I ordered Redmi 5A in sale on 5th April 201 from Flipkart with Payment option COD and order id OD[protected]. As I checked order status yesterday evening (6th April) it showed that order is approved, packed and taken up by the courier company but yet to ship. But, at same night I received a mail that "You have cancelled your order" whereas I did not cancel any order.
There is no 24*7 customer care no. available on Flipkart site, tried many but could not connect.
Again in morning found some numbers and called on one of them, the person said server is not responding and he will give a call to me.
In the mean time my father received a message (coz his no. was given in receiver's no.) that your order is cancelled due to bulk orders. Supply exhaust is reason.
I called another customer care no. [protected], the person told me we will deliver the product, you just make the payment. I said yes when I will receive the product I will pay the courier person. He said you might be having some bank ATM card right now just tell me the details I will activate your product delivery. I told him ok I will get the details and call back.
I was in shock thinking its some Spam no. and called the same no. I called up in morning ([protected]), the person said that he was just about to call me. I told him whats the problem with my order, he said its now been cancelled but can only be shipped on payment. I said can I make payment online he refused and said pls give me your debit card details and I will do it for you. I told him I dont have card, you tell me the way I will do it using net banking . He replied it cannot be done at your end, I can do it if you provide me debit card details. He cut the phone down when I asked him to give authorities e-mail id.
I was not aware that Flipkart is that much fraud that the person sitting their breaches account info. from innocent customer.

Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer has raised the complaint stating that order was canceled without his consent. We have interacted with the customer, apologized and informed the order was canceled as per seller's policy due to bulk order. Hence, closing the complaint from our side.
Both are cheating the client .
Even if the service engineer come for service they did not solve any issue and simply left ..
And i ur order it was mentioned that service manager solve the issue ...totally rubbish.
