The product was supposed to be delivered on 16th oct, but due to lack of cash the wish master said that he would bring the card machine and deliver it on 17th oct. Next day he came with the machine and while he was using the card to make the payment the amount got deducted from my account but the wish master said that it is not through to the sellers account. This person told me that he will cancel the product(which is completely wrong) then if the money is received by the seller then they would refund it within 24hours. I did not have any option so I agreed. Now I raised the issue which was supposed to be resolved by 24th oct 2019 but they extended the date to 28th oct. But still no information has been provided as to where the money went. I have called the customer care 50 times but they are very incompetent. I do not understand that just to let the customer know that whether they have the money or not, they are taking so long. I'm fed up waiting. If I don't get the required resolution by 31st oct, I will be forced to take legal actions against the company. I have all the proofs required.

    I ordered Samsung TV on 4 October 2019, which was supposed to come on 26 October 2019, but did not arrive until 26 October 2019 and when I started watching from 20 October, neither the order pack was showing nor the shipment was showing anything. Was not even showing when I spoke on the customer care number flipkart they told me that the technical team will talk to you, nor can the technical team ever talk to us, or those things about our goods He was able to tell a clear solution and today I am presenting this thing which is very condemnable.i am facing problem because after 23 or 24 days when my tv samusung smart 32 inch didt come on my house all family memeber always asking where is tv what happen

    My order has not been resolved yet and no complaint is being recorded and my product has not arrived yet, which has upset me, I ordered on October 4 and the product was to come on October 26. Did not come yet when I talked to customer care, they also did it yesterday and today but nothing else.

        I ordered a redmi note 7 pro phone 4/64 during diwali sale and the wishmaster brought an open phone, the carton was opened, there was no plastic covering, the phones seal was also broken, the phone cover / plastic cover over screen was also removed and the literature and other cover were opened, the phone was in used condition. The wishmaster was forcing me to take that phone as it was opened by mistake.
        Now i escalated the issue to social media twitter flipkart and they asked me to take that phone and then raise a replacement phone or cancel the order, i am amazed that these people instead of punishing the seller they are penalising the customer and asking him to take the opened / used phone. This is the kind of fraud they are doing

          I don't know why Flipkart shows tracking Details that is in real doesn't exist ..I mean if I put that AWB number in ecomxpress courier tracking it shows AWB does not exist ..since it happen from the day I booked infinix hot 8 ...

          15 days passed already ..neither the courier boy contacted me ..

          I need it to be fixed asap

              I ordered a fridge on 20th oct 2019. Scheduled delivery was on 23th oct 2019 by ekart. My family was waiting at home to receive the delivery.. But they didn't turn up.. I called the delivery guy at 5pm he said he's on in his way.. It's 7pm n still didn't turn up so i called him again but his number is switched off till date.. I called flipkart raised an issue n was promise that on 28th oct the product will be delivered. Now today when i called they said they are still not able to track the order and will deliver by 31st oct for which i said to cancel the order. They said it can't be cancelled as its out for delivery.. All i want is my refund as i need to buy the fridge asap n also need to be given compensation from flipkart for the inconvenience they caused

                I have wasted more than 3 hours talking to your executives. I feel cheated
                And you cannot ever compensate me for the time that your team has wasted.

                Your delivery agents are frauds. My delivery date has changed twice. They
                Have rescheduled my delivery as per their own will and written it as
                Rescheduled by customer. My product shows "out for delivery" for more than
                3 days now and i still haven't received the number of the person who's
                Delivering it. Today i got a message saying that my shipment has been
                Cancelled. This is a huge disappointment.

                I live in the capital delhi and this is your condition, i cannot even
                Imagine what would have happened if i ever lived in a small town. I am now
                Fed up, exhausted and frustrated from the mechanical answers that your team
                Is providing. I am not cancelling the product only because i want to see
                What happens to this complaint. It is highly unprofessional and if such an
                Attitude continues then i don't see how you guys can ever even imagine
                Competing with companies such as amazon which offer one day delivery and
                Actually stick to it.

                The email id [protected]@flipkart.com was supposed to resolve the issue within 24 hours. It has been 2 days since then.

                Yesterday i got a message from flipkart saying that their delivery executive is on the way with the product. Complete lie. I still don't have the product and i have no idea what to do.

                My entire mood for diwali has been spoiled. Thanks to your incompetent.

                  I ordered a glen gl 4021 550 w mixer grinder white from your site and now when the product has arrived, it is model no sa 4021 500 w. The bill is for gl 4021 550 w. The bill clearly states a 10 day replacement guarantee but there is no option like that on the order page, only a refund option is showing up. Please look into this issue as i have already opted for a refund but i would really like a replacement with the product i actually ordered.

                      On oct 22nd '19, i ordered a philips hp 8303/06 hair straightener priced at ₹849 on flipkart website and it was a flipkart assured product. Today (Oct 28) they delivered the order but the product they delivered was a trimmer instead of the straightener. Even though i purchased a flipkart assured order, still i received a different one. No replacement option is provided for the product only refund option is there.

                        I ordered asus rog2 phone on 12th october 2019 via flipkart, it supposed to be deliver by 25th oct but will now nothing, according to the tracking it suppose to be packed by 22nd oct, but till now even it is not packed even.

                        I raised a complaint with flipkart but nothing, they simply saying sry, we can not do anything. The question is i paid upfront 38k, and it is being almost 17 days and no body here to listen to consumers.

