[Resolved]  Flipkart — mobile Replacement

Sir, On[protected] i had placed an order with flipkart NOKIA X, ORDER ID - OD[protected] they had guaranteed me 30 days replacement and when i got my phone by flipkart i got to know that it hangs up in between not only once or twice infact it hangs up no of times in a day. when i came to know about this problem i had called up on its customer care no. they told me that u'll get ur request no. within 24 hrs. and our boy will collect your phone from your place within 5 days n will refund your money back. But none had came.. and when i had called them back after 2 days they told me that we didn't get your any call and even request no. and sir, i had even called them today.. today i talked to mr.gaurav singh he told me that you had only 10 days replacement gaurantee but sir they are openly showing through their advertisements and thnrough their websites that they give 30 days replacement guarantee. sir, i got this phone for Rs.7080.. if they doesn't replace it or refund my money that will mean that i wasted my whole money. sir, its a humble request to you to please look foward to this matter. as this phone is not even working properly and a phone is very needy for me as i have to remain oncall for my office work through out day. so, please sir as soon as possible give me a solution for this. thank you [protected]@gmail.com

First of all thak you dat u have payed concern after my yesterday's complaint which i have i putted against flipkart.
As you know, on[protected] i had placed an order with flipkart NOKIA X, ORDER ID - OD[protected] today they called me up and started repeating all those previous talks that you have to go to your nearby store and have to take help frpm their and told me that their are many dealers involves in between. sir, this is not my headache i only know that i had placed order from flipkart and they have to resolve my problem. after all this they told me that i'll talk to dispute team but i can't guarantee to you that your order would be replaced or refunded or they can't help with it.
sir, i am a working lady i have remain on call for hours for my office work.
so, i request you to please come out with a valuable solution as soon as possible as it is very urgent.

I have purchased the mobile "Samsung Galaxy Star Pro S7262" and now mobile has been hanging. I have called and talked with customer executive person and said that I would like to replace the mobile with other new mobile but now i have received an e-mail as Return request. Kindly ignore the request.

I have purchased lenovo a6000 plus On 4th may 2015.But themobole has a body issue so i quickly contact flipkart about the mobile body problem. They commited to replacement on 6th may..n i got the email about it...
On 6th may i contacted them the commited 7th may...
On 7 th may i again contacted the commited to BY HAND replacement... On 8th may...
On 8th may i again contacted FLOOR MANAGER, FLOOR SUPERVISOR.thwy again commited to date 13th may...
Tilll now 17th may there is no resolving any problem...

I bought a new mobile(xiaomi redmi2) on[protected] from flipcart.com. I noticed that the mobile display was slightly damaged. I informed to flipcart customer care and they told that one of their service person will be come to your door step and repair within 24hours from the time of complaint. I wait for three days. After three days the mobile was dead i.e., no responce from the mobile. I called again to flipcart customer care and told the problem of mobile and again they told as well as before. I dont have many contacts of our business till last 47 days. I loss near to 3lakhs of indian currency. please help me sir
