I ordered a jbl bluetooth earphone and received no n branded fake earphones instead of jbl earphone i complaint on customer care about this and a pickup arranged for this when courier person came to pickup the order he checked in his phone and talked to there senior and said there no brand name on this and its different from what ordered his senior said cancel this and don't pick this item i again contacted to customer care they said please mention different reason Was this information helpful? | |||

Verified Support May 30, 2019 Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer raised a complaint stating that the product delivered was different from what was ordered. We have interacted with the customer and raised a return request with the seller for the refund of the order. The seller has confirmed the return has been initiated on May 30, 2019 and once the product is picked the refund shall be completed in 2 business days. Hence, closing the complaint form our end.
