Hello, recently i have purchased screen guard with the order id of "od[protected]". However the seller has sent the item which neither covers my mobile screen nor the quality is good. I have lost my hard earned money 300 rs. On this.

Flipkart is playing safe game with keeping such cheat products under non-return category.

What to do in this case??

WTF!! The product is in the packed condition and I haven't installed or used it.

I just measured it with screen and found it's not covering the screen and the screen coverage ratio is below 80%.

You can't simply close the case.

You cheaters.!!! I want my money...

    Today morning,[protected], the courier person has come to deliver the product of lenovo k6 power (Gold, 32 gb) - color: gold, order number is od[protected]. For this all lenovo mobiles exchange offer is there. For this only i ordered this mobile from your website. But the courier person did not receive exchange product from us only bcz of backscreen touch is not working. Can you please let me know why you guys mentioned exchange option for lenovo products. Please confirm if they are ready to exchange lenovo old mobile with this mobile, i am ready to purchase. Otherwise please cancel the product.

      I had purchased yu yunique 2 from flipkart on 17 august with order id od[protected]. The product is not according to the specifications mention. The product has 13 mp back camera and 5 mp front camera but they are working very worst. The quality is very low and pucture quality is very unclear, also they have 2500 mah battery but they give only 2-3 hours backup. I had called flipkart executive many times that i want to return this but they say that it will only replace the product with the new one. I also asked what if the new one also have the same problem, they said that no mam may be this product is faulty and if any problem futher arise we are there for you. And also they said that in first time there is no return option in our policy. So they replace my product with the new one after receiving new yu yunique 2 again the same problem arise also the touch is not working well, i also visited service centre one time, now the company, s senior executive is not talking well with me. And said that now the replacment is done, if you have any problem visit service centre. What is this mehaviour from flipkart, the product is nit what its speicification said why they cant give my money back. I laso have their call recordings.

        Flipkart delivered a faulty product, on 16-aug, from that date i mad a complain but no resolution, they arrange 3-4 times technician visit but every time they cancel the technician visit. Saying that tecnnician visit is nothing but technical assistant over the phone. I am fed up of this service.

        As flipkart i don't have control over seller, as seller is not accepting that request.

        The faulty product is a dell laptop, i contact to dell support they did all the troubleshooting and finally they find laptop is a faulty laptop, have to replace some parts.
        When parts is going to change that mins laptop is a faulty laptop, but flipkart is not giving any response.

          Hello, i had ordered fasttrack watch amounting 2445 /- from flipkart.com. When i received my order then after opening the package, i found some other brand different watch inside the pack. When i was about to create a return request for this product then my return request got rejected. I emailed flipkart's customer care about the same then i got a answer from them that due yo high number of returns in my account, they are closing my account and i il not be able to login into my flipkart account and even not able to retutn the wrong product. This is a sheer disgusting thing i m facing right now. What can i do if i m receiving a wrong watch??? At any cost i want to return this watch and get my money back.

          Please guide me in this and let me know the procedure to take legal action against flipkart asap.

                Aspire cover for mi max 2 that we had ordered does not fit the phone. It is a mismatch for the mobile. This is the second time we got a mismatching piece.

                We request a refund for the cover. Flipkart is sending the same defected cover over and over.
                Grooves of the cover are a mismatch as they do not fit in.

                          Dear sir/mam,
                          I purchased swipe razor volte 8gb tab from flipkart on[protected]. Order id "od[protected]" cod payment mode.
                          And i recieved the product on[protected]. But when i recived the product, both of the sim slots were not working. So i applied for return request for the product replacement as per the return policy terms. After that first time technician visited me on[protected] and said my product will be replaced after his examination. After that no response from flipkart. Then i started calling to flipkart helpline but they said my return request has been cancelled by seller. Then i started calling everday to helpline but their reply was that thier backend team will call me and help about it. But no one contacted me regarding this complaint even they dragged it for 9 days. But everytime they r giving fake promises. But now they r telling me to go service centre instead of replacement. Please help me. Flipkart is cheating. I have all complaint numbers recorded with me.
                          Why should we pay amount for defect product?
                          Why should we go for service centr for new products?

