I am h p nanda kumar, mob no. [protected], an esteemed customer of flipkart, i have purchased mi tv 55', mobiles and many more products from flipkart.
This is the first time i am facing lot of problem to get my product replaced.
I have booked for abb boom box on 10.10.2019 on cash on delivery and got the delivery on 15.10.2019, to my surprise, the boom box received id black in colour and it is not working when it is switched on, smoke came. I have requested for replacement, there is no option to select both colour and also dead on arrival. I have selected dead on arrival option. When the replacement came, the representative refused to replace as the colour is different and told me to call flipkart help center.. When i have to try the help, i mistakenly registered one more request while serching for the help link. As i have called the flipkart help line, the executive told me that 2 requests are there and he will cancel both requests, asked me to wait for 24 hrs, as i understood, the return menu will appear , once it appers i should call help center for registering replacement request by help center. { pl refer audio recordings of flipkart help center } to my surprise no menu appears, then again called flipkart help center, then the executive attended told wait for 24 hrs more, { pl refer audio recordings of flipkart help center } . i have waited for 48 hours and called again, no solution i got from flipkart help center and told that one docket raised, it will be resolved by 29.10.2019, { pl refer audio recordings of flipkart help center } i have paid rs.3, 363/- for faulty system and no help from flipkart help center. They are instead of looking in to the issue, they are simply bruising aside issue,
I trust your self will take personnel attention in to this matteri once again request yourself look into the matter and provide me the justice by replacing the unit or refund the money please.

    I ordered a pair of shoes on 3rd of october 2019 and and paid the amount through debit card. It was scheduled to be delivered by 16th of october but today it's 29th it has not been delivered yet. The schedule date of delivery first changed from 16th october to 21st october then 23rd october and again to 28th october but still it has not been delivered. I called them couple of times but both the time i heard the same response that it will be delivered within 24 hour.
    I m attaching the necessary photos of the product i have ordered.

      Sir i was booking oyo through your app and after the payment was done it showed error screen a total of 4066 was deducted from my credit card.
      I had already talked to oyo they said it is flipkart portal fault.
      I don't want any excuse and please resolve this problem and don't let other customer book oyo through your app to earn points.
      I had two transactions failed each of 2033 rupees.
      Pls resolve as soon as possible

        Won multiple game during bbd at gamr zone, they promise me to deliver those reward within month however when date arives they suspended my game zone id without giving proper reason and also refuses to give reward which already won. Seen this same happened with lot of people in social media. Actual thing is they suspend people who won multiple rewards.

            I had booked redmi note 7 pro during big billion days the delivery date was on 16th october worst delivery. I had called the customer care number 5 times and every time they say the order will be delivered tomorrow, finally on october 27th they are showing its cancelled. I dint get any mail regarding this. Worst user experience, worst delivery worst customer care support. They are asking me too place a fresh order which is non sense because the price i had that day is different and the price i have today is different i want the same product again at the same rate. That too my place is not as remote i live in bangalore jp nagar. The order id:od[protected]. If you cannot deliver it why do even take the order simple increasing the number of orders placed but atlast not delivering them. Not even a single attempt from that side to deliver the product. Flipkart has the worst delivery and cancelling the order non sense.

              I was bought moto e6s mobile from flipkart and i observed that product not performing well and charging takes more then 5 hours so i dont want this mobile i requested 4 times for refund all the time they sent one technician to solve my problem all are came to convince me not to provide refund also i have all the call records of conversation form customer care side also not clear and technician side they agreed my complaint and after that they simply cancel my refund, this is the like fraud activities by flipkart and i was planning to go to consumer court against flipkart for this kind of fraud activities.

