[Resolved] Flipkart — flipkart blocked my account without any warning | |||
I ordered a proxmately 12000 price products when one of then watch i didn't like then because of it is very small i put it on returning when i clik on return buttom instantly they block my account then i contact flipkart coustmer care he says it will be resolve before 24/10/19. After that a mail came to me from flipkart u have been blocked for high number of return form last 2 month only one product i returned between of 15 or 12. Then flipkart had to block me then he can block me before i order after i buyed product then he block how it is the behavior of flipkart now only they say we have nothing in our hand u mail it to our back end team. I purchased few products from flipkart during big billion days.
I paid through debit card.
The order was cancelled by the seller with no reason.
That doesnt make an issue but the amount which is to be refunded has not been credited to my ac till date
the deadlinr was 11th oct 2019
but now its 15 th oct 2019.
