Though rest of the address was correct. I have tried reaching out to flipkart logistics company ecom express but haven't received any response from them. I reached out to flipkart via their customer care support wherein they initially were not helpful please confirm where is my order the delivery time is very delayed flipkart nd ecom express customer support take me only time to time again they not resolved my issue customer support are not helped me i m very unhappy to flip kart nd ecom express please delivered my product fast

      Hello team, i have ordered philips bluetooth speaker from flipkart but i am not satisfied with quality so i raised a request to return my product, but 1st time they have rejected return and replacement they have given but after getting another product same concern was there so again i requested for return but they sent technician and he also told quality is not good and they kept pending my return request till return period is closed and then they rejected return request without intimation and now they are not returning because return period is closed. I want to return this waste product and want my refund. My order id is od[protected].

          I bought adidas shoes. Order# od[protected]

          I got adidas shoes but not matching with the image as shown on website. Also no tag was there. I filed return and refund request but you rejected my refund request and also blocked my account. If this is the service you give i don't want to use flipkart to buy product. But please refund my money.

I will never use Flipkart to buy products where customer support is very poor and money is cheated. I will use amazon and snapdeal and others sites which has good customers support.             My flipkart account has been deactivated and now i want to activate it but it is not activating
            My flipkart account connected with email ([protected]@yahoo.com) and when i enters the email. And password there show me "account is inactive contact the customer support to reactivate it"
            Pl solve this problem asap and make me able to use my flipkart account and pay flipkart pay later amount.

              I ordered a titan watch via flipkart on 02-oct-19. Usually, flipkart delivers the product within a couple of days, however, i noticed that the delivery date was set on 20-oct-19. Patiently, i followed up with flipkart customer case if the delivery can be accelerated. Unfortunately, all flipkart representatives indirectly stating that they can't help and i need to wait till 20-oct-19. Also, in their words "you need not worry, the seller's courier partner will make sure to get your order delivered to you earliest. We are working closely with them to make sure that your order reaches you as earliest as possible. Please be assured, you will get your order as per the timeline."
              Unfortunately, i did not receive the item yet and they consecutively rescheduling the delivery date every time when the actual delivery date arrives. No flipkart representative can give me any assure delivery date except repeating that i need to wait till next delivery date.

              It is a pain for me that i gifted the watch to my father on festival occasion and flipkart team keeps failing all the dates and have no clue when this can be delivered. Every time, i get assurance on the latest delivery date and eventually that get rescheduled to the next 3rd day, recent is 26th which is also over!! Flipkart also did not inform any status via any medium so far. It seems flipkart team has no value for time and integrity.

              Hence, i want to ensure that flipkart like companies have integrity and value for consumer's time and effort going forward. They must not take the order and fails to deliver it.

              I also like to have compensation for all of these hassles. I have attached reasonable proofs, and will provide more as required.

                I am having rs. 10673 in my flipkart wallet and while doing any order with that money. Order get cancelled immediately. I am not able to use this money. I had trusted and put my money in wallet. Now it is not utilized in orders or not refunded by flipkart.
                Please do the needful either refund my money or remove the restrictions so that i can do order with that money

                  This is in regards to my order [product - shoes] which i ordered on thu, oct 3rd '19. I gave my office address[gurgaon city] as i work here from 9:00 to 6:00 pm for the delivery of this product.
                  The shoes deliver was not of fine quality and as shown on site and therefore i requested the return request for the same.

                  1. The first time the pickup agent came and denied saying the item has not stamp of brand on shoe sole and therefore he will not accept the return.

                  I contacted to customer center and they suggested to change the reason for return and raise again the return request. I did the same.
                  But, this time the pick up boy came at my delhi address in night 9:00 pm for pick up. I told him that my shoes are in my office and i have requested for return between 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. I contacted to customer care again and then again raised the return request as suggested by customer care.

                  This time the pick up boy came and again denied from picking the product giving the same reason.
                  Being frustrated, i again called the customer care and then asked me to re-raise the return request.
                  I have been stuck in this loop of raising request again and again and can not understand how would this order be returned and how i will get my refund.

                  When i talk to customer care they ask me to have patience and give me date with assurity of return and refund initiation, but when the promised that cames the same cycle is repeated and i have given a new date with no solution.

                  I have no clue if you understand the pain of customer and i am now that much frustrated from flipkart service that i promised myslf not to order anything ever in future.

