I have booked 4 products from Flipkart and all received with damaged products.I don't know why Flipkart is doing this way.i heard Flipkart is in downfall now. These type of issues may be reason for that.
So I called to the customer service for the issues and they are saying that it was the happened by logistics and they are ready for refund for the same.
Can Flipkart think refund is the solution for this . See customers book the products for their need not for time pass they have some commitments with the booked products.
We can accept the mistakes for once not all the time.
I can say that Flipkart is doing intentionally these mistakes because they are accepted the products with fake images and they wantedly send the products after too many days so they can keep the money with them for their business needs because now the Flipkart position is not so good as I heard from the social networks.
So Flipkart is looting the people by creating the fake products and using the customers money for their usage.
If Flipkart is really concern about the customers why they don't provide the replacement.
Because I booked those products because I can those products with less price at the same time Amazon has the sale ..if I know before about Flipkart I can book it Amazon right?
Now I can get the products with less price will Flipkart provide again the products with booked price.
I requested to provide the replacement not the refund.
They denied for this.
Now I am exhausted with Flipkart team. I want the compensation for their repitative mistakes
My concern is about my money. I can not wait till 5th nov. I want it much earlier. That's why i have complained about your company at consumer forum. Do remit my money at earliest. It is urgent.
