Delivery man talks to me very badly and also he cancel my order without informing me. He also refused to give me the parcel, basically where i live, there is a little pasta, so i told the address for landmark so that the delivery man can reach easily. I spoke to the delivery man when you reach that place then call me then i will tell you the path ahead but the delivery man refused to give me parcel. And he cancel my parcel without informing me.

    Dear sir,

    Regarding aforesaid items has been received on dated 25/05/2019.
    This item is defective
    1. Operation of sarregama carvaan is smooth about 15 to 30 minutes after this period suddenly stop.
    2. On display screen show:select artist, mood, geetmala when we select than all button is not working.
    3. Suddenly it is connected usb mode (Without use of pen drive) than we operate sarregama button but it is not work.

    I think this is defective piece, kindly request to you please replaced it by new fresh items.

      I have ordered 4 mobiles and two cameras for gifting someone. Flipkart cancel my all orders, then i talk to customer care they said that my orders are cancelled due to limitid stock you can order again products and this happened again. After that my account get blocked for reselling because of customer care's wrong information. How can they even cancel my order without any inquiry and how can they block my account. It is not my fault that flipkart customer care giving me wrong information.
      Please take any action against them.

        I created my account but never used it for a long time.

        From (27-28 may 2019) i was willing to order some products but then i wasn't able to log in or change password. Also unable to create a new account using the same number but it says it's already exist.

        I am getting the error attached below (When i click to 'forgot?' after entering my phone number).

        Please help me out,

          I had order oppo f11 pro from flipkart on 19 may.
          As i had faced an issue while receiving my oppo f11 pro i. E., wishmaster declined to pick up my exchanged product as he was saying that product is defected due to dent but actually it was a minor rubbing mark which seems to be acceptable while considering this as an old / reused product.in order to resolve the issue, i had lodged a complaint about the same on 24th may, at 2:00 pm. Following are the things which were told by flipkart team during my several conversations:-

          1. On the first call (24th may, 2:00 pm) i was supposed to inform that i will receive an email on which i have to reply with attached images of my exchange product within 3 hours but after 4 hours when i recontacted the team i came to know that i have to upload the pictures by using flipkart app only - misled customer by providing false information which is only expected by a highly unskilled team.
          2. While uploading the images using flipkart app i was unable to find the option to upload pics, then after i had reported this issue to flipkart team, then the team had requested that the concerned department will call me and my problem will be resolved till 26th may, 2:00 pm - not received a single call yet.
          3. I had received an email (Which was expected 24th within 3 hours) on which i have to upload the pictures. After uploading images again i had received an email requesting to wait till 27th may, 2:00 pm. - not received any response from the team.
          I had also replied on the last received email regarding the resolution but it's 4:24 pm of 28th may and i had not received a single response from the team.

            From the first day water cooler stops working, have raised concern by calling to flipkart customer service, they said that refund option will be available. 7 days has been over cooler is packed to return, no one comes to pick the product. Technician has visited to check on 23rd, and status has been updated to flipkart that technician visit has been cancelled.
            Have talked to surendra on 21st, vaibhav on 27, ghina on 28. Now suddenly they said return request has been rejected, customer service were tried to contact me to troubleshoot the product. I am not able to understand how customer will troubleshoot the cooler. What the # is this. Now they are saying that only replacement is available. I am totally sick with flipkart now. They don't deserve single star rating.
            Now they are denying to give my money back.

              Hi,
              I am akhil avarachan, i purchased redmi note-7 on 09/04/2019 through flipkart online website from my friend's account.
              Flipkart order id : od[protected].

              Next day onward, my phone having the problem with re-starting or re-booting. So, i contacted flip-kart for replacement. On the very next day evening one mi technician came and he checked the phone, but, he fails to find any complaints and he closed the rejected the return.

              But i face the re-booting problem always. On 26/05/2019 morning i visited mi service centre located at ravipuram, kochi they did technical inspection and told that mother board is damage and have to replace it.

              I know after changing the mother board i can't use my phone in previous condition. Because my previous phone was mi4w that phone dead after changed mother board. So, i afraid that this phone also will face the same issue in future also.

              Then i contacted mi customer care, for ask for replacement of the defective product. He told that they only can do service and can't replace the product and told me to contact flipkart for replacement.