                      My order od[protected] dated on 21.10.2019 under an exchange offer for 'samsung 253 l frost free double door 4 star convertible refrigerator'. Delivary personel from flipkart wish master ekart refused to pickup my exchange products with out giving any ethical reasons.. After that wish master personel from ekart give me his own personal mobile no and his name to sell my product in open market.. I have complain it to flipkart but some flipkart customer care personel try to avoid this situation by tell that i have to contact customer care before taking delivary which is i found very difficult as i was trying for one hour to contact them and eventually failed.. So i finally mail the problem but the issue i raised did not resolved till now.. Flipkart customer support giving verdict by saying that

                      ""your order has been delivered to you on october 25, 2019 and you have paid the difference amount of rs. 1500/-. Once the ordered product has been delivered by paying the exchange value, the seller will be unable to arrange the pickup of an exchange product as per the exchange related guidelines. We have shared feedback to the seller and the courier service providers so that they can put in additional measures in place to make your shopping experience a delightful one."". That means from flipkart side there will be no legal action against ekart.. Or they less bother about a customer who suffer this kind of cheating even he is a plus member

                          I bought nokia 6.1 plus mobile through flipkart and there was some problems with handset hence asked to replace. After fighting with your policies and seller, seller was agreed to replace. Now wishmaster came to my place to replacement but unfortunately i don't have ourcover box but i have brand box, invoice, all accessories but i couldn't get replacement.
                          From last 4-5 days i am contacting with flipkart and all those people are saying we can't do anything against seller. Do you this that it was my mistake that i purchased mobile from flipkart?

                            From google chrome site a best offer, redmi note 7 pro with discount only rs. 1899/-, as a student i buy this product, payment through pay tm, i also believe, then i notice after completion of payment transaction, i recheck my order. But it is misplaced, some how i was beating with this. But it is your company reputation.

                                Hi,
                                I order whirlpool washing machine and refrigerator from flipkart and they kept delaying the delivery of my product. I kept asking them about the delivery dates they assured it will be delivered, after wasting my quite lot of time they canceled the order and gave some stupid reasons like we tried but you were not reachable, your address was not correct etc. The worst part is the order was cancelled quite ago and they didnt even inform me and kept saying your order is on the way.
                                If your order is not deliverable to any location, your application should say that before buying. It was sale when i bought it, flipkart cancelled it. If i knew before hand i would have ordered it from amazon besides flipkart wasted my quite lot of time. I need explaination about what actions you take for the losses that i incurred due to your mistakes there is another order that i placed, i want to know its delivery status-

                                    Hello,

                                    I have ordered a bed from flipkart on 22nd october. It was expected to be delivered by 25th october to me. My order id is : od[protected].
                                    Only mistake made from side is i have entered a wrong pincode though rest of the address was correct. I have tried reaching out to flipkart logistics company ekart but haven't received any response from them. I reached out to flipkart via their customer care support wherein they initially were not helpful and even asked me to cancel the order and place a fresh order, but now the price of the bed is hiked by 4000 rs. Which is clearly not desirable to go for a fresh order.
                                    Later after i called and complaint several times, they have raised a complaint at their end, complaint no. In[protected]. One of their executive over call also assured me of delivering this order by 7pm today but till now i have not received any communication. Annoying thing is that flipkart executives have nothing to help and all gives a different answer to same question. I need your help to escalate this issue to the highest level and let flipkart understand how terrible does it feel when customer trust you with their hard earned money and in return we do not get the expected service/delivery.

                                      I am buying samsung a50, date - 12 oct 2019, order id (Od[protected]. Recived - 14 oct 2019 this mobile & i m face big network problem (Some time lost singnal this mobile). I am complaint flipkart 18oct2019, complaint id no. (Id[protected]).& not solve my problem. I am again complaint two time but not solve my problem. I am going samsung care janakpuri west 24 oct 2019, same problem show this mobile in care center & 4 failer this mobile software & hardware relative. This is mobile not 100% good working. Please replace & return if any ur choice. Please slove my complaint.

                                      I went to samsung authorized service center. ( QDIGI Services limited on 24th OCT, 2019...Service center executive available there... told me that phone has for failure issues... software or hardware. He assured me that will repair the phone even it requires replacement if any part. But here I must tell you that the technician came from your side.assured me that he was repaired the same. I am unable to understand that how could be repair the phone without using any mobile charging or repairing device. He met me twice in first meeting, he told me that phone has battery issues, in second meeting, he told that phone has network issues. He said that he would format the phone and it would start working properly. He returned me the phone ..He didn't bother to format it even he also said that have would be no replacement for the phone. Flipkart couldn't contact me third time, so you cancel my return request. It was a ridiculous reply to a flipkart plus member ship holder. Samsung has discussed my phone problem.. online you can check it. I sent you the snapshot of the same. I request you to get the phone replaced as soon as possible keeping all the discussed points in your mind.
