I had ordered the product on 04/09/2019 where in i had a promised date of the next day but it was delayed and again promised to deliver today the 09/09/2019 but not yet received and again delayed by tomorrow. Very disappointed also have files a lawsuit against the company on consumer court where in you have to face the consequences dealing with the law so please do call me so i can take this issue further. Thank you.

I am using Flipkart late 6 months but right now im getting a big issue and already given complaint many times but nobody taking seriously very bad service of flipkart paylater

i have order using flipkart pay later but i have recieved on Rs.928 amount
now i got statement of 1043
I ordered 2 books which was to be delivered by 31st August but today is 3rd September and non of them are delivered.

response one lady flipkart customer care babita disconnect my call.please resolve my issue as soon as posible
I have ordered maybelline fit me foundation but i got a fake product.i want to return it.plaese i kindly request you to help me for returning this product and to get original one.

    Detail of issue: i had a failed transaction on jan 30, 2019 for which amount was debited from my credit card after inputting the otp.
    I raised the issue with both flipkart and icici, issue was resolved within 20days and my failed transaction amount was credited back to me on feb 24.
    Again on july 26th the same amount was deducted from my card for jan 30 failed transaction.
    After contacting icici, i raised a complaint with flipkart with incident number

    I had shared all the information regarding the issue like bank statement, credit card number but without resolving the issue they've closed it and they've not even informed me.

    Please look into the issue and resolve the issue asap.

      I used flipkart pre paid feature to purchase a number of grocery items for myself a while ago now last date of payment is coming closer but I am unable to access my account, I am not even able to contact customer care.

      I dont understand whats wrong, I wanna pay the amount but I cant find any way to pay it. Flipkart keeps adding penalty to my account I dont wanna pay that penalty because its not my fault, I have been trying to log into my account for more than 2 weeks now and I even contacted their customer service person and they still did not help me.

        Dear all,
        I am unable to login in my flipkart account and i don't even know the reason for this. Today i switched to a new mobile from my older device and i then tried to login in flipkart app but it shows unable to login please try after some time and i am trying it since last 5-6 hrs but still unable to login. I even tried it in the browser as well. I haven't received any kind of mail regarding my account as well. I think i am logging in flipkart account after a long time (3-4 months of gap). So please look into the matter and resolve asap.

After lodging the request With flipkart they are not helping with all this things as i have to leave the country which was mentioned to flipkart supervisor team and its urgent to get replaced .               Thomson smart Tv b9 pro 43 incb. Is under warranty as informed and mentioned on it's exclusive seller Flipkart.

              Thomson's customer care is joke as well as the product turned off within 3 months.

              Flipkart is promoting Thomson but cheating customers. Fake promotion of guarantee when there is no customer care.
              I ordered one acer aspire 5750z battery but they sent some other series which is not compatible with my laptop. I want to return that product. I am trying from last one week but company is not providing any solution. Kindly help me to return that product as soon as possible.

                This thing is happening from last 6 months.
                If you can not deliver the product at the address then don't charge delivery charge.

                  On 30th july i booked a powerbank on 1sep they blocked me saying that the product is not available. I called customers care they promise me to reactivate my account on/before 3 sep.. Till now i cannot login my account.. I got mail from flipkart "we'd like to let you know that your recent order (Od[protected] has been cancelled as our systems have observed a trend in your purchase history that suggests that the items you've purchased are usually not intended for personal use. This would also mean that you will no longer be able to login to your flipkart account."
                  What should i do.. I have flipkart balance in it please help me. It would be great help... I will be thankful to you if you help me to reactivate my account

                      As you have mentioned that seller had confirmed with delivery partners product was being intact.

                      Look either you can refund, replace the product

                        I placed order of mobile for my friend's son on flipkart, i placed the same order three time and the payment was also debited from credit card, but without any reason it was canceled by the seller. Flipkart block my account saying that i am not buying this for personal use. I mailed him many time that i ordered all type of things for my group friends and relatives but they are not checking the reality and giving the same reply. Please take strict action and active my account.

                          I accumulated flipkart plus points from my purchases, and i redeemed altbalaji 1 year subscription coupon code. When i tried that code in their website it said invalid code in my mobile and laptop, and i contacted flipkart to notify the error, they said they'll resolve the issue and they said they'll call to my registered mobile number within 2-3 days, i informed them i'm living in uae and i told them i can't answer the call because of roaming charges and i told them to call my uae number, but they called me again and again in my india number and they told i'm not answering the call in my uae number when i didn't received any call in my uae number.

                          I contacted them again to solve the problem, but they started to say i can only avail that subscription if i live in india. I told them two of my friends using the same subscription in my accommodation while sharing the same wi-fi. And they said they'll escalate the issue to technical team, but still no hope.

                              We have received the order on saturday morning dt. 7.9.2019, after giving the delivery the boy stolen my husband shoes. I have noticed in the cctv camera when we are not able to find the shoes.
                              This is really scary because we believe the fliftcart, and think the boys come for delivery they are under abservation of fliftcart and we can believe easily.
                              If this happens a question raises weather online purchase is safe or not because the delivery boys may be dangerous to the life and property o[censored]s.
                              This issue made us to think twise for next purchase.

I called 70-75 times and wasted approx 25-30hrs on it but no issue ressloved just they say to wait 24-48 hrs always. It is a scam by flipkart to steal money from customers.                                   I have been trying to make a purchase using debit and credit cards o[censored]nion bank of india and hdfc bank. These cards i have used with flipkart many times before and am using with other vendors (Eg amazon) regularly. I received the message "transaction was declined on the basis of risk checks". This problem does not arise when i use the same cards on a different flipkart account. I do not wish to switch accounts as i have considerably high number of supercoins in that account.
                                  Please advise how to clear this, so that i can make payments as before.
                                  I wish to make a purchase. I tried contacting their customer care and i have subsequently received one standard response after another promising this issue will be resolved in 24 hours, 48 hours... It's now 1 month later!! Appalling response from customer care. No response from anyone with any sensible information. Just the same standard responses. Seems impossible to get to someone who can resolve the problem. Does flipkart want customers???

                                    My flipkart account has been deactivate by saying that i have purchased many products under same category. If i have purchased many mobiles. Whats wrong with that.in my area many people dnt knw to order from online so they insist me to buy mobile for them. I have 2000 amount as gift cards in my accouny which i cant use because of login error. Also i have many coins ready to reedem now. Almost 5000 of amount has been locked into this account. Earlier also when i was about to reedem my coin for gift card from another flipkart account they locked my account. When they are not allowing us to use such coins then whats the use of giving plus title to us.

                                      I wanna give u zero rate as per you didn't send my parcel on expected time, ur service too bad delivery boy didn't make me any calls or he didn't come to my doorsteps having said that what your messages coming on my phone that ur parcel undelivered today because you didn't make any contact with us and it was a big lie your delivery boy didn't try to make any contact with me it's very hassle full i hope guys you read my comments really fully time waste app i'm w8ting for my parcel for 2w.

                                        Already i contact with flipkart care about can not access game zone. They said i used different account in same ip, so they blocked game zone also i have a question, in same ip i can't access different accounts for game zone but how they accept orders through same ip used by different accounts?

                                        There was no fraudant activity and this is a great excuse to close the complaint no issue I will move to amzon from now on and let othe friends and collegue know that not use cheap flipkart
