Order id od[protected].
On 29th nov.2016 i ordered a product which was moto e3 power and due to some reason i canceled that at nxt day on 30th nov. And they assured me to return my money within 3 business days. But when i didn't get my money on 3rd dec. 2016 i contacted them and they said you will get upto 6th dec.2016. But i didn't. But on 6th when i again contacted to them, they said we have completed you payment and now you have to contact to bank. When i went to bank, bank's people said if flipkart sent you money and you didn't get then flipkart is responsible for it and i can't give any information to you. Because it was not your transaction, it was flipkart's transaction. I again contacted to flipkart yesterday and they said send me your mini statement and we will resolve this issue. Today i got a call from flipkart and a customer executive apologized to me and said sorry it was technical error and your payment was failed and we will transit it within 72 hours. But after half an hour i got another call from flipkart and they said the information that you have got from previous call was wrong and you have to contact to bank. I have all the proof against this fake company i have my mini statement of my account, which clearly shows i didn't get any money from them. Now tell me someone where can i complaint against this fake company, they know the plight of banks nowadays and they are misusing it. Please help me someone. It has been 15 days but i didn't get even a single penny of money. Please help me. They are trying to peculate my money.

    The left side of the earphones are not properly working. As i had visited the motorolla service center after receiving a mail from flipkart that after 10 days of delivery, its the manufacturers responsiblity to replace the item. But after visting the store they told is not there responsibilty because these product dont carry the EMI number so it cant be chnage from there side too.
    When i ordered the product stayed it has 3 months warranty & its in that period only.

          This is to inform you that I have made a payment for a mobile product in flipkart but the are not delivering my product my maximum delivery date was 13.12.2016 but delivery executive refused my delivery and when I called to customer care department so many times but they have done nothing... Now i have paid it by credit card EMI option and if I cancel this order then bank will charge the interest unnecessarily... I was a old customer in flipkart but this time my hope was broked...

            After the delivery of the Intex Cloud String v2.0, within 2-3 hours o[censored]se the Phone started to heat, the touch screen doesn't work properly and the battery backup is poor as well.
            I have contacted flipkart several times even engineer visited my house twice and they agree with the device being faulty and soon they will contact you. I have contacted flipkart and they said the engineer has fixed the issue. I don't know what has he fixed. On the site it says 10days replacement guarantee still no replacement or refund. Why can't I receive a properly working device ?

              I have placed an order for car spoiler in flipkart on 8th dec, 2016. As prepaid and amount of rs.1958 indian rupees got credited from my account. And flipkart realised that stock is not available on 10th dec, 2016. After two days of my order placement where after amount deduction from my account. Now they are asking to select an alternate product. H ell with flipkart as they deducted amount from account by manipulating customers as if the product is really available with them and using customers amount for few days and coming back and asking to select other product and playing with customers.                     I odered a laptop from flipkart which has reached the nearest hub jammu but now the flipkart courier ekart logistics is showing that the delivery address is out of delivery area ..address pincode mismatch...however other product which i have ordered on the same address have been delivered..even i contacted the flipkart customer care executives but neither they have the contact number of ekart logistics jammu office at jammu nor could provide any solution to my problem..very bad experience shopping with flipkart...poor services

                      Hi team,

                      I have purchased a Redmi 3s prime gold colour mobile phone from flipkart. The order no is OD[protected]. It was delivered on 7th Nov 16 but just after using it for 1 month, it has got 3 defects. The defects are as below.
                      1.Lock/unlock button is not working.
                      2.Volume cannot be decreased.
                      3.Earphone pin is not working. Even if earphone is inserted it always plays in loudspeaker mode.
                      I have attached the delivery packet details.
                      So, kindly help me to replace the phone with a new one.

                        I have ordered Kurlon New klassic mattress on 24/11/2016 and klassic mattress has been delivered which is of the older version and I am not happy with it. I have to wait for two weeks to place a return due to software issue as said by Flipkart when I talked to them and they promised of the return as mentioned with in 10 days. Now they are giving all different reasons and are not accepting the return. I am highly dissatisfied and disappointed with the service, I have even paid for the courier guy some extra bucks as well. All I want is to return and refund, the product is in tact, unused and sealed.

                              I Harsh Chauhan, purchased a mobile phone of model (lava kkt 34i) via online medium flip cart ( OD[protected]. After receiving the phone I have many problem like.
                              (1)-Battery Backup
                              (2)- SIM2 not accepted(Insert SIM2)
                              (3)-Audio problem
                              (4)-SIM and slot are different.
                              For this problem I contact to customer care officer at [protected]. He advised me to contact service center for replacement and service. For this phone replacement I went to service center of Lava near GTB nagar metro station. He denied for replacement and service. He told that it is not lava's mobile phone. It is duplicate mobile. So please replace my phone as soon as possible.

                                Dear Sir/Madam,
                                My name is taher. I wanted to order a book from Flipkart.com costing Rs 999/-
                                I visited the Flipkart's website on 08/12/2016 and after selecting the ear phones, I proceeded to pay the amount through BOI ONLINE BANKING and after entering the USER NAME and PIN, I clicked the submit icon and was asked for confirmation. I clicked the option PAY and after a few minutes...the screen showed INTERNAL SERVER ERROR. Today morning when I checked my Balance Amount in my BOI account, Rs 999/- has been deducted TWICE but the Flipkart website displays that PAYMENT NOT RECEIVED.
                                Will the amount gets credited back into my account or not as the Company didnt receive the payment amount.

                                    Last night[protected] I tried to order Infocus Bingo 21 Through Net-Banking From Flipkart. After entering every necessary details and submitted, Due to some reason(may be slow internet) I received transaction failed message. But actually my amount had already been deducted but still no items had been order. After a few minute I received a message stating that they have received a request for my order with Txn ID:TX[protected]*** and are trying to confirm the payment. In case they are unable to confirm my order They promised to refund the entire amount.One day have passed But I continued to received like this message for 5 more times with out any refund.
