I wanted to buy a ps4 game, so i thought of giving a peep at flipkart and it offered quiet reasonable price, but along with reasonable price, what made me order the product was that in the section below it was mention if you order before 5 pm, you will get the order within 2 days. So, trusting the company i placed the order. Today, 25th of august was the delivery day, but the product is still in transit mode. How can a portal be so irresponsible. Flipkart should shut their shutter if they can't fulfil what they have promised. Even, the customer service was rude, when i called them up they were like, sorry you will get a message when the product is in delivery mode. Flipkart if they have promised timely delivery, then why can't they fulfil it. Its absolutely wasting consumers time.

    I bought the above product from flipkart on 6/10/2016. Around 1st week of july the phone suddenly heated up and went dead, the reason i do not understand. It was not in charge mode. I had kept it in my shoulder bag and when i took it out it was very hot and then the phone didnt boot up. I took it to the service center in coimbatore (Multiple power systems, gandhipuram, coimbatore -641012). They informed me that the motherboard of the above phone wasnt working and it could not be repaired. I understand there is a warranty for this product for one year. They were not interested in hearing my warranty claims. I enclose a copy of the original purchase bill from flipkart and the jobsheet of multiple power systems who inspected the phone and also charged me rs.183. Because this issue has happened under the warranty period, i request you to repair or replace this phone.

      Dear sir,
      I have ordered a moto e4 plus mobile handset on flipkart.com by paying rs 9999.00 by debit card on 25th july 2017. Order id was - od[protected]. A small cartoon packet was delivered to my home. When it was opened, a dummy nokia mobile was found in the packet. Immediately contacted to flipkart, return was requested for replacement, the replacement was approved & accepted by flipkart with return id[protected]. It was requested on behalf of flipkart to reurn the delivered item to their specified address with mentioning the return id given. It was assured to me in the same mail, that before 21st of aug 2017, the replacement item would be delivered to me.

      I did as per instruction, & returned the delivered item by first flight courier on 10.08.2017 to the address of warehouse as given to me. Copy of receipt of first flight tracking is attached also with tracking id - j991p0262516. By tracking the returned item it is seen that the return item is delivered to warehouse on 16.08.2018 at 4:00 pm. But now the return status is not being updated by flipkart & shipping of the new item against replacement is not being done. When contacting to flipkart customer care team, flipkart support on twitter no updates are being given by them. 21st of aug deadline have already passed & today is 25th of aug. Still they are not even bothered about responding with a time frame to deliver me the item. I am attaching the details & delivery of return item status in the attachment.

      Please do something sir to either refund me the money of rs-9999.00 + courier charges of rs 445.00 or deliver the item against replacement to me.

      point No-2.) A call was received from No-[protected] at 6:55 PM on 25.08.2017 regarding my issue. She has assured of calling back within 24-48 hrs with actual status of delivery of returned item to warehouse which is already showing delivered on 16.08.2017 in tracking update of first flight.

      point no-3.) Two calls received from nos-[protected] at 11:00 PM on 25.08.2017 & from no-[protected] at 6:40 AM on 26.08.2017 demanding my ATM card No claiming that they will return my money of Rs 9999.00 paid against placement of order for purchase. But I Have not given my ATM No seeing the security concern.

        Mobeil moto e4 plus fine gold 32gb is not being switch on
        Returning days 31st july 2017 to flipkart service man, and he said that your money will be refund in 4days, but till date fund has not refund. For this ihave compliant in customer service centre so many time, but he has not taking any type of action.
        Now i have complaint in consumer court and he convince me to compliant again flipkart and after then call me.

              On behalf of my teacher at bhagalpur, i ordered 2 mobiles (Lenovo 5 and k6) and their back cover with cash on delivery option. It was expected to reach on 21st august. He got 1 back cover, 2 days in advance. A day before the expected delivery date, he gets a call from the delivery guy saying that he is on the way to deliver the mobile phone. He never turned up and on flipkart, the status got updated as item returned. The other mobile was also updated as returned.in a nutshell, both the items reached bhagalpur (As per the status on flipkart site), however got returned without delivery. When we tried to contact the call center, they were helpless as the items were marked returned. This is a matter of concern for people ordering items online and delivery agency doing a goo[censored]p. It is important to note that, these mobiles are sold 2000 rupees higher than the flipkart rate. So, the possibility of delivery agency selling it local market can not be ruled out.
              On other hand, the request to return back cover on flipkart site was rejected. I have observed this multiple times in last 2 years that, flipkart does not make any attempt to return an order. The questions are:

