I placed order for tower fan (Id : od[protected]. Consignment was received on july 23, 2019. It was from stylehomez. Immediately i opened and noticed that the power plug is broken. I requested for replacement within 30 minutes of receipt. On july25, 2019 wish master called and enquired about location. Our place is well with in chennai city limit and 18 km from chennai central, even closer than it hubs. But wish master didn't pick on that day. I received a hindi message stating that we were not available to pickup and asked for new date. I confirmed july 27. When i checked the status online on july 27, my replacement request was cancelled. I called flipkart and they assured to take the product before july 30, 2019. So again i selected july 29 for pickup. Also i raised replacement request again on july 27. It was accepted. But again it was cancelled on july 29. I called flipkart again. They assured me to pickup before july 31. So i raised my 3rd request on july 30 and was accepted. But today (July 31) i noted that the request was turned down again stating that the seller turned down the request as per the policy. Can flipjart pass the responsibility on seller if he sends stone instead of laptop? How can i accept broken product? Request filpkart to replace at the earliest. Wish master never visited my residence for pickup.