              11 months warranty left for my product. So, according to section 2 (1) (D) of the consumer protection act, 1856, as a customer i have the right to get replacement for the new product instead of the defective one.

              I request to both flipkart and mi authorities kindly register my complaint and take needful action on this matter.

              Now they're saying they can't replace the defective product and now i am in a situation to dumb the product

              When I am trying to login it shows an error message
              "Login unsuccessful. Please retry in a minute" what to do

              Sir i will order Acer laptop on 16/5/19. Flipkart cancel my order in 18/05/19 they informed there's is no stock but in site the stock is available and I will pay the money and they told me wait for 30/5/19 for refund and provide refund id i want my money back immediately 36490 rupees
              Actually I have lost my invoice. Sub- I got a Sony Xperia R1plus silver dual mobile phone, which have been purchased from Fleepkart from above 20/10/2018 to 28/10/2018. Presently I need an other duplicate invoices, if there's any scope for re achieve my lost invoice I'll be really grateful for that. Thanking you. Banasree Ganguly.
              I purchased vox induction 1800 watt from flipkart on 1st april 2019. it has 6 months warranty. it has stopped working after one month. how can i replace it? there is no information regarding service center in delhi.
              how can i resort this problem?

                I recently purchased a kemei trimmer from Flipkart and when I received it, it was a used one and had trimmed hair on it. I called the Flipkart executive regarding the same he without informing me chose return order instead of replacement. I was telling him from the start that I want replacement as the the same product rate has now boosted high. But he took a return option so I told him to transfer my call to some senior executive for which I had to wait around 25 mins and after which I told my issue but he was impatient and without listening he said be on hold and cut the call suddenly

                  I ordered a jbl bluetooth earphone and received no n branded fake earphones instead of jbl earphone i complaint on customer care about this and a pickup arranged for this when courier person came to pickup the order he checked in his phone and talked to there senior and said there no brand name on this and its different from what ordered his senior said cancel this and don't pick this item i again contacted to customer care they said please mention different reason

                      I bought a towel set from flipkart whose order id is "od[protected]" which i returned back on 25th may due to poor quality and the product was not the same as displayed in the image on flipkart, i handed over the product to the courier service boy but he did not give me any sort of receipt. All of this happened in front of my company.
                      I have multiple times asked flipkart to refund my money but they denied about any pick up of the product. I even have the message from flipkart when the courier boy came to pick my product. Flipkart customer executives are very rude to me saying that you can yourself go to the courier service to inquire about all this.
                      Please help as i neither have the product nor my money.

                      I have ordered Real me 3 pro mobile. I kept house delivery, but the delivery boy staying away from 2 kilometres he called me and said come and pick up your courier. The delivery boy behaviour is very rude.
                      What is this???? Why the flipkart company making false promises as “home delivery “.
                      When i login my account on flipkart then it will show an error 'login unsuccessful' (On pc) and 'something went wrong' (On app).
                      Please resolve my issue as soon as possible and also tell me the reason, why my account not logged on flipkart?

                          My flipkart account blocked. When i contact the customer care they saying that the system found unussal return in my order history so that reason my account got blocked. Unfortunately in the flipkart terms and condition they didn't mentioned for a this numbers of return or purchase we can make by using our account. I'm paid flipkart plus member also and i have many unclaimed flipkart point also they just behave irresponsible. They saying i can't no longet access to my account. When i checking on web its a usual practice of flipkart to their customers. After purchasing high value product they blocked account for not retruning the product if they got a detective or wrong product. Flipkart behave like unfair to their customer. They didn't value their customers.

                          In flipkart terms and conditions not mentioned that how much return request we can make. If return the product bcz of the product quality and wrong product received that's the mistake from flipkart side. Flipkart clearly state that in their web site if the customer not satisfied with product they can return that. You can also check the ration between my purchase and return I'm sure the ratio for purchase will be high. Bcz I'm a customer of flipkart since 4yrs.
                          I have ordered real me C2 diamond black

                          But want to change my color to diamond blue

                          Please provide me a better solution for me

                            I bought vivo v 15 phone on 4 may 19 and it has overheating issue so i book a complaint against it in flipkart so they arrange the technical visit but issue is not resolved but issue is not resolved again i book another complain then they arrange a tech visit valid for three days but when the tech engineer came i was busy so i told him to come tomorrow then he didn't come to me and next day my technical visit is cancelled so i call again flipkart customer care for again raising my request for return but they told that now they will not do it as per their policy so i have to visit service centre for further resolution.

