Hi,
I have ordered OPPO F3 (Gold, 64 GB) on 26-Mar-2018 from Flipkart.com with Exchange of Moto G2, which supposed to delivered on 27-Mar-2018..
So on 26-Mar-2018 I have format my mobile and erase all the important data from my Moto G2 but when I checked the status on Flipkart site
on 27-Mar-2018 it is showing "Shipment has been cancelled by you" Where I did'nt cancelled the order. When I contacted the customer care, Customer care executive was saying like Seller has rejected the order due to price difference(Giving more exchange rate for the Moto G2 i.e. Rs. 3900).
And now they are not delivering the order and refunding the amount. but I dont want the refund..I want the mobile.

    I'd ordered for milton pacific 1000 ml bottles pack of 2 (12 pieces) in colour green.. But today i got milton pet class 1000 pack of 1 (6 pieces) instead of that... And while receiving of this i'd paid rs.482 for the green one because package was sealed at reciving time.. But actually the price was 270 which was given under the package... So, i'm very disappointed with this order!!

      During the flash sale on 28 march 18 of redmi note 5 pro mobile has been added to my cart but immediately before my payment it has shown out of stock.

      I am not at all happy with your service. Because once the item was added to the cart how can it be added to some other one to purchase.

      This is complete cheating of customers.

      Same thing again 30 March18--. miliseconds or nanoseconds. Humanely not possible to take it forward from the cart. Also when i clicked on place order--Flipkart just gave the message "TOO many Customers tring. Try later". And everyone knows--TRY later means you dont get!! So what to do.

      Spoke to customer and informed that he was not able to place order as it went out of stock with high demand. Closing the case.
      Fake sale created which gets out of stock within seconds. have been trying to order product for past month. if you go to their facebook page you will find many unhappy buyers. bad sales marketing used by company.
      thousands of buyers being fooled by this company.
      sale on Flipkart also ends within a second.
      proof of this scam can be found on their facebook page where it shows out of stock even before sale starts.
      scammers need legal action taken against these scammers for cheap marketing.

      Finally got it in my cart today (30 march) but it's not possible to checkout this quick. Very poor sale by flipkart.

I received voltas 1.5 ton 5 star bee rating 2017 split ac - red (185ey (R), aluminium condenser). I raised flipkart for replacement but thery are going to give refund only. The packing of the ac indoor unit is not packed properly. It is opened only.

        I ordered Voltas 1.5 Ton Air-conditioner 5 star rating model No is. 185JY ( white color which is mentioned in the Bill ) from Flipkart. I paid Rs. 25999 by bajafinserv on 24 March 2018 at 12.35. PM.
        I received wrong product: Voltas 1.5 Ton Air-conditioner 5 star rating model No is 185 EY(R) (red color different Model ) on 28.03.2018
        I requested Flipkart customer care they said they will not replace the product. I got offer price when i place the order. When I place the order, product got confirmed by Flipkart. Now without my knowledge how they can send different item. Before place the order they should intimate product is out of stock. Now Flipkart is not accept for replacement. I want same product which I had order. Flipkart is responsible for this issue. I am not satisfied.

          FYI:
          1. Technician Came to me checked the Phone,
          2. Downloaded one App (CPU-Z) to Checked the Heating Problem,
          3. Recorded 48.2 degree, while charging at 40% of Battery.
          4. Taken Snap Shots, Report the Same to flipkart Higher Authorities.
          5. I recieved the sms saying Service Completed.

          Now he Question is How is my Problem Solved ?
          Hence How You people Says Issue is Solved...

          Condition of the Handset is Very New. 1st app downloaded is (CPU-Z)
          What will happen when I Start Using It.

          One More thing is I heard there only 10 days Refund Policy...
          To go thru with the Procedure 10 days are gone. Now.

          facing same issue. mobile mujhe replace karna hai to mobile achha work kar raha hai ya nhi, ye dicide karne ka hak mera hona chahiye. ab technician decide karega kya k mobile achha hai ya nhi. mera battery ka issue hai and technician ka kahna hai ki battery agar 20 min me 15 percent low hoga tabhi defective hai. mere phone ka battery 10 percent drain hua and iss hisab se poora 100 percent drain hone me 3 hr. 20 min lagega. ye defect nhi to aur kya hai.

              I am not happy with the flipkart services. It seems to be totally fake service provider. I have today purchase redmi note 5 pro it is added in to my cart and when i try to continue for payment it stopped for some second and the product become out of stock. I don't know if there is any product added into your cart how it is out of stock. I agree if the item is not added into your cart. But after adding into the cart. Go for out of stock is totally rubbish. A person need some time to add payment as well as i have not get time to add payment in a few second it is going to be out of stock. I am totally disappointed. Card become out of stock is not good. I waste my full day time with adding this into cart and after a few second it become empty. Now i think never go with flipkart any more.

                  I purchased mobile handset from flipkart, yu - the phone delivered was dead and now, when i registered a complaint, they requested for the technical visit, now the visit was scheduled on monday 26th mar'2018. They rescheduled it for tuesday 27th mar'2018. But i don't continue this phone because very first day i face difficulty to operate this how its possible it will be continue in one year.

                  Now, after looking at the status, i complained it again, they have no answers for the same. They are not able to resolve the issue, they are just wasting the time. Mobile is such important product which you purchase...
                  I just want my valuable money back.

                    Hello,

                    I have ordered lenovo hw01 smart band with heart rate monitor through flipkart on 06th march 2018, the band works good for 7 days later that it got dead. So that i returned the band on 14th march 2018. After a day the flipkart executive came and picked up damaged in same time he delivered a new band. The new band also did the same that is works good for 7 days later that it got dead. Now i don't have chance to return the product as it has only 10 days replacement promise. Even lenovo authorized service centers also not responding for this damage. Now im blank for what to do for it.