                  Purchased a mobile on 3 oct 2019 and delivered to me on 11 oct 2019. Faulty mobile delivered to me as sim card slot not working after receiving mobile and network is not showing. After 3 days on 14 october 2019 lodged complaint to customer care. A technical visit on 16 october 2019. He format mobile and said it's now ok.
                  But problem is still not solved. Again complaint lodged on 18 oct 2019. Contacted multiple times to customer care. Every time they replied please wait till 22 oct 19, as our team is working on it. A call recieved on 22oct and inform me your problem is solved. Now your case is closed.
                  Again contacted to customer care and he said that your 10days returns or replacement warranty is over now contact to mobile service centre.
                  Now i am feeling cheated by flipcart. They only waiting to finish 10 days replacement warranty. As soon as 10 days warranty time is over, flipcart decline to replace product without contacting me.

                    I faced much more issue in camera of this phone. This phone has 4 camera but picture quality is not good. Picture is breaking much after slightly zooming. One of them asking me that how could we offer you better in this budget.                       flipkart affiliate payment pending since last one year

                      My payment is pending since last one year.

                      It is way above than required threshold limit to get the payment but still Flipkart is not responding. I have already written many times about this to Flipkart affiliate team.

                      This is clear violation of 60 days payment policy.

                      Kindly look into this and provide me resolution for this since it is pending since a very long time.

                      I have ordered one bean bag on 3rd oct 19 and the proposed delivery date was 16 oct 19. Still the delivery date is 16 th in the system and there is no proper ressolution from the team. Tried several time through call as well as mail to get the item delivered or to cancel and refund the amount, but no hope.
                      Surprisingly each day that means almost 10 days from 17th i get a responds on my mail or call saying you will get a solution in 24 hours of time and over all it is 240 hours got over with no solution. The exicutive says you can cancel the order once the item get delivered and just imagine how irresponsible the answer as the item is in no man land from 16 th oct 19.
                      Is anyone around can help on this. This is such a painful treatment by flipkart to it's customer,

                          What happened on that day?

                          Flipkart delivery agent picked up my product told will get confirmation message after 10 mins. I left the place (Purely on trust that i had on flipkart with my previous return experiences) but after sometime i got the message as returned could not be picked up

                          This is clear cheating by flipkart delivery agent as product is expensive.

                          After weeks of email chains and on call discussion, flipkart rejected my refund request saying it was my mistake

                            I'm just getting the date day by day but I'm not getting any resolution from the customer service executive nor the back end team. As I can see the product status from 6th to 14th of oct. Why I'm not getting any resolution and why the product doesn't get delivered to my shipping address ? Whenever I call the customer service executive they can't provide me the details they just say me you will get a call from the back end team and I don't receive any call from anyone. I received a mail in 20th of Oct (Sunday) the mail is below mentioned.                               Flipkart is not returning money to my gift card if I return some items. They just eat it up and when I call the customer care they just blubber something as if they dont have proper training. Not sure how a company like Flipkart is cheating customers to such extent. I would like to sue them . I have necessary proofs

                              Till now I have called the customer care hundreds of times, still the issue is not resolved. they just say that they have credited amount to gift card/wallet . however when i see my wallet, money is not there. I also tried adding all my gift cards to flipkart back again in the hope that somehow the money reflects, but in vain

                              They are a big cheater in the name of E- commerce. Please let me know how to sue them

                                I ordered oppo f11 pro aurora green color from flipkart on 17 sep 2019. It was delivered on 18 sep 2019. When i opened the product i found the it is different variant from which i ordered. I was oppo f11 fluorite purple. On 19 sep 2019 i placed a return or replacement request which was cancelled by the flipkart. After that i placed several requests for return or replace but every time they cancelled the request. Now they are stating that return time has been over. Now i have the wrong product (Oppo f11 fluorite purple) with the bill of (Oppo f11 pro aurora green). I have mailed them several times, posted on twitter handle of flipkart, several times i have called to customer support but no resolution came up. The wrong product which i have is still sealed packed. I have not opened the seal of the box. Please help me to return the product.

                                Again Flipkart has rejected the return request stating that seller has refused to return the product. They are doing this since last 1 month. Inspite of giving wrong product they are not return the the product. Who is going to be responsible for this.

