[Resolved]  Flipkart — flipkart not giving refund and is the biggest liar in e commerce section.

Flipkart customer service centre and flipkart is mentally harashing me by not giving refund of rupees 14170/- from last 2 months.

If any thing happens to me due to depression flipkart would be responsible for that. I am calling flipkart daily since 12 oct 2017. I have wasted my lot of time and money because of flipkart. I want compansion with my refund or else any thing which will happen flipkart would be responsible for that.

Updated by Vipul Bedmutha At last after trying so much i have received the refund amount of 14170 Rs but have been mentally harassed by flipkart persons and also wasted lot of time and money i want compensation for that. Hence Company would not understand the problems which i faced. And should never do with other peoples.

Updated by Vipul Bedmutha Flipkart have not given me my refund till 1 month 25 days, After 1 month 25 days they have provided my refund but used my 14170 Rs for approx 2 months. I want the interest of 14170 Rs, amount which i have wasted calling them daily, charges of sending them couriers, wasting my time and mentally harassing me, i want compensation from flipkart or else going to register an FIR against them. Updated by Vipul Bedmutha Is Flipkart going to give compensation or keep going on fooling people and use their money for longer time. I think flipkart do this type of fraud many times and use other peoples money.

I bought I phone 7 on 23rd November 2017 but its home button is defected I want to return it because it makes difficult to press it and this is not a good experience to bought something from flipcart
