Hello. I couldn't login to Flipkart by mob and email as well. It ask me to try later. If I try to change password verified code is coming but not possible to change password. Not possible to work with account at all. Please check login name: [protected]@gmail.com More then two month problem is there. 9 Jan call to customer care. They was told that on or before 11 Jan it will be solved. But all in same condition and no calls from customer care.

Complaint marked as Resolved I received call from customer team. They ask me to wait 48 hours. Then again call and say that account freezed and again ask to wait 48 hours to resolve problem. Then problem was resolved. Thanks a lot.
P.S. Please do not disconnect yours clients without any message on email prior with the reason of disconnection. Three years there is no issue and suddenly issue appears. Little bit strange. Anyway, thanks a lot for customers support team and for resolving issue!

Updated by Andrii Kukharchuk Last purchase was two POCO mobiles. As I read another massage about "reselling" and blocking account. I can return both of mobiles. one is with me I'm writing massage from this phone and another one with my son he is next room. All boxes and papers with me. We can buy it directly from MI store not an issue.

Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer raised a complaint stating customer account is blocked. We have interacted with the customer and he is now able to log into his account and the account has been unblocked . Hence, closing the complaint from our end.
