I order a Lenovo laptop from Flipkart on 24th December which costed around Rs.28, 990. So, I decided to pay the amount partially by credit card and partially by Flipkart gift card where the amount is stored in the Flipkart's wallet as liquid money. The order (Order No: OD[protected] got confirmed with payments by both means, but the order got canceled on the next day. I was refunded my money back immediately.

I bought Samsung A9 128 GB 8 GB RAM phone from Flipkart on no cost EMI bases EMI for 9 months. What Flipkart did to me is worse that offer was not applied by them now my credit card statement showing full amount of RS. 39990 that I have to pay in one go else I have to pay interest if I will convert them into EMI. And they have that so called policy of 10 days now since the statement come after 10 days I cannot return that phone and it left...

Such a hopeless company that they won't keep up the delivery promised dates...

I have ordered mi led tv 32 inch with 3 star power saving specifications. But received a tv with unknown description in the website. There is no mi led tv with 2 stars. I have requested for replacement but flipkart is rejecting my request. Kindly help me to solve the issue. This is completely cheating. There is no 2 star mi led tv 32 inch but they given 2 star tv. The call back repeatedly goes to the mobile number which does not exist. I cant update new number because the otp goes to the old number again....
