I purchased a marq by flipkart 1 ton 3 star split ac - white on 03-jun-19 through order id od[protected] trusting flipkart and made a worse decision of my life. This got delivered on 07-jun-19 and 12-jun-2019 it got installed through jeeves as recommended and arranged by flipkart. Jeeves send a person (Raju bhai) to install an ac who has never installed an ac in his life. Secondly, he was without the tools and i have to provide him with some of the tools. Thirdly he was clueless of the wiring and was asking me to help. He took 4 and half hours to install the ac. Now i have a problem with the quality of installation done. The pipes are not bent correctly and instead of tools he was using his hands for this, both the pipes are not aligned with the wall and the ac and are not properly aligned. The ac is not fit correctly on the wall stand and there is an inch gap between wall and ac. The pipes are not beneath the ac rather they are coming out. He said this is done like this only. Now after he went i kept the ac working for 2 to 3 days and find out that the water instead of going through the drain pipe is coming out from all places in the ac onto my wall and also drain from the compressor.
This is a truly a frustrating experience for me and i want a resolution asap. This reflects on the marq brand and i will surely take it on every social platform if this is not taken care i [censored] urgently by an experienced engineer who knows about ac rather than a person from jeeves who not know an ac and came to install it.
Looking for urgent intervention, resolution, and action against the person responsible.

Again still not working my AC.
Around 15 days ago technician came to my home solved my AC gas leakage issues after that yesterday suddenly my AC stopped working so please solve my issues ASAP.

As per terms and conditions of electronic items there is no option of refund available, there is only option of replacement,
However they show the refund option but seller won't accept such...
...
I also had suffered from such problem when I didn't have proper knowledge about all that things ...
Let me what happens next...