              1. How consumers in india can trust online order delivery integrity by flipkart?

              2. Why flipkart call center is a weak helpless entity with zero capability to serve customers?

              3. Is ekart (The delivery agency of flipkart) involved in malicious practices?

              4. Do we have hassle free consumer rights protection mechanism in our country?

              5. How long this non-sense going to harass and deprive consumers fundamental rights?

              Why does it show invalid login details when I try to login with my gmail account which I was using before on flipkart. Before with that gmail account it was way too fast delivery, I was a fan of it but now my feeling changed because of the error.

                  Respected sir/madam,
                  Recently i ordered a canon eos 1300d dslr camera (Body with ef-s 18 - 55 mm is ii + ef-s 55 - 250 mm f4 5.6 is ii) worth rupeed 34300/-.
                  From flipkart. They delivered the package on the next day i ordered. But when i open the the box, i was shocked bcz the box was empty. There is no dslr. So after that i complained to flipkart cutomer care and they said they will resolve my proble within some days and i need not to worry. After 4-5 days one representative from flipkart call me and equired the detail. After the 1-2 hrs i got an email from flipkart that "
                  We'd like to let you know that your recent request for a replacement/refund has been canceled as our systems have detected an unusually high number of returns in your purchase history. This would also mean that you will no longer be able to login to your flipkart account."
                  They blocked my id and even didn't refund my money or other priduct.
                  Plz resolve my problem as soon as possible.

                      This is a complaint mail with reference to the phone purchased by me (Vinay bisht m-[protected]) panasonic eluga tapp from flipkart invoice no. Foysf[protected] dated 16-3-17.

                      I would like to inform you that some serious problem occurred on the phone. There occured a defect in the phone's charging function and the phone was unable to get charged from the phone's charger. The phone being in warranty period was immediately deposited to the respective panasonic mobile service centre as named shankla telecom on dated 12-7-17, and they informed that there will be a replacement for this product but they didnt show any response regarding this.

                      I deposited my request for the replacement of the product to flipkart as per told by panasonic but still as per told to me by them to solve my resolution in 4 days you guys are keep on giving me dates and dates by promising me a perfect solution on the given date.
                      It's been almost 28 days so far and i'm still getting escalated dates so far.
                      Surely flipkart is not serious about my product.

                        I ordered a LeEco Le 2 (Rose Gold, 32 GB) phone on 9th August, 2017 during flipkart freedom sale and it was delivered to me on 16th August, 2017. The order ID is OD[protected]. The handset was dead on arrival and not working. So, I filed a replacement request through the flipkart app on the same day and was notified that soemone will call me on the next day regarding this. Someone called but proper communication could not take place and the call was cut from his side and then again the next day soemone called and same thing happened, no communication could not occur. So I called the flipkart customer care and they assured me that the problem will be resolved soon by the 19th of August and that someone will come or call but then when I checked the app I suddenly came to know that my request has been cancelled without any notice and without any proper reason. When I called the customer care service, they told me that they didn't know why my request was cancelled so I filed another replacement request on the 19th or 21st August, 2017, I don't exactly remember the dates and then my request was approved and i got a mail that someone will come to pick the phone on 23rd August and on that day, no one showed up and when i called customer care, they said that someone will come on 24 and it is 24 today and no one came to pick up the phone, I even got an sms that soemone will come on 24 by 6.29 pm but no one came.

                        We all are tired by this pathetic custoemr service of flipkart. SOlve this issue soon or I will be going to consumer court for full refund and mental pain compensation.

                          I placed an order for redmi note 4 (Dark grey, 64 gb) on[protected] and paid through net banking before hand. It was expected to be delivered on following monday (31st july 2017). On monday i received a message from flipkart application notifying that the product has been delivered, but the product was not actually delivered. I called the customer care and complained that i haven't actually received any product, but i received a message that the product has been delivered.

                          The next day (Tuesday), the courier partner delivered a package at the specified address. I opened the package only to see an empty box in it. There was nothing in the package except an empty box. The seal of the empty box (The empty box was that of the phone, i suppose) was tempered. I immediately called the customer care, told them that i was delivered an empty box. They assured to help me. I also called the courier partner, and he told me that cannot say if there was actually anything inside the package. He also added that his job is just to deliver the package.

