Updated by h.d.modi Today in the morning approx 10.00 am i received call from flipkart which i was not able to take because i was asleep, i was not able to call that number back
i received an email from them where they asked me to leave time for contacting and alternate number if any
i sent them mail twice to call me back today only, i also called their customer service spent 16 minutes on call, the customer service representative wanted me to elaborate the entire issue which i did, she offered me to transfer the call to the senior when i asked her that is it the same person who called me in the morning and i had missed she said "yes" but after getting connected to him discussed a lot and at the end even he said to wait till 10th april
as already show in the screenshots i have shown i was asked to wait max by 29th march which i did but they are still making me wait more
plus the customer service is not responding properly
they have wasted a lot of time of min i demand 5% price of the order total as per day compensation from the date they had promised my issue will be resolved (29th march) and they failed to resolve that.

Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer raised a complaint stating that customer received only 1 T-Shirt, whereas customer had placed the order for pack of 3. We have interacted with the customer and customer stated that he does not want to return the product. Hence, closing the complaint from our end.

they will never mention that they forced me to tell them that I don't want the refund,
First they made me wait 10 days and said it will be resolved, then they gave me date for 10 more days in order to resolve the complaint and after 5 days they rejected my return request twice.
After that they called again to take the request and at that time I was so angry and frustrated by the amount of time they wasted, I said "keep the money, I don't want it back!"
until now also the issue is not completely resolved!
