I have placed and order for a mobile device on oct 1st and yet after 24 days there is no response. Even after raising an issue multiple times and speaking to 5 different customer care people there is no use. I have asked to wait for 24hrs for the last four days in hope of a solution but flipkart hasnt done anything about my problem, kindly update me on y product so that i could either cancel it or someting...     The order placed/delivered on 14 jun 2019 wide order no. Od[protected] has been sold for rs. 16999. However the same mobile i. E. Redmi note 7 pro 6gb ram 128 gb memory space is available for rs.[protected]. My request is that kindly tell me the actual price of this mobile. If mobile is not good (Or any bug problem) then its price has been lowered down is the main reason behind it. How can a company lower down the price of a mobile in few months? Why is the mrp written on mobile box with too high figures? And later on it is sell with maximum discount. This is very bad online sale.

Very unethical behaviour by customer service not replying to me or reach to me by any source or email.

After contacting the courier executive people i get this reply stating..."with the reference to your query regarding the awb number [protected], pleased be informed that we have received the request from shopping portal to return the shipment back vendor. So we request you to kindly coordinate with your shopping portal for further assistance."
        I mean whom are u flipkart people making fun of???... Is thid how the customer gets treated... Kindly update me on y product so that i could either cancel it or someting... My order id... Od[protected]

          Dear sir/madam,

          I have purchased home town vento engineered wood study table (Order no. Od[protected] and i received the product delayed by 2 days on 20.10.2019. The installation was scheduled on the same day i. E., 20.10.2019 by your service partner jeeves consumer services, but it is sad to mention that am still waiting for the product to be installed. The jeeves consumer services engineer has not yet installed my product and am continuously in contact with the customer care of jeeves consumer services and every time they are giving an excuses and making the commitment that the installiation will be done by today, but installation still pending. The service engineer details that has been provided is so unprofessional that the contact number which is provided has incoming call barred (Name of the service engineer is mayuresh lohakare, contact no.[protected]) and he himself not even tried to contact me and inform me of any issue. Even in my opinion the service partner jeeves consumer services are so irresponsible that even after informing them of the issue 100 times and requesting them to change the service engineer and provide the details of person with whom i can contact and product can be installed, but they are not even bother to solve the issue. It is my request you to take this matter seriously and solve my issue as soon as possible otherwise am going to return the product.

            Dear sir / madam,

            I am writing to you to raise an issue about: computers and consumer electronics

            The issue that i have experienced was: i purchased huawei mediapad m5 lite that comes with a stylus as displayed on your website (Exhibit 1). I purchased the same and the same got delivered without the stylus. The invoice (Exhibit 2) however clearly mentions that the product comes with a stylus.

            Here is a series of things that have happened since then:

            1. Your website clearly said the product comes with a stylus (Exhibit 1).
            2. I purchased the product on 29th september during your big billion days. The invoice is in exhibit 2.
            3. Before the product was even delivered, i noticed that the other customers have been given the product without stylus. This could be seen from the product reviews on your site. (Exhibit 3)
            4. To avoid the same issue, i called up your customer care to ensure the product comes with a stylus. Audio clipping is in exhibit 4.
            5. The product was actually delivered without stylus inspite of the assurance.
            6. I contacted your team and they also sent an assurance in the form of a text message that i will get the link to request stylus before october 25th. (Exhibit 5)
            7. Till now, i haven't received the same.
            8. I filed a grievance with the national consumer forum for this. Your team closed the same without any resolution. (Exhibit 6).
            9. I got in touch with your customer care this morning but i got contradicting responses that didn't help. The audio clip is in exhibit 7.
            10. The most questionable act is changing the product description and the listing itself to make it look like you never intended to sell stylus along with the tablet. (Exhibit 8)

            It occurred on: 29/09/2019

            1. Refund my full amount by taking a return of the product.
            2. Compensate me for my loss.

            I look forward to your prompt response on this matter. I would like to keep a complete record of my case, so please reply back via this email account.

            i ordered 2 tablets both were delivered without the stylus on 4/10/2019, then i got a link for ordering stylus but only one. the other one is left without the stylus, customer executive is saying seller cannot provide u with another stylus as they have provided gift vouchers.

