Sir, i had placed an order of "spectrum a brief history of modern india" book on 18th march but unfortunately i received wrong book i. E previous edition (2016) and what i ordered for 2017 edition on 21st march. I then assured by your executive that i would get right book till 28th march as i requested for replacement of wrong book but i didn't get any book till 28th and i thought i should wait for more days but they cancelled my order on 31st march without informing me or without contact to me. I called to executive and request him to lodged a complaint of no delivery and resolve my issue. He assured me that my issue will go to concerned team and i should wait till 7th april. Concerned team didn't contact me and i got new msg that i should wait till 8th april 5:30 pm. I agin called to executive and he accepted my return request once again and again assured my to get my order till 13th april. Again i called him on same day two times and on 14th he again told me that your issued will escalated to concern team. Today is 15th and i got new mail at 4:19 am that my ordered is cancelled. I called to executive again today and she assured me that my issue escalated to concern team and resolve by 18th april 4:30pm.
Sir what i should do right now. What is going on with me. I am your regular customer with different accounts. I always prefer flipkart. This is my worst order. I m really very disappointed with this. I m preparing for civil services and this book is very important as far as this exam is concerned. 1month hv already wasted my time on this issue. 10-12 executive assured me to solve this issue. Please dont do this with student atleast. I m very upset sir plz solve my issue as soon as possible.

Customer has confirmed that replacement is delivered with correct edition. Hence, closing the complaint from our side.
1 month has gone today when i placed my order and I did not get my book that I ordered .

    Dear sir/ mam

    This is to share my disappointment with the overall buying experience from flipkart. I bought an lg automatic washing machine (Order id - od[protected] last month. Delivery date of the machine was delayed from 17th march to 23rd march.

    It's been almost a month that i have still been waiting for the installation. My old machine has been picked and i can't use the new one as installation hasn't been done. This has caused me extreme inconvenience. I have made numerous calls to flipkart and still my issue has not been resolved.

    Every time i call on the flipkart customer care, i get a new timeline for the installation from 2nd april to 10th april to 16th april. And now i am told that it will take more time. Even talking to senior customer care managers is futile. I am unable to understand what is taking so long to get a simple installation done. I even asked for the seller's contact details so i can coordinate with the seller directly. This request was also denied stating that flipkart's policy doesn't allow so.

    I am extremely sorry to have made a purchase through flipkart.

    The way this matter has been handled shows that flipkart doesn't care a bit about its customers. I am tired of making calls and continuous follow ups.

      I ordered two products (Pampers dipper & lotus cream) on 15/03/2018 but unfortunately, i cancelled the order by 16/03/2018 and its got confirmed from flipkart side and they said i will get my refund back by 19/03/2018 in my bank which i paid through now it’s been almost one month and i didn't get my refund every time i call them they said that we register your compliant and forward to concern department but no solution please help me i already lost money with amazon

          Actually i am trying to deal with you that previously i am ordered a product. But there was no genuine products what i am ordered. The real item got wrong product. I share this prblm more time, but u people didn't get any response. It already happen approx 7 month but nothing will happened in my favour. Please listen my prblm and take realistic measure in my favour. I am tired of all this happening please take immediate action that i preferred....             Ordered recliner chair from flipkart last month, it's been almost a month now still i haven't received my product yet. No proper response from flipkart support persons as they were not aware of the product whereabouts after it got shipped from seller. Flipkart ignores my case to raise refund and they just dragging days as long as they can.

            Never trust flipkart if you are planning to buy any big ticket items. Please take it from me, i have very bitter experience with them. All their support person including bansal are money minded, they never care for customer buying protection.

              This incident took place during the month of march 2018. I ordered for two footwear and i was not happy with the product and so i returned the product demanding refund. I was supposed to receive my money by 6th april but it has been 20 days but still i haven't received. I talked with bank with ref number but they wanted me to check with flipkart. And so i talked with them and they asked me to wait for some time as they wanted to check with the seller. I waited and i got a reply from them saying that the seller has completed his refund. Again with the bank i checked but they said they found no signs of the transaction. I have been trying to talk to the flipkart persons but i have not received any response. Help me with this issue.

                The product delivered is so dull and started showing scratches in first three months. Even the logo start disappearing in early days as shown in attached pictures. Considering the brand of redchief, these are not good symptoms. Kindly do the needful for refund/replacement/or whatever possible at the earliest.

                  I have received the tv on april 11 and on the same day i have returned with technicians approval.
                  But still now i haven’t received update on that replacement of tv. They haven’t yet taken my old tv for replacement.
                  Now i need either new tv by april 15 or please refund my amount. I have ordered this so that i can take this to my native. If i can’t take my tv to native so what should i do with that tv. That was supposed to be gift to parents and now crap has happened.

