Still, my payment was in pending state. Flipkart affiliate team not all responding to the mail. If this continues, I will file a complaint against your cheating process on consumer court. Kindly take necessary action or provide me valuable reason..

    My order id is od[protected] i ordered kenneth cole monk strap shoes instead of the shoes i reveived a fake product and i want my refund back.. Flipkart has blocked my account without giving any prior information or warning. According to the flipkart policy i can return the product within 30 days if i am not satisfied by the quality of product.
    Even if there was any issue with my account rather than closing my return request they could have closed the orders from my account.

      I made and order od[protected] and pais the money at time of ordering the item. Immediately after placing the order i asked them to change the delivery address. First then assured me that the item will get delivered at my new address but they did not changed the address. I was told to receive the order at old address and now when i asked them to deliver it at old address now they changed the delibery date to 15 jan 2019.
      Their customer support is of no use as they don't have any info regarding the logistic and they are unable to track the order.
      Why customers has to suffer for your bad functioning.

        I want to pay our flipkart paylater amount ₹586 pending on november 2018 month, but when i click that link they show me try after sometime,
        Because flipkart block my account for high cancellation issue,
        But there is not my fault, i want to pay my due before due date but flipkart blocked my account,
        Manytimes we send mail on flipkart for that issue and also call customer care executive but there is no one resolve that issue,
        If flipkart doesnt solve this issue so why they send me sms daily for issuing legal notice,

        I have 150 or more call records which i was tell them to give me an option to pay and all the mails from which i was replied them to give me an option to pay...

        Customer raised a complaint stating customer account is blocked. We have interacted with the customer and informed that our systems have observed a trend in customer purchase history that suggests that the items purchased by customer are for reselling and not for personal use. This would mean that any new order customer attempt to place will also get cancelled. Earlier account was unblocked but customer did nit make the payment so that account has been blocked again and no longer customer can use the account Hence, closing the complaint from our end.

        Flipkart was unable to provide me that when they was unblocked my account. I was received a call from Flipkart Customer Care stating that I will be informed via call/email when my account will unblocked but they was never called me and when I was asked for proof of when will they unblocked my account but they was saying that 'we don't have' so why did they was said that Account is Unblocked??

          I purchased vu iconium 109cm (43 inch) ultra hd (4k) led smart tv and as the name suggests, it’s a 4k smart television.

          The issue i faced with the television is that the native youtube application on television does not support 4k videos so there’s no way to confirm if the said television is 4k or not.

          I played same video on my another television which is 4k but manufactured by tcl, supports 4k content on youtube and shows 4k option in the youtube application and i have an internet plan of 100 mbps and router too is of high model, so the idea that low internet speed is causing the issue is eliminated.

          I contacted vu support regarding this issue and i was told that the inbuilt youtube application or any other application inbuilt in the television does not support 4k and the only way i can view 4k content is through a pen-drive or connecting a 4k capable device via hdmi device like chromecast ultra or amazon fire stick 4k.

          The name itself is deceptive as
          Vu iconium 109cm (43 inch) ultra hd (4k) led smart tv
          Indicates that the smart television is 4k when it really is a 4k television with smart features capabilities but it is not fully a fully smart television as the software does not utilise the hardware entirely.

          This is an example of deceptive marketing by vu and flipkart where customers are led to believe that the television bought by them is 4k and now for me to enjoy the 4k panel, which i have no way of confirming, i will have to invest approximately 5, 000-7, 000 rupees to purchase an amazon fire stick 4k or chromecast ultra which totally negates the idea of the television being called smart in the first place.

            I availed flipkart pay later service on december 2018 and the due date for payment was 10th January 2019. And iMade payment for Filpkart Pay Later on[protected] and amount is debited from my bank account but payment is not reflected in flipkart account. I contacted your customer care team two times and the response from their side is not satisfactory. I still recieving messages regarding my overdue amount.                 I have ordered kaspersky 1 year mobile security on 18th december 2018 by flipkart pay later. While ordering it was mentioned that the product activation code will be sent to my registered mail id within 24hours. Today is 11th january 2019 till now i have not received the activation code and flipkart was sending me mails daily regarding my payment dues (Which i had to pay before 10th december) from the 31st december to january 9th (Which i paid on 9th). I contacted flipkart customer service about this issue but no use. Even today when i checked my orders it's showing delivery will be made by 21st december 2018. Very disappointed with the service.

