I ordered redmi k20 pro two times. One during alpha sale and second on july 22. Both time, i made full paymen. Howewer after half day, flipkart has cancelled my order citing lack of inventory as reason. They should have indicated that no inventory is available at the time of order only. Why waste our time and precious money. Flipkart is misleading and making indias fool.

    Trust you are aware that I'm a plus member in flipcart however, today I'm feeling very unhappy with the service given by ekart delivery person and his TL. Very worst type of response i have experiend from a world class company. I've ordered samsung s10 mobile and I've placed an exchange request on my iphone. Pickup person who came to my offfice looks irresponsible. His approach and attitide towards a customer is very bad. My has rejected my request with a silly reason and when i demant an explaination he couldn't able to do that. After 10 mins of conversation he took a vedio of my mobile and said he'll show it to his boss and confirm back. Since I did not felt comfortable with his reply i asked him to call his boss and had a word with him. His boss is ready to accept my mobile however delivery person was adament. He told me repeatedly to come to their yard to exchange my mobile. Just explain me why should i go to their yard leaving all my work for an exchange. Does it sounds rediculous?? Can somebody teach these people some basic manerse on behaving with customer. I demand an explaination on what happend to me today. I'm ready to raise any type of coplaint or to reach any level for escalation. Also it wonders me when store people ( poorvika, chroma ) are ready to take my mobile what is the problem for these ekart people. I need a valid reason. My phone has no dent, no damage, no software or touch issue. I've even checked with cashify.com and they are also ready for exchange. I need a solution for this. I've been waiting for this mobile since1 week and in the meanwhile ive lost all the other offers given in Amazon and store for this.

    Even after multiple followup and customer complaint my order has been cancelled by pickup person without any proper reason. He didn't even contacted me. I'm just wondering what type of customer service is this. My first emi was scheduled this month and i got a message from my bank. Just explain me who is responsible if amount gets debited from my account. Totally fed up with flipkart

    While writting first complaint i felt bit confident that my query will be resoloved. Now I'm in a pathetic situation where pickup person rejected my order with incorrect reason, my first emi was scheduled this month and i finally got a confirmation from bank stating interest and emi of 500 will be charged from my account. Im surprised why i should pay my emi, intrest anr gst for a product which was not delivered to me. Is this a way youbtreat your plus member?? What was the action taken against pickup person ane his TL who showed attitude on customers and rejected customer with incorrect reason. They should be penalised to avoid such complaints in future

      My name is Harikrishnan.R and i am from Kerala.I ordered Redmi K20 pro from Flipkart and the product delivered to me on Saturday (20/07/2019) was not a genuine product and is an used one.Seal was not proper and the screen protector applied over the phone was not from genuine Redmi and was a local screen protector.Also there was a scratch mark on the right bottom corner of the display(gorilla glass).I got the product on 20/07/2019 by around 1.00pm and requested a replacement (return) at 1.15pm seeing that the product is not genuine.Today(22/07/2019)morning two people(not well behaved, I don't think they have passed even 10 the standard) from Jeeves group came for technical visit and irritated my parents using unnecessary words.My parents(aged, senior citizens) felt very much sad hearing unacceptable words from them.They told that I have done fraud and I changed the screen guard.They also told that I won't get the product replacement and also told that I purposefully damaged the phone.They rejected my return request by giving fake statements.This is really pathetic.These tech visit people and Omnitech retail(retailer) of Flipkart are together cheating customers.I requested for a return again and customer care executive re registered the complaint with new tech visit process again.Flipkart's replacement and return policy is a fraud intiative.So please provide me a proper solution and take necessary steps to get me the phone replaced.Also take action against the fraud technicians.

