I had booked one samsung galaxy note i phone on 27.07.2019, the 98% offer price of rs. 2500, your company already received from my bank debit card that above payment, but still no confirmation/ information/ no delivery to me from your company. So please salve the problems. The offer from 23.07.2019 to 26.07.2019 but confused and booking the product on 27.07.2019, so the mistake is not solve till day.

I ordered new BPL led tv on monday 29 july 2019 online from flip kart shopping. Television price is 8999 rupees. I pay this payment from online banking. but payment will be debited twice times from my bank account.
I pay 5999 rupee for real me c2 by sbi debit card .i cancelled order. But I not get refund in my account. My another mobile no is [protected]

    I purchase sony tv through flipkart by hdfc credit card on interest free scheme as assured by you in the scheme. Unfortunately, i saw additional charges every month (Six months) in my hdfc card in addition to monthly due. When i enquired hdfc, they said as per flipkart norms we are debiting. Selling a product under a scheme of interest free mode and then making additional charges in unfair trade practice.

    Flipkart customer service simply telling the same thing that seller not confirmed the order if the seller not confirming the order then y should he accept my money

      Dear team,

      Again my return request has been rejected without discussion with me.
      This is the fourth time my request got cancelled with out even a single imformation. My issue has not been resolved neither discussed with me.
      I have made an return request on 1st august 2019, as my honor 10 lite phone is not giving the performance upto the mark as described in the web site. The same was rejected automatically after 3 days. I neither receive call nor a email regarding my issue. The same was just cancel without consulting with me.

      The screen touch is not at all smooth. While viewing picture by swiping from left to right & vice versa. Pinch to zoom in & zoom out is not working sometime, after putting little bit of pressure the same is working. The phone was freezing a little bit from the first day however it is increasing day by day. Some mini options on the screen/website is not clickable in one shot. Another big problem is battery draing. Aftet giving full charge and using nominal applications like facebook and whats app, it is lasting for 12-13 hrs.
      Battery is draining too fast. Device getting heat while playing you tube video & facebook. Back camera is also not up to the mark. Has updated to latest software & have done a factory reset still the same is persisting.

      Dear Team,
      This is to keep you updated that my Return request was accepted on 5th Aug 2019 and pick up date was 6th Aug 2019. But from today morning no pick up message /call received. Have spoken to customer care for 5 timesthey assured the pick up by eod. However now when I called to customer care again the date of the pick up has been reflected as 7th Aug 2019. Now even the customer care people is deniying of pick up on 6th Aug. I have asked them to raise a complaint but the floor supervisor disconnected the call after 44:58 sec with out even a resolution. I have a proof of screenshot where it is clearly mentioned the pick up date as 6th Aug 2019.

      Since I and my family will be out of town from 8th to 20th hence I am having the urgency to get the pick up done by 7th Aug 2019 but no one cares about the same.

      Attaching screen shot for ready reference and plz let me know how the pick up date got changed with out even a single information/ msg to customer?

        Hello. I am a flipkart plus customer with so many good orders. And whenever there is a return created at my end it is 100%genuine. Below i have attached pictures of so poor puma pants delivered to me with sticker like tags. Such poor practices by flipkart. I had more than 300+coins. Flipkart cheated us by selling fake products. When you feel the fabric you will notice how cheap the quality of the product is. I have the flipkart package and the fake puma pants with me. Going to file a complaint of my account isn't unblocked.

          I order phillips trimmer but i received nova trimmer in my parcel. I submitted complaint four time but everytime flipkart cancelled it. Everything they say your problem will be solved but after a day they they cancel return request.
          I is clearly a cheat and flipkart is not helping us.
          I ordered philips qt 4011 but i received nova trimmer in the packaging of phillips we didn't even got the charger but readings manuals are of phillips.
          Flipkart is doing irresponsible feedback by not solving our problem.

            When will i get a refund?
            I placed an order in flipkart a laptop costing Rs. 1599/-. It is done through debit card swipe and the amount debited from my account. At the time of payment i have got an order id 20190721 [protected]. (01:16pm, 21 july 2019. Kindly reimburse the amount or provide the laptop.

              Flipkart send me wrong different product and can't made returned request... When i try to request return then they block my account and even can't login my account... This is not the first time, they have done several order to me... I have complain frequently to customer care they even solved my problem they said to wait for 3days... Even though i have they do nothing... Simply i lost my money... This is enough i will not silent this time i will go to consumer court and asked right to refund my lost money... I have order for adidas original backpack but they send me skybag.. Which is lower in cost..