                          Flipkart has to replace as per the 10 days return replacement acceptance.
                          Why flipkart is sending the fake updates of the sellers? I have paid money to flipkart and not to some other sellers.
                          Flipkart is robbing the the innocent people.

                          Whenever i call to helpline they are giving the reasons that due to technical error it is showing as return request has been cancelled automatically on behalf of me. What kind of a non sense reply is this?

                          I want my amount to be refunded or replacement of the product along with some penalty for wasting my time

                                I am nagraj konar, my order no. Od[protected], i ordered redmi
                                Phone on 28aug17 and expecting delivery date was 29aug17 which did not
                                Take place due to heavy rain in mumbai, so i called flipkart call center
                                To know the status of my product, agent ms swarali said that the next
                                Attempt will take place on 2sep, but i wanted the phone today itself on
                                30aug as i will be out of mumbai for a week from 31aug onwards, i do
                                Understand some situation but if i m ready to receive my orders from blue
                                Dart counter as i spoke to bluedart callcenter too but agent felcy asked to
                                Call flipkart again as they required email confirmation and authority from
                                Flipkart to pick up product from counter, well i acknowledge that too and
                                Co operated, again called up flipkart to inform the same do the need full
                                From their end so i can receive my product and now the flipkart agent says
                                They dont have access or any authority to send any email n they cant help
                                Though. Bluedart not ready to release the product and flipkart is not
                                Giving authority, u all guys didnot left any other option to me so i
                                Canceled my order as it was very urgent for me.

                                This is completely ridiculous guys, i can receive my product by showing my
                                Valid documents but i[censored] guys r not helping out n have no co ordination
                                With dispatcher companies than it is really hard for us to trust u all, i
                                Did ordered from u guys previously did not face this problem at all than y
                                Dis time its so hard, i order from amazon myntra abof too never face this
                                Problem nor on calls too they just have quick service solutions n go extra
                                Miles to help costumer if stuck guys.

                                Customers don? T expect you to be perfect. They do expect you to fix things
                                When they go wrong. Your customer doesn? T care how much you know until they

                                I was humiliated and incredibly angered by this behavior. Someone with such
                                Poor people skills and a lack of common courtesy should not work in
                                Customer service. I would like this issue to be addressed immediately. I
                                Would also like a written apology and i want full refund within 3 business
                                Days on same card without any deduction.

                                  I have called many times in flipkart.
                                  The person to whom i have talk is rahul, kavita and pawan. They said your pick up is initiated and it will done asap i clearly told them there was no mrp tag on product when i received then how can i give you the same but the above mention people are saying don't worry they update in system and the pick up boy will not ask this. This is just an embarrassing for me if flipkart doing this to their customer then it will be very shameful. For them

                                    I didnt receive any invoice from flipkart while buying my redmi 3s prime last year in october. Now i am facing problems as the mi service centre is not considering my warranty even after sending them the imie numbers.

                                    Morever your seller has sent me a duplicate data cable. I was in for a shock when i went for changing the data cable as it was not under mi warranty.

                                    Didnt expect such a blunder from flipkart ever!!

Dora ext mahipalpur new delhi. But the corrier is return back to my address i enquire them, the problem is the address is wrong. I want to refund my cash immediately please help me sir the corrier charges also

                                        I have order led tv flipkart and i get delivery 14 august and installed same day, the above led tv terms and conditions days replacement warranty is applicable, after installation problem came on screen, then i contact flipkat kindly replace defective product, flipkart raise technician visit first 26th august committed, but not come again and cal back flikart same day raise technical visit promise date given 29th august 4pm. But not visit, again i contact flipkart not answering final result still. Now i ask flikart customer not given proper information.

                                        As per previous compliant 30-Aug-17, Still not rectified my problem flipkart and no response and messages from flipkart, im not satisfied flipkart service, please kindly solve the problem as soon as possible, yesterday i got message from flipkart date 9-sep-2017 .

                                        The customer says that I ordered television, but defect found in the television. We would like to inform you that refund is request is approved same will reflect into your account after pick up is completed. Hence closing the complaint.
