I am vikash, i had purchased moto e4 plus on 18th july, 2017, but it have a lot of problem (Hanging issue, heating, camera not working problem, locking system not working properly, unlock phone without pattern & finger print sensor) then i had requested for replacement of it. When i got the new mobile phone it was also have same problem. I called to customer care, they told me visit to service center. I am requesting for refund for this.

Updated by Vikash Panwar Flipkart Customer care called me and saying that we can not accept request your refund, you will have to go to the service center.
I said that when I have got same phone like even after replacement, why should I go service center? I got the phone back just like the first one.
This is requested kindly look into this matter & provide the solution earliest?
