    I have bought Moto e4 it is very bad in use.Wrong description had given like camera quality and all. Many issues I have been facing for 20 days approx. Like Hanging problem, I can't use my phone while charging, people are unable to call me and etc. I want to replace my phone as soon as possible.

      Ref order no - od[protected] nilkamal at home queen size double bed matress worth rs 5999/- on flipkart dated 26 july'17

      The seller has no stock of above matress, and cant deliver by estimated date of 3rd aug'17.
      Flipkart forced seller again on my followup to deliver something, so seller delivered a single bed matress instead of double bed matress. Since cancellation tab is inactive against this product, seller nilkamal at home e services incharge mr chirag (Ph [protected]) himself assured me on 10th aug that he has notified flipkart back end team to refund money to customer.in fact seller mr chirag sent me a seperate email too confirming that he has initiated refund for me via flipkart.

      Now comes the bad part - " flipkart backend team did not wish to process refund at all, 'coz there were 25 people like me who had paid for that model of matress (Whose stock n production is stopped by nilkamal)... Flipkart backend team kept on delaying the resolution date multiple times.. Today is 17th aug'17 but they have not processed refund, in fact asking me to buy any other product on flipkart for that amount of rs 5999/-

      This is the reason why people feel cheated as flipkart has no customer protection plan like amazon/ebay...in my case inspite of multiple refund emails sent by nilkamal to flipkart, flipkart doesnt want to refund my money... Rather pushing me to adjust in some other purchase thru any other seller

        Dear sir,
        I am an ex - indian naval officer, currently working as a security manager in a manufacturing mnc.
        This is to inform you that an off roll employee of flipkart, mr. Ramveer jatav has threatened me of my life (Screenshot attached). He had taken money from me for buying a cellphone for me from flipkart at a special offer but after almost two months when i approached him, he said that he cannot give phone and will not return my money back. When i insisted, he started intimidating me and threatened to get me killed.
        He is working as an off roll employee and he had informed me once that he was involved in fraud of mobile phones wherein he used to make fake email ids and then would buy phones and then click the photograph of empty box with some other item of similar weight and shape and would mail the flipkart that he was cheated and would recieve another handset. He is being traced by mahindra logistics as well where he had again done a fraud and had stolen their laptop as well.
        Since he pretends to be a poor person, so i had once offered him my old cell which had my documents on the gallery and this person has saved those documents, especially of my naval tenure and is misusing them. He is a very dangerous and fraud person and i realised it pretty late. He was threatening me of his maternal uncle as well who is a lawyer in alwar which is ramveer's permanent address.
        This ramveer is nowadays also troubling a female journalist miss. Proyashi barua whose no. He had taken from my old cell that i had given him as a charity entrusting him.
        But now he is severly misusing everything and therefore sir, i request you to please take necessary action against him and save the society from such people.

          As i complaint the item size is not fitted properly and wanted to return the order id od[protected] leana solid men round neck grey t-shirt from 8th august i am trying to return the order but logistic is cancelling just because i don't have price tag which was not provided by seller so should crossed check with same brand i order new same issue price tag was not available with tshirt and then i tried to take refund which was in flipkart policy but customer service excutive vishal from pune i had conversation on 16th august guided they will not refund as replacement i will get so i talk with senior nishant told you will have contact logistic not to flipkart and am ready for self return

          I understand once product is picked up refund processed but from 8 th august daily i'm arranging new return request it all 8 times, just for one product should i have to follow up each and every times...Just my concern is dont cancel my pick by wrong updating customer happy with the product...dont cancel my pick up its confirm by me...
          Flipkart guy may not be aware from where u had purchase the order from logistic or from online shopping...hahaha and i think no call been recorded so they provide whatever details they want
          Now logistic person is saying flipkart is cancelling the return request to whom should i contact now have any concern department...

            This is to inform you that i have ordered apple iphone 6 (Space grey, 32gb) on friday, 11th august, 2017, 8.14 p. M vide order id: od[protected] and made payment of rs. 22, 249 through debit card which was approved by your system. It was displayed that the product will be processed on 13th august but as the same was not done, i called the customer care inquiring the same. They replied that it is the technical issue but i will receive the product on 16th august as mentioned on the site at my shipping address. On tracking the order on 14th august, again i found that there is no progress. On inquiring, the executives said that the product will be delivered as promised. The same was repeated on 15th august. At the end, on 16th august i received the same reply instead of receiving the delivery of product. This was not expected from a platform like flipkart. This was a gift to my dad on his birthday. I have lost all faith and confidence from flipkart. Even i doubt regarding the delivery. No proper response or help is being received from flipkart executives even. I want an instant solution for this problem.

            We have interacted with the customer, apologized for the issue, customer confirmed that the product is been delivered but he havent opened it and will open it tomorrow. apologized for all the trouble and informed feedback taken, hence closing the case.

                I placed an iphone (Space grey, 32gb variant) from flipkart on 11 august 2017. I made the payment and as per the schedule, it was supposed to be processed by 13 august 2017. It's 16 august today and still the app shows that the order has not been processed. Its expected delivery date is 18 august. Its next to impossible to get the package delivered by 18th as the order has not been processed till now.

                Point is, why did they accept my order if they did not had the phones in stock.

