I order phone oppo k1 it misrouted in same city they asking to cancel the order i don't want to cancel as the order i buy on offer now if i place fresh order i have to pay more money and less benifits i was hoping if i got my mobile in offer i buy mobile with buy back offer @1 got 90% value back with in 8 months flipper misrouted it now the offer is finished feeling unhapppppy i t. V. To fresh order but now my mind changed never clipart again worst worst service very bad driver totally fed up waste time money everything useless service

    Sir i have order adidas solar boost blue color shoes price is 14999 and my order id is od[protected] i have recived adidas black color solar boost shoes when i raise return for this flipkart block my account after i compland by a call in customer service they says we are unable to take any action becouse your account is block last two weeks i have compland for this they don't take any action they says we are working and then they close my case they don't accept return please help for return my product and my product is on cardless credit emi if you don't accept this product i dont pay for different color product i dont pay this product emi and i also have a in my account 1600 rupay gift voucher nd 50+ flipkart plus coin cardless payment emi 51000 how i pay this ammount my account is block how i pay next months emi when i avoide this they charged 22% of interest i dont understand what will i do please help to resolve this concern and please reactive my account please.

        I paid 1lakh for an acer predator helios laptop that was on sale. When i received the laptop, the seal on the brand box was already opened. So that means, somebody already used the laptop.

        I initiated a replacement on jan 25th. It is now feb 11th and have no heard from retailnet even once. Apparently my phone is 'busy' every time they call. They cancelled my replacement request 6 times already and some of them without even providing a reason. Flipkart says "there is nothing we can do, the seller has all the control". They can not even refund my money.

        Retailnet is just wasting time so i will get fed up and start using the fake product. Flipkart is the most useless site where they have 0 control over how the seller treats the customers. They cant provide a date or resolution. This is the worst experience ever.

        Here is the update. After 20 days on feb 14th 2019, which was yesterday, they sent a replacement laptop. The new replacement Laptop has the EXACT SAME issue as the first one. All the seals were open again. So I have kept both laptops and not returned them till flipkart solves this issue. The new laptop is soooooo dusty it looks like it has been in storage for centuries. This is a flipkart assured product btw which means they apparently do 6 quality checks. Clearly not even 1 quality check has been done.

        On 14th Feb there was a 9th replacement request that was raised. They promised a resolution to the problem by 19th feb which is today. The back end team followed up on the request everyday by calling me and telling me they will resolve it by 19th. However, I have not got a call or email from them today. I am done trying to reach their support team

        The seller's support team does not work weekends apparently!! How on earth are they in e-commerce and do not work on weekends is anybody's guess. That is the amount of power a seller has over flipkart. They can do anything and get away with it.

          Last few days my account not opening. I used my old username and password. But it was not opening.

          Then i used forgot button and then received code.

          Entered the code successfully.
          After that it was asking please set a new password.

          Then i entered new password. But it was showing "unable to update new password please retry".

          That is the problem i am facing so please solve my problem as soon as possible.

          I already attached the screenshot also what i am facing.

            asus zenfone max m2 .
            i ordered Asus max m2 smartphone during their omg days sale ... they confirmed the order but after the shipment, they cancelled the order before delivery without any notification. the Flipkart made the reason that the product is out of stock now at the discounted price on which i ordered, they advised me to order again on higher price. how the product was available on higher price if the product became out of stock during delivery . if the product was out of stock why they confirmed my order and why they kept selling it . why they kept selling the product when they did not have it on their stock .
            when i contacted to Flipkart, they block my Flipkart account, and my number to stop me to write a complaint on consumer forum against the Flipkart .

              Sir my flipkart account was deactivated because i have requested them to verify the mobile which i have received having original charger or not the straightaway deactivated my account without giving any resolution and i have gift voucher on that account also and 65 flipkart plus point.                 Dear Cunsumer Forum,

                Please look in this Flipkart trying to play smart game with me when I complaint regarding my quiry that time they reply on mail Flipkart seller will honor the difference amount.(In Chain mail).

                Kindly once go through my Problem... Flipkart seller cancelled my order without taking my permission Order ID OD[protected] if Flipkart sellers are totally not responsible then this is Flipkart Duty to full fill E-commerce Business Guidelines.
                I paid full payment then also Flipkart not delivered the Item at my place and Flipkart Seller Cancelled my order...how can?
                Who will paid for this loss...I m loosing 5 K more for same item currently.

                I am totally Unable to understand Flipkart way of Calculation, Can I know what is the Mean of NO COST EMI ???

                Because there I am paying Extra amount on EMI conversation for below mentioned Order.
                Old order-OD[protected] EMI- 3414 for 12 months Means at the End total amount payable is Rs.40, 968/-
                New Order-OD[protected] EMI- 3583 for 12 months Means at the End total amount payable is Rs.42, 996/-

                Difference amount - Rs.1874/- (As per Flipkart Calculation).
                Difference amount - Rs.2028/- (As per my Calculation).
                The product which I purchased is available on 37, 000/- at the time of Offer but Now it's available on 40, 000/- So according to me there is 3, 000/- Difference and SBI Card payment offer which is 1750/-
                In this new order I lost my SBI Card payment offer which is Rs.1750/-
                So according to me there is short fall of Rs.154/- & SBI Card payment offer which is Rs.1750/-
                Total amount I lost in this new order is Rs.1904/- which is Flipkart have to pay me.

