I had receved only 01 nos. black Jeans inside parcel against order for 02 nos. Blue & Black beans.

I cancelled the order, delivery boy came to pick up and told you lodge the coplain as it is only 01 nos. Of jeans instead of 02 nos. Jeans.

It's totally harasment to customer and putting bad impression. I want to resolve shortly at any cost.

    With reference to Order ID OD[protected] and discussion with your customer care executive, I again reiterate that the product was not attempted to deliver to me and cancelled without making any prior contact. A number of my other product were delivered earlier at the same address when I ordered with my other number [protected]. I think it a serious lapse of service from Flipkart delivery partner.

      At the outset, I'd like to mention that your customer care service for travel bookings are extremely disappointing and ridiculous.

      I made a complaint on 28th September that I didn't receive the cashback of 10% as I did the payment through the Axis Bank Debit card as per the offer.

      I made two bookings and I didn't receive cashback on both of them. The Booking details are as follows:

      1) Prakhar Mittal (Booking ID - FF[protected]
      2) Jatin Sharma (Booking ID - FF[protected]

      My Flipkart A/c Details - Name: Prakhar Mittal (+91 [protected])

      Please rectify my problem as soon as possible.

      I wonder why incompetent players are allowed in the travel bookings market by the concerned authorities.

      Please call me on the abovementioned number if required.

        Hello There,

        I have brought this product, ' 'Huda Beauty HUDA SET OF 12' on 15th Oct '19 and it got delivered today 24th Oct '19. I am completely unhappy with the product.
        - First of all the pack is so dirty
        - all shades are similar
        - when i opened 1 tube, it is already dried out and not able to apply because i[censored] start applying on the same place it starts erasing already applied layer.
        - It is giving burning sensation when it applied over the lips/skin
        - the odor is horrible.
        - There is no expiry date mentioned on the product.

        THIS IS THE WORST PRODUCT I HAVE EVER GOT FROM FLIPKART.
        There is NO Return Process for this product.
        I WANT MY MONEY REFUNDED RIGHT NOW.

        I got a call from Flipkart Customer care on 27th Oct 2019 regarding my complaint raised regarding the product. As per the information provided by the customer care executive, the return request have been confirmed for my product and it would be picked up by 2nd November and the refund would be given for the same in 2 days later pick up.

        Then I got a call to pick up my product. But as I am out of station I asked that person to come on Wednesday i.e., 30th October 2019. He said he would come but he didn't and in my flipkart app, the status is showing as Refund Cancelled.And got an email saying Refund have been Initiated but I have nt received the refund amount to my Bank Account.

        Are you kidding with your customers? You will tell that Refund confirmed and get the feed back. One receive the positive feedback, you have cancelled the Refund. Don't play such kind of tricks and loose the valuable customers.

        As discussed with the customer care executive, I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY REFUND AND PRODUCT IS ALSO NOT YET PICKED UP. Refer the attachment for the email I have received. Didn't get any response also when I replied to this email.

        Let me know when I will get my refund amount.

          We have placed an order on 28th sep for mi tv and after various unresolved complaints got an answer to cancel the order. None of their staff including an useless managers who do not have authority to speak to a vendor or a logistics team for the status. Three complaints lodged inthe time frame of 25days but none of them was resolved. To our disguise we get a call from the logistics team and force us to cancel yhe order. Very very pathetic, unprofessional, unethical customer service without any resolution for 25 days. Orderno - od[protected]. I have paid for the order and the money was with flipkart for 25 odd days which proves they only care about money but not customer.

              I ordered this product with a mackbook air, my mackbook air was delivered on 30th of september and this bag was promised to deliver on 10th of october 2019. As per flipkart tracking system my bag was reached kolkata on 5th of october, so i thought i might get delivered soon. But my product was not delivered on 10th of october 2019. I waited till 14th october and then called flipkart exectuves to know the status of my product. They said, i have to wait till 17th october 2019 to get my product. I said ok! Then on 17th i called them again, they replied that i have to wait till 7.30pm to get my product delivered on same day, but on around 8.00 pm i got a massage from flipkart that due to some issue, my product could not get delivered but i will be delivered next day (18th of october 2019 till 7.45 pm). Again i did not got the delivery. I waited on till 21st and called flipkart executive again to know the status, they said i will get my product delivered in 24-48 hours, i talked to senior executive she also said, my product is not shipped yet but i will get it in 24-48 hours, when i asked why your system is showing my product in kolkata from 5th october 2019, they did not had any answer. They just keep repeating themselves like a machine, again in 48 hours they could not delivered the product, today 24th october 2019 i called them again and they said, i have to wait another 24 to 48 hours. And now their system is showing that my product just left bangalore to reach kolkata. I want to know why these flipkart peoples were lying to me all these days about the delivery, if they knew the issue why they just did not tell me instead of lying. They made my life like hell. I bought this bag to safeguard y laptop, what if something happens to my laptop in this period? When i am asking them to give me contact details of a person who can answer my question they just ignoring it.