              Im order this saree with diwali offer and gifted to my sister when i'm open this saree there is no blouse piece and when i'm checking flipkart application on my moblie and details this product already mention this saree blouse pices and also checking customers review and photographs with same saree with this blouse piece and also checking product details page the model wearing wit the blouse piece how it's possible? My product not added the blouse piece. I'm requested for replacement this saree again i'm received this saree and i'm checking this saree again blouse piece not there what's going on flipkart is that you service provided to your customer. I'm talking your agent pratik he said me replacement not possible if you return this product and get this refund and he raise a request to return without my permission it's a damm # service to you flipkart. I'm order this product to gifted to my sister i'm not return this product but it's a very bad experience im already paid this amount and your flipkart customer agent said mam your return this product. I don't want to return the product ok i want this full amount refund of my product it's like a harassment to your customer filpkart. Yesterday i received call back from your esscaltion department she said ok mam we trying to help you and she said sorry from us we will call you tomorrow till now i'm not received call back from you. If you not giving me the resolution so why you promised me hun. This is not a solution to return this product. This is not my fault to order this saree. This is really big harassment behavior service provided to your customer filpkart. This is seller mistake to not provided the original item. Why i'm returned this product. I'm your valuable old customer. I just wanted to request you refund my money back because it's a mistake from your side. Kindly do the needful. I hope you will provided to correct resultion

                I received the product i. E 'hindware sabina blk 60 wall mounted chimney (Black 1100 cmh/ m3/h)', on 21st october'2019. Within 15-20 minutes of receiving my product i request for the return as the product is broken. But then my request got cancelled. I have also called the hindware's technician who visited my house and confirm that the product is broken.
                Further i have called the flipkart customer care about 4-5 times but in vain. One time the customer care executive put my call on hold for 38 minutes.

                  I have ordered allen solly slim fit men black trousers with size 38 it is larger size for so ihave contacted flipkart customer care and requested for exchange and it got delivered today (25 oct 2019) but i got size of 34 and i called back to flipkart customer care for the reason and they checked the call recording and informed me that it was a mistake done by agent who speaks with me and requested for sorry for the issue, and i ask the agent to connect to his manager by that he connects his floor manager named swapnil and he informed let me check and help you but he disconnects the call, and called back again but a lady attempted the call and mentioned no manager are free right now to speak call us later like that i told her iwil wait its ok but she disconnects the call. I want to raise a complaint against them and below ihave mentioned the order number and name of the product.

                    I bought a new phone that is samsung a50 a week back on the very second day itself i started facing too much of heating issue and i request for a replacement of the product later technician came and checked regarding heating issue which reached 47°c without using internet & the heating is too much while using net where the technician ignored my words saying we can check by this was only it was according to the policy only... When asked for the return document they don't have any such documents with them and they say it should be atleast 50°c or above later they rejected my request saying the issue has been resolved wherein it isn't resolved yet...

                    Again i tried for replacement and they made me to wait for 3 days saying once again the technician would be visiting to check the mobile and since i work in a pvt ltd company we don't have the option to go and stand with the technician for half and hour or more since he would be checking the heating issue by taking video for half an hour... Still i thought of taking half day for this and kept waiting and at least received a message saying the request is canceled
                    No one is responding properly neither the flipkart executive nor the technician
                    Since i was moving out of station i tried myself by taking video for half an hour or so by switching on the data where the mobile reached upto 50°c yesterday... I am having the screen shot and video of it where i would be sharing later...
                    If we ask flipkart they say according to policy we have to check the mobile if we ask the technician they say according to policy we have to off the data and check with heating issue, when asked for those so called policy they aren't having any such written one.
                    I humbly request you to help me by solving the issue since i am not able to use the phone as normally like other mobile...
                    26th is the last day for replacement and i am going to my native today where there is no proper availability of network also...

