This is 2nd time same thing is happening with flipkart seller.
I ordered cetaphil moisturizing cream, a pack of 2, instead i got delivered only pack of 1, i enquired and filed a complaint for resolution to flipkart customer care but no proper solution provided and customer service reply was they can't do anything about it as seller said that he had sent complete order. As i spoke with customer care, there's no accountability of the fraud from either side, seller or flipkart, no proper management of resolution of problems and complaints like this.. I am hoping to get my complaint resolved asap.

    Hi,
    I have purchased a product in Flipkart with the price of 524 when there is an offer at sep 14th 2019, when I purchase product the date of delivery is 16th of sep.But the delivery is not happened.I have raised a complaint on the issue and they have ask time for 2days .Finally the wait is extended to 26th Sep 2019 which means 12days, and on 26th they have cancelled the ordered product with out my acceptance of the cancellation.

      I purchased the TV on 27th November 2018. it stopped working on 16th august for which the technician visited and requested the brand for replacement as the panel was not working. the replacement date was 17th september 2019 and i received a mail for customer id. i replied with by uploading my id. however i received a mail saying the details of the customer and the id didnt match, so i immediately replied by uploading my mother's id as the tv was purchased on her id. since i had no update regarding anything until i called on 25th September 2019 and i was informed that the replacement has been rejected. now noone either from jeeves customer support or from flipkart customer support is helping me with it and both customer supports are asking to call here and there by transfering the responsibility to each other. i have spent more than 4 hours on call talking to these executives but my problem remains unresolved at the bottom.

        I've ordered hp laptop from flipkart which was delivered on 9th sept. I got a faulty product. When raised return/replace for the product they took a whole month to process the request, and replaced it on 26th sept. The new product what is replaced is also having same defect (There is shadow of keyboard on the display screen). They dont respond on customer care numbers, nor on chat support. This is the worst nightmare faced with flipkart.

        I am not able to play Flipkart Games via Flipkart app. When I try to enter, it shows that "Something's wrong here We encourage fair play in line with our terms and conditions".           I ordered one his motherboard from flipkart. Order number od[protected]. After unboxing i found a used motherboard. It was full dirty. After installation it neither detect mouse nor the keyboard. So i called flipkart first for refund. They told this product is not returnable but there is 3 years warranty. So i should contact service center. I followed that. But to my surprise there is no service center of his. They are picking call once after 100 call. Asking to send the board to some unknown address of mumbai. It is all fradulent & nothing else. Flipkart should register genuine products after verification. Can flipkart give me in retun guarantee of repair & return of product if sent to mumbai? Else refund my money.

          I ordered 5 phones for my different friend which they are lived in different places and now Flipkart blocked my account and say that i resell the product.how can do this when i am reaching the point which give me Flipkart coupon

              I have purchased adda slippers from flipkart (https://www.flipkart.com/adda-slippers/p/itm17fd1f429c217?pid=SFFF5BEJUSXGAGUD&... through order id# od[protected] dated[protected]. After wearing such slippers for one day, second day they have been damaged.

              I sent request for replacement to flipkart. Flipkart had accepted my request of this. Today the person from flipkart came and told these slippers can't be replaced, as these are damaged and used.

              I couldn't understand why he was saying such fake term. If i purchase this from any local vendor, he has to replace this, as it has broken due to poor quality and 30 days replacement warranty was showing in the product.

              This is really horrible that flipkart is not availing warranty. I purchased this for my daughter and i am really mentally shocked due to such behaviour of flipkart.

              My complaints are:
              1. I received poor quality product, which was not shown on flipkart.
              2. Flipkart is not strict on its warranty feature, seems fake warranty is showing on its website.
              3. Even after replacement has been accepted on website, flipkart didn't replace.
              4. I am unable to use product given by flipkart, even after making payment.
              5. Flipkart is making money by selling such cheap products on higher prices.
              6. Flipkart has cheated me.

              Now my order has changed automatically. It is cancelled and saying //Your request for cancellation of replace is in progress.// however, I didn't request for cancellation. It has been changed by the flipkart. Which is really surprising that any one can modify my orders. What is the security of my account?

              This also shows that flipkart admins are using their power for modifying orders of their customers without knowing them, which is unauthorized and unfair at any case.

              Still I am waiting for the replacement. However, one more strange action has been taken by someone from flipkart that my return request is cancelled by some one. Can you imagine, I am with faulty item for last many days and flipkart is not taking any action.

              I am depressed with such poor support. Again requesting to not to call over phone, whatever action you want to take send through email.

                  I puchased a 73k laptop from flipkart.
                  I received my laptop with screen defects, there is a wired light voming from top of display. Flipkart has a policy of replacement under 10 days, i filed a replacement on the same say i opened the product. Since then it has been 15-20 days and they have denied my replacement request twice. I am moving out to london for my masters for which i ordered this laptop as it is a technical course and i have my flight on 29th morning.
                  I have been calling them day and night stating my situation and emergency still there is an extremely bad and delayed service and response from there end and they are still not able to replace it.
                  I have paid 73k prepaid for a defective product and still they are not helping me with the replacement.
                  Please look into this and help me.

                      I received a bad condition box (Not properly sealed or opened earlier than received to me) of the product,, and i am not open this on this condition..                         Dear sir,

                        I bought a phone vivo z1x mobile by delivering company flipkart via e-kart. I got few problems in this deal, which are as follows:-

                        1. As payment mode of my order was cod but the delivery man didnt have pus machine. Which caused a me a severe loss as i thought to pay by credit card.

