[Resolved]  Flipkart — i want to cancel an order but i did not got the buffer time after 24 hrs of placing order

Hi,

I ordered a chair from flipkart (Order number - od[protected] on 18th january and it was shown that the product will be delivered to me by 12th feb which was too late for me. Hence i tried to see some other options and got one chair offline. As per the update till yesterday, i saw that the product was not shipped and was planned to be shipped on 29th january. So i dropped an email to customer service team to cancel the order as i was not getting cancellation option. But they shipped the order today (21st january) morning at 9:33 am. And i have been told that this order cannot be cancelled as now it has been shipped.
I don't want this product at all now. It will be helpful if the order can be cancelled or returned.

I was ordered Redmi note 6, and it was delayed for the week,
So I was cancelled the same on that day but till now am not received any refund from them already 3 months are over if I called them they said your refund process ongoing again and again,
And am not sure about what they said,

please resolve the issue
Sir please I need this product it is showing Currently unavailable so please if possible please I'm taking loan to buy this product on zest money so please could you send me one please sir please
