This is the first ever behaviour that the company employees from flipkart repeatedly calling to cancel my ordered product. I wonder why they do that. And the ekart courier employees playing a fake delivery attempt everytime. Ekart is usually silent and inert courier. Not doing anything. They are neglecting some delivery points usualy. I will always pick my call when ever anyone call me. I never told anyone to cancel this order. But flipkart saying i told to. Show me the proof
So all are playing a worst game and lead to cancellation of the product. They told me to reorder the product. But this time product is no more available. The order camed to my city and cancelled what a disgusting behavious from flipkart. So, disappointing.. I am not going to buy from flipkart anymore. Even aliexpress can sent items to my door step. Or hand it over to delhivery courier. They will come to our doorstep without any problem

      Hello sir/mam, i purchage a hp laserjet pro mfp m126nw multi-function wireless printer from https://www.flipkart.com on 08 aug. 2019 (Product amount 17100.00). But flipkart sent me only one box when box open i see some wooden and tharmacol sheet in this box. When i complaint for want the product or refund my amount but flipkart support team not respond please check the same and do needful. I'm already requested for return and replace the product or refund amount.

        Dear team,
        I have gone through some of the devastating & pathetic service experience with flipkart...!!

        As per flipkart order id:-od[protected] i have ordered a product on 8th september and payed an amount of 1524 through my credit card to flipkart. They said they will deliver the product by 13th september which they failed in doing. After my constant effort i got to speak to the concerned team and they said the product will be delivered on next day & then again have the same wordings the same will be deliver tommorow followed by some lame excuses that there is some technical glitch because of which the ordered is not delivered. It’s been more than 7 days since i have registered more than 7 complaints against my oder not delivered and your team just has an answer that they are sorry for the problem encountered and just hunting for my product since than, and it’s not tracable!!
        I question your tracking mechanisms if your not able to track my product since 7 days and update me regarding the same than how can you advertise an event such as big billion day!! Where people’s will be trusting you for the prompt delivery and you didn’t have the basic infrastructure to get allocated!!
        It’s better to have some tracking mechanism before attending the customer query...!!!
        Really annoyed by your services!!!

          I ordered Eros engineered wood bedside table on august 21 and they assured the delivery by september 9, 2019.. the product is not delivered till now but they updated their site as the product is already delivered.. i contacted customer care then they said the issue will be solved by september 17...but nothing happened again i contacted today they again saying wait upto september 30.. i want my money back..

            I had ordered a LG washing machine on 22nd August and didn't get the delivery by 12th of September even when the delivery date was 3rd September. I contacted customer care several times but it got delayed and delayed. Finally they told me to cancel the order and place a reorder as they had a technical problem as they mentioned on phone. After cancellation on 12th, I still haven't received any response back. When contacted they are saying I will get my refund till 27th of September.
            Here I want to know who is the sufferer? More than one month my money has been stuck with flipkart and I didn't even get the product.
            I have also wasted my time for this and even a patient guy like me has lost it.
            Kindly look into it and take probable action.

              I have ordered the grocery in Flipkart on 16 Sept and that has to be delivered on 17 September but not got deliver and when I contact the customer care they told it will resolve on 21 September and it is a very long time for grocery products which is daily needs.

                      Flipkart blocked my account and saying that high number of returns from your account. Because of address mismatch customer service guys kept replacement for same product 10 times without informing me sometimes. My point is that customer can replace the product only one time for same product but here same product done replacement 10 times. Take this concern and process it and provide the solution to me.

                        I ordered a mobile, one day delivery. I needed it urgently. I got the mobile after 2days. Which was defective. I placed the return request. One support person helped me and guided well for more information regarding the product. As i am a service person with tight schedule, i request for the time of call as per my convenience. But they call in odd hours and even after my requests to call me during my convenience hour. They cancelled the request automatically. And now i have to suffer for how many days i don't know. I can't believe this is service of flipcart, and the behaviour of one support guy. I am regretting for placing order from flipcart.

                        I have booked music speaker a sum amount β‚Ή 1059.00 on 30 Aug19. Flipkart has given delivery date on 4 Sep19.
                        Filpkart is frequetly given delivery time tomorrow & after tomorrow etc. Finally I haven't gotten item til date on14 sep19
                        I submit request to flipkart services to replace my phone the rejected themselves automatically without any contact.

                          Sorry Flipkart, your answer/customer support didn't satisfy me. I have ordered a product "bhavya hair curler and you yourself cancelled it by saying that the seller doesn't have stock but when I ordered u accepted that, that's a different story ! If you are runing a proper e-commerce u must have marked it as 'out of stock' Then next day when I was searching it was showing in stock again and I ordered again. First time product got cancelled by you, so it's purely your mistake, i have the proof that you have sent a msg like that to me. And more over what is the problem in ordering the same again if it got cancelled. You are answerable for that. I ll attach the proof here. How can you decide that I am selling your product. You must answer me for your bad customer support to me.

                            login issue with phone otp or password

                            I have a flipkart account which i have been trying to login time to time, but always it's wrong password and in otp option it says it's unavailable.

