It was so embarrassing that the book i purchased cost me higher than the printed one. They charged me rs. 545 (500 for book and 45 rs. For delivery charges) and when i opened the packet the books costs 460rs. I was shocked how they can charge sum of money above the mrp. From that point i returned the order and file a complaint against this company.
Please look out this issue.

    I have place the order macroman m-aeries men's trunk from the flipkart company which is not delivered by the courier services on their given time. And it has been returned. There was a lot of trouble for me. This has happened through ekart courier services. And he has added no response from customer's tagline. While this has not happened. This means that strict action should be taken.

      I have bought skull candy earphones from you site on the date[protected] and they have one ear warranty. And now one of the ear piece have stopped working the voice is audible only from one ear piece!!!. What should i do now. It was working till now and then i was not using it for five minutes and afterwards when i played a video it stopped working the audio is audible only from one ear piece

        Bought two honor 9 lite on 14th of march, 2018 which where delivered on 15th of march, 2018. When we tried to setup both phones we noticed that one of the phone had yellow display and submitted a request for replacement on 16th of march, 2018 on flipkart. The return was first rejected and after we called the customer they setup an service visit at our place. The technician came at our place on 20th and told us that it is hardware issue and cannot be resolved by troubleshooting and we should request flipkart for replacement. There was a replacement showing on our flipkart account which was supposed to be delivered on 21st march, 2018 but it was cancelled after the visit of the technician. When we called the customer they told us that the technician had marked the problem resolved and hence the replacement was cancelled. They told us to visit service centre to which we denied because it was newly bought phone and we wanted a replacement and not serviced phone. They told us we will be contacted by an senior executive before 24th march, 2018 and we still await his call.

        The senior executive called to tell us that we are sorry and this is manufacturing defect please go to nearest service centre. If new phones have manufacturing defect flipkart should take the responsibility of getting it replaced then telling customer to go to the nearest service centre.

        Your people sent a technician visit again today 26th March, 2018 the same technician which has visited previously and He wrote “Yellow display issue = step 1 completed had physicaly check this phone with all functional test but found yellow display found which is completely hardware issue ( company manufacturing limitations found ) customer is happy with this product so right now issue resolved customer not happy” and again Flipkart cancelled my replacement.

        Seriously what you people trying to do you email us asking for bank details for refund on 29th March, 2018 and confirm all details on 30th March, 2018 sent us a refund approval mail and then next moment we have an refund cancellation mail. What is happening?

          I have ordered redmi note 4 mobile through online on 14 march 2018 and received the same by 17 march 2018.
          After starting the phone i found that hanging problem in device. So immediately thought to return the same. But through flip kart not able to return. So i have raised the complaint through flip kart. But they told for device related issues contact service provider and no replacement will be there. But in that seller policy the seller has mentioned that for damaged product 10 days replacement is available. My device not working properly. So it may be damaged product only. My problem not yet resolved. Please help

            I got a faulty/ damaged product on 19th of march around 4 pm, so i called the customer care and told them about this and they arranged a pickup or a replacement for, i don't know what they did, they also told me the product will be replaced till 22nd march, but what actually happened is the pickup guy arrived at my house at 6 pm at the same day of delivery and also told us that it will be replaced soon. I wasn't home at that time, my mother thought that he was the guy who was here to replace it, so she gave it and took her sign and left. On 21st march the guy arrives for the delivery of the new product. He asked for the old product and as i told him that it has been picked up, he told that none of our guys picked that up and also we weren't told as such. The customer care says that they called head of the delivery company and checked the details that if the product picked up. The head guy said that we did not pick it up. Now, if the replacement request call was just between me and the customer care and the delivery guys, who else would know that i requested a pickup or a replacement. The guy who was here for the pickup, as my mother told me, had a shirt on with a "... Kart" that means the guy was from some delivery company and he did not report to his headmaster. Love the way the people work, and the way they say that i should check again with the guy who picked up. Who other than the people in the system would know this much information and reach at the exact time when the complaint was registered. Thanks customer care for this support, never willing to buy something online again!!!

