On 23rd october my flipkart account was blocked
I was returning 2 saree because there quality was not good but my return request was not accepted and then i requested for return several times but every time my request was not accepted and after 1 day my account was blocked.

I contacted the costumer service several time but no response was given to me.
My incident is in[protected]]
I was to return the saree and refund to be given to me

    Undelivered order-od[protected]

    Dear sir,

    Greetings for the day!

    Today after shopping in flipkart for last 4-5yrs. I am realy disappointed in the way my last complaint is dealt with. I order one product with order number - od[protected]. Order was done on 12th oct with a prepaid amount of 673inr. The assured delivery date was 19th oct (Saturday). But nobody came for delivery on 19th. 20th oct i received an sms stating that my order has been successfully delivered. Nobody came for delivery on 20th oct 2019 (Sunday). I called up customer care and complained for the same, but till date no one was able to give me a helpful solution. Everyday my complaint is showing as resolved. I call up everyday and reopen my complaint. Customer care executives (Nearly 30-40 executives) assured me that i would get a refund from seller. Till date i did not receive any refund. I feel like flipkart stole my money. The logistic partner (Ecom express) does not have any details of the delivery agent. They even do not have any consignee sign or name available with them. I am feed up calling flipkart everyday and telling each agent the entire story.

    Hope to get a fruitful reply from your end. Otherwise i will have no options but deal legally and penalise flipkart.

      When paying my flipkart pay later bill on sep 30 2019, rs 2082 got debited from my account and was credited to flipkart website. But the amount has not still reflected in their portal and all my complaints are treated with very badly.
      They just raise tickets but never has provided solution till date.
      Attaching the tickets raised with flipkart and the message showing amount debited from my bank account.
      Please help me.

        I had ordered a REALME XT worth 18999/- from Flipkart. I chose to made payment through Phonepe upi . I made a successful payment of 18999/- through Phonepe but even after payment the payment status at Flipkart portal did not update. I called customer care at Flipkart, they informed me that they had not get Payment yet.
        Later on, I contacted Phonepe, they informed that payment is successfully done to Merchant.

          I ordered a prestige popular 2 l, 3 l, 5 l pressure combo order id od[protected] on 29-sept-2019 price-1799 from flipkart. It got delivered to me on 7th-oct-2019.

          When i open the delivered package. The bottom parts of 3 litre and 5 litre pressure cooker missing. Also cooker vessels, handles were missing. I only got 2 litre pressure cooker and top part of 3l cooker.

          I filed a complaint against it to flipkart customer care on 7th-oct-2019. They initiated the return process but no one came for pick up and return got cancelled by them.

          I again filed a replacement request with replacement id:
          [protected]. But that also got cancelled, no one came for pick up.

          I again filed a return request and refund with refund id:
          [protected]. But that also got cancelled, no one came for pick up.

          I again filled a return request and refund with refund id:

          Now i got a mail regarding my concerns from flipkart saying

          I got the product with missing parts, that is useless to me. How can they confirm that it was intact, i am the eye witness of missing part.

          Please look into the issue and help me get the refund back of 1799 rupees.

          hi Navin, sorry to see the fraud Flipkart did to you ? May I know what steps you took to get this resolved
          I am facing same issue from Flipkart where I ordered for a SONY TV instead received a fake product and now they have declined to refund saying delivery was intact.

            I cancelled my order in flipkart on oct 3th, 2019. I have not recevied my refund till today (Nov 1st, 2019). I am trying to reach to customer care and they are saying thy donot have any info on this.

            When ever we trying to reach customer care they keep on dragging the problem for some businees days after that cancelling the request. This process is continuing but still it is not resolved. So disappointed with flipkart.

              I have ordered men watch (Seiko snp036p1 analog watch - for men) costs rs 41650 from flipkart and received it on 3 october. The model i wanted and ordered was totally different from the one i received on 3 october. On the very same day, i placed a return request. But unfortunately, they rejected my request. Then again i filed a return and again they rejected it. Almost 7 times i filed a return request on the flipkart app, but they have not approved it. I want you to take some action against flipkart and ask them to take back their product asap.
              I called their customer care support executive many times but they didn't help me in this.
              They are selling fake products in the name of some premium brands and making money by selling them on the original price.

                I have ordered a vu 32 inch television and it was successfully delivered and installed on the promised delivery date. After the installation i found some white patches on the right side of the tv screen, so i requested a replacement the same day.

                After that the engineer visited on the very same day and captured some images of the tv where those white patches were shown.
                The engineer told me that he will update the status and uninstall process will happen soon.

                Today is 1st november and i am still waiting for the uninstall and replacement to happen. I've also called customer care multiple times but didn't find any solution.

                  I had ordered a bluetooth speaker on 5th october and it is shipped by ecom express. The expected delivery date is 14th october but it delayed due to some reason and then i call the customer care and sayad about it... Again they didn't deliver the parcel and sayad that please wait it will reach to you asli soon as possible... I call them on 30th october and welfare had a conversation and they say don't worry the package will be delivery and ask for the alternetive mobile no. Even i sayad to them that i will pick the order from the ecom express myself they say don't worry it will reach to u... And now yesterday that mysore order is cancelled even they don't call and have any update about the order... I call them today but they say it got returned because the courier is unable to contact so place a fresh order but now its price is very high i don't know how but i want my order returned or at the price it was... I had my worst experience regarding flipkart ever... And i swear i never shop with flipkart... They never solve any issues and never get cooperative... I seen first when i bought my mobile phone and then at my bluetooth speakers... Now the company get enough growth that they don't have any attention towards customers satisfaction and problems only their main mooto is selling their product and making money... Okay no problem... U will never have any loss due to me if i stop to shop but i will do what i want to do... Thank u for ur services and the problems u gave... I have the recording of it...in my phone...

