[Resolved] Flipkart — hitachi 1.5 ton ac / ac not installed post 2 days of promised date | |||||
I ordered window ac on 13th august which reached to my doorstep on 17th august. On website it was mentioned that on 19th august installation would be complete but now 2 days has gone i. E. I am on 21st august and ac is still lying on the floor. I am amazed by flipkart response where they told that ticket has been raised for this issue and will be resolved by 24th august. Instead pushing the seller to install the ac they pushed the installation date to 24th aug indirectly. I never had such a bad customer exp with flipkart. Was this information helpful? | |||||