            Customer raised a complaint about pick up issue, we interacted with the customer apologies for the issue and escalated the issue to the concerned an informed product was not picked up from our courier service provider hence closing the complaint from our end.

              I am promoting flipkart using their affiliate program. I am new to it and i have one pending payment for my account. Despite of providing all necessary documents, the account is still not verified. Also am unable to haven't received any response from them. Could you please help me with this.

              I dont know what they are actually doing, they didn't reply to me after dropping too many mail.

              I was promoting their website by producing many traffic to their website.
              But they are not verified my account due to this i didn't get any pay from flipkart company.

                I have ordered iphone se silver 32 gb mobile through online on 15 march 2018 and received the same by 16 march 2018.
                After starting the phone i found that in the edges of device touch not working properly. So immediately thought to return the same. But through flip kart not able to return. So i have raised the complaint through flip kart. But they told for device related issues contact service provider and no replacement will be there. But in that seller policy the seller has mentioned that for damaged product 10 days replacement is available. My device not working properly. So it may be damaged product only. Anyway i have contacted apple online support for this issue and have spent more time for this issue. After that also my problem not yet resolved. Apple online supporter told that directly go to service centre to resolve this issue. But the apple service located (Pondicherry) very far away from my place (Karaikal) (130 kms approximately). So again i need to spent my time and money. Already because of this issue felt irritating and tensed. I have contacted apple service provider pondicherry they told that first we will inspected the device and any fault means we will send device to apple head office. You may be received replacement for this device or replacement for defective spare part for that device. But that also take some time. You have to come again to collect the device.

                  I am anand dwivedi. I have purchase "adidas galactus 2.0m" on 16 nov 2017 with order id "od[protected]" my shoes has damaged with in 3 month and i paid 1750rs. I am asking is it a good way to decieve the customer, i paid so huge amount and the service i got is totally bad, it is bad thing and flipkart has lost one customer i will never prefer flipkart again and not suggest any one to shopping using flipkart.

                    Subject order for a laptop was placed on flipkart and paid for in full using my credit card on 23rd march at 12:55am. Fyi - i had been considering purchase of this product for a few weeks now. Its mrp as listed by flipkart was rs 109, 990. On certain offer days they would drop the price and offer a discount. I completed the above order when i saw a discount of about 50% i. E it was being offered online at rs 54, 990. Also, before i confirmed the payment, flipkart showed me an alert that the delivery schedule had changed from what was shown in the product listing and would be deliver by 29th march. I was required to accept this notification, which i did.

                    Completed the transaction and immediately received confirmation and at 9am the same day received communication that the order was ready to be shipped and later on at 12pm received confirmation that item had been shipped and would reach me 29th march.

                    At 5pm on the same day i was informed by email that my order was cancelled by the seller, since the price was displayed incorrectly due to technical issues. And that as a gesture they were crediting my account with rs 500 as a gift card that may be used on flipkart. Also was informed that my payment would be refunded to my credit card only by 27th march.

                    I contacted their customer service who asked me to try buying the product again. When i checked, the product was shown as 'out of stock'. When i informed them of this, they asked me to choose the 'notify me' option and wait indefinitely for the product to become available again, which doesn't seem reasonable to me.

                    In good faith, i chose a product as listed by and assured by flipkart and paid its asking price in full.

                    This could be a case of flipkart overselling items more than the inventory it has, in order to ensure maximum sales. Unfortunately, i feel that i've been a victim of their unfair business practice. It is certainly a case of flipkart not meeting their obligation to me.

                    Now, i'm being promised a refund 4days after auto cancelling my order. And my credit card will be blocked to the extent of the purchase price till the refund is credited. Although, my preference is to get the product that i had bought.

                    I don't believe rs 500 is an appropriate compensation for such an unfair practice and inconvenience that i have suffered.

                    Appreciate any help you can offer.

