Today i have received message from 28357758 at 11:25 am and mentioning dear customer congratulations you are winner of flipkart online shopping pvt. Ltd company. You win the 1st.. Price (Mahindra xuv500 car) amount price is rs..1460000.00 the charge of registration service tax rs..6, 500/ deposit on[protected]. For more know details contact 24*7 helpline call us-[protected], [protected].
I also received call from [protected] at 10:50 am today and saying we are from flipkart customer service and saying the above winning offer. I have call recording also regarding this call.

1) is it true or fraud lottery prize money?
2) if it fraud lottery, how my contact details went to this type of fraud people.
3) recently i have purchased a mobile and received on sunday. From the courier services, is my contact details went out to the fraud people. If yes,
4) your flipkart service are having your own courier services and how my details went to the fraud people.
5) please look into the above given numbers and track the fraud people and keep them i jail. I have call recording also. If you want, i will send the call recording.

I order 2 pack of mix dry frits but i received only one, please help me, and deliver my other part of dry fruits.

My flipkart account is deactivated. I am not reseller flipkart Iam using my personal use on flipkart account plz active my flipkart account.
First my order was cancelled by the seller so I tried to order again, then again they cancelled. 3rd time I order then they blocked my account...
I ordered one phone which was cancelled by the seller themself and after 1 day i got a mail with that order id that my account is banned..
Iam unable to login to flipkart account... Plz do the needfull at earliest...

    I bought ambrane 1122 powerbank from flipkart today 30/7/19 I received it, seller is fraud he sent old one, with seal broken, torch lights not working I was frustrated,
    How come some one rob my money such a way digitally.
    It is called digital robbing.
    How flipkart allows such a sellers in their selling area.
    Flipkart must take serious action on such robbers.
    How will I trust again flipkart to buy a product?
    Now I have trust issues to buy in flipkart.
    I think I can sue the seller.
    But I don't want to make this so bigger issue.

      Today i received a call from a person claiming to be flipkart customer care (+91-[protected]) and they have sent me a message stating that i won a mahindra xuv 500 and the price is 14, 60, 000. To get the vehicle i need to pay the registration fee of rs 6500/- and the vehicle will be delivered to my address. Their helpline numbers are +91-[protected], +91-[protected].
      I know they are scammers and trying to get money from me. But the issue here is that they know my address and my last ordered item from flipkart. This is a serious concern of security as the customer data should be protected and outsiders should never hold this information.
      I want flipkart to answer, how the scammers got my address and my ordered item from flipkart.
      Its a serious concern of customer data security and safety.

        I have received wrong product from flipkart and i asked flipkart executive for return as without confirmation she did replacement and now i am unable to login into my account and wrong product is with me and even i am unable to login to my account.
        Adter contacting the flipkart executive they are unable to fetch my details and product is with me need to be return to flipkart and activate my account

        But i have received wrong product and i need to return the product and even there was no intimate regarding high return what does that mean i am paying for the product and returning as it is having issue with size.
        Why il not be able to login help me with this doesnt make sense to deactivate the account
        What ever the things I am adding to cart it is showing that this item is currently not available for pin code 500072
        I have error in my account.. My flipkart account was not opened.. This is a first time I ordered one thing but the login was not successful.. And if I go the other option for forgot the password. The OTP come my number that entered but another step don't move on.

        I was debited amount from the debit card and they failed the order, contacted customer care but they are asking for order number! There's no order number for order that never got placed! I just lost my money and any trust in flipkart
        Money is credited from account but not showing the order placement . IBIBO-[protected]/FlipkartPayments/thru Net Banking - ref: [protected]- 22/07/2019. It shows that money is credited but on flipcart the confirmation order is not showing

            I’ve been using flipkart for so many years and i’ve bought so many things from them, but recently flipkart blocked the cod option for me, perhaps because i cancelled some products. The number from which i made my flipkart account is [protected] can flipkart kindly unblock my cod option because i don’t have any other means to pay and i also have coins and wallet money on flipkart, thank you.

                  Dear sir,
                  I received nokia 8110 4g mobile phone without battery. When i put in details for return, i found no option for missing battery. So, i ticked charger missing option and written in comment box that actually it is battery missing. But pick boy refused to take back the product saying that you have shown charger missing.
                  When contacted customer care, they sent one technician who inspected the mobile and said that imei no. Also did not tally with the no. Written on the tag. I again lodged complaint but this delivery boy refused to take back mobile by saying that he can't take back with switching on the mobile which cannot be done as battery is missing.
                  Again i mailed to customer care which they responded to resolve my complaint by 28 july. Two days back i received a fake execuse from them that they tried to contact me but my mob. No is not reachable. Whereas, i was available on both the nos.