                                  On 22nd October, I called Flipkart agent before placing the order about why the 10% instant discount offer is not applying on my order placed through my SBI Debit card, he told me, he will raise an issue regarding it and I can place my order and I will get back the resolution within 25th Oct! On 25th Oct, they called me giving a new reason that, the offer is for only 1 order and it has been applied on my previous phone which I placed its order but I cancelled it later! I told him to kindly go back and check once again, the offer didn't apply for that phone too that's why I cancelled that phone! He told he will escalate this issue and told me to wait for few hours! They didn't call me back so I tried like hell in chatbot to get the call back & then they again came back with a new reason that, it's about the bank problem, contact them! They fooled me by convincing me like that! I thought, ok let me call bank itself! That bank fellow is telling, it's not their responsibility, everything is in merchants hand & when I told the same about this to Flipkart agent again(after trying so hard to get call from them!) He told me, I will look into it, and I will get you the resolution by the end of the day for sure! I waited for more than 10hours to get call from them! But nope! I was wondering, how many days they will do like this and today(after 2days of their promise!), they called me and now they are again back with a brand fresh new reason that, the offer is valid from 26-29th Oct! Seriously?!!! How can terms and conditions change as per present date?!! So according to them, we(customers)were becoming fool looking into the Diwali festive offer which commenced from 21st-25th Oct in which for selective phones, there was 10% discount offer which was CLEARLY MENTIONING everywhere including on products page! So, when I spoke with them revealing their cheating strategies, the lady supervisor named, Manveet told me she is not ready to help me and this is her final resolution! After making me wait for 1 week, this is her resolution, indirectly agreeing that, yes we the Flipkart is cheating you and you better know that I won't resolve your issue because I know it's our cheap cheating marketing strategies for fooling customers and not ready to accept our mistakes openly! I want you to punish them by fining them and telling them to ask proper apology and return my respective discounted amount! I hope you will not support Flipkart for making profit but support customers for fighting for our rights! Thanks!

                                    Hi All,

                                    this is to highlight the fake doings of flipkart on its platform towards consumers. As we have purchased product mobile motorola one action 128GB on 9th Oct, and after using it for just 5 days we found defectes in phone and we raised replacement complaint on 14th oct.

                                    and then flipkart is saying they will arrange a tech visit and then will decide if replacement is given or not. so when the technician came on 18th oct. he gave wrong comment on the reports like he did checkup only 10-12 mins and in reports he written he has done 30 mins check up. which is very far from the reality.

                                    and after that we raised complaint regarding this because they have rejected our replacement request based on technician fake comments. so after our complaint they arrange another tech visit and this time also it happened same fake comments from the technician.

                                    And now they are saying as their internal team have updated they we have to visit service centre and get your phone repaired.

                                    but our new phone is causing problems so why should we repair it when it is new.

                                    if new phone is getting repaired within 10 days then in one year it will get repaired 10 times and like this phone will not survive more than 1 year.

                                    we have not bought this phone to get it repaired every 10 days.

                                    I Request indian Consumer Forum to please take this forward and get us our money back. as we are not at all using this phone.

                                    Please help.

                                    Flipkart calling and making false commitments.

                                    6th nov they have called and arranged a replacement for us but today 10th nov i am checking the status and it is showing replacement rejected.

                                    i do not know why they have rejected and when i again called them today and they are saying they will resolve the concern by 12th Nov. and given me new incident ID - IN[protected].

                                    Flipkart is playing with the consumers respect and hard earned money.

                                    Please someone from consumer forum kindly help us in getting our money back.

                                    We are very frustrated with flipkart.

                                    please return our money back.

                                      As per the flipkart affiliate policy that referral fees only be transferred when the total due will be 5000/- or more.

                                      We have successfully completed this condition and in april 2019, we have earned more than 5000/- approved payment & the amount should be transferred in our account in august 2019 (Completion of 60 days). But the amount was not transferred in our account in august 2019. Currently, my approved amount is 8, 750.

                                      We have mailed several times but nobody had replied and we have also submitted an issue in affiliated programs contact us page, but they have not replied to us.

                                      They are not providing any support and not even there is a number to contact them. We are hopeless and helpless. Kindly take the necessary actions against. We have worked very hard and now we are not getting our hard-earned money.