                    Apologized and informed that the order was cancelled by the seller due to pricing error. Also informed we have provided an E-Gift Voucher of Rs 500 as a token of apology.

                    Information provided. Closing the case.
                    Same thing happened with me. They just cancelled my order and flipkart is not offering any support
                    After this happened to me, I've started searching online and found several instances of the exact same issue. Some that even went all the way to a consumer court for resolution. It's an unethical business practice - cannot describe it any other way.

                      Hi flipkart! I was an avid user of flipkart and made all my major purchases from flipkart. Because your service and product quality were definitely top notch...

                      I have been trying to book the redmi note 5 pro for all the past 7 sales!!! And haven't gotten it. I've added my money to the gift card option to ensure fast booking and now i have no money and no phone! I dont want my money back. Just give me the product! Believe it or not i have work to do and cant waste my time every week at 12 just be disappointed every single time!!!

                      This is practically stealing at this point! (I know nobody asked me to put my money into the gift card option but flipkart is an online retailer company and is it wrong for me expect them to be able to sell a product for which i was gonna use the gift card?)

                      I contacted the customer care twice or thrice and they put me on hold and then hung up. I emailed them and they were not looking to resolve my issue. They just wanted me to say that my issue was resolved so that they could move on with their day. I tweeted at flipkart support and they tweeted back once asking me my email address and then never got back to me.

                      I'm actually amazed that the flipkart service is so bad! I've never had issues with flipkart before and that is why this surprised me...

                      As i said, i just want to buy a phone. I am done trying to book it through flash sales as it just sets me up for disappointment every single time! And i have other stuff to do at 12pm every week than just sit infront of computer to see that i've wasted yet another week waiting for the phone!

                      I need my issue to get resolved!

                        I have ordered ' msi gv series core i7 7th gen - (8 gb/1 tb hdd/128 gb ssd/windows 10 home/4 gb graphics) gv62 7re-2401in gaming laptop (15.6 inch, grey, 2.2 kg) ' at rs. 54990 on fri, 23rd mar, 2018
                        12:54 am. And i have also paid the amount using net banking. After this i have received my order confirmation ("order is successfully placed, payment approved then seller has processed your order) and after that at 5:17 pm on[protected] i received a message from flipkart stating that my order has been cancelled and it has been returned and refund initiated. I want my ordered product at that same offer price. How can they cancel it without my permission? I also contacted flipkart and they said that they can do nothing in this case your seller has cancelled it and as compensation we are giving you rs 500 gift card. I want to file complaint against flipkart for not completing my order (After getting paid) and for mental harassing me on phone through their customer support by wasting my time and also not provided any help. I want that product at that same price. And one thing i also want to mention that i have not cancelled my order, flipkart has cancelled it.

                          I ordered a msi gv series
                          Laptop with order no-od[protected] on friday march 23 3:23 am. The order was placed and i paid
                          Through debit card an amount of 54990 inr. The item was even shipped
                          And was in transit then i got an email by flipkart that my order has been
                          Cancelled by the seller because they have listed the price incorrectly due
                          To an unforeseen error. Now this is a complete breach of buyer-seller
                          Contract as they have accepted the order and then cancelled it because of
                          Some mistake on their part. Also in the flipkart order summary it says order was cancelled by me which is completely not false as the flipkart email says order was canceled by the seller. If sellers can cancel any order like that how
                          Can we trust flipkart that if we see a compelling deal that it will be

                          How how we are supposed to believe in any ongoing sale that seller will
                          Honor the agreement and will not cancel it even after been packed and

                            Order id[protected] and invoice no. Faagha[protected] had placed order for two books intermediate and advanced english grammar for rs.380/- but i received only one book intermediate english grammar on 11th march 2018 sunday. I placed the order on 4th march 18.

