I have been facing network connectivity issue from the date of recieving the device. I also gave automatic shut down issues. I opted for return but my request was rejected even when the technician admitted that the phone was faulty but twice post technician visit my return request was rejected. I have been using the same sim in my other phone where there was no network problem. But in this device data is very slow sometimes not working-showing 3g instead of 4g

Flipkart Customer Care's response We have interacted with the customer, as per customers issue, arranged for a tech visit twice and our technician has not found any issue in the device, and it is working fine, hence closing the case.

I am purchasing online 2010, so far i use Amazon and this is the 1st time i used Flipkart and found it was my biggest mistake flipkart is most customer unfriendly company, they are cheat and arrogant my suggestion to all customer please dont bye any product from flipkart