                            The picture i added in my complain is taken after the tech visit of flipkart engineer, and same i informed to flipkart but they still no accepting my return request, and telling me to visit vivo service centre.
                            So sir plz do the needful action against flipkart as i suffered a lot already for this issue.

                              Dear sir plz help me as i purchase apple airpods from flipkart on 15th may 2019 and it's delivered on 17th may 2019 but when i opened the packet the found the box empty and only a charging cable is inside when i do request for return or replacement they says your issue will be resolved by 29th of may 2019. And i received a mail from flipkart saying we want your consent regarding lodging an fir i gave them my consent but in few days i received another mail saying your request for return or replacement cannot be fulfilled by the seller as the courier partner has confirmed delivery of the item to with the product being intact.                                 Worst experience with flipkart - i have ordered redmi note 7 pro on 22th may 2019 from flipkart. The expected delivery of the product was on 23rd may as it was shown in flipkart delivery option.
                                At 7:45 am in the morning from +91-[protected] by ekart executive that i am coming now, i said i have kept my office address so please come by 10 am as i am not in office, he very rudely said "phir main 2 baje ayga" i said okay come by 2 pm. When he didnt came up at 2 pm i called him ke where are you bhayya he said he will come by 4 pm, at 4 pm he again didnt came up then i called him again and he said ke woh kahin nikal gaya hai ab nai ayga, then i told him i had waited for whole day and now you are saying this, then he said main nai ara ja jo karna hai karle. This is the way these ekart people are talking.

                                Today its 28th may and i still didnt get my mobile. I am regularly in touch with customer care every day morning to evening and every time i have to explain to them the whole case. Now the worst thing is that delivery guy has notified them that i had rejected the order. I paid 17000 rs in advance and why would i rejecting the order. Flipkart customer care is also not doing anything and my order is been delayed by 5 days and i want the compensation now. I want my full money return along with the mobile. I have all the records in writing which i had spoken to customer care.

                                Today is 9th day of placing the order and 6th of following up with Flipkart customer care. No solution is been given as of now, i still didnt receive my order which was placed on 22 may 2019 and promised to deliver on 23rd may. i am tired of following up with flipkart customer care since last 6 days.                                 No solution is been given as of now, i still didn't receive my order which was placed on 22 may 2019 and promised to deliver on 23rd may.

                                Ekart tracking is continuously putting fake status of order rejection from my end, however not for a single time i did that.

                                      Hello... I ordered a joystick from flipkart and i have received a fake and defective product. So i created a return request but it's around a week still now my return request was not accepted and flipkart is just making the people fool and i'm helpless here.. I have paid around 2399 rs and i received a fake and defective product. I want flipkart to take that back and refund the money i paid.

I bought a wireless joystick from flipkart and after the delivery i can see that joystick is not working and i created a return request but flipkart has blocked my account and cancelled the return request and im helpless here without a proper resolution and my money is totally wasted and flipkart is just making me mad. I want flipkart to take this product back and refund my money.
                                      Very disappointed with flipkart and without any prior information flipkart blocked my account saying i have cancelled many orders... I want flipkart to take this back and return the money

                                        I have placed an order for Mobile phone on 16/May.
                                        Delivery confirmed for 22/May.
                                        As per the given tracking details, product reached at the last hub(from the last hub to delivery point is 35km only) on 22/May.
                                        But product had not delivered on 22/May and messaged me that product will deliver on 23/May.
                                        But Product didn't deliver till 27th May and every day they message me in the morning that 'product is out of delivery and will deliver today' and later in the night says 'due to some issue we could not deliver the product and will do next day'. Nobody has call to my primary number nor secondary.
                                        So I called every day in the evening to the customer care to understand the reason of non-delivery but shockingly understand that they don't have any data of the logistic office and contact number of the delivery person.
                                        This is very poor and pathetic service from Flipkart and never expected such experience from them. I was a regular customers of flpkart and bought many products earlier but this is first time I have such experience.
