I have ordered 1 godrej fully automatic washing machine. The order id - od[protected]. When i ordered it shows my area is serviceable, but now they told me to pick it from another location. The delivery person told us to pay extra money for home delivery.

If the area is not serviceable then why they took the order? After taking the order they are giving excuses.

    Refer my order id : od[protected]. I received the tv and it was installed well. But the audio optical digital port is not connected with my sony bdv e 3100 home theater. It was not installed properly by the technician.
    Please arrange to give demo and clear all my doubts in the tv. Also there are many hdmi and optical digital audio cables are there in the market as well as in the flipkart. Which cable i should use.

        Hello there,
        I booked tickets for baghdogra to goa for 27th of oct and the flight got cancelled, i got the offer for another flight the next day, exactly by 24 hours later. The booking id was: ff[protected] i had to reach goa for emergency work. Flipkart call agent said your refund will be processed as we cannot provide tickets for another flight. I never expected this kind of response from your flipkart travels. I told the agent that i need refund or book me another tickets for the same day but i got nothing. The guy on the custimer support told me that the whole refund will be processed in a week and now i got a mail about getting a refund of rs 4000/-. When i had conversation with the airasia customer care they said that flikart travels agent has to confirm, the full refund not them. I've been completely harassed and mentally disturbed with your behaviours. This is my final warning for you all. If you do not process my full refund under the terms, i will go for some legal actions and trust me this will be bad for you all. I am sorry to say all this stuff but you guys being a major company had such pathetic staffs and employees who do nothing but harass us. Airasia kicks me to you guys and you do the same. Lets get to the point. I've attached the pdf of the ticket, called 27 times already. The guy who was talking to me from flpkart travels is: sachin mendotia employee id: 13387 and other guy was ashutosh senior executive and finally the third guys was vinod kumar. These were your guys and airasia guy was arshad. Airasia have already said that you guys, the flipkart travels is responsible for this mess.
        Moreover, aisasia had finally sent me the refund confirmation mail which is attached.

          I ordered a hp memory card from flipkart on 20, november, 2019.
          On 22nd, november i get a message on my phone that my product is delivered. After that i check on flipkart app which shows product is on the way.
          Then i contact flipkart customer care, they told me to wait for 24 hours. After 24 hours, i again called them regarding my product delivery. They told me that, they will file a complain and i will get my resolution before 27th november.
          In this period i call them many times but they said that i have to wait till 27th november.
          On 28th november, i call them again and ask about resolution they again said that i have to wait for 24 hours more.
          Again after 24hours i call them and they said wait again for 24 hours.
          I also talk with their seniors but all of them giving false promises, 2 times they disconnected my call after hold.
          Today is 4, december, 2019 and still i neither received my product nor my refund.
          Customer care executive told me that they have no updated information regarding my complain.
          And when i get call from their consent team, they also give false promises but i can't get any resolution till date.
          I faced mental harassment because of this issue. And i also take two day unpaid leave from my job because their customer care executive told me that wish master will meet me on 27th november or 28 november.
          But i only get calls from there delivery service, and they also give false promises that my product will delivered within 24 hours.

            Hi. This product was supposed to be delivered by may 2. This was a priority order. On may 2 i received a message that the order is delayed to may 4. I called the customer care and they said to wait till may 4 if the order doesn't come then i can cancel. Today may 4th i got a message that the order is delayed for may 6th. I am at my patience end and highly dissappointed with flipkart. I am not able to cancel it. I called the customer care and even they are not able to cancel it. The product is not even packed and i am not able to cancel it. Since the issue is from seller side i am not liable to wait for any delays.. I am out of town since 7th and i wish to cancel my order as soon as possible. Please note. The seller's changing schedule is causing me an inconvenience and it's the reason i wish to cancel this product and i am not liable to wait beyond the actual delivery date.. Thank you.

              I ordered some items worth rs. 1671.