      Day before yesterday I got the phone k20 pro(25/07/2019) replaced.The specification sticker was again missing from the phone.Instead of that a normal(local) sticker was wrapped around the phone.I took the video o[censored]nboxing my phone and it is clearly visible in the video.Along with that the upper part of the display is more yellowish than the lower part.So from now onwards I don't trust the quality check of Omnitech retail (retailer)who send me the phone through flipkart(I am not able to select the reason for this at the time of selecting return.Please do it from your side).So what I need is a refund, because second time also they break the trust.So please take the necessary steps to get me the refund.Because I don't want to get cheated once again and take action against the retailer who did this.Please don't arrange for technical visit an all because I already explained what those people are going to say during the time of visit.What I need is a refund of Rs.27999/- which I paid for the phone

        I had ordered a Opportunity F11 pro mobile through Flipkart by replacing the Moto G5 Plus mobile.On 20th of July 2019 I had gone to the Flipkart delivery store.your representative has examined the mobile and says that we will not accept this item I asked the particular reason but they can't explain.On the same date I contacted your customer care regarding this concern and they asked me to provide the images of my mobile. I sent at 2.10 pm on 20.07.2019 . Regarding this I received a mail on 21.07.2019 at 8.10 Pm in that your representative are asking for me to provide the clear images of mobile with in 12 business working hours.By consider the 12 hours time on 22nd morning at 6.45 am I am trying to send the images as per demanded by your representative.But suddenly I was surprised that In my inbox i received a mail saying that as per my request order was cancelled.Before cancelling item neither you people had informed me through mail and mobile.Please show me the proof when I was requested to cancelled the order.once if you will prove I will my self slap with me slippers to blame upon you but if you will not able to provide the proof then will you place the same item for me.Please show me the proof.

          My account deactivated a week ago previously i asked about my orders and about my deactivation reason but you responded to my order status but not for my account status. And the replacement item was not picked up and new item not received till now. And you are not responding to this issue what i have to do.
          Flipkart it self cancelling orders and it is blocking accounts how it was fare?

            Flipkart delivered faulty Redmi note7Pro. Their return policy is sham. They send technician on site and then close request with comments that replacement refusal.
            They have their partner Jeevs to provide onsite visit.
            In my case, while onsite technician (Amnit Singh) agreed poor audio level on the phone. When he reported the same to remote supervisor (Ashish), he started pointed out problem with user instead of accepting the problem. It seems it was his job and his salary perks are based on number of requests he is able to reject. When I explained that this iis my second MI 7 pro and I am not naive in user, he started arguing. I have phone recording with me. I requested him to pass on the genuine and correct feedback to you. But not sure why you are not transparent to customer. Immediately after the visit, I gave call to Flipkart and asked them to record it and not to close the request. But as usual all my request fell on deaf ears and your customer care is all mechanical. I can challenge to anyone that phone is malfunctioning and is not fit to use. If you do not take action, then I need to explore alternate options.

              I have ordered 2 drilling machines. The delivery dates are gone, but still no attempt for delivery. No response from customer cares. Its not the first time. They did it many times. The most important thing is I am plus member of Flipkart. So just think if a plus member suffers like this then just imagine how a normal members suffer.

              Earlier the same thing happened. They sent the parcel here and there and after 10-15 days they cancelled it. When I called the customer care, they said sorry. That's it. They never tried to contact me regarding any deliveries.

                I have order an item n got mesg that it will be delivered by 19 but i didn't get it till now as i have ordered for worship for today as first monday for worship of lord shiva it is very shameless because i have talk to the local delivery boy of flipcart and he has also assure me to deliver by today morning but till now i didn't get this is the service provided by brand like flipcart this is phatetic n shameless i am sorry but this is truth i am very unsatisfied

                  The first 4 orders of Honor 9N was cancelled by your seller retailnet only.
                  Please reconsider your decision as I am a prolonged valued customer of flipkart

                    My flipkart account([protected]-india)is blocked without any information. I don't know why myaccount is blocked. I was ordered phone and others for me and friends.in a time, when i ordered a product that automatically cancelled. And so i was try to order that more time. But that wasn't for reselling or a business purpose. So unblock my account. Hoping a good reply. I trusted on flipkart.

                        My name is Deepak, and my order ID is OD[protected]. Order was placed on 6/7/2019

                        I have called to resolve this issue since 12/07/2019 and till now my issue is not resolved. 14/07/2019 raised a return request and till now this was not approved, on 16/07/2019 I got a call from investigating team from #[protected] and i provided all the pictures of the product and he said me to call the customer care to get an update on my complaint.

