    I had ordered a product from flipkart a month ago whch was not been shipped even after 20days. Customer service is v poor that they js gave the same reply easch time that product is packed and will be shipped at the earliest. And hv not taken any action. Hence had to cancel the order. And now the refund is not initiated. Now if i contact customer service they are mentioning that the order is shipped and i have cancelled the order by self. But they are not even mentioning when they will refund the amount.

    This is first time m facing ds kind of issue in flipcart.

        I placed an order for samsung galaxy tab battery t231. Instead of that the seller shipped me a different battery of another model. My order no is id od[protected]. The battery was delivered on 24 oct. I immediately raised a return and refund request, which was accepted and i went ahead to book another battery from another seller (Which was delivered before time and is running well). On 26 oct, without giving any reason, the return request was cancelled. The customer care was of no help in determining, why it was cancelled, however he helped me raise another return request. A person from e cart (Flipkart calls them wishmaster) arrived on 28 oct and refused to take the battery back, as it was not sane as what was shown on the flipkart website, from where the battery was ordered, i tried hard to explain it to him, that if it would have been the same battery, i would not return it. The return request was raised as the model of the battery was different.. He kept insisting on the same battery and finally left. Flipkart customer cate again assured me that the battery would be taken back, as in their records the return request was still active, two hours after i spoke to the customer rep, the return request was cancelled second time.
        Customer care again assured me that the battery would be picked up and sized another return request. I got a sms that the wishmaster would pick up the battery on 04 nov, however, on 30 oct, i got another sms, asking me to keep the battery ready as the wishmaster would pick it up by 2100 hrs (9 pm). At 1830 hrs, again without any reason or communication flipkart cancelled the rerun and refund request.
        Customer care now for the fourth time has taken a return request, which would now be verified and then only processed. The end result is that the battery is still with me.. And my money has not been refunded.
        On three occasions, i have been told that the complaint has been escalated, however on ground no one has inquired and every time i call customer care, the clueless customer care rep, just gives me some cock and bull story, which keeps contradicting the one given to me earlier or with facts on ground...

        It seems that i have given a forced donation to flipkart on diwali

If you do not see the refund in your account by this time, please check the previous statement of your bank account before reaching out to the bank. You may contact your bank’s customer care using the number mentioned on the back of your card with the reference number in case you need further assistance. If they are unable to help, you may raise a dispute with the bank's grievance department cell.
        The battery has been picked up and a refund generated, however I have still not got the answers to my basic questions

        Why were my return requests cancelled by the seller, and coustomer service of Flipkart was clueless as to the reason of the cancellation

        When the wish master arrived and I had raised a return request stating that I have been given a different model battery why was this information not available with him and he insisted on me returning the same battery as was shown on website

        Why did the seller send me a wrong battery and what actions have been initiated by Flipkart to ensure it does not happen again

        Why was there such a big disconnect between e-kart and Flipkart regarding the return

        Why did Flipkart customer reps kept giving me different stories every time I spoke to them ..

        Thanks for facilitating the return ... but honestly I consider it a failure on part of Flipkart to monitor its sellers and it’s delievery agency

        Why did I keep getting error messages when I wanted to write to Flipkart and upload the images of the battery on their website ( image of the error was put in the original complaint

            I have my flipkart account locked by saying that maximum no. Of returns but most of the items were cancelled by seller itself. It's ok it's a account of flipkart whatever they can do but i was having my 1000 rs gift balance in that account. They are not giving that balance to me. If they cannot revive my account it's ok but at least give my 1000rs.

              I ordered a ivoomi mobile and i received a empty box of honor mobile. And there is no mobile. When i call to the flipkart executive they say you have to wait for 72 hours for customer support. Now my order replacement policy is valid for only 10 days and they said again wait for 72 days... When i raise the refund request they say the request is rejected by the seller... It's a fraud with us

                Hello this is raksha, i had purchased a oppo cell phone which was delivered an i wasn’t okay with that clarity camera and video clarity even its not amoled display. So since long m trying to return the product none of the person has rplsued me not by call. I have dropped an email to ceo, md grievances customer care unfortunately no response i only got auto generated evmail that we will get in touch within24 hours even after dispute reminder no replay. However thought to get connected by call you can check the call recording of ther cc attitude please go through it just i was asking him check weather received mail or not he and she no one is helpful and even previously called girl hangs the call while speaking.
                You can though my call history you will b knowing what kind of mental harassment it’s i dropped an email from [protected]@gmail.com