                        The main culprit is asus india and the head of mobile devision who has come to many social media platform to launch asus product, now where is he? Are we always treat like 3rd world country wrt consumer rights?

                        Kindly raise an escalate this to higher authority, would be a grt help. It would be a developed nation, this company got sued.

                            I have made a order on flipkart on dated 13 oct 2019 on 12:30pm via cash on delivery mode. They were promoting the message of pay online then cash on delivery. So i make payment on dated 16 oct 2019 at 11:31pm. My upi transaction id is[protected] to flipkart at there ardress [protected]@ybl. Google transaction id is cicagkcm3zh-tw through my upi id [protected]@okicici. I tried to contact to flipkart they denied that they have not received any payment. Even i filed complaint on google pay but still my complaint not solved. I don't know where are my money. Rs 799/- please solve the problem asap.

                              I have order memory card 32 gb in flipkart on 21st oct... My order id is od[protected]. And it was delivered on 26nd of oct. When i first use the memory card in my laptop. It show it is corrupted memory card and it show me to format it then it try it to format but formating of memory card could not take place.. It again and again show same. But it does not proceed another proceess. When i try to use in my phone. It shows unsupported memory card. When i try to flipkart. They don't help me in that..

                              I have not cancelled the replacement of the product but flipkart text me message me message . You have cancelled the replacement of the product. They have asked so longer time to provide a resolution now they have cancelled the order with their own they are not listening to me regarding this and cancelled my shipment on their own
                              hey better buy SanDisk SD memory card, before buying memory card, see the technical specifications of your phone model.
                              I am using 128GB sandisk SDXC memory card in Realme 3 Pro 1851RMX phone
                              buy in offline stores sandisk gives 10 years warranty

                                I had ordered a dslr canon camer 3000d on flipkart on discounted price of rs. 16, 999/- which they did not deliver, upon asking the customer care regarding the same they said it has been cancelled by the seller.

                                How funny is this they are making false promise and made me wait for 20 days for the product which they did not deliver at all. When i call the customer care they disconnect the phone after hearing my problem.

                                Such a pathetic customer care and company which has no concern for the time and value of the customer and making false promise of offer & discount.

                                  ది.16.10.2019 న ఫ్లిప్కార్ట్ నుండి ఆర్డర్ చేసిన వస్తువులు ఇంతవరకు నాకు అందలేదు.కొరియర్ సంస్థ వారు నాకు డెలివరీ ఎటెంప్ట్ చేయకుండానే చేసినట్లు అందుబాటులో లేనట్లు ఆన్లైన్ లో నమోదు చేసినారు.ఈ విషయాన్ని ఫ్లిప్కార్ట్ సైట్ లో గుర్తించి ఫ్లిప్కార్ట్ కస్టమర్ కేర్ కు ది.21.10.2019 తెలియజేయగా కొరియర్ సంస్థ వారు నాకు ఫోన్ చేసి 2 కి.మీ దూరంలో ఉన్న వారి సంస్థ వద్దకు వచ్చి తీసుకువెళ్ళమన్నారు.లేదంటే ఇవ్వడం కుదరదన్నారు.గతంలోను ఇదేవిధంగా చెప్పడంతో నేను వెళ్ళి తీసుకున్నాను.వృత్తిరీత్యా బిజీగా ఉండే నాకు వెళ్ళితీసుకోవడం కుదరక ఇప్పటికి 5 సార్లు కస్టమర్ కేర్ కు ఫోన్ చేసినా ప్రతిసారి మాట్లాడుతున్నాం 24గం నుండి.48 గం.లలో పరిష్కరిస్తామంటూ పట్టించుకోవడం లేదు.ఆర్డర్ అందచేస్తామన్న తేది పూర్తి అయి ఇప్పటికి వారం రోజులు దాటింది.ఏ ఉద్దేశ్యంతో నేను ఆర్డర్ చేశానో అది నెరవేరక పోక ఈ విషయం నన్ను ఎంతో ఇబ్బంది పెట్టింది.కావున దయచేసి సదరు కొరియర్ సంస్థ పైన మరియు ఫ్లిప్ కార్ట్ పైన చర్యలు తీసుకోగలరని నష్ట పరిహారం చెల్లించగలరని మనవి.

                                    I have placed my prepaid order on Flipcart. I paid 10300 rs but after 12 days I didn't received my order or money. I tried to contact their customer care but they are saying that we are solving your issue for last 6 days. I am frustrated by this company service. I dont get any assurity about this order.

                                      I ordered huawei mediapad m5 lite on 29/09/2019 from flipkart during big billion day sale as i am a flipkart plus member sale was open to me by 29th sep 8pm onwards. I ordered 2 number of tablets which at the time said that the package will be inclusive of stylus comaptible with the mediapad itself, however the package did not include stylus.

                                        Order # od[protected]

                                        I had booked one bunk bed delivered on 15th oct and delivered without hardware materials
                                        The person came for fixing found not available the hard ware materials and he applied for exchange.
                                        But next status shows will be delivered 21st oct and demo on 23rd oct. I had mailed and compliant many times but still on same status.
                                        It happened two times like this for me. Shirt ordered but t-shirt delivered.

                                        My exchange bunk bed not done still, I am waiting for reply and new bunk .I don't know what to do ? Old is lying at home not fixed.I never received a call from service dept.Alternate number : [protected](Mrs. Reetha my wife).
