    I have placed an order for women shape wear but i have cancelled the product order yesterday and i have received a message that the shipment was cancelled and the amount will be refunded in 2 hours but the product was delivered to my security guard yesterday without even calling me so today (30/01/2019) i did an online chat with 2 agents who are not helpful so spoke to an agent who is just repeating himself that the product is non returnable so he escalated the chat to aditya who was very rude and had told me the product is non returnable and asked me to raise a complaint about this

      I ordered intex indie 5 mobilr when i got mobile i found it's touch not working properly.. I requiest replacnent accornding to policy.. But flipkart rejet it.. I reqieat 4 time nd flipcart reject again nd again.. Flipcart send technician 1 time.. His technician check mobile. Nd found its touch not working but he said to flipcart that touch wotking well... But touch not working.. It work after 2-3 time touch... His technician was cheap.. Nd he sand same technician again nd again... Whrn i request for other technician fkipcart said no other technician there. Flipcart wasting my 10 day replacement policy... Thre is problem in touch but flipcart not accept my reolacement... Aafter 10 day what i do.. Flipcart makes people fool with cheap product quality nd not support the costmer...

          I ordered a book (Works of bikash bhattacharjee close to events by manasij majumder) from flipkart which was sold by the new book corner a seller. The delivery date was 18th january 2019 and they sent me the wrong book (Objective question electrical engineering) so i contacted customer support of flipkart and they told me it will be replaced by the next buiness day and this went on for 4 days and then they finally cancelled stating could not be delivered due to unforeseen circumstances. Everyday the product was available but the price had been increased and i would get the text of out for delivery afterthat they cancelled my order on 26th january 2019. They raised an escalation when i contacted multiple times and explained this is happening the second time but they assured me this time we will deliver the product. They made me wait for 6 days again they sent me wrong book this time they sent me geography book by masjid hussain. And i didn't get refund.

                Today Flipkart customers care executive call me around 7:30pm from No-[protected] over my issues she don't want to resolve my issues honestly and she telling visit Infinix authorized service center . I am asking why should I go to service center even I was escalated my issue within Flipkart under replacement policy. If i want go means I need one day leave. Why should I go I am clearly telling to flipkart I will not go Infinix authorized service center. I was escalated my issues within under replacement policy. If Flipkart want resolve my issues honestly then Flipkart only arrange someone to take my Mobile then where you want what you want how you resolve all you can do then Flipkart want to rectify after that my mobile if issue rectify then return me. She want any prof so that I am attached video clip so please see all flipkart customers executive that video and take necessary action .
                Please see the below given details and your written as per details no one came to me resolve the issue without your written below given words. Flipkart Not worked honestly on my issue hats why still today pending so that i am requesting you resolve my issue as soon as possible.
                I am escalate my issue from binging from when i received delivery from your arranged wish master and also I rises my issues that under your return policy.                   My account is blocked by flipkart. They are saying it's because i have returned too many products. One, there is no policy for the same. Second, i have not even returned that many products. I can not keep something faulty, of course, i will return. Third, flipkart should sue their seller for sending such items rather than harassing the customer.
                  Now i need the invoice of my mobile that i bought from them, but they are not co-operating.
                  Since 2014, i was using flipkart and i placed more than 100 orders (Without returns).

                  Several time i tried to contact customer support but they are saying same thing that "i have returned too many product".

Now the amount has been deducted from my bank but no order shows up on flipkart.                             I have ordered redmi note 5 pro from flipkart and the seller is truenet commerce. After receiving i have been using the mobile for 3 months and suddenly it got switched off while using and not able to turn on again. Then i took it to mi service centre located in guduvanchery chennai, after checking the mobile they said that the mobile was already opened somewhere else. But i never given this mobile this to anywhere and this is my first probelm and i am going directly to mi service centre.. Then i have complained to mi customer care they have no option to accept this issue and i complained in flipkart now they are telling like we will check with seller.. I thought the seller is responsible for this issue. So please check the seller truenet commerce.. I can see lot of complaints against this seller but flipkart gave them for 4.9 ratings. Even this is flipkart assured product no one is ready to accept this problem. Kindly take action on this..

                                The invoice sent by filpkart & the product serial number mismatches, invoice is dated on my purchase date, where as the product (With serial no) after apple care check says was brought 4 months before i originally bought from flipkart,

                                The seller is none other than flipkart itself,

                                I have sent a request to customer care, have got a reply back saying they will revert in 48hrs, and nothing happened after days and days,

                                    Due to seal broken and slightly bent in sim tray i raised replacement request
                                    I waited 8 days to be shipped atlast its cancelled by seller
                                    And again i raised the request
                                    I dont trust the seller check his rating its 2.9
                                    He is a cheater
                                    He planned to drag this case till the return period over
                                    Pls better refund me and pickup the product
                                    Also tell me the seller address i planned to raise a legal case against him

                                      दिनांक 25/01/2019को अभिषेक मंडल जो online shopping costumer care what's aap no [protected]पर था उसने बताया गया कि आँन लाईन लककी ड्रा चल रहा है आप प्रथम विजेता है आप की सफारी कार निकली है चाहे तो आप कार ले लो या नगद 1280000 ले लो इस के लिए आप को रजिस्ट्रेशन कराले जिसके लिए 6000 रुपये अकाउंट से या डेबिट कार्ड से देने होगे इसके बाद ये नंबर काट दिया दूसरे नंबर [protected] से बात करने लगा उसने कहा कि अपना आधार व डेबिट कार्ड आगे पीछे का भाग online shopping costumer care के what's aap नंबर पर भेजे और इस तरह मुझसे मांग ली इसके बाद otp मांग ली गई जब तीन बार में 18136रूपेय निकल गये जब मैने विरोध किया तो कहने लगा कंपनी की गलती के कारण रुपये निकल गये हैं दो तीन दिन में वापस आ जायेगे और लककी ड्रा के नगद रुपये आप के अकाउंट में जमा हो जायेगे इस तरह आज दिनांक 28/01/2019 तक मेरे रुपये अकाउंट में नहीं आये मैने आज भी पूछा तो कुछ नहीं बताया बार बार पर मोबाइल नंबर को काट देते है कुछ prof images भेज रहा हूँ कृपया मेरे रुपये वापिस करने तथा उचित कार्यवाही करने की कृपा करे।

                                        Please inform us the day before delivery. It's been two times since i suffered due to this. Products use to come early than the estimated time given, and i'm glad with ur services but since i'm a student and i have to attend my classes due to which i can't respond to the call of the delivery person. I got information of the delivery just 2 hours before the delivery which i couldn't see cause my mobile was in a silent mode. I[censored] please inform us day before the delivery we can be prepared with it please try to inform us early.