                I ordered item through flipkart on 14 oct skullcandy bluetooth headset. I received on 21st monday around 12 to 2 pm which i opened the box i shocked to see half empty only cable was there but bluetooth headset was missing started complained on the spot to the customer support team which i choosed wrong accessiory missing but product is missing (Bluetooth headset)...                   I have ordered rog phone 2 on 12 october from flipkart. It showed my order will be delivered till 24 october. As i was tracing my order, it still showing that my order is being processed by the seller. What the hell is this, who takes 12 days to process an order. As today i raised a complaint about this issue to flipkart, i was told to wait till 28 october. I have paid 38000 for my phone in advance and still i have not my phone. Pls help me

                      So i ordered this hometown crony engineered wood semi-open book shelf from flipkart and the product page it said that the product can be delivered within a week time. So i ordered the product using flipkart pay later emi option on 29th september. Now, pay later service mandate consumer to pay by 15th day or every month and i thought it would be enough time for them to deliver the bookshelf, considering even if, worst case scenario, delivery is one week late.

                      Anyway, i complete the order and i am surprised to see the delivery expected date was pushed to 18th of october and installation was suppose to happen within next 48 hours of delivery (By 20th october). I was sad about the whole extended delay of close to a month, but i didn't cancel the order in the 24 hour window, thinking it will be alright.

                      I am suppose to be leaving for holidays for my village on 24th october, and i have yet to receive the order which was suppose to be completed 4 days ago. I see the product tracking and it hasn't been updated at all, and only after i complained at flipkart support, it was updated and it seems to me that the package hasn't even left the city it originated from. Today (24th) i am going out of city for 10 days. Who will take responsibility for this mess?

                      By the way, flipkart sure did issued statement and accepted first installment for the order they haven't even delivered yet.

                            I have got my tv delivered on 21.10.2019 and got a message that your installation and demo scheduled on 23.10.2019 but anyone didnt came to install and got a message it was rescheduled to 24.10.2019 and even on that day they didnt came to install .
                            Called customer care they told that you were rescheduled. What a pity keeping leave to my office and staying in home for installation and i get that message.

                              I am facing lot issues, after purchasing the TV in Flip kart. Tv has lot of issues. I requested for return. they are not responding, first time they themselves cancelled return without informing or any notification to us why they have cancelled. i again raised return request and 3 times technician visited and they have taken even the video of the issue and technician is not updating the status, they will not status upate, we will raise the concern and again they schedule the technician vistit, for this we cannot wait everyday for there visit, we have already wasted our money buying product, Not getting any help.

                                  Big billions day cheating : I ordered one JVC Bluetooth speaker from flipkart on big billion sale time ie (October 1 Tuesday 2019). I got it for Rs. 1499 and they placed my order.They given expected delivery date as October 10th, 2019.Till now I didnt get this product and I tried to contact customer care unit more than 5 times.At last today I got one call from their customer service and the executive was telling like cancel the order and do order again with the new price ie Rs.1799. Actually I ordered this speaker for one diwali gift purpose. What can I do at this Injury time? This is a kind of cheating customers. Don't give offer if they cant deliver the product. Because of this I lost my value in front of my friend. I need 10000 compensation for this. Otherwise flipkart should deliver the product before tomorrow noon. I am attaching screen shots below. This is absolutely ridiculous towards a customer like me.

                                      I have bought one kent ace plus 8 l ro + uv + uf + tds water purifier (White) from flipkart. They delivard on time and help with the installation. Upto this things went well.
                                      After instllation technisian confirms me that there is no uv filter there and what ever information is givien in website is wrong. After that i lounched a complaint in the their site. But i havn't got any update. So, i connect with then through twiter. There also i am getting any help. They called me once but the persion who called don't what the issue. After listing everything she told me that she can only raise retun request. I told her that what about the drills and other chnages i have made in my kitchen. She said this is your problem sir, she can't do anything with it.
                                      Thats all commonication i had on this. Can anyone help me to get me out of this fraud. I have attached the twitter url below.

                                      Someone from Flipkart called me from [protected] on 5:52PM
                                      1st he ask me the issue again then said someone previously called you. I said yes, then that guyt said how many times you want us to call you. I said but the problem is not resolved. That guy is too much rough. When I start souhting and said call later he said his sift end @6 and can not call me. I said that is not my problem. lastly he said he will not call me again, his associate will call me if possible.

                                      So Flipkart, you send me wrong product and now soughting on me?

                                        We had purchased iFalcon 43 inch twin months back.with extended warranty of 3 years from flipkart Display of that TV is gone .

                                        Complaint was paced to customer care on 10th of October 2019
                                        Everyday we are calling these people, they have their fixed answers Today is 24th October 3019

                                        1.we have technical issue
                                        2.technician will come today end of the day
                                        3.100 percent assurance from every executive daily basis
                                        4.we can not disclose any details
                                        5.we cannot transfer this call to their managers as they are always busy

                                        Calling this call center everyday and getting above mentioned answers.

                                        No other solution they can provide.
                                        Please be careful before buying this plan
                                        Either this customer care is fake or this plan is fake