                At the time of this order OD[protected] there is SBI Card offers Rs.1750/-off. available & Not cost EMI also available.

                Due to cancelled this Order by Flipkart seller i loose Rs.1750/- of SBI Card offer by Flipkart.

                But now Flipkart taken a you turn and telling order OD[protected]
                done by credit card no cost EMI was not applied, Answer from Flipkart.(Screen short attached at the time of transaction process from Flipkart website during his Offer period last month in Jan 2019 and I have msg confirmation also from SBI Bank my transaction under EMI Process and decline from Flipkart).

                Now Flipkart not giving me SBI Card offer (Rs.1750 & EMI Differences Rs.154 Total Amt Rs.1904/- )

                Dear Consumer Forum...Need your help First order OD[protected] which I booked there all offers are available but due to Flipkart seller cancelled my order without taking my permission or concern this is fraud in E-commerce Business Guidelines.

                Kindly logged my complain Shere me Reff No. Please look in this matter on urgent basis!!!

                      In flipkart, i had ordered one adidas shoes (Od[protected] on 10th of feb'19 and paid for it through net banking. I received only shipment msgs saying another msg will be recieved from the wishmaster. But no such messages came and on 13th feb'19 the status of my order was "delivered". I have no clue who came for delivery and to whom/where he delivered. I have raised the complaint on the same day and i received a reply saying the issue will be resolved by 20th feb which is too long. Now the product is out of stock and price has also changed. This is the first time that i did prepayment and the experience is this. Pls look in to this issue asap and give me refund/product..

                          1) reference number m - flipkart internet pr, p, 13, 0000331 (Ref#09999999980212002143024)
                          2) dated 12/02/2019.
                          3) credit card number: 552365*2446.

                          Similar incident has happend to me recently. Kindly inform reason for deduction. I am attaching screenshot of the credit card bill summary. My email id : [protected]@gmail.com

                            Dear Cunsumer Forum,

                            Please look in this Flipkart trying to play smart game with me when I complaint regarding my quiry that time they reply on mail Flipkart seller will honor the difference amount.(In Chain mail).

                            Kindly once go through my Problem... Flipkart seller cancelled my order without taking my permission Order ID OD[protected] if Flipkart sellers are totally not responsible then this is Flipkart Duty to full fill E-commerce Business Guidelines.
                            I paid full payment then also Flipkart not delivered the Item at my place and Flipkart Seller Cancelled my order...how can?
                            Who will paid for this loss...I m loosing 5 K more for same item currently.

                            I am totally Unable to understand Flipkart way of Calculation, Can I know what is the Mean of NO COST EMI ???

                            Because there I am paying Extra amount on EMI conversation for below mentioned Order.
                            Old order-OD[protected] EMI- 3414 for 12 months Means at the End total amount payable is Rs.40, 968/-
                            New Order-OD[protected] EMI- 3583 for 12 months Means at the End total amount payable is Rs.42, 996/-

                            Difference amount - Rs.1874/- (As per Flipkart Calculation).
                            Difference amount - Rs.2028/- (As per my Calculation).
                            The product which I purchased is available on 37, 000/- at the time of Offer but Now it's available on 40, 000/- So according to me there is 3, 000/- Difference and SBI Card payment offer which is 1750/-
                            In this new order I lost my SBI Card payment offer which is Rs.1750/-
                            So according to me there is short fall of Rs.154/- & SBI Card payment offer which is Rs.1750/-
                            Total amount I lost in this new order is Rs.1904/- which is Flipkart have to pay me.

                            At the time of this order OD[protected] there is SBI Card offers Rs.1750/-off. available & Not cost EMI also available.

                            Due to cancelled this Order by Flipkart seller i loose Rs.1750/- of SBI Card offer by Flipkart.

                            But now Flipkart taken a you turn and telling order OD[protected]

                              I ordered puma bmw ms drift shoe from flipkart and i was out for delivery. They contacted me saying it will be delivered soon, but all of sudden i received message that the order has been canceled. I want to know, when i am ready to receive the order then why flipkart canceled it. Now the price of amount has increased and flipkart is asking me place the order once again with increased amount.

                                  I ordered a product on 8-2-19 & it was supposed to be delivered on 12-2-19. On 12th, the product status changed to 'misrouted' & it wasn't delivered to me. When i contacted flipkart, they said that product was shipped to another city & can not be delivered. They asked me to cancel the order & place a new one. Now price is increased from 2000/- to 4900/- and they wouldn't let me order at 2000/-. I'm a student and 4.9k is very big hassle for me. So please help me.

                                    Hello, i have purchased gionee m7 phone, there was issue with the connectivity, people were not able to connect me, frequent call disconnection, wifi issue, and screen hanging. I have audio recording proof of issue of audio. Also i have message from flipkart saying they were not able to connect multiple times. I am extremely unhappy this time, i have purchased 4 phones earlier, never had any issues, this time for a genuine issue i am struggling. Easy return policy is not helping me at all. I will fight legally if not i don't get a resolution. Also will signoff from flipkart permanently as i am totally disappointed.

                                        He reports that area is out of delivery Pincode mismatch

                                        On same adresss my other product was delivered by same person
