I, Mr. Ravindra Kotian has a complaint against your flipkart online agent Nitin Kumar and Akash Shrivastava.
Actually on December 4, 2018, I received a call from your online agent Nitin Kumar informing me that my son Shubham Kotian has won a cash prize of Rs 12, 40, 148/Tata Safari on purchase of a wrist watch from your Flipkart website. He told us to deposit Rs. 8, 500/- if we want that prize amount, without giving any other information. He even assured us that if we deposit only Rs. 8, 500/- within 2 hours in his account (Akash Shrivastava ) then he will directly transfer the cash prize amount. He called us 3 to 4 times on the same day. However after transfering the deposit amount Rs.8, 500/- the cash prize was not transferred. Then I again called him. He (Nitin Kumar) told us to deposit again Rs.37, 200/-. When I asked him to return our deposit amount, he denied & said that it will take about 45 days. Actually he cheated me and in the evening itself he called me and told to deposit half amount i.e. Rs. 18, 000/- if we are not able to pay Rs.37, 200/- .Now 45 days is over. I called him so many times, but he doesn't even responds to my call.
Sir/Madam, I am from a middle class family and a regular customer of Flipkart, but this is a very strange incident happened to me. Please return my money and take strict action against those two employees. I have proof of Nitin Kumar's ID card of Flipkart, Pan card, Aadhar card, all messages made by him and the receipt of the payment made to him as deposit amount.
I hope you will act as early as possible.