                        My TAT time was till 17/07/2019 and I got an email stating that the issue will be resolved within 18/07/2019 and each one from Flipkart give one time and always ask me to wait.

                        I spoke to each of your CRO metioned below:
                        1. Imran
                        2. Roshan (Manager)
                        3 Daran Sing (Manager)
                        4. Syed
                        5. Vijay
                        6. Azim
                        7. Rohan
                        8. Praveen Kumar (Senior Supervisor)

                        Each one want to ask me to wait for few more days and only got a follow up on this case from Daran singh and all others are crap and does not know what is the protocol needs to be followed.

                        I called the person who took the product pictures, he said all the documents are already submitted and he himself started to scold the customer care team.

                        I told the team that if the issue is not resolved on the call 22/07/2019, I very clearly said that I will write a email to Kalyan Krishna murthy and will register a complaint officially they are least bothered and said it is your wish and Daran said that Kalyan is no more with Flipkart. It means that again your team is saying lies to me.

                        I have placed orders in different occasion and this is the first time facing this kind for issues, I am premium plus customer and I have placed N number of orders and this is the first time facing this kind of issue.

                        Looking at-least you can resolve this issue and I will be looking for a compensation for all the hassle being faced.

                          I have ordered pantene long black shampoo with order id OD[protected]. The product was delievered by 10th july 2019. When i opened the packet, product was damaged so i filed a replacement request. The official said that the delivery boy will pick up original delivered item by sunday 14th july but no one has come to take product. After 14th july I again call them they said that your request has been cancelled please make new request so I make a new request which was cancelled again. I feel helpless. Please help

                              Dear team,

                              I have ordered jvc 55 inch tv on 15th july 2019 with order id - od[protected] and has been approved, but still we haven't received the product yet. Everytime i speak to customer care they keep pushing the date for resolution. It is now showing the tv in stock still nothing is changing the status update.

                              How is it possible that the customer care in not able to help us with a date of proper resolution or delivery. Seller data is with you and till no proper information shared with us. Even if i cancel my order, the tv is coming and going out of stock and the refund will not be given to us immediately.

                              Kindly help us with proper resolution, being a honest and frequent shopper still i am suffering for this. If the resolution is not shared, i am discontinuing the shopping with flipkart.

                              Once the technical glitch was resolved yesterday, i started getting the updated step by step where it has reached and when the order will be delivered. Finally today the product was delivered.

                              Today when I registered a complaint against flipkart for no delivery of JVC 55 inch TV, immediately I received a call from some guy who was claiming to be from Flipkart. He asked me for card details and UPI registered to which bank and account, also asked for Card number along with CVV and expiry date.

                              When I tried explaining the same to flipkart customer care they are unable to and for the same when I asked can I speak to Senior Manager they denied and disconnected the call and second time kept on hold.

                              This is eventually a fraud call on which flipkart is not interested in handling at all. Again shifted the resolution date to 24th July 2019 right from 15th July 2019. This is so pathetic, what level of security is this.

                              Still no revert received from Flipkart and when I called the customer support, they are asking for more 24 o 48 HRS. This is total nuisance, the flipkart has got no idea what is going on with seller, what kind of partnership is done within sellers. Some ppl are saying technical glitch, some ppl are saying no contact from seller. No proper revert and every time I call, they want 24 to 48 HRS to resolve the same.

                              Kindly give us the exact resolution whether are we going to get the TV or not. Or else at least I can cancel and order it from some other website.

                              Now I thought the TV is proper condition. After two days of proper working the TV is not starting at all. Green lights comes and the screen gets freezed on JVC Screen and keeps rotating. The person who cam for demo and installation didn't give us any demo as he didn't have pendrive or HDMI cable. He came and just informed us about stabilizer and other products to sell the same.

                              This is for the first time I am facing so much of issues with flipkart. Being a frequent customer, half of the things at my home are from Flipkart. This was my favorite thing which I brought from Flipkart, that got ruined.