                        2. I had booked the phone on exchange offer however on payment time the delivery guy declined to take old phone. Which caused me again financial loss of 2000rs.

                        3. After the booking of phone when i did a little bit inquiry on e-kart helpline no, their behavior was rude. Again the delivery guy was drunk.

                        These all caused me too much inconvenience.
                        So kindly view over this.

                          1. Purchased flipkart branded perfect homes solid wood sheesham bed on 19th october 2018 with order id od[protected]
                          2. Headboard started bending and cracked within 9 months and became unusable, eventually sent email to flipkart with photos on 16 aug 2019
                          3. Flipkart gladly accepted the issue and agreed for replacement on 19 aug 2019

                          Now starts the horrific story which has no end it so far (Today 26 september 2019)
                          4. Before replacement pickup took 15 days to pick up the product….
                          5. Replacement was finally delivered with 7 sep 2019 (After 20 days of repeated follow-up with their packing, pickup and logistics team), which is used and damaged product.. Until today 26sep neither i can use the cot, not i could replace neither i could refund…
                          6. I called them almost every day to follow-up the replacement to be installed, there customer care executive will talk nicely saying and a new issue is erupted, flipkart order system does not show the product is delivered
                          7. Actually replacement product (Used and damaged) was delivered on 7th sep. Since the system is not showing the delivered status, i am being taken for ride until today 26 th sep 2019..
                          8. Though this is an flipkart owned brand, there is no ownership from flipkart as the executives always say need to check with seller.. I thought flipkart branded products are their responsibility looks like no.
                          9. Everyday i get an followup call with false promises that my issues is escalated, working on priority and will be closed in next 24 hours… mnay many such calls and 24hrs passed.. With no sight of relief

                          Lastly i am writing this email to check if this issue can have a logical end et all… if not i am going to throw the product to trash and buy from local store………………….

                            I ordered a lenovo ideapad 130 apu quad core a6 7th generation laptop from flipkart. When i opened tht i faced some issues with that and next day i raised a return request, the flipkart accepted the return request and arranged the pickup from delhivery courier partner. But the delhivery courier partner is unavailable at my area so the delhivery courier company could not pickup my product. While i got this laptop by ecom express courier partner. Flipkart is not arranging my pickup with another courier company. Flipkart should arrange my pickup by ecom express courier partner then my pickup would be completed. Icomplained for this concern to flipkart escallation team and social media team, 8 days have gone but didnt get any resolution from them.

                              So please take a look on the product that is been delivered as it is spoiling your brand name and people will not keep trust when buying the product..                                 I booked and paid through debit card for realme 5 pro smartphone on flipkart on 11.09.2019. The commited delivery date was 18.09.2019 but order was not delivered. I talk to one of the executives of flipkart he assured me that your order will be delivered before 25.09.2019 but order still not delivered. Then i called customer care services for further help and asked him to connect me with your high officials he hold my call for almost 40 minutes and hanged up. They dont even told me status of oeder.

                                  I am not able to play games of flipkart gamezone. It is showing an error i. E. We encourage fair play in line with our terms and conditions. I had called many times to the cc but they only said that there is no problem u can uninstall the app and again login, u will able to use after it. Even customer care is not giving proper response.                                     Already i contact with flipkart care about can not access game zone. They said i used different account in same ip, so they blocked game zone. After 2 or 3 days it will be work again. But till dated it does not work. Also i have a question, in same ip i can't access different accounts for game zone but how they accept orders through same ip used by different accounts?

When i am ordering one phone from flipkart.. Order was places and after some time order had been cancelled from flipkart end... First they cancelled my order. After compliant this same that they blocked my account... When i had called in flipkart they ask me you are not able to login your flipkart in future due to lots of orders cancelled... There are my all details like personal. My all credit and debit card detail on flipkart server.. And my lots of flipkart points are there on flipkart id. Why i am not use my account... And if any fraud would be happen in future who will responsible. Please allow me to login my flipkart account

                                      what is mean of trend in your purchase history.this is shopping site and no any limitation for shopping .what a excuse same of flipkart.my all family relative use one flipkart account .when those items are usually not intended for personal use then why flipkart receive my order and then why flipkart not gave me notification that it product is not for personal use.

                                        I am writing to you to raise an issueabout: phones and accessories

                                        The issue that i have experienced was:

                                        My name is faizan.

                                        Technician (Sirajuddin) visit has been done after a very long time of follow up.

                                        I have clearly told your technician regarding the issues i am facing from this product. Hope same has been conveyed to you.

                                        1. I am really not happy with the camera clarity.
                                        2. I am facing the battery draining issue.
                                        3. Often my phone gets hanged whenever i am multitasking.
                                        4. It takes very long time to charge my phone though it's a turbo charge.
                                        5. Over all performance is pathetic not worth paying 20k

                                        So i think this problems cannot be resolved by troubleshooting. So kindly accept my request of replacement.

                                        Please find the attached screenshots for your better understanding/reference.

                                        I have few questions/complaints hope you will answer & i think you are responsible to answer and sort out this issue soonest.

                                        1. I has raised the request for replacement and technician visit on 7th of march 2019. Why you people never tried to work on the ticket past 50+ days?

                                        2. I have given a request for almost 6 times. Therefore why your 1st five technician has not visited to my place? Even before getting in touch with me they have closed the ticket by commenting (Issue resolved by troubleshooting) why???

                                        3. Will it really take more than 2 months to send an technician to check?

                                        4. Is it your company is trustworthy if you guys are making fool for a customer?

                                        @mr. Satish. Take whatever necessary action you want to against your technicians.

                                        I want the replacement or refund as soon as possible.