                            As i was not in station for ten days, i could open the cover on 22nd march 2018 and reported to your office on the toll free no. But there was no use and none could help.
                            I tried to reach the supplier/publisher, kailash publishers at delhi on phone he disconnected twice.
                            The reviews of the supplier has been bad. This has become a easy way to collect money from customers as it is paid in advance. Flipkart shall not be abetting to this. I request you to arrange for delivery of the advanced english grammar book immediately. Else i would report to national complaints board of flipkart and also take up legally through my lawyer.

                              I feel very bad on you flipkart team, today also i tried hard from 11.30 am.
                              Sorry flipkart its not good. Its less than 1 sec its showing out of stock not only today from previous weeks flash sales also same.
                              Dear flipkart team kindly lookinto this issue as serious and get sufficient units from seller. And maintain avalable stock for flipkart fans, and trusted customer.

                                I have cancelled 2 products asked for refund. Till now i havent received money.

                                When i enquired they asked me to raise a dispute with bank. No response from flipkart team. I am following with bank finally bank said there is no refund initiated from flipkart when i raised this issue with flipkart they are telling they have addressed this issue.

                                Customer complain was refund not received for the transaction on Flipkart website, so apologized and after checking the details we came to know that payment was void, means we did not received the payment, so requested customer to get in touch with bank, if issue not resolved requested to raise a chargeback and closed the case.

                                  This product was damaged on arrival itself. I requested for replacement.2 times it was rejected without mentioning the reason. Third one was not yet dispatched.                                     I ordered a gaming laptop last night[protected]. I got a confirmation that the order is successful and also got updates today morning that it has been shipped and will be delivered by tuesday. Suddenly, i got a message 1 hour back that the order has been cancelled and refund processed. I had built so much anticipation around the laptop and i'm extremely disappointed now. I called the customer care and they are so rude saying it was a pricing issue with the seller and hence they can't deliver the product.

                                    Why the hell should flipkart accept the order and build anticipation only to finally cancel it randomly? If there is a pricing issue, it was flipkart's problem with the sell. I am flipkart's customer and not the seller's customer. Today morning also i got a confirmation that the order is shipped and will be delivered by tuesday (Attached screenshot). If there was a price issue, why cant flipkart immediately cancel the order instead of giving updates that the order will be delivered... It is really unethical to randomly cancel the order and not fulfill it even though full payment was made. I have never ever faced such a bad cx with amazon.

                                    I want the product to be delivered at the price which was displayed in my confirmation - i was so excited about this and it's really sad to disappoint a customer this way. Will take this up in every social media site possible. My order id was od[protected]. I have screenshots of order confirmation page.

                                      I have ordered redmi note 5 pro worth rs.13, 999 in flipkart (Order id : order id :-od[protected] flash sale on 07.03.18 and received it on 08.03.18. But after opening that parcel i got shocked, because i have received a syska power booster worth rs. 1000 and also find another person's invoice with that parcel. They have wrongly pasted my address in that parcel. I never expected this from flipkart and i have given a replacement request and contacted flipkart customer service. From that date onward i am regularly contacting flipkart cs, but after 14 days also i am not receiving any status from the flipkart. I never expect these kind of irresponsible and poor return policy from flipkart. Now without receiving a product i am paying emi. Because of their mistake why i need to wast my money and my golden time.

                                        Recently i bought a new laptop (Dell inspiron 6th generation),

                                        Which had been delivered on 11 march'18 but as i check that i found the
                                        Touchpad faulty, processor heating, screen fluctuation & charger heating - i raised a complaint
                                        About the replacement but till now i did not get any resolution and i think
                                        It is casual behaviour of the company which is too painful for me because of
                                        You can think that if any person pay the full amount and buy anything from your side and get the faulty products then what would be the reaction of that customer

                                        And after all your customer service told me the technical will visit at
                                        Your site approx 22nd march, so please tell me that what is the mean of
                                        Approx and i think that you don't know the difference between approx and
                                        Exact.

                                        I am too much panic from your service. Kindly request to your ask your
                                        Technician to visit today to replace the products otherwise i must have to