                  With all this, i am feeling harassed and you are requested to solve my issue on priority,

                      I had served vitamin c serum with your marketplace flipcard about 1 month ago, due to the serum i faced a lot of problems and i was financially physically tortured in all three ways and when i helped with customer support, customer support was false. Lying through false promises and false false words and while wasting time, you will be resolved in 24 to 48 hours and 24 to 48 hours when that has been almost a month after which all mails lying to me and your costumer spoken by service yes, i think it is a marketplace and it offers storage cellar costumer service from me, once you take a number, disconnect your problem with the cellar, then if i talk to the cellular number provided by your customer service, then your cellar has turned directly from his point and gives a direct answer. If you have done a product purchase from flipkart, then you can talk to flipkart, i have nothing to do with it and your service team has been telling that whatever problem you have turned her i update and solve only useless things and small things said so far it appears that no single solution for 1 month which is why i am so far, but today will be in 24 to 48 hours a month many problems have to be faced and if you have to buy a fake product without the verifiable product sale and give it directly to the third party person, then if there is any kind of physical pain of any customer, who will compensate you. People are trapped only in small things, that the speaker is talking to the seller from the seller, while your cell speaks straightforward i do not know anything about your problem, you know and go to your flipkart from where you have bought the product. Your flipkart service speaks that if you talk to you, then a customer pays goods from your flipkart for this problem, economic tension between tribulation and then you hear your false lies if in the meantime any person or customer has physical damage to your product, he has to go through financial parameters and also undergo economic circumstances, who will be responsible for who will take responsibility for your marketplace filipcard or your cellar and its responsibility? By type his chest and his financial help, then who will compensate you for your filip fraud and fraud in this way and giving a reservation in a rigid manner and wasting man's time, talking false things and talking through all i've got in the mail in writing and all your recordings have been about how you took it from that time wasted and neither has any solution in 1 month and what you have to say to them is also in the recording and i have been done by you in relation to this, only false promises have been made, i have consulted all the social media on your flipkart and with all the proof in those social videos, with your mails and recordings being done with your flipkart fraud and with the customer. The fraud that the customer has to deal with all kinds of problems and you only keep lying in lies, all social media let's know the big fraud that phillipcard is doing, you will be responsible for it.

                        This PSU mentioned as 800w power supply. But this cant even handle my 400-450w cpu . Burning smell are comming out of this while gaming, and it shutdown after 5 mins o[censored]sage .while I googled and reviewed this product on flipkart and amazon, majority of the consumer are facing this issue, for someone, it explodes and damaged the other components too .

                        I tried to reach the manufacturer as flipkart says they cant do anything . but the manufaturers are also not responding on the same .

                        For this issue, I only complaint Flipkart and the seller SpeedEbazaar for selling this product with fake description and cheating the customer .

                        I need proper resolution's from flipkart, I need my money back .

                            Today I bought an earphones of sony ex115ap of 1182 rupees but received an damaged product. there is no option for refund on return page.I called to costumer care but nothing they said seller isn't providing refund only replace.I'm not satisfied with this product and its quality. how they can force to buy the same product again.I want my money back.I dont want to invest my money in this stupid online company.

                              I had booked a mi mobile in flipkart and wanted to return it badly. Even after hours of discussion and mails, they were not considerate to take back the product. I jus had to settle down to use it. They were pointing out on return policy is applicable only for replacement and not on refund. This was my first time shopping experience with flipkart and i was horrified that they were not ready to think of any exception given the fact of it being online seller where product look and feel cannot be guaged. I wud never want to shop with flipkart.

I had already mailed to instacred regarding cancellation of the loan but they are saying that u have to use this voucher bcoz flipkart is not supporting for the cancellation.                                     As i oder from flipkart card by using my debit card and immedealty i cancelled it. They said me that they have transferred your refund to your bank in 16 of july 2019 and it is credited before or on 24 of july, but sir i still didn't get my money back. I also called and talk with flipkart card customer service and also file a complain. But nothing doing. They said your issue should be resolved on 27 july, then said on 29 then 31 and now said on 1 of aug. They extending the days., everytime when i talk to them they extended the date for resolving the issue, but not resolve it. They told me to contact with bank but bank official said we can't do anything you have to resolve it with flipkart card it. But flipkart can't did anything for resolving this matter.

                                    I ordered Huggies pant XL ₹566 and huggies dey M size ₹503 on 15July 2019 and cancelled it on 19 July 2019. I got a message saying my money was refunded & will be credited by 23July 2019Today is 29 july yet still no refund.i called FLIPKART& they told me to initiate with the bank.So I called the bank toll free number to inquire about my pending refund from flipkart but was told there is no refund. Seriously this is frustrating. I called them today in the morning and was told to wait till 31 july 2019. Let’s see what the next excuse will be. Flipkart is not giving resolution only excuses and extending our dates.

                                      Flipkart blocked my account stating that my purchase trend shows that the items i bought are not intended for personal use whereas this accusation is totally wrong.
                                      I had inr 7000 gift card amount in my account and they stole it too by blocking my account. I also had 600+ flipkart plus coins in my acount.
                                      Moreover there was no prior intimation or any warning email before blocking my account.

                                        Now i thought the tv is proper condition. After two days of proper working the tv is not starting at all. Green lights comes and the screen gets freezed on jvc screen and keeps rotating. The person who cam for demo and installation didn't give us any demo as he didn't have pendrive or hdmi cable. He came and just informed us about stabilizer and other products to sell the same.

                                        This is for the first time i am facing so much of issues with flipkart. Being a frequent customer, half of the things at my home are from flipkart. This was my favorite thing which i brought from flipkart, that got ruined.

                                        Request you to replace the tv as i really don't want to ruin my shopping experience with flipkart. The tv is not at all starting.