                  I had purchased a phone (Redmi note 7s) from flipkart. My order id is od[protected] the problem with the phone is that the battery drains out quickly. So i had initiated a replacement request for that product within the replacement period provided by flipkart. After that, they arranged a technician visit. The technician visit happened twice. At first time, the technician just record the camera for 10min and told me that there is no issue with the camera. Next time the technician told me that he don't know how to check. Then i explained about the problem. He told me that he would report all those problem with the flipkart, but that was not happened. Again since i can't use this phone (As battery drains out quickly) i went to the service centre, they told me that there exist some issue with the battery after doing the techincal check and they told me that they reccomend replacement of battery. But i don't want that to happen as i ordered a brand new phone from flipkart and i raised the complaint within ten days (Within flipkart replacement policy period). Also for the last one month i had to suffer a lot, since i can't carry this phone to anywhere. Whenever i called flipkart, the customercare have no responsibilty about the case and always they ask me to wait for 24-48 hours and the team is not doing anything on the case. I had the copy of the complaint jobsheet that i got from the redmi service center.
                  As my case is genuine i expect to get justice from the consumer complaint forum.

                    I placed an apple smart watch series 3 38mm. On 28th october and recieved on 31st october. The product was covered f-assured, means flipkart is fully responsible for the quality of tge product.
                    Here when i opened the box, the box was empty. Just an apple watch box. Nothing else.
                    Immedietly i contacted flipkart support and registered the complaint to.
                    I checked with the seriel no of the product in the apple website. It shows that the product warranty is till 17th october 2020. It seems that the product is activeted on 17th of october 2019. Which is before my purchase date.

                      I placed an order (Od[protected] on flipkart for jacket on 6th oct. Jacket was recived on 10th oct and inr 1499 cash was paid to the delivery boy. The jacket delivered to me does not match with the one shown on website, so i initiated return request. Totally 7 requests were raised but flipkart is rejecting the request without mentioning any specific reason. I need resolution by returning the jacket and refund of inr 1499.

                      The refund was done for a failed online transaction during the ordering process and refund was done on 9th. However I am taking about the jacket which was delivered on 10th Oct on C.O.D basis. I want to return the jacket and refund of my money. 8 return requests have been raised in past 20 days.

                        I ordered asus rog 2 on 12th of october. The delivery date was 25th and it has not been shipped yet. Flipkart's customer service, senior managers, nor the team is helping me in anyway. They just keep on asking me for 24 to 48 hrs. I have paid 37999/- for this phone. They are giving me compensations for waiting. I dont need any. I want my phone. And if the people who ordered the phone on 12 th of oct are not delivered... Then how can they go for a sale on 25 th of oct?? When will those people get their phone

                          This is a worst seller in the whole world never trust this saller. I orderd rog2 phone on 12 october and promise delevery date is 24 october and it is not deleverd to me yet and no information that when it is going to deleverd... I don't know when i am going to recived my product... I call so many times to customer care number and alwasy lisiten one reply that plese wait 24 hours to 48 hours... But these hours never ended
                          Beleive me or not . I am suffering from exact same condition. I have also ordered on 12 October

                          I had ordered Poco X2 on 12pm 3rd march but after 3hr i received email that seller has cancelled my order. This is terrible. It is already hard to get phone in flash sale and on tip of that now you do this. They say rhe product i buy is not intended for personal use but i havent bought any phone from the same account in past 1 year.

                            I purchased mi led tv from flipkart which was delivered a day late.
                            Then the installation and demo was scheduled after 4 day but no one came...
                            And when i called customer care they every time asked it will be done on scheduled day and time but it didnt happened...
                            Then they rescheduled it for 2 day later but since i was not available on that day i previously asked them to postponed it for next day and they said its rescheduled according to me...
                            But on that day when i again enquired about it they said it is again rescheduled for 2 days later...
                            Now i am totally frustrated...
                            Again there is no guarantee that the installation will be done on the rescheduled day...
                            Today they again contacted me and told that it should be installed today itself and promised for the same but again no technician came yet...
                            Yet another day of frustration...
                            What should i do now???