              I cancelled two items from that order worth rs. 180 + rs. 180 hence, total of rs. 360.

              Flipkart said they refunded me an amount of rs. 180 and rs. 180 on 1st december and they assured me by 3rd december, that i will get the amount in my bank.

              Today is 4th december and i have received only rs. 180 but flipkart says they have refunded rs. 180 + rs. 180.

              I called called and emailed them number of times but they never help or provide any proper response. They ask me to keep waiting even after the deadline to receive the amount in my bank.

              Since there are two refunds (Rs. 180 + rs. 180), two refund ids were generated by flipkart which are :
              Refund id:[protected]
              And
              Refund id:[protected]

              I have been also provided with only one refund reference number and was asked to contact my bank with the refund reference number but i do not need that because as i said that i have received a refund of rs. 180 once.

              They have generated refund reference number for refund id[protected] and i have got the money in my bank (Rs. 180)

              I was supposed to receive two refunds as there were two products and those are -

              But I received only one amount of Rs 180/- in my bank.

              At the same time, in the flipkart website, I can see only one refund reference number has been provided where as there are two transactions.

              You have provided refund reference number for this Refund ID[protected].
              There is no refund reference number provided for this Refund ID[protected].

              If needed, I can share my bank statement too.
              I want to change my mobile no but otp goes to my previous number also which is not in use. if i try to change my new no its showing 2 otp's one is to my new no and other one for my old number which i dont use now.
              please do the needful
              I have ordered various products in flipkart since 5-6 years and suddenly my account is blocked without any reason. Please look into this matter asap.

                Attached please check order ID and they are not taking return for the same..
                It is still Under 30 days policy.. While purchasing it was showing the same..
                But now receiving same reply 10 times.. Seller not returning and not giving reason.. And I think this problem is from Flipkart end..

I request to consumer court.. Please check this matter... As this way they can cheat anyone... After they sell products they will not keep their policies open..

                This dress has ugly fir.. Doesn't fit my baby.. Cost is around 3000 and now no use for me.. Out money is also hard earned...

                  With great disgust and sheer frustration i would like make complain against flipkart india for their fraudulant and cheating with me. I ordered a samsung tv led 32 inch along with 2 yeras extended warranty. I was scheduled to be deliverd on 23rd nov 2019. On 20th november 2019 i got a call from logistic partner and informed that he will npt be able to deliver doorstep and i have to collect myself from dpp. I called flipkart customer care and they assured me that product will be delivered. After waiting for 7 days from 21st nov to 26 nov i went to their dpp and collected the tv.

                  After the tv was delivered its installation was scheduled om 30th november 2019. On scheduled that i got call from samsung authorised service centre that technician is not available and installation was rescheduled for 3rd december 2019. On 3rd december 2019 i gave 2 calls to samsing centre and i was assured that technician will visit for installation. Around 3 pm in afternoon i received message from flipkart your installation and demo is cancelled without any reason. Again i called flipkart customer care and again i got same reply we have esclataed your issued wait for 3 days.

                    Dear sir/madam
                    I placed an order for samsung washing machine on 23rd november. Order od[protected]
                    However, when the engineer from samsung mr. Rahul came for the installation, he found that the product was damaged. It had dent on the body. He asked me to place return request.
                    Then started the unending cyclic ordeal of calling customer care, return request raising, wishmaster declining to pick up order, return being cancelled, again raising the request and so on.

                    For past one month i have called innumerable times to customer care and flipkart exceutives but till date the solution is not provided.\
                    The time is given for latest pickup was 3rd december and now its also cancelled.
                    I request you to please look into the matter now else i will have to file a complaint to higher authorities and indian consumer complaint forum.

                        Product ordered on 26rh november as per flipkart policy product need to be delivered on or by 29th november 2019, however the product is not get delivered, customer care saying that product will be delivered by dec 5th 2019, i dont know why and from nov 29th i was literally raised issues but no response from flipkart why the delivery is delayed also i have received a message on nov 2nd as "our executive ([protected]) was unable to deliver your flipkart package with awb[protected]".. Kindly please look into this and resolve.

