a phone on 18 Apr 2018 which was cancelled on 26 Apr due to the negligence of Flipkartand selected cash on delivery mode but later paid through "pay now" option provided by Flipkart which was debited from my bank account but transaction was unsuccessful at Flipkart.

                            Then I called Flipkart and they said the Sellar had received the amount so I can collect the order and need not pay but later when the delivery arrived the Flipkart said no they don't received the amount. I raised the complain to my bank and they said the amount was received by Flipkart.

                            On 28 Apr Flipkart said they received the amount but not able pay through the same source and asked for my bank details and I provided the same.Again they reach me saying they are not able to refund the amount in said bank and asked for alternate bank details. Just making excuses till now from issue resolving on 24th Apr to 5 th May to 8th may then 9th then 14th then 18th now 19th May.

                            Till now they are proceeding the refund don't know how. Whenever I tried to reach them they escalate the issue again n again and just extend the date of resolution.

                            Just troubling the customer by unfair trade practices and exploiting them. Till now they are not able to refund my amount.

I have entered both the otps received which were accepted. After that i have entered new password but i am getting the message 'unable to update password' despite of trying several times.                                     I bought a cloudwalker tv from flipkart the on 2 months of 2018

                                    The is hardly used, we only used to see movies using the tv.

                                    We went out for vacation are of our door locked and we returned home opened the door, switched on the tv there inside the tv screen not on the outside

                                    Guess a manufacturing defect to airlock tv got cracked from inside complaint gave, till now no action was taken.

                                      Hi,

                                      I have ordered a new laptop with exchange of my old laptop. (Hp - i5, 8 gb ram, 640 gb hdd) - 5 years old laptop.

                                      But after analyse, the delivery person (Wishmaster) (Kilokari hub) denied to deliver the new laptop due to some silly rubber was coming out on the display lcd border of my old laptop.

                                      It's not fair enough to reject the delivery of my product due to this silly reason, i have already paid 58000 to flipkart & only getting 12000 discount for exchange of my old lappy (Original cost of my old laptop : 50000).

                                      Please do the needful. Really never expect such experience from flipkart.