                  Sir,
                  I had ordered for a “skyfly fruit and vegetable rack with multipurpose kitchen rack” on 21st july, 2019. It was delivered from your website on 27th july, 2019. I was not happy with the product as the “height of the vegetable rack is too small and the basket of the vegetable rack is too small to carry any item”. So after two hour on the same day of delivery i urged for a return request where i asked for refund and mentioned that i was not happy with the product as a reason. On the next day i. E. 28th july, 2019 your pickup person came to pickup the vegetable rack. But he refused to take the order as he couldn’t find the company sticker on the product. I have received the product without ticker in box and internal pack. So he told me to again urge a return request where i have to mention that i have got an another product. So according to his instruction i urged for a request on the same day. On 29th july, 2019 when the same person came to pick up the product. He again refused to accept the product as it was scratched told. He asked me again to file another return option where i have to mention the product which i had got is an used product. So according to him i again requested for a return request where i mentioned that i have got an used product on the following day. When the man came on 30th july, 2019 to take the product. He didn’t took the product. He cancelled my return request and asked me to talk to your website customer care that as my product has “no company’s sticker, different product, used product “he cannot accept until an unless you send an email to them. He will not accept it. So since 30th july, 2019i have been talking to your customer care people, they had filed another two return request to take back the product, but the ekart people are not taking back my product. I had asked them to send an email to those pickup people, but your team is not sending an email to them. They are only sending return request to ekart team. And they are cancelling the return request. Since 27th july, 2019 till 1st august 1, 2019. I have been facing serious problem while returning the vegetable rack. Neither i am getting any final resolution nor my product has been returned. My complaint no is “in[protected]”. My order id is “od[protected]”.
                  I am really getting irritated from your team’s service. My return validity is till 6th august, 2019. I request you to take a strong action on it. I need my product “skyfly fruit and vegetable rack with multipurpose kitchen rack”to return as soon as it possible and to get refund back with my money. Other wise i will file complain in appropriate form.

                    I have ordered the product and paid for it and i didn't receive my product for 1 weeks and after that my order was cancelled by the flipkart and they're refunding money after 14 working days.
                    My money is stuck and i didn't even received my product. The customer care didn't resolve the problem and they just put the call on hold and than disconnect it. Every time they come up with some excuse and give false assurance.
                    I didn't receive any call from the logistics end and they're stating that the delivery attempt was made. They themselves cancelled my product and they are refunding my money after 14 working days. I got cheated by flipkart as my money is stuck and product is also not delivered.

Then your team said i will get refund, and asked for bank details then i mail my bank details. After that i received mail, they said i will get refund within 24-48 hrs but i dint receive any confirmation mail of refund after 3 days. Mail screenshot is given in photos.
                        Can i get refund?? Your team said, wait 3 days for refund initiation but refund is not initiated yet. You are taking 1 month for one resolution and escalating issues for 3-4 days more. Resolve issues asap

                          So, this started on 17th of july when i purchased alpha pass for the phone k20 pro so that i can get my hands on phone before the actual sale. I got my product on 19th of july it was having manufacturing defect so got it replaced this time a phone was sent me with scratched from the side and a technician was assigned he approved the raised issue and refund was initiated from the seller (Omnitech)
                          It was to be reflected by 2nd of aug by the way i was against this refund as i wanted the phone but alright.
                          Now comes the problem another sale started on 28th of july but i didn't get my money in my bank account till yet but the seller was supercomnet this time so i blindly trusted and paid for the amount and the next day i received it. I have the habit to record packaged before opening so i recorded it and found that on the inner package box the seal was already removed before and instead a new seal was placed it was clearly visible and when the seal is removed it prints some text which says 'void' so it was visible also the protective layer on the phone had fingerprints and bubbles showing it was already used and i immediately requested for return and request was placed, the time for resolution was 1st of aug no resolution was provided and a mail was given that by 2nd of aug it will be provided again no resolution was given so i mailed hem several times and raised call me back request but they always kept me waiting. Also i got a call back two times from their concerned department and they gave me false hope that we understand your problem it will be resolved soon and gave me false dates. I provided them proofs also by attaching the images also so at last the date was shifted to 4th of aug
                          And i got a mail that my request is rejected and they gave me the reason that seller is unable to fullfill my request and they contacted delivery person that product and everything was intact. So i wanna tell that the delivery person never opened the package as he is not given permission he denied to open it and i have all the proofs for the complaint.
                          It is a case of mental harrassment giving me false hopes and asking me to wait this day that day and everytime i have to explain the issue to everybody when i get a call more than 30 times and whenever i told them to transfer my call to senior executive they put my phone on hold or just disconnected it most of the time.
                          So i request that my complaint should seek a resolution either a refund or replacement as soon as possible because i am so much frustated and tired waiting for so long. By the way i also placed the return request again today which is 4th of aug but i don"t think it is worth to wait again till 7th of aug.
                          Also i am providing the details of the order, incident id and images of the product as a proof which i shared with flipkart.

                          A small update they canceled my request again and providing the same stupid reason I am attaching the image.
                          And as always my reply to this is how can he say that everything was fine and intact where he didn't even opened the package as he is not authorized to whereas he just gave me the package and left also I have the video proof too which I shall produce as evidence in court.