                            I only use one number so can't change it.
                            And flipkart signup system not letting me signing up using an email account.

                            I have purchased vu android tv on 19.03.2018, order id :od[protected]. Speakers of my tv are properly not working and giving hamming sound. I have made complaint in flipkart twice i. E. 07.09.19 & 15.09.79 but they are failed to resolve the issue. This tv is under extended warranty of 02 years. Til date no any service engineer contacted me. Flipkart is only giving assurance through email that your problem will be resolved shortly. One more thing your customer care person giving number of other person and other person giving another number and finally that person giving initial number [protected], like marry go round and fooling us by taking money of extended warranty. Once again requested to solve problem of my tv.

                            I order grocery product of the amount of1442 and I apply for refund but the amount does not reflect in my account after the completing the days of receiving but so tell us what I do for the amount and the bank also tell that the amount does not received them

                              Flipkart is cheating customers with fake delivery dates and trying to increase sales!! 4 out of 5 orders from flipkart were failed to delivery on the promised delivery date!! Worst of all when i have reached out to customer service, they read out a line"due to unavoidable circumstances logistics team couldn't deliver, we have escalated this issue" well how many times this happens?? Why it keeps happening why no action taken against logistics team??
                              Flipkart is doing this on purpose and i would like to complaint against fraud from flipkart and claim compensation for causing me inconvenience and wasting my time!! Customer service agents dont have basic knowledge and keep reading same line again n again!! I want flipkart to stop this malpractice of selling with fake delivery dates, promise of faster delivery when even after a week product is not delivered!                               There are 5 orders that got delayed, give me proper explanation else expect formal legal complaint being made for fraud!! Flipkart cannot keep cheating on and on!! Excuses are not accepted i need proper answer why flipkart is not delivering on mentioned dates!
                              There are 5 orders not delivered on mentioned date, pay me compensation for cheating else face legal action!!!

                                Purchased on 27th aug, found issue with battery and raised complaint to flipkart on 6th sep but still issue not resolved. One of their technician asked rs 200 for visit, it i denaied so the give false report as mobile is working fine so flipkart rejected the replacement.
                                Almost i have raised 5-6 time complaint to flipkart, they assuring at the time of call but after that they are simply rejecting the replacement.

                                My humble request to u pls treat this as urgent request and do the needful

                                I was order a antivirus but till the product doesn't reach to me it take too many days flipkart service are worst.
                                Every time I try to play a quiz or guess what game in the game zone it says "we ensure fair play" What does that mean... I mean I haven't done any cheating or anything...please solve this issue flipkart!!

                                  I have ordered 1 product a day before and it got cancelled. Again ordered the same and one other product in the next day.in that 1 product got cancelled and another product shipped. Without any notice they blocked my account. I really have no idea about it. I want it to be resolved asap. And i have coins to become a flipkart plus user. A company like flipkart should have that responsibility to value their customers in a proper way.

                                  Sorry Flipkart, your answer/customer support didn't satisfy me. I have ordered a product "bhavya hair curler and you yourself cancelled it by saying that the seller doesn't have stock but when I ordered u accepted that, that's a different story ! If you are runing a proper e-commerce u must have marked it as 'out of stock' Then next day when I was searching it was showing in stock again and I ordered again. First time product got cancelled by you, so it's purely your mistake, i have the proof that you have sent a msg like that to me. And more over what is the problem in ordering the same again if it got cancelled. You are answerable for that. I ll attach the proof here. How can you decide that I am selling your product. You must answer me for your bad customer support to me.

                                  I have received a barbeque machine instead of air purifier i have called several time bt no efforts have been made by them i called them 8-9 times nd it takes 9-10 days fr them nd still no response nothing
                                  Flipkart blocked my flipkart account without any reason without any intimation please register a complaint about it.i am unable to access flipkart account. I want to order some products but I am unable to do it because of this problem.

                                    Hi,

                                    I have bought product from myntra using flipkart paylater option, but myntra sent me the wrong product so i had to return. After returning pay later balance was not deducted. So i have raised the complaint to flipkart on 26th of august. They have taken 20 + days to findout the issue. As per their incident: in[protected] they told me to contact myntra for this. Flipkart rep promised me that they will waive off the late fee for pay later as they were unable to find out the issue. Now myntra has resolved the issue but filpkart is refusing to waive off late fee. Since it is not my mistake i want flipkart to waive off my late fee. It is myntra and flipkarts internal problems and i dont want to pay extra 200 for their technical issues.

                                    Sir please understand what I have asked for. I have contacted myntra and they have resolved that yesterday. So i am asking you to waive off 200 late fee which you have charged. All the filpkart reps over call, email and chat are giving me the same canned response which you have commented.
                                    My request is please waive off 200 late fee from my pay later so that i will make my payment now.
                                    Flipkart rep B Iyangar with Incident: IN[protected] told me that flipkart will waive off late fee as it is not the mistake by customer. You can listen his conversation with me using above incident id.
