Right now, i'm submitting a complaint regarding a payment issue of an order placed by me on flipkart (https://www.flipkart.com) on 15th march. The order was for a mobile phone battery amounting to rs. 449 and it was sold by seller 'onlinesiddhi'. The order id is od[protected]For your ref.).
Now, coming to the main issue, when i was placing the order, i chose phonepe wallet as payment method. When i made the payment for the order, my money was instantly debited but the order was unsuccessful and it showed "payment pending". As i was in a an urgency of getting that product, i tried to reattempt the payment. This time, money was debited again but the payment and order, both were successful.
So now, as there have been 2 payments for a single order, its their basic duty to refund the first pending amount of rs. 449.
But, the sad thing is they haven't done it yet. It has been 7 days from that order, my item has been delivered, but still they don't bother to refund it.
I contacted them almost everyday. When i called phonepe for the first time, they said that they don't have the money and they have transferred it to flipkart. When i called flipkart later onwards, now they turned the table for me and said "we didn't receive any extra amount from phonepe. Please contact them for refund". For 7 days, i have been hearing this and recently, the have started giving dates after dates for refund. But, they have constantly failing those dates right now, and giving a new date every time.
What the hell on earth is going on? I'm a very busy man and i have a lot of work. For how long should i keep calling them?? Will i ever get my money??? I'm extremely hopeless and confused right now.
If phonepe doesn't take necessary actions, i won't bother facing them at district consumer court!

Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer raised a complaint related to multiple debited. We have interacted with the customer and informed that refund has been done from seller end. Hence, closing the complaint from our end.