                          Why flipkart has changed financing partner of pay later.. we use to pay by credit card and you were able to get the payment also on time. But now actually we have to think o[censored]sing pay later of flipkart because we should only pay with debit cards/netbanking. This is actually difficult for middleclass families in india. Can you please activate credit card payment method for pay later again

                            Hi,

                            It was working smooth and i was receiving lot of payment. But year 2019 i'm facing lot of issue. One issue fixed and payment done 3months back.

                            Now i'm facing another issue. Suddenly my affiliate account not showing 10th month sale and commission amount neither in pending amount nor in approved.

                            2 days back itself it was showing in pending amount around 3500/- now it shows only around 500/- also it didn't move to approved amount also.

                            Flipkart don't have much support on customer care for affiliate. So all tickets raised goes pain in vein and useless kind off. So please help me to get contact with flipkart and get my problem fixed.

                              I had ordered a converse shoe at final price of 1384 rs with around 700 rs discounted from flipkart at around 7.40am (2/12/19). But i can't find the order in my flipkart account, when i searched later to track the order. The order was done via debit card payment (Icici), it was done through mobile via an all in one app (Smart shoppr) directing to the flipkart website. The transaction remark of my bank statement for this trasaction shows : iin/flipkart pa/[protected]/120202/585665/. I had talked to the flipkart customer care but they couldn't find any details and started to blame the app being fraudulent etc. I wonder how my transaction details could have flipkart and nothing can be done from your part.

                                Money is not credited to my account till now.. But flipkar is saying that they initiated the transaction with reference number[protected].. Had phone call with flipkart customer care executive with the same issue.. bt didn't get any solution.. my order id is OD[protected].. as its showing that refund will be credited to my account on 22nd October. Am in bank but still now my account is not credited with any kind of money from flipkart. They told that i have submit the charge back form to my bank. But there is no such kind of form available to my bank named United Bank Of India.. so i need help

                                  Can anybody from flipkart tell me why:
                                  1. am I not getting any resolution to my issues.
                                  2. Customer care is usually unhelpful, doesn't want to listen, doesn't care, disconnects the line and sends a message "we tried calling you but were unable to reach you..."
                                  3. After about 2 month, issue still remain pending while complaints keep getting piled up and Im running around in circles?

                                    I had ordered Asus 6z 64 GB on Aug 11, 2019 in exchange offer I also give Redmi note 5 pro.
                                    But I was delivered REALME X.I had videographer the whole opening process, the delivery slip/invoice found inside the box is not matching with my address & invoice detail, perhaps the inside product is delivered to this addressee& his ordered product was wrongly exchanged with mine.
                                    I have made several complaints to customer care& sent mails but the reply is always " we don't have replacement policy.

                                      I ordered a Trimmer from Flipkart
                                      Brand #Beardo on 15th September 2019.
                                      Order delivered by 16th September 2019.
                                      After 2 days when i used it ...it started making some foreign noise..i felt something is broken. ..
                                      I saw that Flipkart return policy also got over.
                                      I complaint to Flipkart for the solution because i didn't got any customer care number on Google.
                                      Neither any service center in Mumbai & thane.
                                      Flipkart gave me a number & email.
                                      I called on the number & the executive said hold on for a minute...& That minute never ended...& Call got disconnected after 25 minutes.
                                      I wrote a mail but later the mail was sent return to me saying some wrong email.

                                        I also have the same problem. I have around rs.5345 approved balance from last 2 months. I have selected get as payment mode. But still i have not got the payment yet. I mailed on flipkart affiliate customer support but still no reply.

                                        They are not providing any support and not even there is number to contact them. We are hopeless and helpless. Kindly take the necessary actions against them. We have worked very hard and now we are not getting our hard earned money.