                            Hello team, please check the website of flipkart where i tried to place a order and flipkart delivery guy is not picking the call and also the flipkart website did not mention that the product will be delivered at 7pm and while i was purchasing the product i particularly selected the time slot for august 4th -12pm-3.30pm
                            And when i spoke with the flipkart escalation team head - ritu was saying that the product cannot be delivered before 7pm and i particularly selected a time slot that means i have to manage my time and flipkart doesn’t value me and while speaking with ritu she disconnected my call and she kept me on mute for more than 7minutes and did not receive a call back

                              I have ordered a product of 28999 rs in 28july 7:42, but transaction was successful and order is not generated. If i call to the customer care, they are telling that due to some technical issue, from past 8 days the backend team also not calling and if i ask why iam not recieving call back thay are asking for 24-48 hours daily and im getting nervous that whether my money will get back. Please help me,

                                I had ordered a mattress on 15th july (Od[protected] which was delivered on 26th july. However the recieved product had different size than the one i ordered. I had requested refund immediately and when cantacted seller, he also confirmed that there’s been a mistake in the product they delivered. Since then my request gets cancelled and i have to make another request. Tomorrow is last day of return policy after that i will not be able to make any such request. Flipkart needs to take things seriously, i request this complaint forum to take required steps and help me sort this problem out as soon as possible. Thank you.

                                  I had purchased 2 soccer shoes for my son who is size 13. One is a puma and the other adidas.
                                  Issues faced on both

                                  The shoe box actually has a sticker stating that the shoe is spoilt. And it is. The right shoe has a large cut on top.

                                    I ordered the redmi note 7 pro on the 31st of july costing 13999rs. Order number is od[protected]. On the 31st tracking details showed that the product has been dispatched from bangalore. On the 1st of august it said "your order has been dispatched from the flipkart facility" from a place called surathkal which is 20 minutes away from where i stay in mangalore. On the 2nd of august, which was the delivery day, the tracking details said "your order has arrived at our flipkart facility", this is again in surathkal. Now suddenly it said "your order could not be delivered today and will be delivered in the next 3 days". The bummer was when it suddenly said "
                                    Your order has been dispatched from the flipkart facility", on the 2nd of august again. Called the customer care twice and they told they are going to look at what has happened and will update me but no updates. I have to call them and ask every time. My phone broke due to which i had to order a new phone in emergency and it said the phone would reach in 2 days.

                                    Reason for this complaint is, this is happening for the second time with me. The previous time in the month of january i had ordered a mechanical pencil which costed 911rs. Same thing happened and i was give the same reason only to be following up every single day to hear the customer care people say "we are looking at it" every single time. Finally after many days when i called them they said that the first time the product went missing and now the seller doesnt have it in stock. All this atleast 15 days after the delivery date. Not once was i given any update without me calling flipkart and making it look like the customer is begging for the product. The customer service again is horrible and is not at all professional. I have had very bad experience with flipkart and i need an update, a real one. Also i do not want to wait and listen to reason and then finally get asked to wait even more while the concerned department looks through the problem and what not. I need the product on time which flipkart has failed multiple time in my case to do so and hence i want a relevant action taken against this kind of irresponsible behavior towards customers and their orders.

                                      Money was added and available in Flipkart wallet... As they blocked my account, they are asking me to check with the vendor who issued the Flipkart gift card.

                                      When reaching out to vendor, they are replying like... One redeemed can't be given back :(

                                      Seriously my 6 months of time is wasted bcs of 1500/- rupees.. pity o[censored] Flipkart

                                        A phone was rjeected in exchange. Flipkart wants me to give a brand new phone and get 6k in exchange
                                        Pleaded for phone before 3rd august. No response till 4th
                                        Flipkart automatically cancelled order and sent mail
                                        Didn't want it cancelled. Gave me headache. Don't speak properly. Cut the calls. Don't callback.
                                        Have no sympathy for the customer. Despite pleading and begging them for the same.

                                        I ordered k20pro with exchange service.

                                        The order was supposed yo be here by 11am. And thr person made me wait till 1pm and messed up my
                                        Entire day.

                                        When the person came he was being in a carefree and a rude attitude.

                                        He took my phone in hand and instantly rejected it. And said that this phone is old and has a major dent. And kept on rejecting it.

                                        I have been using exchange service for more than 3 phones and never has there been any issue with absolutely any phone i have submitted.

                                        The person took a rough photo and submitted and said everyone rejected it. I asked him to call and he did not call as well and said that i should call. The numbers he gave were out of service as well.

                                        I have been waiting for k20 pro since quite a while. And my phone is absolutely in a mint condition. But this cynic person has rejected my phone for an absolutely # reason and expects me to submit a brand new phone

                                        I am unable to exchange my phone as well

                                        I was supposed to leave city on 3rd but they have insisted me to stay and attend their calls on 3rd of august. Which they made at 8pm, late. And was of absolutely no help or progress. And they have cancelled my order as a sick impractical joke as well.
