Oppo reno2 ordered on 12th september 2019 with emi option and promised delivery on 21st september 2019. Order status never changed since then, raised an complain on 22nd, 23rd and 25th september. No update from flipkart they keep saying backend team is working on it and no other update.

When i asked for a full refund including the interest of emi as they did not deliver the product. They are asking me to pay the intrest even if the order gets cancelled.

    I had made a purchased for mentioned tv on 14th sep '19, the delivery of the product was received on 16th sep'19 and the installation was also done the same day, during the demo it was figured out that the tv have some spots in it on the screen from inside hence the installation guy immediately escalated the same and requested for a return and replacement, the uninstallation of the tv also happened on the very next day and the tv was packed in the original box for pick up, its been 10 days since the return and replacement request was placed and till now nobody has come to pick up the tv neither i have got any replacement, i have raised a complaint atleast 15 times on call and mail to flipkart but the issue is still unresolved, i was given the deadline for yesterday i. E. 24th sep'19 by end of day, i had very cleary mentioned that if the issue is not resolved by 24th than i need a refund of my order, you cannot keep my hard earned money without giving me a product, please help me resolve this issue today.

      I want to say that flipkart continously harrasing me for non payment of flipkart pay later bill of rs 8797/- but they themselves blocked my account and they continue to harras me.
      I tried to unblock my account but account is not unblocked. The flipkart customer executive continously harras me for non payment of bill legal implications. Plesase resolve my issue as soon as possible.

        A week ago i used "zestmoney" to get fund for purchasing new mobile phone and they provided a flipkart gift card worth rs 15348/-

        And thereafter i added gift card to my flipkart account and ordered a product, but after placing order the seller rejected my order and told "i cant buy, because you not intend to use product for personal use". And my flipkart account was blocked.
        Till now i am used my flipkart account only for my personal purpose.

        My loaned amount is holding by flipkart, i cant redeem it and i cant access to my account for further procedures

          Flipkart payment due: legal implications
          Your flipkart pay later account has been under serious non-payment issues for rs. 8797 since july 2019. Please settle the dues to avoid serious repercussions out of legal action.'
          My flipkart account is blocked by flipkart. That's why iam anable to pay my flipkart pay later due amount. Iam already complained to customer care&also mail send to flipkart. But there is no use. So tell me how to pay due amount. Kindly solve the problem immediately.

                I am not able to play Flipkart games scince I moved to my other phone.whenever I try to play any of games I am getting an error message saying 'we encourage fair play in line with our terms and conditions'.

                  I don't know why Flipkart blocked me to play games.
                  It says "we encourage fair play".

                  But i don't know if I did anything wrong.
                  Then i thought i can play with my brothers account but later they also blocked that account to play games.

                  I can do shoping but not able to play games.

                  What type fraudulent activities you are talking about, to give your mobile to your family and friends is fraudulent activities?
                  Suppose if you consider this as fraudulent activities then where is the warning message and why customer not aware of this.
                  I am not the only person who has this problem but if customer not aware of these all things, is not yours responsibility to aware, why you need to hide such kind of policies.
                  To right the only term "term & condition" doesn't mean how and what should a customer take care.
                  My advice is please attach the all violation rule and regulation with the game zone so customer aware of all these can understand what they did wrong.

                  Have you ever noticed the topper of quiz that you organized on daily basis, they score[protected] score, it mean the customer answering the questions in less than one second, is it possible ?
                  This activity is called fraudulent activities not mine which is not possible to read and answer the questions in less than one second.

                  I played the some game with my ability and won sometime.

                  If you consider me as a fraud please don't give my benefits to me which i won, i have no problem and also you can deactivate my account permanently if you want.
                  Because i can not use Flipkart, if Flipkart thinks I was involved in such kind of activities.

                  One more thing i want to ask why your customers care representative don't know about these issues and resolution and why they ask everytime to give 2 day, 5 days to solve the issue as this is the general issue as they must aware of these terms and conditions.