                  I had bougjt indulekha bringha hair oil.
                  It was mentioned as a new pack improved
                  Formula hair oil. It was delivered today. But unfortunately the seal was broken. Oil was spilling all over. The delivery was in short a disaster. I am deeply disappointed with the service and would like to get the product replaced. Or i would like to get a reimbursement.

                      I made payment of Rs. 16000 for purchase of Nokia 6.1 plus using Flipkart application on 08.01.2019, still after two days there is no confirmation of my order.                         I ordered an nikon en el 4a for that i got an nikon en el4 which is completely different. When i received an product at same time i sent return request they told it will be picked within 3 days and they never called to pickup the product and return was automatically cancelled again u gave the complaint same the result again i tried they said they escalate to technical team they will solve the problem within 9th january i also mentioned i will be available after 6 pm or else i asked for there time that i can be free they called at morning and they are saying that they tried and i didn't response was there mail sent by them. Same thing was happend when i called next time same procedure was applied from flipkart. Please take some action this is my second time experience. Worst service from flipkart

                            I ordered a mobile phone which was delivered on 31st dec and there were two issues with it.
                            1. It was dead on arrival
                            2. Sim tray was missing
                            Flipkart raised my replacement twice. First time they selected the reason "sim tray missing" and added "dead on arrival" in comments section. To which their delivery partners denied the replacement saying that they have only got the reason as sim tray missing but not dead on arrival.
                            Second time they selected the reason "dead on arrival" and added "sim tray missing" in comments section. A technician was assigned who visited to check if the phone is working and confirmed that the phone is dead on arrival. Then their delivery partners again denied the replacement saying that they have only got the reason as dead on arrival but not sim tray missing.

                            Each time they told me that it was due to wrong reason selected, and the right reason to be selected is "multiple reasons", when they don't even have that option in their dropdown. When they don't have that option how can they ask to select it. They don't update their delivery partners about the full information.
                            It's been 11 days since i am continuously on calls and explaining all this story again and again.
                            I just want the replacement, because the phone is dead on arrival and the sim tray is missing. I don't know which reason they want to select. I have told them these reasons again and again.

                              I am trying to make a purchase using flipcart pay later. I have used with Flipkart many times before regularly. I received the message "transaction was declined on the basis of risk checks" (see attached screen shot).
                              Please advise how to clear this, so that I can make payments as before.
                              I wish to make a purchase.

                              I have subsequently received one standard response after another promising this issue will be resolved in 24 hours, 48 hours... It's now 1 weeks later!! Appalling response from customer care. No response from anyone with any sensible information. Just the same standard responses. Seems impossible to get to someone who can resolve the problem. till now i am geeting same error.Flipcart told me that it totally depends on seller.why seller discontinue my pay later payment option.flipcart have noj answer regarding this issue.they only told me that if your problem is not resolved then reply through email.our concern team will contact you.they don't give me the solutions.they only give excuses.after 10 days my issue is not resolved.again and again they only give this same answer.please help me to get out from this issue so that i am able to payment through pay later in fliocart.

                              Now one major problem is that I am not able to pay my due bill of my pay later account. This is the problem of flipcart. If my bill will not paid till 10 th February then penalty will be charged but problem is that I am not able to pay my bill through any prepaid mode that is any debit card or internet banking. What should I do now. I am getting same error message when I want to pay my pay later due bill.

                                this is regarding the package i have recieved from flipkart.
                                i have ordered a trimmer and recieved on time . I have found there is a trimmer in the box is out of order even its data cable is also not worked. It was completly useless for me. Right away i have contacted flipkart and the delivery boy multiple times for replacement but no one head up for that.its became a headache for me. Now as i am recieving calls from flipkart on daily basis saying i have not payed for it but i have already explained to them everything a long back. I have been promised from flipkart as well to got it to replaced soon. I am not understanding why should i pay for the package whiich is not even delivered to me as i have ordered a working brand new trimmer which was never delivered at all. and what about the promises which have been made by flipkart customer care executives to me that they will get it replaced but unfortunately that never happened. I beleive no company making false promises.