                              I am anchal singh, on 22nd of october i placed an order of kotty skinny jeans, when the amount of rs 598 deducted from my account but the order was not placed, as i have already faced such problem once so i waited for 24 hrs to get over to get the refund amount but i didn't got it back.                               I have yet not got rid of that problem. Again and again, they are asking me to wait for either 24 or 48 hrs as the team is working on it but it is frustrating me now as the money was of someone else's so I need to return it to her as soon as possible.                                 Hi team,
                                I have made a payment of rs 1764 on oct 1 2019 as part of flipkart paylater bill. The payment did not reflect on the flipkart paylater but the amount was deducted from my account. Post which i reached flipkart service team on 4th oct to get more details on the issue, they said to wait till 8th oct. On 8th oct i got a message stating the issue might take more time to resolve and please wait for more days. On 12th oct the team said that the payment was unsuccessful and the seller has not recieved the amount, please reach out to the bank for more information. I reached out to bank and they took around 2 days and gave me written confirmation on mail that the payment was successful from their end and amount is credited to seller i. E. Flipkart. But till today i have been in touch with flipkart to make progress on the issue but always they say they can't help because it's showing the payment is failed from our end. You can do whatever you want but we can't help you in any way.

                                  This is the worst experience ever, and i am not gonna shop anything from flipkart again, nor i will recommend anyone this fraud website.

                                  The delivery boy named puran singh came today for my order# od[protected] which was supposed to be replaced because of screen bleeding issues in my "acer predator helios 300 core i7 9th gen - (16 gb/1 tb hdd/256 gb ssd/windows 10 home/6 gb graphics) ph[protected]wx/ ph[protected]ya" gaming laptop which was delivered on oct 05, 2019. The delivery boy found out that the laptop was discharged, and he foolishly started arguing me that, for replacement as per company laws, the laptop needs to be 30% charged. I asked him several times to come inside my room, which was just 5 footsteps from the main gate that i will connect it to the mains socket and then he can check it. He bloody started arguing that this is not his issue and unprofessionally left the place in a rude manner. He said that he is going to reject the replacement. This is bloody pathetic, as nowhere in the flipkart return email was mentioned that, we need to keep the laptop charged as well.

                                  Due to festive season, flipkart delayed my replacement order so long (15+ days) that the laptop itself anyways got discharged. I asked him to come after 15 min again to my home, meanwhile where i will put it on charge but he shamelessly rejected. I asked him to call his boss, and let me talk to him which he again rejected. This is one hell of a bloody experience buying an item worth rs. 90k from flipkart. On top, there was not a single contact number of ekart through which i could talk to them, nor there was any of their office marking on google maps in meerut. I tried calling him (The number on the "out for delivery" sms) more than 48 times, but the call didn't went.

                                  I then later called flipkart customer care as well where he told me that there is no condition that the laptop should be be charged when came for replacement pick up.

                                  I am being mentally harassed now, and want compensation as well. I am also going to lodge a complaint against flipkart and ekart this week.

                                  Do whatever you can to deliver the replacement laptop tomorrow i. E. On 1-st of november, 2019 by picking up the faulty laptop that you sent me previously. If you want, you can send your higher officials for why that bloody delivery boy rejected the replacement today. I want to talk to them. This is one hell of an annoying experience. Also tell where the hell is ekart office in meerut.

                                    I have registered a complaint on 18 october about being charged gst twice for the gold coin purchase of 2 grams. Customer service promised me that it will be resolved in 72 hrs. Today it has been over 12 days and the issue has still not been resolved additionally i have made several attempts to get this resolved with the customer service but they will either hangup on me or will not transfer my call to resolution dept.
                                    Today my account was locked and when i called in to speak with the customer service they said that a resolution team will get back to me in 72 hours. Again a fake promise.

                                    I have clearly notified the agent that i take a legal action against flipkart as charging gst twice is a criminal offence and will not be tolerated if not resolved soon.

                                    I will give flipkart till nov 2nd end of the day, if not resolved a legal written notice will be sent.

                                        I have ordered asus rog phone 2 on 12 th of october and my given date of delivery was 25th of october and i gave complaint so they told me to wait till 28 th again i did not receive my order so again i complained so they told me to wait till 31st oct and today i got a mail again stating that wait till 3rd november who the hell waits for one month to get a product where as other sellers are doing all products delivered with in one day please solve my issue as soon as you can or else my father is a court employee i will suggest my father to give a cheating case on you (Truenet commerce) as well as flipkart. I demand a call back to me from your customer care or who ever it is or else it is not going to be good i will go to higher authorities.
