I have purchased a nokia 7.2 (Charcoal, 64gb) from flipkart and i got a defective product. The technician visited could reproduce the issue. But he told he have to consult his senior official. After that there was no update from them. I am really stuck with this buying experience. Issue is when i press the google assistant button (On the left side of the mobile under sim slot), it become stuck. I made replacement request seven times and they rejected my replacement request. When i google about the customer service provider (Jeeves consumer services kochi) there is no office under the, and flipkart is assign technician from jeevs mentioned address.

Complaint marked as Resolved The executive told me to submit the job sheet that I got from the authorized Nokia service center, in that job sheet They mentioned about the issue. After verification flipkart replaced my mobile.But it take More time to resolve the issue, But I am Happy with this.