                                I am a regular customer of flipkart and for this one incident i have lost my faith in this company.

                                This mail is to intimate you guys finally that stop[ coating me again and again which i have never recieved from your company.

                                  Flipkart says if I do not pay then they will take legal action.how can possible please tell me?How can you do this with your Customers.Today I received a call from FK and said that the account will not be unblocked. Now please do please reply me what should I do??

                                    Actually i ordered a book of ssc junior engineer civil engineering in your website on 9th january 2019my order was successfully placed as i got the message. Next morning i got a call from ur company and one men was talking and he told me that there was a lucky draw for that book which i ordered and i won that lucky draw and he told me that i have the option to choose either 12lakh cash or one expensive car then i chose 12lakh then he asked me to msg my name my bank details ifsc code etc to that number. I know this is fraud so i didnt replied back. Iam giving that number from which that call came-[protected] and when i searched the location it came from bihar. I am really feeling unsafe because my personal details can be seen by anybody and how can these fraudsters use your company to do such crimes. I want you to take serious action on this guy. And how does he know that i ordered that book. This is truly unbelievable. I loved to use your website but after this incident iam little afraid. Waiting for ur reply

                                      I have paid rs1999 for purchase of daffle bag on-04.01.19 vide igafcowwq1
                                      Via sbi net banking. But neither my order has been confirmed nor i have received any message or email in this regard. It is understood that my order has not been placed properly. I have sent several emails to every stage for solution but my efforts are in vain
                                      You are requested kindly to refund the amount paid by me at the earliest, failing which a case will be filed in consumer court as it is purely a harassment of genuine cutomer.

                                      Pls replacement this phone it is defaulted product purchase time 7 days
                                      Aviator sunglass buyed throug seller Dealzzz of flipkart. Cheated me by giving 100 rs toyglass.me and my frnds will never a product from flipcart . Wasted my money and time.if they hav not that product they should say tuly. Iam also writing to consumercoart .i need my money back.
                                      Same thing has happened with me i made payment of Rs 16000/- for Nokia 6.1 plus via SBI debit card on 08.01.2019. 2 days have passed and still not confirmed, my money is blocked. What measures are you taking sir, they have left us with no choice but to file a complaint in Consumer Court.

                                        Flipkart doing fraud - sent me wrong item & blocked my account

                                        Kindly consider this as very serious issue. I have been contacting flipkart, since 23rd nov 2018. No response from flipkart till now!!!

                                        Product - san disk ultra 128 gb microsdxc class 10 1mb/s memory card (Replacement).

                                        Product delivered on 23rd nov 2018.

                                        I received the replacement product on 23rd nov 2018. But, i had ordered for "memory card". The product i received was "pendrive".

                                        Once i called flipkart and raised a complaint, flipkart rejected my complained and blocked my account. Flipkart sends me email that i had high number of returns. But i had infact returned only 3 products.

                                        I see that am not able to login to my account anymore. I tried contacting customer care and spoke to supervisors several times regarding this issue, who gave me fake timelines to resolve issue but all was in vain. Noone contacted back or mailed back to me, instead kept sending automated emails with same content which said that i am not able to login again to flipkart account anymore.

                                        Flipkart has blocked my account without giving any prior information or warning. According to the flipkart policy i can return the product within 30 days if i am not satisfied by the quality of product.
                                        Even if there was any issue with my account rather than closing my return request they could have closed the orders from my account.

                                        Kindly raise a return request for the same and arrange pickup for the same.

                                        Customer raised a complaint stating that customer account has been blocked. We have interacted with the customer and informed that customer request for return can not be initiated due to high number of returns. Hence, closing the complaint from our side.
                                        I brought a woolen cap from flipkart. Then i got a call from a number and he knew all my details and asked about my bank details ... and he abused me.