                          Few days later, after repeated complaints, a staff of flipkart called me and said that a replacement has been sent and i will receive the product by 9th of august 2017. I also received a message from flipkart app notifying that the replacement has been sent. But before the replacement was actually delivered, the flipkart cancelled it themselves leaving me with nothing but an empty box for the rs.12, 999/- i paid.

                          I have repeatedly called them ever since and asked them to refund my money to compensate for my loss. They only extend their apologies and excuse themselves citing that they have technical issues. They dont appear to have any intention of actually performing their part of the contract.

                          I request the community here to inform me about the legal recourse that could give me justice. Thank you.

                          I don't understand what flipkart means by 'internally'. Nothing has changed, my issue is not solved. Flipkart has not delivered anything for the Rs .12, 999/- I paid, except an empty box. I have suffered huge loss in terms of money and time.

                          I request the community here to guide me about the legal proceeding that I could initiate against flipkart for the damages I have suffered.

                          This kinds of fraud should not be tolerated in India. No Company should be allowed to deceive a citizen of this country.

                            I had purchased lenovo ideapad laptop which delivered to me at 17 aug 2017 on that same day i found issue on this.. (Touch pad, unexpected behavior) where i immediately had communication with customer support.. They gave date of 24th aug 2017 for technician visit, but that technician not happened, again i had communication with them, then they gave date of 30 aug 2017 for technician visit, i think they are not serious about services, because of this mine lot of work going on hold

                              My name is Abhijith I ordered a Toplux which is black and yellow but I got one with blue colour and it is damaged too a. It was delivered in annaikatty coimbator. The delivery delivered was nearly 2:30 pm, so I please request you to replace it for me . My contact number is ([protected]) . I revived on the date of 24/8/17 . I want it to be replaced soon. I wish that it would be replaced very soon . I did not like the colour . It looks very bad .

                                  I have an issue about the below order

                                  OD[protected]

                                  On the 14th of August, at first, I received a completely different shoe than the one I had ordered. Also, there was only a single shoe in the badly crushed box.

                                  I requested for a replacement on the same day itself citing specifically that I had received a different shoe, and that too just a single shoe.

                                  I was told that I would get the replacement done by the 21st of August.

                                  But the date elapsed and so I checked the website on the 22nd of August, where I came to know that the seller himself had cancelled the replacement.

                                  I had received no intimation of this cancellation by the seller via email or message.

                                  So I made a return request on the 22nd of August again, and once again specifically mentioned that I had received a single shoe and that too, a different one.

                                  I also called the customer care regarding the same. I was told that my order will now be converted from a replacement to a return and that the pickup will be done by the 23rd of Aug.

                                  A pickup representative came for the pickup but he refused to take the item citing that it was a product mismatch and that there was only one shoe. This was despite me specifically mentioning the same twice, during my replacement request as well as my return request.

                                  So I called up the Flipkart customer care executive again and told him what happened. He told me that he will communicate the same to a pickup representative and the pickup will be done by the 2100hrs of 23rd August.

                                  But no one came for pickup.

                                  Now today, I have suddenly received an outrageous message claiming that I have cancelled my return request and decided to keep the shoe.

                                  That's an utter lie. When did I make such a request and why would I keep a single shoe which doesn't even match my order?

                                  When I called the customer care again today, the IVR tells me that there is no return request on my phone number.

                                  When I talked with the customer care executive, he told me that the time for return has elapsed.

                                  What incompetence is this?

                                  I have made the replacement within an hour of the item being delivered to me and the return request as soon as I came to know that the seller himself cancelled the replacement. All the delay has been on Flipkart's part along with the lack of co-ordination amongst their logistics support.

                                  If my issue isn't resolved ASAP, I will be taking Flipkart to the consumer court where I will charge them the refund amount, the interest on that refund amount, my lawyers fees as well as compensation for all this trouble and mental harassment.

                                    I have cancelled the order on 13th august 2017 and it was told me that within six working day i will get my refund of 51990 rs. But after 6 days i got an email saying that the refund is transfered to you and will reflect by 24 th august. But it till now doesnot show this. They have provided me a reference number and said to contact your bank for further details.