                I have been trying to reach the customer care and all they have to say is pls wait till 18 august.

                I would have ordered the phone from amazon the very same day at same price. They even have an option to get the pack delivered in 1 day, that too guaranteed.

                Pls look into the matter and if flipkart is not able to provide me the phone, they should better cancel the order and refund me the amount.

                    I am flipkart customer which means the products i purchase from flipkart ships and delivers my orders within on given date. I ordered a mi max 2 mobile phone vide order no. Od[protected]. I was given a tracking no (Ekart logistics - fmpp[protected]) and was told the delivery will be made today, i. E., 16.08.2017.

                    When i checked the status of shipping and deliver on the flipkart site, i was shocked that the shipment has not reached to my location. So, i called the customer care. They asked me to wait till 7pm and when the shipment was not delivered even by 7pm, i called the customer care again, only to reach a sleepy, lazy executive who was in no mood to look in to the status of the order leave alone apologizing. I dont know how companies like xioami, etc agree to sell their flagship products only and only on sites like flipkart where they cannot keep their commitment and when asked for reasons, give lame excuses. Moreoever, they ship the orders with logistics like ekart which has not contact numbers or addresses so that we can directly speak to them like bluedart or dhl instead of holding the phone on the flipkart customer care for 15-20 mins and then meet some sleepy, lazy executive who hardly care to help customers like us. Its high time, flipkart higher authorities take note of this rather than ignore them and mend their ways.

                          I have bought l'oreal paris x-tenso straight pro keratin in cell shampoo for 327 rps and this a fake product i know the difference because i have using that product from so long.

                          I bought it just to thought authentic and original but i am sure that it is a fake product flip kart nor taking the product back and neither giving my money back.

                            I purchased le2 phone recently and got it delivered today. Following are the issues.

                            1. Phone was received damaged and the matter was immediately reported to flipkart wish master who refused to accept the phone back and advised me to raise the issue through flipkart care since the package was opened.

                            2. Immediately i ordered return on flipkart app, which was immediately rejected in a minute. However i raised the issue through social media with real time photos which was also rejected.

                            3. I doubt the quality of packing as there was no bubble packing was used and if was loosely packed with another parcel.
                            Battery of phone was dead on arrival and i charged it to switch on.

                            4. The phone is so badly damaged that top right corner of screen is totally crushed in small tiny parts. Though phone is switching on and imei no is also matching with the box.

                            5. I called the care around 3 times and tried to escalate the issue but till now no results.
                            6. I m sending you the photos of damaged phone, you are hereby requested to resolve the same.

                              Hi flipkart,

                              I am badly overwhelmed by your service seriously. I have experience from lots of online shopping sites that they check the id proof of target person while delivering a product. But in your case could not find a pre-delivery message either and also i didn't get to know about whoever received my product and it is because of your careless attitude towards your customers.

                                        I have been purchasing from Flipkart from a long time now and I have had both good and bad experiences. Some products have been delivered to me before the promised delivery time and some experience with different products and their returns and refunds. This time I ordered a product on “Fri, 11th Aug 11:46 pm Payment approved” and the delivery date was actually supposed to be “Delivery expected by Mon, Aug 14th '17” and on 14th August I see there is no update on the website and under track order it still shows only Ordered in Green and the rest (Packaged, Shipped & Delivered) in grey and there is no tracking ID yet, so I called the customer care and after a long hold she promised me the new date of delivery as 16th of August instead of 14th of August when asked for the guarantee she promised that the product will be delivered without fail by 16th and also confirmed me of sending the message and updating the same on the website in few minutes about the new delivery date. “Few Minutes lasted until 11:00 PM next day” i.e 15th August when I called the customer care again since there was no update on the website and neither I had received any message. Now the customer care fellows wants to prove me wrong and instead tell that I was promised the date of 16th for the update/new delivery date and 16th itself is not the delivery date, why are this people even recording calls if they just have to ignore what they say and just play around still there is no use of talking to the customer service my delivery status has no update and flipkart.
                                        I am sure the product will not be delivered to me tomorrow aswell. Better to use flipkart for buying products of smaller denominations instead of putting risk in huge investments.

                                        As per the complaint there was a followup made and delivery was arranged for 18th Aug hence case stands resolved.
                                        This is a classic problem with online shopping. Better go to a nearby store and buy what you want. Many a times these online sellers actually do not have the product in stock. They procure the product upon your order and this process delays the delivery further. I have had this experience from both Snapdeal as well as Flipkart. Since then I resort to online only as a last option if the product is not available in the local stores.

                                        Also don't be mislead by the grand sells that occur on this sites. Remember the funda that the cheaper the product older is the stock. I once bough a RAM for just half the price and it was actually manufactured in 2010 and sold in 2017.

                                        16th today no one from flipkart either called nor the product is delivered. Same old spoke to the customer service team now another 2 day extension is taken for an update on product i.e 18th August 2017. I see that same seller is selling the product with a next day delivery to my pin code with little higher price is flipkart doing this coz the product was purchased in offer price? that would be a real cheap trick to attract customers instead its gonna cost you more as people like me would not one stop buying ourself but also block site like flipkart in our companies.

                                        Will wait for a response from flipkart before taking it further.
