I am flipkart customer which means the products i purchase from flipkart ships and delivers my orders within on given date. I ordered a mi max 2 mobile phone vide order no. Od[protected]. I was given a tracking no (Ekart logistics - fmpp[protected]) and was told the delivery will be made today, i. E., 16.08.2017.
When i checked the status of shipping and deliver on the flipkart site, i was shocked that the shipment has not reached to my location. So, i called the customer care. They asked me to wait till 7pm and when the shipment was not delivered even by 7pm, i called the customer care again, only to reach a sleepy, lazy executive who was in no mood to look in to the status of the order leave alone apologizing. I dont know how companies like xioami, etc agree to sell their flagship products only and only on sites like flipkart where they cannot keep their commitment and when asked for reasons, give lame excuses. Moreoever, they ship the orders with logistics like ekart which has not contact numbers or addresses so that we can directly speak to them like bluedart or dhl instead of holding the phone on the flipkart customer care for 15-20 mins and then meet some sleepy, lazy executive who hardly care to help customers like us. Its high time, flipkart higher authorities take note of this rather than ignore them and mend their ways.
