My new phone was stolen, so in the time period i have trusted on flipkart and ask my friend to book a phone in 7k to 10k just for 2-3 month then i'll buy a good amount phone with using the exchange amount with new phone. But i got a bad, old, die phone. 10 days old phone battery is too bad every 1 hr i need to put my phone in charging. And 7k phone in exchange they are giving me 500/- in exchange. I'm surprised. I called to customer care i have wasted my 45 mint even more then that for 4 times but no resolution, i'm suffering, my pain got double, because i trusted on flipkart, she booked a good with 4gb ram but it's working like 1gb. Both sim are not working in same time just because of the phone i lost my one sim card, just to do remove insert again and again. Customer care are always asking me to do trubble shootings, on call they are asking me to restart my phone. I don't know which kind of service they are going to give us. I want this phone to be return anyhow so i can buy a new phone.

I have also faced the same issue today 18 august 2021 12 month subscription super coins redeem from flipkart now it shows invalid i have lodged complain to Flipkart now i am waiting for the positive resolution.