                    Technician is a 3rd party person wherein he was checking the device by switching off the data and i am facing this heating issue while using data and even after when technician came the heat was 47°C and the device was showing your phone is too hot... even though you people rejected without clearing or sorting out my issue ... when I called customer care they said they will send a request for replacement now how can you say that seller can't accommodate return request... I bought mobile from flipkart not from any other 3rd party .. and I have shared you the image which is showing 50°c kindly check

                      I ordered during big billion day sale, but flipkart failed to deliver for 20 days and then cancelled the order themselves!! Why cancel after 20 days? If you cant deliver why sell in the first place? Customer care is absolute # and logistics is crap!! Not sure how many more customers get cheated like this!!
                      I am been cheated and i would like to claim compensation. When i have spoken to customer care they committed product to be delivered in 24hrs, i want to file case of fraud against flipkart!! This is not the first time flipkart has cheated not 1 but 2 orders also more than 10 orders they have done the same.

                      Flipkart is repeatedly doing the same, they should be penalized for failing to deliver orders when can't deliver why accept order ????
                      Don't give excuses tell me what unforseen circumstances?? Why after 20 days n not confirmed with me before cancelled???Flipkart cannot cheat customers !!!pay compensation for your shameless act for 1000 INR else ship products again!!!

                      Cancellation is unacceptable even I have not received refund !!!

                        I bought the thomson tv smart 40"from flipkart, ideally it should delivered on 17th oct, 2019 but it's get delayed till 20th and installed on 22nd oct, 2019.

                        When i try to return this product they upfront rejected my return and said its our policy.

                        When i called to customer care, in that case one of the executive named as"shashank"replied me that" no matter you will buy product from flipkart or not", means flipkart does not respect there customer.

                        Also, as this is the thomson tv and its after sales service is very worst hence don't want to continue with the current product.

                        Please help me.

                            Within a flipkart policy 10 days replacement i am placing replacement request and call many times many complaint against defective product but flipkart seller denied my replacement order two times without checking my mobiles no one person come and check out

                            My recent problem is found Flipkart technician and he said speaker not issue, display not issue but GPS some time not working and he reported Flipkart that I hard reset the customer mobile and issue is resolved...but here is different story Flipkart technician he lied ...he doesn't reset my mobiles and my GPS problem is not solve ...ask him to show your shop's camera footage that mobile you hard reset . He found one problem but he resolved my complaint how it is possible but yet GPS not working and am raised complaint against Flipkart national consumers court my docket number is 1695651

                            When I came his shop I start the GPS ...if he hard reset the GPS Will off hard resting time but GPS Will on Google history at that time so how he hard reset my mobiles and solve the problem my product is not solve still I face same problems I am giving you technician details and ask him give a proof of hard reset vedio footage your shop's camera

                              I am getting defective product from flipkart and i am placing a replacement order within the flipkart policy but they denied two times my replacement request. No one person from flipkart or technical person come and check my product and they directly cancelling replacement request within a policy so i am placing complaint against flipkart national consumers... Because of bad experience in flipkart i am not interested in flipkart so refund my money now i am not purchase any product from flipkart

                                I have ordered a shoe from flipcart. They delivered it after on 11th day of order that is too much time. After this much delay they have sent wrong product (same product but color is differ and used product). I complained on flipcart support and they are saying that ' we can not replace it'. Its meen whatever flipcart will deliver we have to use it.

                                    Recently i have ordered 5 blankets from flipkart. Order id: od[protected]. It was delivered today. Full payment done through cod. After receiving the order it was found only 2 blankets inside the package. But in the order history it is showing all 5 of the blankets have been delivered successfully.