                  So please do either tv replace by april 15 or refund my money.

                    I had a gift voucher of 500 rs and that was supposed to expired on 12th april, when i just login to my account prior to 10 days before the gift card balance was displayed as 0. So, raised this issue multiple times and also dropped a mail with them within the expiry date but they replied back after 2 days of expiry saying now its expired we can't do anything.

                      I ordered 2 sets of briefs one pack containing 3 items. I paid the amount which was written on the courier for two sets but when i opened the pack later i found that there was only one set, now i'm not being able to get in touch with the flipkart, i tried contacting the courier guy but he asked me to file a complain about it.

                        Actually i order sony bravia tv 43 inch. But bluedart was delivered to me sanyo company product tv. I request to flipkart for exchange and give me correct product. They are given promise date 9th april 2018 for pickup. And deliver correct product should be deliver by 21st april. But still now flipkart company is extended date for pickup. I don't know when will they deliver correct product to me.

                          Didn't received the refund of redmi note 5 64gb mobile
                          Order is placed by mistake on 30th march 2018 and after 1 minute i cancel my order and ammount 11999 is deducted to my account flipkart says your refund is completed by seller and it will be transfer to your bank by 4th apriil 2018 i wait 4th april but my refund does not transfer to my bank account /- from flipkart on 8th oct. I immediately called on customer service of flipkart but they are just lodge a complaint and resolve by 10th april 2018 but they says your refund is completed by seller please contact your bank. I go to my bank but may money not in my account again i call coustmor care and again he lodge complaint and again they say refund is completed by seller please contact your bank. Bank says contact your flipkart care their is no refund in your bank. But now it's more than 15 days and i didn't got my refund back. They are not even helping me in this issue. It's 22th november today. The higher management is least bothered. Flipkart sucks totally. Hope to get my refund back.

                                Hi,

                                I have purchased ac on flipkart on 27-apr-2018, with expected delivery date of 5-apr-2018.
                                When the product was not delivered on agreed date, have contacted flipkart customer care, they assured to deliver the product by 10-apr-2018.
                                When the product was not delivered on 10-apr, their executive again assured to wait till 13-apr.
                                When contacted on 13 - apr, they are asking to wait another 24-48 working hours or cancel the order from my end. For which my response was as below.

                                1) i will not accept the product delivered after 13-apr-2018.
                                2) i will not cancel the order from my end, cancellation has to be done from flipkart, as they are not able to keep their delivery assurance.
                                3) refund of the product along with the interest to be paid (For which they denied).

                                I want to launch a complaint against flipkart, they cannot utilise customer money for so long and at last ask customer to cancel the order and take the product amount back. They are liable to pay back the interest on not meeting the promise s and assurances made to customer.

                                I can see the order is cancelled, whenin I have not requested for cancellation. So I am assuming order is cancelled by Flipkart.

                                Moreover I do not accept only the refund of the product amount, refund along with the interest on the product amount must be paid by Flipkart as it is at fault for not delivering the product on agreed and assured timelines.

                                No refund to be made unless it is paid with interest.

                                Received below message today, which is not acceptable. Refund with interest is the minimum requirement.

                                Refund Processed: The refund of Rs. 35490.0 for your order OD[protected] is successfully transferred to your card and it will be credited by Apr 25, 2018.

                                customer has raised the issue with regards to delay in delivery as we have interacted with the customer and we have escalated this issue tot he relevant team and customer has cancelled the order and seller has provided the refund to customer but customer was asking for compensation so politely denied hence closing the case from our end

                                  Customer was facing battery problem. We informed the customer that the product is out of 10 days replacement policy, hence seller will not be able to help and requested the customer to visit authorized service center.
                                  Below mentioned no as flipkart return product. Still time no one is called me regarding returning the product.

                                    Such a # service! I ordered for several items before and always getting delay and cancellation due to your bloody services.
                                    Now i ordered item manbhari lovely hear.. From flipkart.com & i got a message that if i need the item i.. Need to go to pickup at pick up hub - aluva. Location: WWW.google.co.in/maps/place/10.1125, 76.3768 timings: 08:30:00 to 19:30:00.

                                    Why should i need to came to aluva??

                                      I got faulty washing machine - intex 6.2 kg semi automatic order id fmpp[protected]) delivered on the 26th of march and had some missing parts which i reported immediately. Subsequent to that when i checked the spinner was not working and reported the same as well.
                                      They arranged several technical visit that used to just get cancelled and finally two visits were conducted. The technician said there are multiple parts replacement required in it.

                                      I am neither getting the replacement nor getting my money refunded