                    Sir, i want to tell you that on 22nd october-2019 i ordered welo high quality baby carrier with stro.. for my twins babies and on 24th october after received my courier i got only one instead of two in packet and courier boy took money amount of rs. 798/- for 2 carrier from me. At the time of received packet i did not know that there is only 1 in the packet, which i had already done the complaint but, yet solutions is not done. And i have already returned 1 which i have received through courier and i have already received money amount of rs. 399/- on 1st november-19 against the returned times - refund id:[protected].
                    Please look into the matter at your level on urgent basis... Send me return the money amount of rs. 399/- against paid 2 items.   Â

During flipkart given a offer of rs 500/- rupees when u pay with hdfc debit card. I have paid rs. 11999/- by using hdfc debit card.                         I bought the mobile handset asus 6z from flipkart and nextday had camera issue with phone from date i have received. I made return request and it was cancelled without customer concern. Nexttime i raised again and then tech has been sent out to check the headset. They didn't do anything to fix the issue. Basically they have been sent to verify the problem. Again return request got rejected. Now third time iam raising it. Bad experience with flipkart. Won't get return replacemnt once you bought it and if its product failure and can't get any support from them

                                  I had ordered a product from flipkart a month ago whch was not been shipped even after 20days. Customer service is v poor that they js gave the same reply easch time that product is packed and will be shipped at the earliest. And hv not taken any action. Hence had to cancel the order. And now the refund is not initiated. Now if i contact customer service they are mentioning that the order is shipped and i have cancelled the order by self. But they are not even mentioning when they will refund the amount.

                                  This is first time m facing ds kind of issue in flipcart.

                                    On 31th october 2019, i paid ₹298 to flipkart at 11:17pm through upi via paytm upi. Though the payment was successful and money was deducted from my bank account but on flipkart the payment was not processed. I tried contacting flipkart but they said they had no information about the payment processing. My order id on flipkart is - od[protected]

                                      I placed an order for samsung galaxy tab battery t231. Instead of that the seller shipped me a different battery of another model. My order no is id od[protected]. The battery was delivered on 24 oct. I immediately raised a return and refund request, which was accepted and i went ahead to book another battery from another seller (Which was delivered before time and is running well). On 26 oct, without giving any reason, the return request was cancelled. The customer care was of no help in determining, why it was cancelled, however he helped me raise another return request. A person from e cart (Flipkart calls them wishmaster) arrived on 28 oct and refused to take the battery back, as it was not sane as what was shown on the flipkart website, from where the battery was ordered, i tried hard to explain it to him, that if it would have been the same battery, i would not return it. The return request was raised as the model of the battery was different.. He kept insisting on the same battery and finally left. Flipkart customer cate again assured me that the battery would be taken back, as in their records the return request was still active, two hours after i spoke to the customer rep, the return request was cancelled second time.
                                      Customer care again assured me that the battery would be picked up and sized another return request. I got a sms that the wishmaster would pick up the battery on 04 nov, however, on 30 oct, i got another sms, asking me to keep the battery ready as the wishmaster would pick it up by 2100 hrs (9 pm). At 1830 hrs, again without any reason or communication flipkart cancelled the rerun and refund request.
                                      Customer care now for the fourth time has taken a return request, which would now be verified and then only processed. The end result is that the battery is still with me.. And my money has not been refunded.
                                      On three occasions, i have been told that the complaint has been escalated, however on ground no one has inquired and every time i call customer care, the clueless customer care rep, just gives me some cock and bull story, which keeps contradicting the one given to me earlier or with facts on ground...

                                      It seems that i have given a forced donation to flipkart on diwali

The seller has refunded on 02 Nov 19 and this should be reflecting in your source account by 06 Nov 19. If you do not see the refund in your account by this time, please check the previous statement of your bank account before reaching out to the bank. You may contact your bank’s customer care using the number mentioned on the back of your card with the reference number in case you need further assistance. If they are unable to help, you may raise a dispute with the bank's grievance department cell.
                                      The battery has been picked up and a refund generated, however I have still not got the answers to my basic questions

                                      Why were my return requests cancelled by the seller, and coustomer service of Flipkart was clueless as to the reason of the cancellation

                                      When the wish master arrived and I had raised a return request stating that I have been given a different model battery why was this information not available with him and he insisted on me returning the same battery as was shown on website

                                      Why did the seller send me a wrong battery and what actions have been initiated by Flipkart to ensure it does not happen again

                                      Why was there such a big disconnect between e-kart and Flipkart regarding the return

                                      Why did Flipkart customer reps kept giving me different stories every time I spoke to them ..

                                      Thanks for facilitating the return ... but honestly I consider it a failure on part of Flipkart to monitor its sellers and it’s delievery agency

                                      Why did I keep getting error messages when I wanted to write to Flipkart and upload the images of the battery on their website ( image of the error was put in the original complaint

                                      Also the numbers of the grievance officer for Flipkart shown on consumer complaints website ( both of them ) have their incoming calls barred, so are not available

                                        It's been more than 1 week. And i have committed 2 times about delivery date from flipkart. But still i have not received my product. (Not getting any information about my order) only i know it is been received pune???