So as per our records replacement product has been delivered on March 15, 2018 so as per seller's 10 days replacement policy we shall not be able to accommodate customer request for return of the order.                     Seriously earlier I was Big fan of flipkart But in my last purchase I own Voltas AC and from the starting after installation it is not working. Till date I did not get any Response from flipkart not even not from installation team.

                      I cannot login my flipkart account, when i contacted to Customer care, they said we have blocked your account.The reason said dat you irregular payment used and when i asked about which order... They didn't replied abt which particular order.The payment i have paid, i have all the transactions id and proof of the payment all i have.But they are not saying about order id and they blocked my account. I can prove all the payments paid by me are successful transaction therefore how can they block my account?When i asked the details abt irregular payment of the order in email, no one is replying. When contacted to Customer care about didn't received reply, they are telling me you have fraud payement.

I am following up from last 15 days but only thing i am getting is a new date. They have agreed that part is missing but they are not delivering the missing stabiliser.                             So i was sitting next to my laptop eagerly to buy the redmi note 5 pro black (64 gb, 4 gb ram) at 21/3/2018. And was even more excited when the product got added to my cart. But... As soon as i entered cvv for payment via debit card the product went out of stock.
                            I think it is completely unacceptable that the product goes out of stock even when it is added to the cart.
                            Flipkart please do something about it.

                              My name is abhishek dutta.
                              Right now, i'm submitting a complaint regarding a payment issue of an order placed by me on flipkart (https://www.flipkart.com) on 15th march. The order was for a mobile phone battery amounting to rs. 449 and it was sold by seller 'onlinesiddhi'. The order id is od[protected]For your ref.).

                              Now, coming to the main issue, when i was placing the order, i chose phonepe wallet as payment method. When i made the payment for the order, my money was instantly debited but the order was unsuccessful and it showed "payment pending". As i was in a an urgency of getting that product, i tried to reattempt the payment. This time, money was debited again but the payment and order, both were successful.

                              So now, as there have been 2 payments for a single order, its their basic duty to refund the first pending amount of rs. 449.
                              But, the sad thing is they haven't done it yet. It has been 7 days from that order, my item has been delivered, but still they don't bother to refund it.

                              I contacted them almost everyday. When i called phonepe for the first time, they said that they don't have the money and they have transferred it to flipkart. When i called flipkart later onwards, now they turned the table for me and said "we didn't receive any extra amount from phonepe. Please contact them for refund". For 7 days, i have been hearing this and recently, the have started giving dates after dates for refund. But, they have constantly failing those dates right now, and giving a new date every time.

                              What the hell on earth is going on? I'm a very busy man and i have a lot of work. For how long should i keep calling them?? Will i ever get my money??? I'm extremely hopeless and confused right now.

                              If phonepe doesn't take necessary actions, i won't bother facing them at district consumer court!

                              I ORDERED a t shirt, and returned it on the next day itslef, with Order number OD[protected], but refund has not been made dated 1st march with refernce number[protected]. I talked with the executive of the company but they are not able to solve my problem

                                Don't buy on offer exchanging Mobile phone in the pincode-723121, Because 1st time, I booked phone but not excepting by the inexperienced and unsocial delivery boy.But 2nd time same phone booked on Flipkart, then another delivery boy agreed to exchange the phone, when exchange price is quite less then 1st time booking.same inform to customer care but no necessary action taken.This is the only way to harass the common people.

                                  I bought a power bank in the month of august 2017 and because of the low product quality, i had to replace it and i received the replacement in the month of nov.
                                  Even the replacement has the same issues., i contacted flipkart and flipkart smartbuy customer service who asked me to visit the service center in hyderabad and get it checked so that if required replacement will be made.

                                  As per their instructions i went to the service center which was 24 - 28 kms away from my location and got it checked. The service center guys gave me an acknowledgement receipt with instructions saying that someone will come and collect the power bank., and if stock is available, product will be replaced or else refund will be made.

                                  I came back home and the next day reached to smart buy customer service to check when i can expect the pick up.

                                  And now they say that the product is out of warranty.

                                  After providing a verbal confirmation over a recorded conversation and providing with an acknowledgement about the same., they provide such lame excuses.

                                  There was no superior available to speak about the same and as well as to my surprise there was no one i could speak to.

                                  I was told that i'd be receiving a call from them which i haven't received

                                    I bought a product from flipkart. A carom board it is broken there is a 10day replacement I gave a return request they delivered at 2nd march now 27th march then I will call every day on March 20 th I call customer care and I said after 24th march I don't want carom board and asked them to refund. I asked what they will do if they don't process return on time.I asked if they would give whatever I ask if they don't process request on time. But still waiting for refund. nobody has showed up. very Bad service.

                                      Complaint to take back the not good tv. Picture not clear, usb not work, face not focused. Coustmer service do not take back the kodak tv. Flipkart cheat people. I tried it on 23march but it was showing no delivery at this pincode. So please do something and make delivery available at the given pincode by 27march before the sale goes on, on flipkart.                                         I bought a Samsung C7 (WM55159 )handset through flip cart on[protected]. ( Invoice Number is FAAOZK[protected]). After using it for a couple of days it shows a complaint in the display and I consult with the service centre. Then they told me that since the hand set is in the DOA period they will issue a DOA certificate on registering a service call. Now I want to check, the procedures to be followed to get my set replaced from FLIP KART on receipt of the DOA certificate from Samsung.