                              Request you to replace the TV as I really don't want to ruin my shopping experience with flipkart. The TV is not at all starting.
                              My flipkart account has been blocked by the support of false statements by flipkart. They are harsassing me, wasting my time, i want my account unblocked asap.

                              Still no revert. Customer care called and said it will take at least 48 HRS to revert. Till then my account will be NIL and these ppl will again say please give us 48 HRS to resolve the same.

                              In a single day I received almost 22 calls that were fraud and asking for bank details and OTP. Flipkart has to take some action and I have given the customer care all the numbers frm where we received the calls.

                              I need a clear answer whether am I going to receive the TV or not.
                              Sim ejector pin cost is 99-/ but even in showroom that item price is 10-25 rupees only, then why are you selling high cost..

                                On dated 15/07/2019, i have booked a asus zenfhone order id - od[protected], and it was show to be delivered to me on dated 19/07/19, but i have not received the order, i have called on costumer care and taken followup but they never responded me properly till 21/07/19. I have taken followup and told them to cancel the order if not delivering. So they are not cancelling the order still and saying that the bag has been stolen so, it cant be delivered to you. So, i told to cancel the order but they are not cancelling the order and i am not able to cancel the order from my side. Pls look in the mater and taken action against it. Otherwise i have to take legal action. Pls contact me on this below mention detail.

                                  I have paid amount through phone pay and i received transaction id for same also my account has got debited for such amount. Due to flip kart system problem they can’t provide confirmation code which i need to provide for delivery boy.
                                  I have also tried calling to flip kart but satisfactory answer not received from flipkart. Also i requested for cancellation of my order but as per customer care such option is not available with him.

                                  Request you to please help me this issue.

                                    They promise resolution today, now it's 04:20PM, still no proper update from Flipkart team.
                                    i called customer support team, they are saying ""Sir please wait till 9PM, concern team will upadte you.""
                                    They have not done anything in last 5 days, what they will do in next 4-5 hrs.
                                    I want my product vivo z1 pro 6gb 128gb sonic black delivery at home.

                                    Just now i had word with Senior agent from flipkart team, he schedule the product delivery date for tomorrow.
                                    He used some application which they used to reschedule the product. Now the question remains as below.

                                    1. I will get delivery tomorrow?, or he just reschedule the date to finish the call from his end.
                                    2. I will be happy, if get delivery tomorrow. They why not any agent done this before???
                                    3. If not delivery by tomorrow, then how long i have to wait and how much time i need to waste againt ?? again which date they will fix ??

                                    Since last 5 days i have waste my value able time and energy, i was tense and worried. Who will repay for it??

                                    I know flikart is handlling thousands of customers, but there should be standard process where someone from your team should at least call customer and assure them, if you will not get product will arrange for you same product in next 2-3 days or asap, let the investigation goes on. This assurance will have customer faith on flikart and i hope he will be happy to continue with you.

                                      I ordered a dinner table set for 4 on 11th july 2019 which was delivered on 13th july...
                                      Product needed to b installed the next day on 14th july bt the techician came nd saw tht the product was damaged and he said to place replacement option for this... I did the same bt now it has been 8 days, no updates r there in flipkart yet... I have called them several times but they always say that matter will b resolved but it hasnt been resolved since 1 week... I am litterally fed up with all this... Now i want my money back and want a compensation for the same too...

                                        Hi i was bought a i phone 7 on 9th july from flipkart and on 11th july it was delivered at home when i opened my box i seen there is missing o[censored]sb cable, earpods with lightning connector. I watched and at the same time i was complained in flipkart customer care. But they really making fool to us with there services. I mentioned that all the things which is i did not recieved. They just listning the problem and saying our back end team will call you on this day. There back end team making more fool to us. First they not registered my complain clearly what i missed in the box. Secondly why they are doing nothing just promissing we will do on this day still they did nothing. They promises we will solve on this day first day was on 16th july second 19th july third 21st july now they saying 26th july now i requested for return my product and give me refund i was requested on 19th july for return and i can get my refund but still i am waiting i did get nothing. Now i am tired with there services and with there promises now i want to committed suicide seriously please help me out please.