                  If they asking us for time it means they don't know what type of issue is this, they are just wasting the time and also they are not aware of yours term and condition so how can you expect from a customer that he/she know these rules.

                  So at last i would say thank you for atleast replying and do whatever you want to do and again i would say take my all rewards including Supercoin and deactivate my account permanently if you want, but don't ever tried to say me a fraud.

                    I have a complaint about a order whose order id is OD[protected]. I have ordered this product when I was on ship to my friends home and when I came back and found that I have received a fake product. I have raised a complaint against it but customer care team denied to raised complaint against it and they resolve my querry by saying you are very late to return this product. And yes it's true that I trust on flipkart and order this product earlier and have not check it's Originality. But the thing is flipkart has written it's a verified product so how could they sold me duplicate product. And I have paid for a brand but they gave me a road side product. I have last talked to Mr. Ali Khan from customer support as he is senior and he said that I have no other options and they forcely saying that your querry is resolved. So according to consumer they have cheated me by sending me fake product.

                      As per statement I m regularly paying pay later due before due date but there is something wrong that is I conveyed many times through mail, customer care and telephonic conversation to pay later call
                      But no one responding ...

                      My concern is follows..
                      1-my flipkart id blocked after delivery of last product without any reason.
                      2- I wanted to return last product and your customer care executive insore me there is 10 days time and u can place cancellation request after unblock flipkart id.

                            I cannot play game in flipkart gamezone. Whenever i entered flipkart gamezone it starts to show a error message that 'we encourage fair play in line with our terms and conditions'. I started to get this error message after assessing the game zone with different accounts from same phone because of my one mobile in service centre. Already I raised a complaint in flipkart. But it didn't resolved... Pls fix it and unblock it.

                                  I ordered lava a97 lbi2350001 with ordered id od[protected] on 20th september 2019 and the product got delivered on 23rd september 2019. It was very disappointing to see that the battery was of asus mobile phone. Flipkart this is how you people are doing your job and making people fool out of this.                                   I have login into the app with my account and my wife account and played twice the game and they blocked to game zone.
                                  Contacted flipkart and they told me to uninstall and install again to use the service but still not able to use game zone.
                                  How can they block our accounts if flipkart accepting orders from both accounts?
                                  Please re activation my Flipkart account and I have also my phone number so please reactivate it through email address
                                  I had purchased the laptop my Invoice no : "FAAAAB[protected]", my laptop ois not working proper i had a word with you concern person he said will solve till 15th Sept, but still no solution i had received from your end.

                                    I have ordered a redmi note 7 pro mobile on /index. Php which was assured by flipkart and the seller was "flashtech retail". I paid the required amount via paytm. The money is deducted from my account but the order is not confirmed yet. I contacted paytm on this regard and they are saying that my money is transferred to the retailer. I have details of order and successful payment.

                                    I want my issue to resolved as soon as possible otherwise i will file a case against this fraud.

                                      I have ordered one puma sneakers on 12th september and the delivery date was 16th september but due it was delivered on 19th after escalating my issue on social media, due to some size issue i have return that shoe again i have order one puma sneakers and it was supposed to deliver by 23rd september but i can track my order was out for delivery on 22nd september but no delivered to me at the end of the day i got a message we are uable to connect with you, this whole thing happen on 23rd as well. My concern is this is how flipkart work to make your customer fool, when we are late to pay his pay later amount for one day they are directly charging fine why we will be wait?

                                      Same thing happened to me. I ordered on 8 sept 2019 and delivery was expected on 11 sep 2019. On 11 sept 2019 received sms that your products are delivered however it weren't. I contacted and its day 3 and still waiting for them to resolve this issue.
                                      So pathetic delivery service..
                                      I have order a product but I have paid the amount by using online payment. The amount has deducted from my account. I gave asked to flipkart no response
                                      Transaction was declined on the basis of risk checks
                                      My account has blocked and i had added gift voucher worth ₹2646. Now i cant use it.. please find a solution for this. I want it back.. I have contacted Flipkart many timess.. no response
