I have placed an order (Od[protected] for nikon d5600 dslr camera on flipkart on last day of big shoping days (18/07/2019). While ordering, stock was there and i have placed order successfully and it was processed and got message, it will be delivered on monday (22/07/2019). But once the big shopping days over, on 19/07/2019. When the price of the the item hiked today, in my orders section of flipkart, it was mentioned as seller: (Retailnet) cancelled the order as it is out of stock. But the the is still available with hiked price of rs βΉ6250. My question here is if really the product was out of stock why are you displaying and approving the order for the product in your website with fancy offer prices for limited time. Because of this i missed the offers given by you and your competitor (Amazon). This is totally not fair. Few hours later after my order, i have seen the same product was in stock with same seller but with higher price. Point to be noted is retailnet is flipkart assured seller as well. On calling flipkart, getting no response on delivering the product. Please look at the snapshots attached (Crazy to see the ordered time and cancelled time). Please be honest for customers instead of entering fake numbers as time.
Hereby i request you that, i don't need any other compensation other than the product which i have ordered for same price. I am not worried about date of delivery. So please make sure to deliver the same product for the price which i have ordered on your offer period.
Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
